We hired celebrations for our destination wedding in Gainesville and were blown away by their level or service! Ellie and her staff were always available - even long distance- and worked with us tirelessly to create a menu and service plan that best served the needs of our guests and our budget. They let us bring our own alcohol to be served by their bartender at the reception, which was a big money saver. Other caterers we talked to wanted to charge a $17/bottle corking fee for this privilege. Celebrations did it for free. Celebrations isn't just about the food. They coordinate and decorate as well. We brought over some of our decorations the week ahead of time and they went nuts with their creativity and put together a reception that exactly fit our personalities and the vibe of the wedding. When the friend who was bringing the rest of our decorations had a car accident and couldn't make it, Ellie found blue glass vases at the last minute and created fun and eclectic centerpieces, saving the day! I hear a lot of stories about brides and grooms that don't get to eat on their wedding day. The celebrations staff really took care of us in this respect! They set out food for us at the sweet heart table, were constantly (but surreptitiously) on hand asking if we needed refills on our drinks and even packed us "to-go" boxes of the wedding meal so that we would have something to eat the next day. They were friendly, efficient and excellent dancers. Our guests loved the food. The marinated chicken was a tad too flavorful for our personal tastes; but it was still pretty good and every body else RAVED about it. Everybody was a big fan of the stuffed shells and I personally was a huge fan of the roasted vegetables. Everything was well-prepared and nothing looked or tasted cheap. Celebrations LOVES offbeat couples. There were several things about our wedding that were non-traditional. Celebrations not only rolled with it, they reveled in it! Every member of their staff was super-psyched to be there and we loved hearing stories about the other offbeat events they have served (We totally wish we could have been at the Avengers-themed wedding!). We were very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Celebrations for any event you are planning!

Celebrations Catering has provided excellent food, superior service and and an enriched environment for many brides and event planners in Gainesville, FL. As a vendor, we see the hidden workings and inner mechanisms of preparation, and set up, as well as the finished event. Celebrations staff are upbeat, professional, and talented. So incredibly happy with the service provided by Celebrations Catering! We have used them twice now for a yearly event at our church and they are incredibly reliable! The cost for their outstanding service was very affordable. Jessica and her team are very professional and went above and beyond what we asked. Our event ran late and the servers were so careful to take down their stuff quietly as to not disturb our event. Our diner was delicious and people are still coming to me and asking who catered - I'm referring as many people as I can to Celebrations.

Lunch was on time, and a nice "box" Doritos, I love them, brownie, condiments The only downside is I ordered RB on white and got wheat, but that may have been miscommunication internally from coordinator and not a mistake by celebrations. So I give them benefit of doubt

sloppy, sloppy, sloppy... the staff looks like a bunch of people who are straight out of prison. things weren't set up professionally, I guess his name was Gabe was chain smoking the entire time. not a group of people i would want at a high class event.

Celebrations took the budding ideas I had for my wedding and helped make them better than I could have ever hoped for. Ellie was there helping me along the entire journey. We built our menu from the ground up with the inspiration of some of our favorite dishes, looked at all the linens and table-scapes, and made sure we had all the details worked out. Celebrations not only made phenomenal food for my wedding, they also helped plan all the details, decorations, and timing of the entire event. I honestly don't know how I would have done it without them. And my guests are still talking about the food! During my wedding, the entire team worked quietly and efficiently behind the scenes setting everything up to my exact vision. They had it all under control and I got to focus on getting married. They even made sure that my groom and I always had drinks and food the entire night. At the end of the night they packed everything up and made sure everything was taken care of. With Celebrations, we got amazing catering, planning, coordination for the day of, and unbeatable support throughout without blowing our budget out of the water. I will be singing their praises to anyone looking for help on their big day!
