Good food but my wife had a $30 steak lunch. They over cooked the broccoli and put the wrong sauce on her steak. They took it back and washed it off. Brought the same steak and veg back on a new plate. When I complained the manager and waiter apologized but did nothing. Put blue cheese sauce instead of peppercorn sauce. Needs to understand customer service. $30 to have a washed off steak??

Really nice place to grab a bite to eat. The GM, Grits, is very visible among the guests and does a great job of keeping things on track. The food is really tasty. I recommend the deviled eggs as an appetizer. The sushi rolls are unique and tasty. They offer an array of gluten free options and they are celiac safe even though our server was not well versed on gluten free, he did deliver a tasty and safe meal.

Horrible...absolutely horrible! My husband and I are visiting from SC saw Jackacudas thought it was cool. No. We ordered 2 rolls and my husband ordered a burger. After an hour of waiting for our food we said goodbye! No burger takes an hour and sushi was prob sitting and accumulating bacteria by then. Nice waitress though but from our experience kiss our country SC butts. Have a nice day

First time here. Amazing wait staff. Super friendly! Outside view is quite perfect. UNTIL.. We got our rolls and my husband asks for some spicy mayo and the waitress says "Don't you know how fattening that is?" We laughed about it the first time but she kept mentioning it so by the third time she kept bringing it up I said well that's how we like sushi! Very inconsiderate!

Gluten free menu! I had two different sushi, blackened fish tacos, and the chocolate cake -- all GF! Delicious and super friendly! Ask for Alex!

Not real impressed. To be fair my daughter and her husband enjoyed their meal. She got sushi and he ordered the shrimp and grits. I personally thought his shrimp and grits were pretty small. I ordered the monte cristo. DO NOT get this! They deep fry it which makes it look pretty but turns it into a greasy sponge. The first couple bits tasted good but soon the grease started ooozing out and well.....gross! I will be eating oatmeal, salads and drinking red wine to clear my arteries for the next few days....and I only ate about a 1/4 of my sandwich . Service was ok, the food took a bit long to come to the table for the time if day we were there. 4 in the afternoon. If you go order sushi or the fish tacos. The table next to us got those and they looked pretty good.

In regard to the sushi... WAY too expensive for what you get. I realize the location plays into it, sure, but in the middle of winter? Chirashi had a nice presentation, but $27 for 6 oz of fish/eel and some rice? Service is slow, to boot. I won't be returning.

    (2)
  • Chris E.

Superb is the word. Fish tacos were epic. Seriously. There was a filet mignon sushi roll that was equally impressive, accompanied by a great old fashioned. Presentation was excellent, as was the service and cleanliness. Go. Here.

The King Crab legs that came with fried corn were delicious. The service was a little slow but all the food we ordered eventually came out and everything was delicious.

Sydney Sailors ruined my entire experience-- we come often and I will not be back because of her. One of my close friends became sick from the boat(motion sickness). Sydney Sailors bluntly came up to me and told me when need to tip better. The only reason I found out her name was because I asked the waitress/waiters who she was. Even the staff wasn't keen on her.

Not sure if other reviewers caught them on an off night or what but my wife and I had an awesome experience. We had an amazing server and got 2 sushi rolls and the fish tacos to share. The rolls were amazing we got the backdown and green knight rolls. The fish tacos were fantastic! The only complaint I would possibly have is the edamame was a little overdone so the shells were too fragile. The prices were a little high but it was the harbor walk in Destin what do you expect? The rest of our group got fish of the day (mahi mahi) and snapper and they too loved it. So far our favorite fish place any of us have are at in Destin.

Best restaurant we ate at in Destin. Actually, best restaurant I've been to in a long, long time! Wish I could try everything on their amazing menu!

  • Roger M.

Shelby and her sister Sydney (sp?) were very nice and amazing! Recommended the Fish Tacos (blackend) and the Deviled Eggs which were awesome! Recommend for lunch and dinner menus look great as well. Will be making it back!

Our server was great, he did well and checked on us a lot. But we started out getting the wedge salad, for $9 you would think from a 99cent iceberg lettuce head you would Atleast get half. Nope! We didn't even get half of the half. And about 5blue cheese crumbs on top. Definitely looked like a small side salad. Then we ordered sushi.. Don't change anything about your sushi because it takes forever! Also.. I had to send my sushi back twice, not once but twice! And still wasn't happy. Y'all are that cheap that you use crab salad in your California roll? Just looks sloppy and cheap. I am a local and will not come back or recommend clients of mine who are here on vacation.

  • Alisia B.

Yikes, dinner last night with the family. Service was terrible. Took 2 hours to receive our food and another hour to receive checks, which were incorrect. The only reason we went was due to previous yelp reviews, wanted to make sure an honest review existed. Sushi was okay, certainly not as fresh as we'd hoped. Kitchen food took hours as well.

Not a very great experience.... Upon walking in the door an immediate aroma of wet mop hit my nostrils.... After waiting several minutes for my drink I wasn't impressed. Once getting my pan seared grouper I was overwhelmed with what seemed to be a gallon of salt. I felt nauseous for the rest of my stay.

I had the blackened fish tacos, by far the best fish tacos I have ever had. I definitely recommend visiting here if you are in the Destin area

This was a fantastic restaurant. We have now been twice, and can't wait to return. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and the view is amazing. We had the rainbow roll, the fire sticks, and another roll with spicy crab and jalapeño cream cheese (started with a "b"), and they were phenomenal. My husband also had the lemon butter oysters and wished he had a double order. We will definitely return. I would honestly say this was one of my favorite restaurants in all of Destin.

My friend and I were here on our vacation and we ate here 2 nights before we were headed back home. Since we are both avid sushi fans and could not resist sushi even 7 hours away from home, so Jackacuda's was on our list. My first complaint: The water. The water (and I kid you not) tasted like it came straight out of the ocean or a toilet and was filtered only a little bit. It was so bad that I was tempted to ask the waiter to take a sip. To reassure myself that I wasn't crazy, I got my friend to take a sip. She too, thought it tasted like hell. Whatever, so I ordered a cocktail (don't remember which one). The cocktail tasted like it was made with the same nasty water that I ordered. How does a restaurant screw up water? I almost thought I was being punked. The Firecracker roll was super spicy but still good. For those who cannot handle sirachi sauce, you may want to avoid this one. Service was fast and prompt. Our waiter was friendly. Just don't drink the water!

  • Ileana O.

It was my favorite place to eat while at work, now I won't go there unless Barry (5stars) it's working!... a bartender which I can't remember his name accused me of making copies of coupons, which I was printing online from the magazine website. It's expensive (menu goes up every month) but good... The service not so good, mostly had my order wrong but when it right it was good. Next time ask where the coupon came from before you assume! I will def not recommend you anymore! Bringing me a coupon was not an apology therefore the review STAYS!

Phenomenal place love the sushi and our waiter DJ knew everything on the menu in detail and if he didn't he found out for us, great time!!!

Awesome spot! Loved the outside seething by the water. We did both dinner and brunch here (consecutively). Sushi, fish tacos, deviled eggs appetizer, and Crab Cake Benny, and Bloody Mary were all great.

Just randomly walked into this place because we were at the harbor walk and happy we did. Sushi was really good and wife had fish tacos that were very good as well.

  • Elena T.

Amazing sushi!!! This isn't your typical local chain production type sushi that you get at other local establishments. A bit of a wait but totally worth it!!! Presentation is excellent. The restaurant is in a great location and has wonderful ambiance. Looking forward to my next visit.

We visited Jackacuda's twice while on a long weekend in Destin. Both times we were really happy with the food and service. We tried a sushi roll and shrimp and grits first time around and loved both, tried their drinks to and enjoyed them (Caribbean cooler and the watermelon lemonade). Second time around we did fish tacos, very good as well. Nice thing about coming in early May is they were not crowded, in and out quickly and kitchen was fast. Will definitely come back anytime we come to Destin.

Sophisticated dishes with an excellent quality and price to value ratio. Place is clean and modern. You might wait too long for sushi but it's worth. I will definitely go back.

  • Boe B.

Great service we had crab cakes and blacken snapper sandwich which was great, also the fries that came with sandwich were awesome 4+ , the crab cakes where a 3+ star compared to other places in Destin.

  • Sonia B.

Place was busy. Atmosphere was nice. Food was okay at best. The ceviche balls were tasteless and dry. The rainbow sushi was flavorless. The chorizo fish was good, the sides were boring and lacked flavor. I would save your money and try something else. Not worth the hype.

  • Tony J.

New restaurant, nice ambience, the servers were nice and eager to please. Food was good, the portions were adequate, and the featured fish was local caught. Be prepared to wait for sushi as this prohibited us from ordering sushi. Otherwise restaurant was pretty good for a new venture. Our meal consisted of the Grouper, Shrimp & Grits, and their gourmet burger, all which are an excellent choices.

  • Caitlin D.

Awesome food! Between the 3 of us we had the fried avocado as an appetizer and also the mr. happy roll, both were delicious. Drinks were great as well...the i can't remember destin, banana colada and caribbean cooler. I had the fish tacos with the cobia for dinner and the others had the battered shrimp baskets. The food and service was amazing and you can't beat the view from the deck at sunset :)

    (5)
  • Carol B.

Service and food were wonderful. Appetizers were raw oysters and sushi. Entrees were fish tacos, snapper w/ dirty rice and asparagus, and appetizer crabcakes. Enjoyed sitting outside. Delightful evening.

My Wife and I wanted some good seafood at a nice place that wasn't overly pricey. We asked a local couple at the seafood festival and they recommended Jackacuda's. Its right in the middle of all of the harbor shops and fun with an ambiance was very very cool. They had both inside and outside seating right on the docks with beautiful scenery. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive as well. I liked the 32oz $5 draft Yingling (that you can take with you after and walk around with.. an added bonus!). We had raw oysters and a spicy shrimp & lobster sushi that was incredible for an appetizer. Then my wife and I shared the steamed snow crab legs and jumbo shrimp which were excellent! All and all I was very pleased with the service, food, and price! Entrees ranged from $12 - $35. Plus we liked that it wasn't a "chain" restaurant and was a local establishment. I would recommend it for families as well as they have a decent kid menu also. I would give it 4.5 / 5 stars if possible. A 5 star for me should be "WOW!!!". This place was very good... Steve from Indiana :)

Do not eat here. Horrible sushi and the waiter took an extra $3 from our tab thinking we wouldn't count it. The view is nice but go somewhere else is you're in the mood for sushi and and not getting robbed by the waiter.

Get the Backdown2 roll - just the right combination of sweet eel sauce and spicy aoli kick.

  • Chris K.

Great sushi . Backdown and Landlubber were excellent ... Zolie not so much unless you really like heavy citrus flavor. Try the crap cake appetizer. The service was excellent. DJ, our waiter, was extremely attentive and might be one of the best servers I've had. This place was a refreshing surprise for the tourist trap quality I usually expect from the harbor. Went back next day for brunch . Service was only mediocre (not DJ this time) but food was still great

This place just opened on the Boardwalk. The restaurant has a great vibe, beautiful view, and AMAZING food and drinks! If I was to hand-pick a menu for a seafood restaurant, this would be it. Delicious sushi, fresh oysters, amazing apps, and a super cool "fish trac" system that lets you scan a barcode onto your phone and see where your fish was caught, the fisherman, etc! So cool! Cocktails were delicious, including a few sake cocktail selections. There was a bit of a wait, but that's completely understandable at a new place that was extremely packed on the weekend. Our server was incredibly nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Another plus is the menu prices. For an upscale seafood place right on the harbor, it is incredibly fairly priced. Overall, I can't wait to go back!

  • Heather D.

Delicious!!! Meyer lemon oysters, landlubber roll, seaside roll, and zolie roll all terrific! We ate at the sushi bar and really enjoyed everything about the restaurant. We've been through 7 states in the last three weeks and this was our best meal yet. We plan to eat here again tomorrow!

  • Sudario W.

Fresh sushi with a few rolls featuring REAL crab meat! I recommend the NOLA Roll. Service is also friendly and professional; knowledgeable about the menu items I asked about. Destin's newest sushi bar gets a seal of approval!

Simply wonderful sushi! We tried Backdown sushi roll and we were very impressed :-) definitely our new favorite spot to hang out! Plus the view on the harbor is priceless.

This was our first time to Jackacuda's, and we will never return. To start, we waited about 15 minutes before our waiter, Grits, even took our drink order, and by then we were ready for appetizers also, but apparently drinks and appetizers at once is too complicated. Subsequently, requesting a side salad of anything is impossible. You either get the full order or nothing (when asked, Grits's reply was "what you see is what you get"). Don't get the gluten-free option on the fish tacos, the corn tortillas fall apart; just eat it as a bowl. Sushi and sashimi come out when it's convenient, even after the meal comes (yes, sashimi, slicing fish, took 10-minutes longer than the food). The drinks are mediocre and no one was happy with their meal. Everything was mediocre and the horrible service made the experience sub par. After an $80 tab per couple, many of us were left wondering if McDonalds was still open.

Great gluten free options. I recommend the GF fish tacos and GF cheesecake. My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits ( not GF).

Local restaurants are near and dear to my heart and this one is no exception. From the fried avocado to the handcrafted ice cream, everything is amazing. My favorite is the BackDown2 sushi roll. Crispy, flavorful and fresh, it is everything I love in my sushi rolls. The fish tacos are wonderful and the cocktails are creative! This is my new favorite place!

  • Diver O.

Great location. The staff is very personable but could use more training. Nice drink menu with some decent sake. The menu is diverse seafood. There are some items typically not on a sushi menu such as fish tacos but it works. There is a good selection of rolls but the sushi/sashimi choices are scant. However' I'd rather have good fresh fish rather than compromise on quality for an extensive selection. I had oysters baked with cheese, jalopeño, and supposedly bacon. I didn't encounter any bacon and the oyster was all shriveled up. Seaweed salad was good. I had the backjack roll, which was fantastic. The setting can't be beat. Good bar and food.

Large group of us at this restaurant on 3/11/2014. Service was good. Food is not good. Tourist trap, I guess. Nice gal out front sold the place as high end farm to table gourmet. It is not. Sushi was just bad. We didn't even finish it. The "sushi bar" had no fresh fish. Shrimp and grits was so overly spiced and salted that it could not be eaten. Grits were fried grit patties - yuck. Fried shrimp was ok. Kids meals were passable. Crab bisque was a joke - bland with no trace of a crab - it looked like thin pure white queso. The location was nice but if I were you, I'd keep walking. The adult food is not good. Get a new - real - chef soon. Call Gordon Ramsey ..... You need help.

Hands down the BEST and freshest sushi in Destin. We had the Zolie and the Nola and they were both delicious. Unlike a lot of sushi places that add too much rice, mayo and fozen fish to cut costs, Jackacudas does it right...the way great sushi should be. Perfect blend of rice, fresh fish and sauces that taste so natural...wow we were very impressed. I also loved the atmosphere, the entire staff was happy to be there which says a lot about the place. The back patio has one of the best views of the Destin Harbor and there's a nice lounge area in the front next to the bar. Will be back very soon!

We were very excited to try Jackacudas after reading all the other reviews on Yelp but now we think the other reviews may have been fake. We probably should have turned around and left when we saw it was in a big tourist area (Harborwalk) but again we were optimistic. We should have turned around and left when there was no line to get in tonight and we were able to get a table outside along the harbor (we thought we were lucky because it was off season). The truth is that we were able to get such a prime table because the place wasn't busy because it isn't very good. Our waiter was kind enough to tell us not to order the kale salad or the cucumber salad and that the miso soup was salty. What he failed to tell us is that the house salad (for 8.95) comes in the smallest bowl imaginable. It was tasty, though. Our son's fish sandwich came on a croissant (a nice surprise) and with a generous portion of fries. No real complaints there except his food came out way before ours did. My husband and I ordered several sushi rolls, none of which were great. They were small rolls and the firecracker roll ruined our tastebuds for the night. We desparately needed water but our waiter was no where in sight. Overall service was poor, food mediocre, location touristy. You've been warned.

Where to begin....we had a group of 5 adults and 4 children. We picked this place because of the advertisement of sushi and they were not busy at all, so no wait. Upon sitting we waited for about 10 minutes with numerous people walking by. Finally we did ask another employee if we could see our waiter/waitress. She was nice and did come promptly. This is when the disaster began. She was very open with us and stated that their sushi was taking up to 45 minutes to be made (which is why we came). So no sushi for us, mind you there is one other table in the room with us with people at it. Went for the cucumber salad ($5) and a "bowl" crab soup ($9). The cucumber salad was a huge disappointment. It tasted well enough but it was literally 1/4 of a cucumber with sesame seeds on it. Crab soup was a very small portion, especially for $9 and it was cold. Sent it back and it came back a little less cold. My husbands "gourmet" burger and fries had a piece of latex glove in it. We felt like we were in a twilight zone when the waitress was confused and stated about 5 times "oh that was at my other job." Such a disappointment on vacation. Paying a ton for not great food, a little better service, and a latex glove piece. No management came out; and all we got was my husbands meal taken off the bill. So many other great places on the pier to eat at, Harry T's next door was great!!

I almost didn't come based on yelp review but it am I glad I did! To other yelpers defense the pictures of the same platters we ordered look different than theirs so maybe there is a new chef in the kitchen? Appetizer: Zolie roll and lemon butter baked oysters - both amazing and I am not a huge oyster fan. Dinner: I had the fish of the day over fried arugula and quinoa with pineapple butter sauce (I forget the official name for it on menu). My husband had the fish tacos. We both said ours tasted great and didn't share which probably proves that point. Service: I can see what others say as potentially being true. We were seated right away and our server was attentive and constantly checking in which was good but he didn't ever tell us the special or fish of the day. We had to drag out that information which I feel is basic for a server to do when they seat you especially for the price of the establishment. Ultimately do I want to give it a 2-3 for service? Yes. Is the food worth coming even though the service is mediocre at best? Yes hence the 4.

Ate here 2 times this week 50/50 chances of going back. The fist time was Monday sat outside and server was great! We Got sushi philly roll great-and chicken and waffles- good. The capitals catch was very small-great. The fish sandwich was great. Came back Thursday night was sat at 2 round tops for 6 people including 2 toddlers. Waited 45 min to get food. We asked the server after 30 min and she was rude and said its not my fault fyi a child's burger takes 20 minutes and they were swamped. We Ordered 3 fish sandwiches-they didnt know which was grilled or blackened but tasted good the fries were under cooked crab cakes and 2 sushi rolls- ok We were billed for one $30 fish sandwich and two $17 fish sandwich...? No lie they were all the same not sure what happened but we needed to get out of there it wasn't worth arguing over

Please, for the love of all things holy, don't waste your money at this place. The service was horrible. We arrived around 5:30 and were quickly seated. No one came to our table for 15 minutes. We finally stopped the manager and before we could finish telling him that no one had even taken out drink order, he interrupted us to tell us he would send our server over. The sushi rice in our sushi was undercooked (crunchy rice anyone?). If you could get past the crunchy rice, the roll was "ok", definitely nothing to brag about. One drink from the bar was good, the other was really watered down to The point of being tasteless. 3 out of The 4 in our party ordered crab legs. They were good but it's really hard to screw them up. I had the grouper which came with potato croquets, and green beans. The grouper was good as was the aioli but the green beans were raw- not partially steamed, but raw. How raw were they? So raw that I couldn't eat them. The potato croquettes were a good thought but lacked any flavor. They were supposed to be cheesy, bacony, spicy goodness fried in Panko crumbs. They had raw pieces of jalapeños and bacon bits. I couldn't detect anything except instant mashed potatoes and heat. No flavor and definitely no salt. &165 and 1.5 hours later, I left feeling like I was taken a advantage of ;). In essence, I Was screwed. For a restaurant that was only half full, it shouldn't have taken over an hour to receive our food. It also shouldn't have taken our waiter 30 minutes to clear dishes off of our table. Oh, and the restaurant is hot. We were sweating sitting there. Please save your money and don't eat here.

Fun place to go. Tiger roll is a must try. Fried shrimp Rangoon is excellent. Our waitress Angela is awesome. Ask for her of you come in.

The food was awesome! The service is a little odd, the guy who seated us didn't seem to know anything lol. But once our server came he was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food and in my family that's rare. My sister got the fish tacos and my other sister got shrimp. I got the zolie sushi, it was so good. I recommend giving it s least a once over.

Holy mother of mouthgasms. My significant other and I were wanting a nice dinner that did not include fried food. My best friend is a local and recommended Jackacuda's. We are so glad she did. We ordered the ahi tuna poke and 1/2 dozen oysters to start. Have you ever had an emotional response to food? I was overwhelmed by the magic of the Ahi Tuna Poke. The combination of tuna sashimi and avocado was exactly what I wanted. For entrees, we both had sushi rolls. I had the Zolie and he had the Marco Rolo. This is where I entered my tuna coma. Once again, it was all incredible. Finally, we rounded out dinner with a slice of the Grand Maw Mac's pie. It's a white chocolate pseudo-cheesecake topped with berries. There are no words for the joy that dessert brought my S.O. Go. Eat there. You'll drop some money on it, but no more than anywhere else in Destin.

Best place to go eat. Never been to a restaurant that has both seafood and sushi. The seafood platter is soooo good. And everything on the sushi menu is delicious. It has a great view of the Destin harbor. So glad me and boyfriend decided to eat here. Everyone must eat here during theiir stay in Destin, FL.

Hands down the best fish tacos I ever had. Very light but filling. Fresh and tasty! Coming back to get more whenever I visit Destin again!

Fantastic food and exceptional service. The chef and servers were great they made sure all our expectations were met! Trigger fish cheeks, whole cooked fresh scamp grouper were delicious. No visit to Jackacuda's is complete without a Backdown2 Roll!!! Absolutely delicious!!!

This place is so delicious. Our food came out in a timely manner and the server (Aneatria) was knowledgeable and very sweet. We had the mahi with mashed potatoes and asparagus. But it wasn't just any dish, it was tasty. We also got the chorizo crusted snapper which has a Spanish feel with yellow rice and black beans. The quality of food and service was spectacular. For dessert we had bread pudding which wasn't too sweet which was perfect. I could go on for days about this place but just know that it's mind blowing and I will be back!

This used to be a good place to eat at. They've changed the chicken and waffles. Even though the menu says a bourbon maple syrup, you're given teriyaki sauce. The waffles are no longer a delicious and unique griddle style, they're Belgian. I'm sitting in Jackacuda's right now next a large party that either has the owner or someone important to the restaurant in it. They are extremely loud and obnoxious, and are clearly receiving significant preferential treatment over everyone else in here. Chefs and the manager on duty are constantly checking on them and socializing. Not any other table in here, though. We'll never be back, and will discourage all others from eating here. **UPDATE** - July 31st I received a response from one of the owners, stating the table was a family reunion that happens about twice per year. I'm not sure why the chefs were taking members of the table into the kitchen, but okay... we'll go with family reunion. I was also informed that instead of the bourbon maple syrup, my girlfriend and I received the eel sauce with our chicken and waffles. Yum. Even after explaining the situation, the owners have not offered an appropriate solution. Avoid Jackacuda's at all costs.

My husband and I were walking along the Harbor Walk looking for a nice place to have dinner and enjoy a view of the sunset over the harbor. We were greeted by a smiling young lady who promptly escorted us to a wonderful table with a spectacular view of the harbor. Our server, Aneatria, offered some great suggestions and we placed our orders. Being new to sushi, I played it safe and stuck with what I knew. For a starter, we ordered the Cucumber Salad. Great presentation and wonderful aroma of cucumbers. There wasn't much more flavor, but it was fresh and we enjoyed it. For entrees, my husband ordered the Crunchy Shrimp roll and Wasabi/Tobiko. I had the Spicy Crunchy Crawfish. Wonderful flavors and nice presentation. We enjoyed a long, leisurely dining experience and finished with a scrumptious Banana Bread Pudding. The fireworks was a wonderful ending to a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend it; Ask for Aneatria's table for great service!

I was really excited about trying Jackacuda's - they have a really fun, eclectic menu and on their FB page, they're really funny. ;) Our server was awesome. The view is fantastic. I liked what I got (sushi - the marco rolo and seaside). Others were put off by the prices (hey, it's harborwalk). And, one in my party, hated theirs - He got fried fish. I tried it and he was right...it was awful. It didn't taste like anything. And his fries were cold and soggy. Definitely a mixed review within our group. Most got burgers, we had sushi, fried fish and fish tacos (my husband did say that those were awesome). However - I'm to the point of being irritated with the massive crowds (mostly, crowds looking for free entertainment) at Harborwalk that I don't know that eating at Jackacuda's is worth going to the carnival mess. Personally, I'd enjoy Jackacuda's more if it were away from Harborwalk.

    1. Location: location gets A+ right off destins main drag. On the water by the bridge. And plenty to walk around before or after eating. 2. Ambiance: Gets an A. It's nice, clean, nice views, but lets face it its no michelen star place. 3. Service: Gets a C. Its quite sad for such a cute nice place. The servers wear shirts and random pants. One food runner had a shirt a hoodie, and a gold chain. Come on have your employees shaven, and wearing polo's or button ups. It's such a nice place but the staff looks like their working a dive bar. Also, service was a little slow. Our waiter said it's because he had another table of five. That's only two tables though... Maybe he was also working kitchen duty, he looked like he was kitchen staff. 4. Food: gets an A it was delicious, and I like that the use a tracking system so you know you're getting the actual fish you order. 5. Bar Service: A they have two types of Rip Vanwinkle including one Pappy.... Need I say more? If you dont know about this whiskey absolutely don't google or try to get it... It didn't need any more demand its hard to find. Overall: A- everything was nice except Service. Please jackacudas invest in some polos or button ups. And don't have a guy dressed like two chains running food.... 4 star had to take one away for Service.

Was unfortunately dragged here on a work trip. Not even close to the level that it should be, based on the price.

The specialty drink was absolutely horrible! Price of the sushi for the portion size, even given that it is a tourist trap was poor. The crab legs and shrimp were supposed to be 1 pound each and turned out to be about one half pound of each. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food, the portion sizes, and the service. I will not be back.

We went at about 2:00 and the place was mostly empty. We were seated outside and ordered an edemame and 3 sushi rolls. We were given the edemame within 10 minutes. Nearly an hour and a half later, we were STILL sitting there waiting on our rolls. We were told by the waiter that our food was being plated only to sit for another 20+ minutes and wait. When the food came out, it was room temperature. I don't know about you but I want my raw fish cold. At $15 a roll it should be. We won't go back.

Jackacudas was a lovely breath of fresh air from the "touristy" restaurants in the area. Sydney, our server, was AWESOME! She was super helpful with menu information and selection. Great personality. my husband had cobia which was certified fresh. Great place! Great service.

Jackacuda's is located on the Destin Harbor in Harborwalk Village. It has an excellent view of the Destin Bridge framed by gorgeous sunsets. Their staff is upbeat and professional, and I've always thought they do a great job managing time and staying on top of things. The restaurant has an impressive bar with delicious signature cocktails, and their dessert menu is something you should definitely save room for. The dinner and sushi menus are both impressive-looking, and I spent my visits having a hard time choosing what to eat. I even enjoyed the presentation of food, very trendy and inspired. My main concern, however, is with the execution of the food, mainly seasoning. After three different entrees and two sushi rolls, I realized I was looking around for the salt and pepper shakers and some hot sauce, which is complete blasphemy as far as I'm concerned. So while I dig the location and the menu is enticing, I'm a little underwhelmed once I actually take a bite. That's not to say this is a bad place, it's not. They just need to find the Wow Factor in the taste.

I was with a party of about 30 people and the staff were very nice and attentive. The prices are pretty steep ($8 for a small house salad) but the food is really tasty!

This place really disappointed. Food was just ok, not as good as the other reviews stated. Portions were very small! Now the really bad part... The service was just bad and I'm very laid back when it comes to service on 8+ parties (we had 10). Had to ask for our drinks to be refilled, the kids food never came out and we had to tell waitress that no one brought the food. Had to ask for silverware and sauces for the sushi. Will not come back and would not recommend .

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and wanted something other than fried seafood (I live in New Orleans, so I've had my fair share of that). I searched on Yelp and found this place with good reviews, so we decided to try it. I'll post a more detailed review below, but if you're short on time, this place is overly expensive, gives small portions, and does not have very menu-knowledgeable servers, well, at least my server didn't. Let's start off with location. The location was amazing! It was located in the Harbor Village along the docks and which has plenty of other activities nearby. Dolphin cruises, zip-lining, etc. They have indoor seating as well as outside. My boyfriend and I sat on the patio in the back. It was around 7:30 pm with a cool breeze, so I enjoyed that. However, if your goal is to sit somewhere with pretty scenery, I suggest you come when the sun is still up. Anyway, my boyfriend and I waited maybe less than 5 minutes to be seated. After we sat down for about five minutes, a server told us he would be right with us. "Sure!" we said. We saw the same server run and back to help some of his other tables after that. Another 15 minutes had passed when he suddenly realized we haven't been helped and said, "Oh, the other server didn't get you?". Now, I'm a server too, and I know that it was his section and he just forgot about us. But it was okay, like I said, I'm a server too, so I just blew it off and said no. By the way, our server was named SMOYER. Continuing, he took our drink orders which was root beer, two waters, and hot tea. He later came back with the root beer and water but told me he was heating up water for the hot tea. Okay. We asked Smoyer what was in their ceviche salad. He told us they had snow crab, octopus, and tuna. I also asked him if the salad was served with a ponzu dressing. Yes he said. Great, so we ordered that along with the Ahi Tuna Poke, Chorizo Crusted Snapper, The Chef's Burger, and the Red Carpet Roll. It didn't take long at all for our appetizers to come out, but when the food runner came out, he brought us the Ahi Tuna poke and Tuna Tacos. Apparently, Smoyer put it in wrong. Still, no big deal. They returned pretty soon after with the ceviche salad anyway. Also after this, Smoyer came back and said he was still heating the water for the hot tea and showed me a small coffee pot with water in it. Now, I don't know if he doesn't know how to work the machine or if it was broken, but the water was in a coffee pot (one of those coffee machine ones) on top of a tea brewer machine....Why he didn't put the water in the machine to be heated up instead of on top of the machine beats me. I also don't understand why he couldn't just microwave the water either, but whatever. Soon after, everything sort of went downhill. But back to the food... The Ahi Tuna Poke was good, but the ceviche salad was a completely different story. So remember, Smoyer said that the ceviche was snowcrab, tuna, and octopus served in a ponzu dressing. Actually, they had no snowcrab, or octopus, or ponzu dressing. it was tuna, onions, and maybe something else I forgot but the dressing was lemon juice. Also, it was served in a small martini glass. No, not the martini glasses that you would get at the bar...those are much bigger. Then, we got the Red Carpet Roll which had lobster on the inside wrapped with the rice on the outside. It also came with a sweet sauce that I liked. This roll was about $15 and it's not very big, but they do use real lobster so that's understandable. However, just a warning that it'll definitely not fill you up. Oh and yeah, the tea still never came. Our entrees came out next. I was really excited for my meal, but sadly, it came as a disappointment. I got the Chorizo crusted Snapper, and it was served on top of risotto with what tasted like tomato bisque. The texture of the risotto was fine, but the chef added so much white wine that it was overpowering. The snapper tasted like it hasn't been seasoned at all and was a bit overcooked and dry. The tomato bisque was extremely sweet. It just wasn't a good combination. I can't believe the price for this was $30! My boyfriend's burger tasted fine though, but it wasn't anything special. It did come with fries that my boyfriend asked for a side of ranch and ketchup (when we ordered and when we got the entree) but never received. So after we finished our meal, our hot teas finally got to us, but it was pretty useless then because we were ready to get out of there. Anyway, the total for our bill was $96 plus some change and we weren't even full. I know that restaurants around here can jack up the price a little, but this was ridiculous. Moreover, my boyfriend and I ate at a couple of other places the next few days and it was a lot cheaper with bigger portions and better tasting food. I don't know if it was an off day, but maybe if the food quality and portions were better, I'd give this place another try.

Had the Captains Choice which was excellently prepared. My husband had the snow crab which was a very generous pile of perfectly prepared crab! The Fire Stix were delicious as well. Our server Gabriel took care of our every need and had a very friendly demeanor. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I had the captain's fish sandwich which was blackened fresh fish topped with lump crabmeat and some type of mayo sauce.....OH!!! MY!!! GOODNESS!!!!!! The fish was unbelievably fresh. Sandwich was off the chain!! I'm definitely a repeat customer. My aunt had the fish tacos and they were amazing as well!!

Everyone was pleased. Fried sushi? It was good. I had the boardwalk my daughter had the NOLA. The Nola sushi was spicy. Also firecracker sushi is peppered like it sounds. Also at the table was fish tacos. Consisted of three different fresh catches. Very good. Worth it to sit down and enjoy the boats outside in the evening.

We went her for lunch today. I got the ninja roll. It was delicious! The waiter was helpful. We got seated right away. Had to wait just a bit for the sushi but when it's good I'll wait. Good place to eat in the harbor walk.

Very good seafood and sushi. The server was also on his A game. The drinks were a bit over priced and under alcoholed though ;-)

Surprisingly the best meal in Destin. Tasty sushi, freshly cut seafood, great music, and Ryan is the best server we've ever had. I guess it kinda helps that my name is Ryan as well. We went in with a large group and within seconds of being sat, we all had waters and were being walked thru the entire menu. The specialty drinks suggested were all spot on. He recommended we eat family style which we did. Ordered all the things that sounded great and shared them all. Great idea seeing how it is so hard to choose just 1 entree. The GM Grits came over to make sure we enjoyed everything which was a nice touch. He seemed to get tons of compliments Ryan because he kinda expect that our experience was perfect. Will be back soon.

Service -1 Prices way too high Food Great. Really good. But for 4-6 oz portion entrée at $20.00-35.00 and up, the service should be impeccable. We waited far too long for our order to be taken; then after an equally long wait for the food, my husband actually left the restaurant and went down the boardwalk to order a custom license plate. He got back before the food arrived. One waiter had some remarks as we were finally getting our food. Sometime later, our server stopped to ask about our meal, but started a chat with another server and walked away before either of us could speak! Minimum tip, you might leave hungry. Two stars only because food is 5-star flavor. Won't be back.

We had a lunch October last year at Jackacuda's. Sitting outside in the middle of the harbor with a drink is perfect. The food is a bit expensive but delicious. I had a cheesecake and was surprised. The American-style cheesecake is so rough and compact, I will not take it twice. We will definitely come back for another lunch.

My girlfriend and I come here for the southern fries. I've tried the jalapeño appetizer dish, the burger, and ceviche....all are good, but are over priced--$12 for 3 jalapeños, so its not really shareable. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive and they have some good 32 oz. beer specials as well. The view of the harbor is best at sunset.

The atmosphere is great and food is good but way overpriced. The Zollie roll was delicious. We also split a kale salad and pound of steamed shrimp. This was good but the fried corn never came so can't speak to that. The drinks were not good. The mango jalapeño margarita was so spicy I almost choked on it and I love spicy food. Also the piña colada was really watery and milky. The server had it remade but was still just ok. The server dropped off the $75 bill when the live band (which was great) took a 15 minute break and we didn't see him again to pay until the band came back. Overall underwhelming experience.

This place's California sushi roll was awesome! The rice was thinly applied and just the right amount of imitation crab, fresh cucumber and avocado. It was so good, I ordered three rolls to myself! My husband ordered a seafood platter and it was okay. I wish they would add a little bit more seafood in the basket and plus the fries were kind of soggy. I would come back for the sushi rolls.

It's easy to find a touristy, generic meal in Destin, but not so easy to find a meal that is inventive, fresh, and extremely flavorful. We've gone to Jackacuda's two summers in a row now, and every time the food is delicious. Last night we ordered the Zolie sushi, firesticks, wedge salad, and Chef's Special (snapper on a bed of garlic mash and a caramelized pineapple butter sauce): all were perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty! Our drinks were well-made and our server was awesome, too. Between the delicious food, great service, live music on the patio (excellent band) and sitting on the back deck, watching the boats come in to the Harbor, this is definitely our new favorite restaurant in Destin. Perfect way to spend our last night of vacation.

We ate here yesterday for lunch and absolutely loved it. I was skeptical at first when I read the sign that said seafood and sushi, most restaurants just pick one because how can you be good at both? Jackacudas is definitely good at both! We started out with some lemon butter grilled oysters that were phenomenal. We only ordered a half dozen and that was a huge mistake on our part. For our main entree my fiancé and I split three rolls - Philadelphia, backdoor2, and the landlubber. All three rolls were so delicious and so fresh! I'm very critical of a good Philadelphia roll and this one was out of this world. The Backdoor was a mix of lobster, shrimp, jalapeño, and spicy mayo - it was also amazing! I wasn't as crazy about the landlubber which was bacon, jalapeño, and filet mignon. It was delicious and my fiancé loved it but it just wasn't for me. They also have a special on Miller Lite which is $5 for a 24 oz. available while you eat your meal or to go which is a huge plus. It was pricey, for us two it was close to $80 just for lunch but we felt like it was worth it.

Sushi is really good! Fish was fresh we got the swordfish and a trigger fish which were both tasty and cooked well. Kind of pricy meal but if you like fresh fish and good sushi it's worth a try. Oh and nice view of the bay!

Great sushi! This was the only restaurant on the board walk that was actually worth the money we paid. The spicy tuna roll was nice and spicy and the lemon butter oysters were a great appetizer! Highly recommend this place!

This was by far one of the worst food experiences! Maybe we didn't order the right thing? Either way we will never be back! Mcdonalds (blah!) would have been more appealing than this! My husband and I decided to try this place since it was local and not one of the many chains located in Destin. We ordered the crab cakes, deviled eggs, seafood chowder (this was the soup of the day), and macaroni and cheese. Seafood chowder was good, lots of clams with a good tasting tomatoey broth with some shrimp thrown in. The deviled eggs tasted like they were made yesterday then put in the fridge waiting for release! The arugula salad that accompanied them was the best thing on the plate! As for the crab cakes, that was one of the worst things that we have ever tasted! I only took one bite and that was enough for me! Soggy and nasty! Uck, uck, uck! The mac and cheese was too watery and not at all what we expected considering the description. Service was OK, waitress was a little scatter-brained. No soap in the women's restroom. Doubt very seriously if we will ever eat here again!

Hey Louisville Fans! Great place to go when down south so be sure to check them out. Plus the food is great, I had miso soup, some great ahi tuna along with a solid tuna roll. This place might be my new game watch spot, great food and cold beer

Was in town for work. Had the backdown sushi roll three days in a row for lunch, it was that AMAZING!!! The shredded crab on top was all on it's own to die for. The lunch view on the boardwalk is incredible. My only complaint would be the slow service when waiting on tables.

  • Marina M.

We ate: Fish tacos, sushi, peel and eat shrimp, cheesecake. The good: Everything was excellent. The tacos and cheesecake were gluten free. Some of the best cheesecake I've ever had! Cheese ale Factory can suck it! Great outdoor seating by the water and boats. The bad: Service was a little slow. Also it's in the Harbor Walk/Boardwalk area which I'm not a fan of.

Roasted oysters were shriveled tough LITTLE pieces of rubber. Server said she would speak to the manager. If so he didn't care it she didn't RNA tacos were good but hard to get by the oysters. I would have been embarrassed to serve. No soy served with the sashimi

  • Frank H.

I have to mention that after a polite complaint the manager came to our table and offered his apologies for the screw up...the ticket machines went down...and offered a round of drinks on the house. When the sushi did arrive, it was in a honesty quite good. They handled the mistake professionally and with a positive attitude.

We were visiting family who were vacationing in Fort Walton Beach and we picked this place for our date night while grandma and grandpa watched the kids. Everything on the menu looked delicious and it was super hard to decide--even narrowing it down to sushi (for me) was hard, as there were at least eight rolls I really wanted to try. Unfortunately we didn't get much of a view because it was raining, but I think for that reason (as well it was a bit early at 5) it was nice and quiet--which was nice, as I can imagine this place gets hopping and noisy. Our server was nice enough and answered our questions, took my drink question to the bartender, gave us some recommendations, and had okay banter. The only issue is that our food took awhile--if you can believe it, my sushi came out about 10-15 minutes BEFORE his fish dish! At one point, the waiter said "They're plating it right now!" And then it still took another 10 minutes to come out. They were NOT busy, so I can only imagine there was a screw up in the kitchen. That said, all that we ordered was really good, though honestly just a bit on the high side price-wise. (Hubby's grouper dinner was $26 and I think a better price point would have been about $20-22. And maybe the sushi rolls $1 or so cheaper.) But overall it was good and I'd definitely go back if given the chance. P.S. It said free wifi but you needed a password that you had to ask for (annoying, so we didn't). It would be nice if it was told to you upon seating or available on a placard on the table.

Great food! I had the blackened fish tacos and a salad. My son (who is allergic to fish) had a delicious cheeseburger and fresh fruit. This restaurant recently celebrated its grand opening. I asked if the fries were cooked in the same oil as the fish (due to allergy) and it was, so he offered fresh fruit instead. The service was good...not great, but they recently opened and I'd expect everyone is still settling in. It was really interesting to literally watch the chef purchase a red snapper from a fisherman on the dock, fillet it, and then weigh out portions to use in the restaurant. It seriously can't get any fresher. Give it a try! We enjoyed the food!

  • Kip W.

Overpriced for quantity/quality of food. Very average quality. Fried shrimp wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Crab cakes didn't seem home made but seem like the type that were store bought. Mixed drink was HORRIBLE. Best thing was the draft beer. Filled the basket with straw fries and had 8 mediocre shrimp on top. Would not waste my time with so many other options available.

Me and my husband ate here last night and it was DELICIOUS!! We had sushi and fish tacos and I had no complaints! I'm split right down the middle about the place. Plenty of good things going on here, but there are some obvious misses as well and hopefully they will be able to clean them up soon. When you have 12 people and you put them in a city that is known for their seafood, but there are multiple food restrictions in the mix (my veganism being 1 of them), agreeing on a restaurant to eat is one of the biggest challenges. Jackacuda's has something to offer for everyone. For seafood lovers, sushi eaters, meat-only eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans. That was perfect for our difficult group. Unfortunately, because the restaurant has such an expansive menu, the quality was average and everything just tasted 'ok.' I ended up going for the Vegatron roll and seaweed salad. The roll was presented beautifully, but the roll itself was quite small, not packed tightly, and tasted just ok. I wish they would have put more veggies in the roll, especially for the price. The seaweed salad was nothing special, but went well with the roll. The rest of my group all finished their meals, but agreed that though nothing was bad, nothing was great either. A few split the large seafood platters, as they were excited to try local seafood, but alas, their taste buds only tingled, not excited. The drinks were hit or miss. My daiquiri was half melted by the time I received it. Don't know if they left it out too long, or the actual mix itself isn't made well. However, I tried a few other friend's drinks, and a lot of those were good. Service was great-no complaints there. Our server got us free shots when he found out that we were a bachelorette group party! He also had amazing memory and got all 12 people's orders correct without writing anything down. The atmosphere here is great, with live music bands jamming on the back patio in front of the beautiful harbor and water. In the end, this place is great to go as a group and enjoy the setting and music, with something to eat for everyone.

The location is great, but that is as far as it goes. The food is way over priced for the very small portions. The miso soup was so salty that it wasn't even eatable. The waiter apologized, but we were not charged but still. Def not going back.

    (2)
  • Christina P.

To start the soup special, potato leeks, came out cold. Told our server, she apologized and replaced it with hot soup promptly. Then we had the spicy tuna roll, tuna sashimi and shrimp Alfredo were good. But high priced for the quality. Most memorable was the lack of cleanliness in the woman's bathroom was appalling! Door had dirty hand and foot prints, obviously built up over time. Stall walls looked as if never cleaned. Mirror maybe once a week. Mentioned it to our server, she was very apologetic. After eating went back to see if anything changed. Nope! Many other good options on the Harbor walk, next time I'll go to one of them unless they clean up their act!

Oh man. These guys tried. They tried hard but it was bad all around. Can I give them no stars? First, when we walked in it smelled like sneakers. We should have turned around right there. The bathrooms smelled like wet dog. The martinis we ordered tasted awful. Maybe it had to do with the tap water/ice cube. I couldn't drink my drink. I've never not been able to finish a martini. And my mom literally spit her martini out. After a big discussion with the waiter about wanting hot sake, not cold sake, our sake was brought to the table cold. We were here to drink but ordered some of the Garlic Chili edamame to snack on. It took about 20-30 minutes for the edamame to come out. When does edamame take that long? And the edamame was mealie. The spice flavor was decent. The owner came to our table. He was very kind and gave us the hot sake free. And the music was great. Just what was playing on speakers. Over all. Go anywhere else. Sorry guys.

It was too early for dinner, so we stopped in for some snacks and beer. Excellent chargrilled oysters. Good beer selection. Great view. Sushi was pretty average, but we didn't step out too far with their specialty rolls. Waiter wasn't very good - kept us waiting to order drinks then let us run out of drinks.

  • Vivienne S.

Looks promising, but very lackluster. Extremely overpriced, substandard customer service, and mediocre food. I wouldn't recommend this place at all - try either Bochamps or Harbor Docks. To the establishment - by not making my order right, you may have made an extra $30 dollars, but you will not get any repeat business from me, nor from of my future friends and family that visit. Poor management.

Monte Cristo sandwich was amazing. The Fig spread was just the right touch of wonderful. The sandwhich was dipped in a fried batter and toopped with powered sugar sio you kinda feel like you are eating a funnelcake! The garlic grilled oysters were pretty good too. :)

Awesome atmosphere, good, friendly service and Delicious fresh food! Sushi rolls are soo fresh. Love the complementary jalapeño muffins. They make good drinks and have a cool drink menu, love the coconut drink!! Crab bisque soup is delicious, lots of crab and not too heavy. Wish there was 1 in NY! Can't wait to go back.

Hands down this is the best place to eat in Destin. Great service by our server "Kyle" and very great knowledge of all the products. We had a party of 7 and all the appetizer and food was cooked to perfection. The food was tasteful and delicious with great plating presentation. Definitely would recommend and return when we are back in Destin. Keep up the great work.

Not impressed. Tried to visit twice. On the first attempt the hostess left us standing there and was never able to tell us when or if a table was available. We were the only ones there and it certainly didn't look busy. After standing there for 20 minutes, we left! We returned 2 days later because we really wanted to try it. This time we were seated quickly by a very nice hostess. The food was average and the service was below average. No drink menu!? We barely touched one of our appetizers and our server just took it without even asking if we were done. For a $150 bill for 2 adults and 2 kids I would have expected much better food /service. My husband fresh fish basket was overpriced and certainly no better than Dewey Destin's (or anywhere else for that matter!). The menu looked awesome so it is unfortunate that our visit did not match it.

Delicious sushi, made to to order, very fresh fish! A variety of flavored saki to try, although the servings are a little small, the variety of flavors and prices make up for it. The entire staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. They also have a variety of both saki cocktails, which we do not try (next time though!), and their specialty drinks, both of which we tried were delicious (watermelon mint lemonade & I don't remember Destin)! It's so delicious and outstanding that we even saw restaurant owners from nearby establishments dining there!

I usually never go to restaurants two days in a row, but with this one I did. Right away I dismissed this restaurant because it's at Harborwalk. I hate parking there and have the overall assumption that it's touristy and therefore lacks the same care another restaurant might have. We visited for lunch both days. Watermelon vodka mint lemonade is outstanding! Not too sweet. Doesn't taste like alcohol whatsoever :). We ordered panko fried avocado with crab and crawfish. I loved this. Their garlic fries are very good. Get spicy aioli with it (even though it's 50 cents). My complaint is that the fries come in a small portion. The second day we also ordered the fries and their pickled beet deviled eggs. Very pretty to look at, but I didn't care for them but I don't like beets. The others did enjoy them. We all ordered various sushi rolls both days, which were great! Not so much typical rolls and lots of cooked rolls but very good! I didn't find the sushi prices high but I live in New England so actually these were right on par or even a bit lower. Sitting out on the deck gives you great views of the boats entering and leaving the harbor. Employees were great!

We had a great meal here on the deck. Fried avocado app was outstanding. The only sushi we tried was the Backdown roll and based on that one roll I will be back to try more! It was awesome. Shrimp and grits was just ok for me. Grits were fried grit cakes. I didn't think they were very tasty. Also got the flour less chocolate cake. Very rich and delicious. Overall it was an excellent meal with a great view of harbor and our server was very attentive. It was a Monday and wasn't a very busy night.

We went her for lunch today. I got the ninja roll. It was delicious! The waiter was helpful. We got seated right away. Had to wait just a bit for the sushi but when it's good I'll wait. Good place to eat in the harbor walk.

Sushi is good. Nice deck. Food is Over priced. Fish sandwich did not taste as fresh as other restaurants in the area and we were disappointed.

They were pretty busy so service was a bit slower but our waitress, Jessica, took great care of us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back next time we are in Destin!

  • Sandra W.

  • Stewart S.

    (2)
  • Jason M.

Go. Here.

Place was busy. Atmosphere was nice. Food was okay at best. The ceviche balls were tasteless and dry. The rainbow sushi was flavorless. The chorizo fish was good, the sides were boring and lacked flavor. I would save your money and try something else. Not worth the hype.
