This Chick Fil A is awesome. The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. The drive thru gets packed especially during normal lunch hours, but the line usually moves fairly quickly. They once forgot about me when I was parked in the "VIP" spot waiting for the grilled nuggets. So to make up for it I was offered a cookie or a shake. Very good business practice!

My friend and I went to grab lunch today. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and our orders were taken immediately. Our meals came out very quickly and were cooked to perfection. At our table, we were offered refills, and as we were leaving, a crew member offered to take our trash. This was an overall delightful and exceptional chick fil a experience. We will return.

One of the best options for fast food... I love the chik-fil-a sauce for dipping! It's always decently busy, but they are pretty good at getting people through the line. I love how the employees are trained to say "my pleasure" when you say thank you.

Chick-Fil-A or as i call it Babe-Fil-A is my one and only place to go for a great chicken sandwich. I have never found another like it. I always get the classic, with extra pickles. The sweet tea is the best, as well as the lemonade. The place itself is always so clean, and bright. There are fresh flowers on the table and the staff is attentive and friendly and so willing to give you the best experiance ever. I have never thought of it as "fast food" also...polynesian sauce. so good with the waffle fries.

What Adam G doesn't seem to get is what they do with some of their profits. That's what my issue is. It isn't that they are against marriage equality, but that they use company profits to fight against it. I actually care what a company does with my money. And frankly the CEO is a total jerk for calling anyone who supports gay marriage "arrogant". You know what I find arrogant? A CEO making an insulting statement and expecting those same people to still patronize your business. I expect you would also criticize people for having a problem patronizing a business run by Westboro Church? You know, those crazy nuts that protest military funerals. Bc who cares right? It's one thing to have an opinion, it's quite another to use company profits to support it. To top it off; this Chik Fil A location is always extremely slow. Drive thru takes forever. So hey, if you want to wait forever for your food and do a little gay bashing, then Chik Fil A is the place for you!

Why does anyone go here? The food is expensive; the service is bad. The mess of the parking lot drive-through is not just dangerous, it's a liability to the company. I saw someone's child run straight out in front of a big truck and she was just barely seen in time. There are a hundred more convenient places to eat, literally, within a mile of here.

Not the cheapest fast food option but so good. This location does an amazing job moving people through the drive through at lunch time the line might look long but it keeps moving. I'm a huge fan of the Polynesian sauce.

Great food and great service... Sometimes gets a little packed... But other than that this place rocks !

Great staff and great fresh food--I think this says it all! This location was very clean, well stock and one of the best staffs I've seen. Kudos to all. See you Ina few weeks !

I love this place. It has some of the healthiest menu choices in fast food IF you ordered correctly. If you get the grilled chicken sandwich, no fries, no butter, and a whole wheat bun it has less than 6 grams of fat and I think even less than 300 calories. SAUCES can be tricky so stick with the buffalo or bbq, my all time favorite Polynesian packs a punch of fat and calories. Or you can just stick with the awesome over sized ketchup they give you! Their waffle fries are on point as well! They also have breakfast, I've yet to find anything that is healthy there, but if you are hungover it's like a magical medicine! They also will cater their fried duckets of love if you so desire! This one is pretty crowded, so the earlier you can get there, the better.

Woohoo, an updated 5 star rating so quickly. Yes, I know they donate money to causes I don't support. I get it. I just don't care. I like the food and my $6 isn't going to fund a gay bashing rally. As a Libertarian, I'm against any organization, person, or government that impedes on the life, liberties, or happiness of any individual. As a Deist, I don't care about their Christian beliefs that, as far as I can tell from previous theology studies, doesn't really specifically address homosexuals Bible. Their extremist and hypocritical views don't leave the judgement to God or follow the principle of live and let live. I'm not out there marching in gay rights parades, but I certainly don't believe in standing in their way, either. I don't care if they get married, adopt children if they're worthy parents, etc. I just don't care what the restaurant or CEO does. It's America. Gays have a right to be gay. Bigots have a right to be bigots. Tim Tebow is connected with Focus, who some believe is the most evil organization in existence, but I still like the guy. I don't care for some of the politics of Jimmy Buffett, but I'll still buy every one of his albums and go to his concerts when I can. And I'm not sure where Mike brings up southern food in connection to Chick-fil-A. It's a restaurant. It's not southern food. I want southern food, I do it myself, which is far better than anything coming out of a restaurant that claims to have southern food. Whether it's fried or the vegetables I have that come fresh out of my parents' large garden or a nearby farm for large bushels. Nothing negative to say about Zaxby's though, it is good.

UPDATE! This Chick-fil-a nerfed College Night, opting to do away with BOGO sandwiches and switch to a loyalty card model. They still have College Night every Wednesday which still includes Bingo, but now you'll have to visit and purchase three combos before you can get a three one (and you only get a punch on Wednesday nights). It's still good and still has excellent customer service, but the diminished College Night definitely means I have not been going as often.

Short and sweet today on this sample of Floridian fast-food (well technically this is an institution in "merica) but another Florida virginity lost as I'd never ventured into a Chick-fil-A. We tried to make breakfast but sleepy-heads prevailed and we made it in time for the lunch rush. I was STRONGLY advised by friends to have the spicy chicken sandwich. Which I agreed to. However when I walked up to the counter to order the displayed calorie count for a sandwich (chicken, sauce and bun) was 800 calories!!!! It moved up to a cool 1000 when you add fries and a drink. YeeeckKkK!!!!! I was on vacay so I YOLO'd and went for it. Delicious. And one artery clogged on contact. Perfect! My new best friend sweet tea was on tap and I downed her but good. Waffle fries were meh - but heck.. it's just fries. Clean, comfortable and courteous staff who always respond "my pleasure" when you say thank you... never "You're welcome." Great corporate training. Good to try once... won't likely actively seek a location out again.

Awesome fast food chicken. Unfortunately, they are closed on Sunday and this place is always packed and parking is very limited.

Have stopped here to grab a quick bite while road tripping through town. Service inside is as good as can be. As we dined, several employees walked around the restaurant asking if we needed anything. They are on top of things at this location and it shows. The restaurant is very clean. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.

This is one of the busiest Chil Fil A's I've been to. The staff is always very pleasant, but fast. The food tastes good and nothing like the fake filler crap of their counterparts. Our kids love the milkshake and their fries. Definitely our favorite "fast food" restaurant!

Nothing hits the spot quite like the spicy deluxe with Dr. Pepper and waffle fries. Unless of course it's Sunday.

Quality of food as good as most others in this chain. Parking and drive-thru are horrible. Staff friendly but the last 3 times I have picked up lunch for myself and coworkers at least one order, (or more), have been wrong. Understand they were busy but had to pull around and wait 5-10 minutes for the order to be brought out to my vehicle only to find out it was incorrect. Will go back but not anytime soon.

After making the mistake of filling my mouth with sriracha sauce, I needed something bland and starchy to save my poor tastebuds from frying, and Chick-Fil-A delivered nicely. I've had some very messy sandwiches from there, but their fries have always been consistently good -- hot, lightly salted, waffle cut bites of bliss. I came in their store with chemical burns and left with thermal burns. I was so very happy. :)

What can I say, I love Chik-Fil-A, a lot! If I could eat a chicken buiscuit every morning, I probably would. For the most part, all Chik-Fil-A's are created equal as far as dining experience, food quality, etc... HOWEVER - the Chik-Fil-A on Archer is by far, the absolutel slowest Chik-Fil-A I have ever been to in my life. I can't recall how many times I thought to myself, "I need to send am email to the owner/operator so maybe, if by some odd reason they are unaware of their slowness, they can improve". Now before someone dismisses this review as baseless, I will say that I have three friends that own/operate their own restaurants. One of which trained at the busiest Chik-Fil-A in the country on Waters Ave in Tampa (where my office is located). That Chik-Fil-A is so busy, they have two drive thrus and an automated conveyor system that brings the food overhead. Furthermore. My first 'corporate' job so to speak was at the Chik-Fil-A in the Panhandle (even though it was 15 years ago), I still remember working their vividly... and I know that speedy drive through and dining room service is tantamount to the most important thing in the restaurant next to making sure they are in fact serving chicken and not hamburgers. Regardless - this location takes the cake. It's so bad, that even though my office in Gainesville is extremely nearby, I refuse to go through the drive through or sit inside unless my wife pretty much makes me. Don't get me wrong. My food has never been wrong. It's always fresh and 99% of the people in the establishment are extremely nice. As I am not one to give specifics on a review since a lot of people use them to hurt others, I will say one of the 'higher up' managers typically seems to always not be smiling, and on two occassions, I've seen him chatting away with 'friends' that come see this person while I know my just made chicken strips have been sitting under the heat lamp. Most Chik-Fil-A's will make an over abundance of sandwiches... not on game day. Everything is cooked to order, that, or they don't make enough when they do make them. I know this because I waited 10 minutes for a c'biscuit and a B/E/C biscuit this AM. As an owner of more than one small business, I know that my companies will never improve if people don't let me know what needs to actually be improved. If the owner/operator reads this - my only suggestion would be to improve drive through times for one during your 11-2:30 busy times and two, on game days like today, indicate where the line starts as well as making sure there is a surplus of biscuits waiting for your customers. I saw two people cut in front of those of us waiting because there was no ryhme or reason as to where you were supposed to wait for your food and/or wait to order. I also cut in front of someone without realizing it or doing it on purpose, but at that point, I figured all is fair in love and Chik-Fil-A chicken biscuits on game day. The food always gets 4/5 stars, but since the service is not up to par as far as Chik-Fil-A standards are concerned (in regards to the inordinately long wait time), they get two stars from me.

Can't park, can't eat!!! Food is always excellent for fast food. But only when able to park. Eat when not busy.

Ditto on the not agreeing on the politics..but I'm rating the restaurant- not the owner's views. I wish other fast food places had food that was consistently good. Relatively healthy (for a fast food place).

We were heading out of town and went through drive through as we often do. The girl did not repeat the order which i was suprised by because my kids asked for a specific change on 1-2 items. In retrospect I realize she did not ask size either for shakes so she decided to make them larges, surely because they cost more. Then they were the wrong flavor too. We were shorted 2 bottled waters and the MAIN part of my meal, my chicken sandwich. Since it was lunch hour it took a while to get back across archer road which is when I realized my sandwich was gone. I had not looked because it took so long in the drive through and she was handing me extra fries and trying to talk me into taking the other shakes for free. So I ended up having to come back in this traffic and go inside. Boo to this place! I love the chicken but am not in any hurry to go back.

Yeah, I know - its a chain. But really, is Chick-Fil-A a regular chain? I think not. Very few chains approach my love for this place. The original sandwiches are the perfect creation. Add some mayo and extra pickle and it is perfection on a bun. The grilled ones are good, but lets face it - I almost never order one. Lemonade? Best anywhere. Fruit cup for when the exceptional waffle fries seem like too much (I rarely order fries anywhere anymore). Closed on Sunday? *sigh* I get it, but I don't have to like it!

One of the best fast food chain I've had! The chicken nuggets are actually real chicken pieces instead of the powdery tasting mysterious nuggets you get from other places. I also appreciate that there isn't much breading on the chicken nuggets here, it's 100% chicken meat! I'd never expect that from a fast food chain restaurant! I am also a big fan of their waffle fries. The waffle fries are thick and fluffy with crispy surface just the way I like them. I can eat 2 big orders of them all by myself! I am so bombed out that there is no Chick-Fil-A in the bay area :-(

The customer service is great at this location, which is usually the norm for all Chick-Fil-A locations. They even started something new where they ask your name and call it when your order is ready, instead of shouting out an order number. At first I thought they were doing too much but now that I think about it, I actually like that. I had been to a Chick-Fil-A about a month ago and they didn't do that so I don't know if this is something new all Chick-Fil-As are starting or if it's just this one. A+++

This location is always dirty, the floors are VERY slippery, the wait is HORRIBLE, the noise level inside is almost intolerable, and I've seen honey badgers friendlier than their staff. Avoid it all together and get a spicy chicken sandwich from the newly renovated Wendy's next door.

Love chick-fil-a. Especially this one. They really try to go out of the way for people who are gluten free(my wife) and I get a good selection of food to enjoy myself. Only one time did they make a mistake in the 20-30 times we have gone

If you happened to live in Stoneridge like I did, your apartment would be within walking distance to this location. if you catch management at a good time of year, you can get coupons for a free sandwich with purchase of a combo meal. I had chicken at this place for months because of those coupons.

One of the better restaurants for fast food. Usually the people are very nice and polite and say "my pleasure" when you thank them. I food is usually hot and fresh. Try the lemonade and the iced teal It is very good.
