When I first moved back to Davie and started school, I used to come here several times a week to get my bubble tea fix. My go to smoothie was passionfruit and honeydew mix. To eat, I love their tuna melt. The staff are always nice there and willing to recommend new drinks for you. They have a hugeee variety of flavors to choose from. This last time I went I got a coconut and green tea with tapioca. It was good but now with more mature tastebuds, the powdered flavors stick out to me a lot more and I dont enjoy them as much.

This rating is probably due to the fact this is the first real Boba I've had since California. They are the good original size, still hot when you get them in the drink, and have the perfect consistency. I've been to quite a few Viet/pho places as well as a food truck here in South Florida and no one seems to know what they're doing. They even also go as far as calling it "Bubble Tea", well either way, this place puts them all to shame! They have good check-in deals and a happy hour where you can get a panini and smoothie for around $8. The paninis are ok and the smoothies taste pretty artificial so my suggestion would be to stick with the Boba milk teas and you won't be let down! I'll be back!

Really good spot to grab quick lunch. Their food is fresh and portions are filling. All wraps and sandwiches are served with salsa and chips. I highly recommend getting their smoothies! I tried few flavors and all of them were good!

Best place in S Fl for boba. Food is great as well. I usually have the protein drink post workout.

It's a good place for students to run to and get lunch like sandwiches. It's healthy and fast, perfect for in between classes. They also serve boba teas, nothing out if the ordinary. Only thing great about this place is it is super close to school and food comes out fast, making it a convenience for college student.

AMAZINGNESS! I grew up in Davie and it took me many years to discover M & H. Sandwiches and smoothies are pretty much my all time favorite foods so this is like the most perfect food place to me. Literally everything is good... everything! I try to remind myself to get something new each time I come so I can try something different. Their menu is pretty vast but it's mainly all salads, sandwiches, and smoothies. Since they make everything fresh on site if you don't like something or want to add something extra they're always willing to oblige. I'm not a fan of the boba tapioca ball things but you can get any of their tea's with or without them. I recently had them make me a special Thai tea which was the best Thai tea I've ever had! Their staff is super friendly and the restaurant is really quaint and comfortable. Definitely a great little place to stop in for lunch or hang out with some friends. I'm definitely a repeat customer at M & H when I'm in the area!

Today was my first visit to M&H Cafe. I ordered a milk tea. Matcha Green Tea. I got kinda nervous when I saw the guy pouring my drink and I saw the Tapioca pearls being added to it. I always wanted to try bubble tea anyways so I went with it. Once I tasted the drink I was so happy I stopped by the cafe. The tea was very good. And the tapioca pearls were flavor less and fun to chew on. I will be returning.

Food: My favorites are the Chicken Avocado Panini and the Asian Chicken Wrap. Both are really good! The chips and salsa are a waste though. Stale chips and store bought salsa. They just added Halal chicken to the menu not too long ago, so I will give that a try next. FYI, they stop serving food 45 mins before closing, which I learned the hard way. Smoothies/Bubble Tea: Hits the spot. They did use powder when making the Taro and the Honeydew smoothie, but it still taste good. I prefer ordering it with jelly, because their Boba is hit or miss. Sometimes they are too soft and sometimes they are perfect. They also put way too much- like half Boba half smoothie. I usually tell them to put just a little or else I am pretty much just eating Boba with a hint of smoothie every now and then. They serve various coffee drinks and what not, but I have never tried it. Service: They are super fast even when they are especially packed during lunch time. They are also very friendly and will give you recommendations if you ask. They offer free Wi-Fi if you want to get some work done here. There are a lot of students that frequent here as it is pretty much across the street from Nova. Definitely recommend joining the rewards club program- free drink for every 10 check ins. Also, you can take advantage of the misc promotions/coupons that way.

I'm so happy I found a place in Davie that sells boba tea. This place is great. They offer a Pick Two special and I got Thai Tea with Boba and a cranberry salad. I want to go back to try more of their Milk Teas and Smoothies :)

So happy there's a bubble tea place nearby!! I got the avocado smoothie with boba in it. I'm really impressed that they used real avocados since there has been many a time where I've had straight up powdered drinks. The boba was perfectly chewy and the right amount of sweet. If you get a protein cookie...don't get the chocolate chip one. It's super weird. After reading reviews and hearing friend's opinions about this place, I think the biggest thing is consistency. Luckily I just came at the right time with the right people working. I'll definitely come here again!

Very cute cafe. We ordered a few sandwiches and drinks for a quick lunch. The sandwiches are simple and pretty good. They come with tortilla chips and salsa. The best part of the meal were the smoothies and bubble tea. There are a lot of choices. I got the thai tea boba and it was really tasty. Everyone is our group really liked their drinks. My husband got one of their high protein cookies and it was pretty good. Portion size is generous and the staff is nice.

Mmm, so. Bubble tea were delicious, though mine (red bean coconut) was a little bland. I was craving for bubble tea and i was so so happy to have found this place. I didn't like the service though. The girls were a little rude... Not very interested in explaining the differences between the tapioca pearls options. I would have wanted them to be more kind instead of being in such a rush ( even though we didnt have anyone behind us). Anyways i'm coming back to taste new flavors. I wonder if they only have ice-blended drinks or also the regular milk tea ones? I hope so.

I've been coming here for years, their smoothies are the best! They also have a good amount of wraps and panini that fall on both the delicious and healthy side

Love this place not only for their fruit smoothies but also their yummy panini's. I am a sucker for boar's head. The chicken avocado panini is the best here! I also love that you can add either an immunity, protein. Vitamin or energy boosters for your drink. The folks that work here are very friendly !! Oh don't forget to try their protein cookies ;)

Not impressed at all. I really wanted to like this place but it was just a total miss. I came here for lunch and ordered the chicken teriyaki panini and a tropical rage smoothie with kiwi popping bobas and a green tea smoothie with pomegranate popping boba. The chicken in the panini was very dry and cut extremely thick for a panini. There was also way too much bread. The tropical rage smoothie had peach, mango and banana. Although it was good, all I could really taste was banana. The green tea smoothie tasted like chalk and was absolutely repulsive. I couldn't take more than 3 sips of it and I had to chug a Pepsi to get the taste out of my mouth. I will probably be back to try other flavors of smoothies. But if by the 3rd smoothie, it doesn't charm me, I won't be back.

I love the boba tea here! Haven't had the food. ...but the boba!!! Milk teas are really nice, but those signature flavors, esp some of the decadent ones like pb and chocolate, are a nice treat. I visit family down in FtL every year, and drive well out of my way to come here.

I love this place, the staff is so sweet and helpful when you're unsure what to get. I think I've been there 4-5 times in 2 weeks and I'd probably go more if it was closer to home. They have a pretty lengthy list of smoothies, but I always stick with the passion fruit milk tea with tapioca. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

  • Ivonne P.

This place has a good reputation of having amazing smoothies. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the smoothies I got from this place. The first time I went I had the Taro and Coconut smoothie with boba pearls. It lacked flavor and I thought it was because of the flavor combination. After a few weeks I gave the place a second try and got a Taro smoothie with boba. Again, bland and watery. On the other hand, the staff is nice and helpful.

I love love this place. The Green Bubble Tea is to DIE for and the food is healthy and fresh. It's across from Nova in a mini shopping mall with ample parking. If you're looking to support a local business and have some healthy eats check it out. There is wifi here, and a its a popular study spot for students (yay for alliteration!)

Yummy boba smoothies, I always get mine with lychee. I love the taro and passion smoothie. They above wraps and sandwiches that are pretty decent too.

Hot outside? Short on cash? Happy hour at M&H Café! For just $3 I received enough Boba Pearls in a drink large enough to wash my foot in (I didn't) DRINK ME BIG Among my drinks I've enjoyed their Passion Passion then a "create-my-own" mix of Papaya, Pineapple, and Peach Cream. Each Smoothie has yielded a very creamy texture with very mild icies in between. Slide downside - upon receiving my drinks, normally the presentation is "ehhh" to me because all the Boba is plopped on the bottom with a big clump of liquid resting above it (probably from the pot the Boba was scooped from) and THEN the smoothie floats above all that. Plus sometimes I get that slight strange taste that the flavoring comes from a bottle. I can't speak for the food because I've never ordered any from here. STUDENTS WELCOME With bright colors and ample seating, its proximity to the nearby college brings many students here, and it's a great area to study. But it's also a likely place for groups to hangout in and easy to get loud.

Just had the Chicken pesto panini. It was delicious! Much better than Panera. The chicken was plump and juicy, bread toasted perfectly and the red onion added the perfect crunch. Will be returning for more!

Man I love this place!!! I had the honey dew matcha green tea smoothie with boba pearls and the chicken avocado panini. It was so delicious I wanted to go back for another one but I didn't want to over do it lol. You guys should definitely check this place out. I may just go there for lunch today

If you have read any of my previous reviews you know that I was on this huge exploration of bubble tea since returning from Southern California. So one day on a Saturday afternoon I decided to use Yelp to see if there was anything close to davie since I was getting my hair done at the Aveda Institute. I was pretty surprised that not too far away there was a place for bubble tea. Holy moly! So of course after my hair appointment I rushed right over there to see my options. I noticed there was a crowd of younger kids and I'm sure bubble tea is popular with them but hey I consider myself a pretty good bubble tea expert so I was hoping I would get something pretty decent. I ordered a smoothie and it was actually a pretty decent size and I also got boba which is black tapioca pearls. I was not so impressed with the texture of the pearls and if you have not had bubble tea before you dont know how some places don't make the tapioca pearls incorrectly. There has to be a very good consistency... not too chewy not too soft. Yes I have a very high expectation of squishy balls. And these little squishy balls were just not doing it for me. They were too soft. Now, if you think I am being strange because I am evaluating little small squishy balls you have to understand bubble tea has these yummy little black tapioca pearls and have to be the right consistency and flavor. I know my bubble tea so for this place I thought it was okay and yes I probably will go back since its in the local area and I don't have a whole bunch of options for my bubble tea so for now I will say it is not the worst about not the best... But if I have a craving for the small squishy balls also known as tapioca pearls or boba I will give this another shot.

Not a fan--for a place that advertises salads and wraps, very minimal choices for vegetarians! The wrap was mediocre at best. The Greek vinaigrette was bland and the tortilla was rather chewy. There was too much lettuce and not enough other ingredients. When I asked if there were other vegetarian options available, the girl at the front seemed annoyed. I got a green tea which was good. They do not have sweetener options such as agave nectar or syrups. Only sugar. Did not try any of the bubble tea, but will not be going back. I won't say the food was BAD, but it definitely wasn't good. And the chips and salsa they give with the wraps is your typical out of the can Picante salsa and bagged tortilla chips. Nothing special and definitely not anything fresh.

I have been coming to this place on and off for the past three years and I must say that the quality of their smoothies and boba teas have gone down. It use to be pretty good, but now it's bland and sometimes has a weird after taste. I don't know if they changed the mixes or recipes but it's not like it use to be. I would usually get the taro coconut or thai tea with a wrap before class, and it would be a great lunch. The food is still good. Pretty much any of the wraps are good and it pares well with the chips and salsa. I don't think I will be getting a smoothie/tea from their anytime soon, but I might get a wrap. Also I have always been pleased with the service and the atmosphere. It's not a bad place to grab a quick and affordable lunch with some friends or to get something to eat and study.

We've been coming here for years and the food is always excellent, high quality, and good prices. The staff that takes your order are always happy and seem to enjoy their job. Sometimes we go only for the peanut butter chocolate smoothies, but we've dined in and had excellent paninis.

Q: What does M&H stand for? Perhaps the owners are rodent enthusiasts, particularly enamored with mice and hamsters. Or maybe they were former real estate tycoons, selling mansions and houses. I bet they like to experiment with condiments including Mustard and Honey. Whatever it is, they make good food at good prices. Simple food that you could probably make yourself, but this way you don't have to do the dishes. You'll probably see a lot of college students here from nearby campuses, so wear a hoodie and try to act young and hip. Oh and last but not least THEY HAVE BUBBLE TEA!!! Yes I will risk death and dismemberment driving 30 minutes on the god-awful part of 595 to get my bubbly fix. If I do die during my next trip, I'm pretty sure an angel will offer me a Honeydew flavored bubble tea upon my entrance into the pearly gates of Heaven. BOTTOM LINE: BUBBLE TEA! A: It really stands for Mine & Hers. Sharing is caring.

My favorite spot to go whenever I visit SoFlo. Their bubble teas are delicious- highly recommend the Matcha green tea. I'm also a huge fan of their smoothies which are very nutritious and tasty. I like how you can add different boosts to your drinks for a healthy kick. I like to get their sandwiches and wraps since they use Bohrs head meats! Overall, great atmosphere and friendly service.

This place is cool ... loved the bubble tea! Usually get Tarot Coconut.

  • Acelyn B.

Cool because I've never seen a bubble tea place that is like a smoothie cafe in the sense that it serves sandwiches, salads, etc. NOT cool because that means their boba probably isn't the specialty here. My drink proves that theory. They have a long list of "original flavors," which can be mixed, so I went on a limb and asked for a taro strawberry milk tea. Slightly blunt, bordering on rude, the cashier says "oh, that's interesting." I must say that they are pretty quick, though. "Here's your taro strawberry. Let me know how it tastes. I've never had anyone order that." "Yes, well I've gotten it before at a different place." "We don't do that here, so I thought it was weird." "... it's fine. Thanks." Innocent words, but it's all in the tone, and I felt like he was slightly insulting me. Is taro strawberry really that weird?! Regardless, it wasn't that great. Maybe while still in shock of my outrageous order, sweetener was forgotten because it was not sweet at all. It's not just my taste buds either. My boyfriend agreed. Unfortunately, this is one of the very few boba places in the area. So I suppose I'll have to travel back here to try something else and hope for something sweet: whether it's the boba or the cashier.

Ok I've looked in broward and Miami and don't waste your time, this is the best boba spot there is. I was a bit hard on them in my last review, but there's no denying they're good! Not to mention they have a great Pesto Panini Chicken Sandwich

Mango smoothie is the best!!!!!!!! Always craving this yummy delicious drinks!! The staff is very polite and before lunch time it's quiet in the shopping center.

I Love the smoothies here! The tapioca balls are a fun touch. Happy hour smoothie prices make it a sweeter deal as well :) The paninis and wraps come with the best chips and salsa on the side. Pesto chicken is a must have!

  • Shandi B.

Since this place is within walking distance from Nova, my friend and I decided to pop in on our lunch hour. We ordered the veggie wrap to split, and I got a Thai Iced Tea. The wrap portion was fine, big enough to split if you aren't hungry. However, inside it was stuffed with mostly iceberg lettuce, which doesn't taste like much of anything. The wrap came with chips and salsa, but both seemed store bought and bland. The drinks were good, but everything else was meh.

  • M. S.

The Lava Flow smoothie is by far the best. My husband licked the cup. I also LOVE the panini's. Bread is so good. Comes with chips and fresh salsa. My daughter loves the chicken chili. They don't have it everyday though.

  • Marjorie D.

Great little spot! They have pretty healthy food options including wraps, paninis, salad. Their bubble tea with tapioca balls is delicious! Their smoothies menu is so big with many different options. They also offer a spot on option for you to get points Werth every purchase and then redeem the points with free tea or smoothies. Great customer service too!

  • Penny M.

A little pricey. The wraps are a bit bland and a bit small for the price, but the smoothies and the boba tea are very well worth it.

  • Merly M.

I love M&H Cafe. It's my go-to place when I just want a quick and easy lunch, aka a smoothie and a sandwich. I usually go for their half-and-half deal, which gets you a smoothie and a half of any one of their sandwiches for under $8. This is always enough to fill me up. Everything is made fresh and tastes fresh, and the smoothies are all good. The employees are all friendly, and if you eat in, they will bring the food to you. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. I prefer their lychee jelly to their boba, but both are good.

  • Christina A.

Just ordered a avocado turkey wrap is was just ok!!! Nothing special about it. For a smoothie I had a passion passion with tapioca on the bottom. Never again will I have a tapioca drink. The drink was great the Tapioca ruined the drink. Don't know if I will go back not impressed and I paid $15 for the meal so Hell No I am not going back. Wasn't worth $15!!!

This place is amazing! The staff is awesome! The food... Delicious! They serve sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, soups, smoothies... And it's all amazing!!!!! Plus! They were nice to my dog! We sat outside and they brought my pup water :-) very sweet!!! I highly recommend this place for healthy a delicious food!

  • Debra C.

Bubble tea is mediocre, but all the Florida natives rave about it. I was expecting the boba tea of the SF Bay Area, but the milk tea I got was thick, heavy, and overly sweet. Not sure if they use condensed milk for sure but I had two distinct layers, because it didn't mix well. I'm still looking for a good bubble tea place, but if you like very sweet and filling bubble tea, then this is the place for you.

    (3)
  • Crystal S.

Obsessed with the boba smoothies. They are always amazing. Only negative is that more than twice they have run out of coconut and other flavors. They also forgot my avocado on a avocado wrap but the boba keeps me going back!

M&H is my newest addiction! The bubble tea is by far the best I've had in South Florida. There a wide assortment of flavors and not just your basic flavors either. Also, there is a bubble tea happy hour from 4-6 everyday!!

I must confess an addiction of mine, most people either hate it or love it, and I happen to be part of the later group. Bubble Tea, or tapioca balls put less girly and enticing sounding. On a mission for "Bubble Tea" in Broward, which for whatever reason seems impossible to come by, I stumbled upon this place. Here's what I came up with. I walk in and it's a clean, nice place with tables and free wi fi. I go to the counter to order and put in for my favorite, matcha green tea (with the bubbles of course). I hadn't had lunch either so I asked her how the paninis were. She kind of shrugged and gave a very unenthusiastic "Ya, they're ok", so I quickly changed my mind because that sounded far from convincing. I decided to go with a turkey avocado wrap instead, and was hopeful when she said that was the better choice. You can have your pick of three different type tortilla, I personally went with wheat. I got the tea first, and having many to compare it to since I did previously admit to this being an addiction (not using the term lightly), I found I was pretty disappointed. It had an off flavor, and really wasn't all that great. When the wrap came around, it was very bland, cold, and generic tasting. Nothing special. The atmosphere is not bad for sit down cafe, but to be honest I probably will not ever go again, especially not for food. It's disappointing less "Boba" tea places aren't around, but for the cost and taste I just don't think I would settle on this one.

Quiet few Asian frequent this place, so I thought I can get some good Asian food here.. but nope, they are specialized in sandwiches and bubble tea. Not sure what to order, so I asked what's the popular item on the menu. I was recommended Avocado Swiss Chicken Panini. yelp.com/biz_photos/8nDF… What a huge disappointment. Half a panini with those pre cooked frozen chicken and avocado paste in a jar for 4.69? at least grille the chicken from fresh! We also got the Taro Bubble tea and fruit smoothies with bubbles, yelp.com/biz_photos/8nDF… all of them are way too freaking sweet, you can feel your teeth start to decay in your mouth. hey, at least they are friendly and the service is nice, and free wifi that's agonizingly slow. I have to admit i accidentally throw the food basket into the garbage, just as I was reading the big sign that says [Please Do Not Throw the Basket Into the Can] right above it.

Great smoothies and food is great here only have it 3 stars because serves is sometimes very slow. I know that orders are made fresh but not if you order over the phone to get it in time and it is not ready. Also the combination orders are limited. The panini breads are good the chicken avocado and BLT is really good.

The only thing I order here is the Terro bubble tea. It's the best in the area and I always stop in when I'm in the area. It is a little expensive, but worth it.

Not a huge fan of their food- it's good but not great... However their BOBA tea and Smoothies are out of this world! I hadn't had a good boba since I lived in Seattle! The service needs attention but the drinks are worth the wait!

  • Amy L.

I always order the Avocado Swiss Chicken Panini every time I come here. The bread is crisped to perfection and the milk tea is a nice compliment to the meal (Either raspberry smoothie or peaches & cream with boba!) The meal also comes with chips & fresh salsa, which is a plus.

  • Idora Y.

I guess this place is pretty hit or miss. The first time I came here, the service was super awesome and friendly, but that couldn't be said for the second time. Not only was the service from the staff sub par, but my drink was messed up horribly. Maybe it was the fact that this was during happy hour, but it kind of turned me off to wanting to come back or recommending this place to anyone. I ordered a honeydew green tea milk tea with tapioca, and they made it perfectly the first time. The second time, I might has well have asked for a banana smoothie with green dye in it, cause that's pretty much what this drink tasted/looked like. They gave me a smoothie instead of a milk tea, and there was no tapioca in the drink. I didn't even notice until I got into my car that it was not the drink that I ordered, and I didn't bother to go back because I had to rush back to class. I'll stick to going to Dumpling King in North Miami Beach before I come back here ever again.

Good place for lunch. I usually get the triple berry smoothie and the chicken avocado Swiss sandwich.. I think it comes out to $12ish and it's delicious. They also have a happy hour on smoothies and milk teas.. They are $3.49.

Love This Place. Had To Drive 13 Miles To Just Come Here. These Types Of Cafés Are All Over LA. This Is The Only One I Found Out Here. So Worth The Drive. I Ordered The Almond Sensation. It's tastes Amazing. I Recommend This Place. The Employes Are Very Polite Friendly And Out Going. The Cafe Is Very Clean. Good Environment.

THE GOOD This is the hot spot for bubble tea. You know the drinks with those lovely chewable tapioca balls. If you are a sucker for balls in your mouth like I am then this is the place for you. Sadly, this is one of the few places around in Fort Lauderdale. THE BAD For me, their bubble tea flavors are either hit or miss and every single order I have had here was made too sweet. Which leads to the old adage.......BUYER BEWARE... of too much syrup. After about 3-4 orders of too sweet bubble teeth and my girlfriend's insistence on returning, I decided to customize my bubble tea by saying half the syrup pump. Just like that with a simple wizardry spell, my bubble tea was not too sweet. If the simple canted spell does not work, then simply walk over to Ye Old Falcon Pub and wash it down with a beer. THE UGLY Now that the 'too sweet' concern has been addressed, the bubbles cost extra. How can a place be known for bubble tea and the bubbles are an added cost? All in all, it is going to cost you a little over $5 and double that if you come with a girlfriend like me.

This was my first experience with smoothies and those tapioca balls. The smoothie was great but those balls freak me out man, like little rubber balls... weird but good. We also have the chicken pesto panini and it was very good. Give it a try and I think you'll enjoy it.

Hard to find good bubble tea if your not in NY or California, but this place comes pretty close. The service is great and the menu has a lot of varieties for bubble teas and sandwiches. Happy hour is the best time to go if your new that way you can try something new for a little less of a cost its from 4 to 6. You can pick just one flavor or mix up to three! My favorite is taro coconut or pineapple, passion, and papaya.

I had a hankering for a healthy lunch. I had heard about M & H Cafe through Yelp and saw it in the moneysaver coupon book but never made it over. Today, I didn't eat breakfast and decided to go big at lunch. Looked over some Yelp reviews on my way over and decided I knew what I would get. I've tried bubble tea elsewhere before and thought it was okay. I decided I would give it a try again today. The cafe is fairly easy to find. It's located right across from Nova so it's a regular spot for students & faculty. There was a lot of seating both inside and outside. It was spotless so that was a big plus for me! The cashier was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing a tea. He asked what I liked and gave me some options. I was completely overwhelmed with all of the bubble tea possibilities so I decided to create my own flavor. I went with an almond, papaya, & mango bubble tea concoction and got the 1/2 and 1/2 combo for $7.99. You can choose any panini, wrap, garden salad, chicken ceasar salad, or cup of soup. I decided to get the Avocado Swiss Chicken Panini and garden salad with greek viniagrette. My meal & drink came up to $13.63. A little more than I would normally pay for lunch so my visits here won't be too frequent. I did notice that they have "happy hour" from 4-6pm during the week where all teas & smoothies are $3 instead of $4.69 so I'll be hitting them up during those hours in the near future. The food was very fresh! My panini was crunchy in all the right places. The chicken was very tender and flavorful and the avocado paste used was good. I would have prefered that they had actual slices of avocado in the panini instead of a paste but it still tasted great. It also came with multigrain chips and salsa. the salsa had a slight kick to it but not too spicy. I hate spicy foods but I was able to eat this and actually enjoy it so it wasn't that bad. The salsa isn't anything to write home about. Just a good complement to your meal b/c you usually want a crunch with your meal like chips or something so it works well. The bubble tea was surprisingly good. I was very happy with my little concoction. I don't even think I'd want to try anything else, to be honest! IMO, there was just too much bubbles in my tea. If you've never had bubble tea before, it can take some getting used to. The bubbles have this chewy texture that fills you up pretty quickly. With every sip of my tea, there were 3-4 bubbles coming up the straw. Way too much for me. Next time, I'll ask for less bubbles but overall, I really liked it. They don't take American Express. That's a problem for me being that I WORK for the company! Boo M & H, booooo!!! They do take Visa, Mastercard, & Discover though as well as cash. My experience at M & H was a good one. Fresh food, great tea, and pleasant service is always a winner in my book. A solid 4 stars!

I've been here a handful of times and I've never had a bad meal or bad service. I love their paninis and their salads are very filling. I'm still learning to love the boba teas, so I usually get a vanilla chai spiced tea with tapioca pearls and I always love that (why change a winning team?). I didn't know they also had the pearls that weren't tapioca - they're more like juice bubbles. I asked what they were like and the cashier put a few in a small condiment cup and let me try them once. Very nice. Lunch time can get packed with Nova students, but it's never bothered me - just means I might need to wait in line a little longer.

This is a nice little place I discovered through my little sister who goes to school close by. It's a convenient location that is likely to target college students. I brought my mom and little sister here on a weekend afternoon for a quick bite and it was such a pleasant surprise. Their menu consists of a variety of sandwiches and wraps. They were well made and tasty. I only ordered half of the wrap and I was full. They also have a daily special sandwich/wrap which only cost half the normal price. They also have soup and many beverages like coffee and boba tea. The real reason I was there was because I was craving for boba tea. I ordered the red bean milk tea with boba and it was yummy! The boba was chewy and I love it!! My family left with a happy tummy and I will definitely return the next time I go back to south Florida.

What I love: Their Thai milk tea with Boba is amazing though I do have to say that boba tea is pricey but well worth it. What you might not know: The cafe is a safe environment for all customers to come in and enjoy healthy meals. Every time I go, there is at least one police officer in there chatting with employees or having a nice meal.

We found this place on yelp when we searched for bubble tea. I admit I was a little disappointed when I realized they were smoothies with tapioca pearls. I went back another day and tried the honey dew smoothie with tapioca. It was DELICIOUS!! Staff is also quick and efficient. I just wish it was closer to home but the honey dew makes it worth the drive

I was in the NSU area and needed a quick bite. Tons of seating inside, free wi-fi, pretty much as advertised...a cafe. I order the turkey bacon twist wrap. At almost $8 I definitely expected a larger portion. It was decent tasting but nothing I would order for a 2nd time. The milk tea is powder based witch takes away from its authenticity and makes it overly sweet in my opinion. I may have not gotten a fresh batch of boba, because mine weren't soft on the very inside. On the flip-side, the boba itself was lightly sweetened so at least I wasn't just chewing on a bland ball of starch. Everything on the menu was rather pricey and non-spectacular. However, there isn't much choice for boba tea in the NSU area so this place will make do to satisfy cravings.

Service is good and friendly here; the boba tea needs some work. I prefer my bubble tea with fruit flavor, no milk (I know non-dairy creamer is sometimes used, which is why I usually avoid milk tea), and both pearls and jellies. The tea here is more of a smoothie consistency, and very sweet. In fact it's wayyyyyy too sweet and thick. Fruity bubble tea should have a watery consistency. They are very generous with the pearls and jellies, however, which is a plus. I may give this place one more shot when I'm in the area.

Great bubble tea/smoothies, delicious AND healthy paninis & wraps, free WI-FI, and it's close to a college campus - perfect for students. The bubble tea is better than most in Miami, which intrigued me. I had a half order of the Avocado Swiss Chicken Panini and it was delicious! I was referred to the panini by one of the employees there that told me that it was one of the more popular ones. It has swiss cheese, avocado spread, some onions, tomatoes, and thin slices of chicken breast. Every order from paninis to the wraps to the sandwiches comes with some nacho chips and some spicy salsa. The salsa is pretty hot, so if you're not a fan of spicy, I suggest maybe asking for chili instead of the salsa. If you're a fan of Taro Smoothies and Thai Tea, don't decide between the two, get both in one! I couldn't decide between the two so the employee made a smoothie for me that contained both and instead of putting tapioca pearls, I asked for the Lychee fruit jellies. The combination was delicious! I definitely can't wait to go back and order it again. The cafe has a very friendly environment. The employees remember their regular customers and their orders. Customer service is great but since food orders are all freshly made, it comes out a bit slow.

One word: BUBBLE TEA!!!!! Great smoothies and best of all you can add boba to them! Perfect place to hang out. I love their chicken and avocado salad. I always get the pick two special: mango smoothie with boba and a salad. Deliciousness

I don't mind driving down to Davie, Fl from Coral springs for a good BoBa tea or bubble tea as they call here in USA. It is very good and they have a lot of choices. My faves are avocado and taro bubble tea with black tapioca pearls. They do serve sandwiches too and I heard they are very good and fresh, never tried it myself but i saw their serving, it looks pretty good.

I like this place! While craving veggies one day I ordered the salad and it was delicious! Nothing super fancy, lettuce, mushrooms, tomato etc. It was fresh. The sandwich was ok. The chips and salsa are yummy! My Favorite its the buBBle Tea! The bubbles are the real thing ( by this I mean they are swishy and chewy and yummy) not just thin air bubbles like others. Its a good place for a fast bite!

This was my first trip to M&H Cafe. We stopped in for lunch and were surprised by the number of people already in line. They efficiently took our orders and the wait was reasonable. My sandwich was fantastic (tuna melt panini) as was my colleagues (avocado chicken panini). Prices were very reasonable. Their smoothies seem to be very popular, so I will try one next time as I will definitely be back.

Come during happy hour 4-6pm and the drinks are only $3. which is way more reasonable than the $5 (i believe) full price. I really like the Taro and the Cookies and Cream shakes. Prob best taro and cookies and cream i've had anywhere. The rest of the shakes are average. The food is also average. serving size for the food is a bit small for me. love, Bao Eat on my Friends!

M&H cafe offers a variety of flavored bubbleteas ranging from fruit to milk teas. They also have smoothies if you're not a bubbletea kind of person. Since it was my first time I just went with what I usually get at any place that offers bubbletea which was black milk tea. I asked if they had any puddings but the guy working the counter looked at me weird and said no. So I decided to try boba instead. The milk tea for me personally was a little too sweet for my liking and lacked the proper amount of ice to keep the beverage chilled. As far as the boba--it was lacking in texture and flavor. The boba was overly soft and yet again too sweet. I also ordered the eggplant panini which came with a side of salsa and chips. The panini itself was just average. It tasted like a sliced eggplant, tomato, cheese and a little bit of a balsamic dressing panini--not an eggplant panini if you know what I'm saying. The panini did come out quickly but maybe should have spent more time in the kitchen on figuring out how to make it more tasty with flavor. For the sandwich and bubbletea my bill came to $12. I wouldn't say it was a great deal. Would I return? I am thinking about giving it a second chance to explore what else M&H Cafe has to offer because maybe I just picked the "duds" from the menu..

The drinks here just aren't that great, plain and simple. The staff is alright. Never felt overly welcomed at any point coming here. I also tried the swiss chicken panini. Nothing special. Like someone else said, most of the ingredients aren't fresh.

This place has not let me down, great food I'm expecially a fan of their sandwiches and wraps. I love thai milk bubble teas and this place has a great menu of that and smoothies.

Bubble tea, free wi-fi, and located accross the street from NSU... what else can a student ask for?? If that in fact is not enough, they have a bunch of different wraps, paninis, smoothies etc... Cool little place to chill out between classes and study. Cheap enough too with the pick 2 deal. Customer service is good but food orders do take a little longer than normal. Beth's Tip: Tropical Dream smoothie is the perfect remedy for a hot day!

Bubble tea = My new love of life! M & H cafe knows what they're doing when it comes to bubble tea and sandwiches. Whenever I'm in the area M & H is a must. I've had the eggplant pannini which is one of my faves! and just about every bubble tea flavor they have. The passion fruit bubble tea is terrific! the guys who work there are really nice and friendly too. Great after school snack idea. why are you still reading this?? go try it! you're gonna love it!!!

This was my first experience with bubble tea and overall enjoyed. It was freshing and healthy, even though the bubbles were definitely a little weird to get used to. As far as food, I had honey mustard chicken and tasted great. The decor was also had a fun college atmosphere, which made me feel old, but also brought me back to college days. Would definitely come back soon.

When I walked into this place on a recommendation from a friend to try a smoothie with tapioca pearls, the first thing I noticed is how dirty the place is. The wall surrounding the food prep area is filthy and looks like it is never cleaned. The dining area walls and baseboards are extremely worn and dirty. Not much care goes into to keeping the restaurant clean or looking nice. As far as the food goes, I ordered a half chicken panini and a fruit smoothie with tapioca pearls. The panini was nothing special, tasted like frozen sliced chicken microwaved or warmed up by the panini press. The smoothie with the tapioca pearls was interesting since I hadn't had anything like this before. It was too sweet and very strange to have black gummy-like balls creeping up your straw. Most of the customers that were there were ordering just smoothies. They don't accept American Express cards either. I won't be returning unless they decide to clean the place up.

A delicious treat is always a good way to end a lovely saturday afternoon. Today, some friends took me to M&H to try what they described as tart frozen yogurt. I figured it was like Pinkberry or something like that, and indeed it was. The cafe was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The menu is varied and they have everything from wraps and sandwiches to smoothies. I was really curious to try their Bubble Tea. But, I was in the mood for a frozen sweet, so I had the yogurt. It was DELICIOUS. The flavor of the day was peach, so I had peach yogurt with mochi (pounded sticky rice), mangoes, and bananas. I am pretty sure I inhaled it, because it was gone in less than 10 minutes. I could have definitely had another serving! My friends were also raving about their wraps, so I will be making more trips over there at some point soon.

I love the bubble tea and the food is good too. It takes a little while for them to make the food, not sure why. It's clean. They have bubble tea "happy hour" which is nice. However my friend had her Louis Vuitton purse stolen from here, which is ironic because it is owned by the cop - the security cameras were conveniently "not working" that day....hhhmmm. I still give them 3 star based on quality and convenience. I would give them a 4th star but they take too long making the food (not because of the purse incident - my friend should have been more careful).

Regretfully wasted 2 sips full of space in my stomach and my $4.49 + cost of boba + tax on black milk tea that I requested to have made with half the sweetness. Made a strange facial expression after the first sip, so I had to give it another shot, at least for the tapioca pearls. Even worse face. I really wanted to like it, but you know the feeling of taking a big gulp of some drink that you've been craving for the longest time, and you're let down to the ground when you realize it's something else? Exactly what happened to me. At least that's what it seemed like. I think they forgot to put the tea in my milk tea because it just tasted creamy and had very little tea flavor. As for the tapioca, I was able to bite through it with a single chew which meant it wasn't squishy and chewy like fresh boba is. Unfortunately, I was long gone out of M & H or else I would have brought it up right then. I haven't tried any of their food, so can't judge on that. Hopefully my experience was just a hiccup in their normal operations. (...but I did taste the bf's strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca pearls...blahhhhh...)

Very good smoothie and and wrap place. Probably the only place in Ft. Lauderdale with bubble tea (and what a variety of teas and smoothies!). A bit pricey, but the portion sizes and quality ingredients seem to justify it. Every day something on the menu is on special, so a bit cheaper. Friendly service at a reasonable pace.

all I can say is - finallyyyyyyy! a decent tapioca place CAN exist in Florida :) I was visiting from California and was totally jonesing for tapioca. This place definitely satisfied my craving. I tried the lychee bubble tea and taro bubble tea - both were delicious :) If you haven't tried this place you're missing out! I'm planning on coming back to try other things the next time I'm in town :-)

This place is atrocious. The salsa had clearly been scooped from a jar. My bubble tea was poorly mixed and the tapioca pearls were an odd consistency. They lacked the usual slight boba chewiness and dissolved after 1 bite. My panini was also bland and tasteless. Definitely will not be returning.

In California, we call it boba. Over in Florida, they call it tapioca. When I'm trying a different boba place, I always try the green milk tea and I did just that here. When I asked for green milk tea, the guy at the register said matcha green tea and I figured that was what it was known as over in Florida. When I got my drink, it tasted as if I was drinking watery green tea ice cream since they used matcha powder, it isn't like the green milk tea I'm use to drinking in California. The boba (tapioca) was chewy and just sweet enough to go with the drink. I wouldn't mind trying something else next time when I'm in town again.

A nice little sandwich and smoothie place, they also have bubble tea, salads, paninis, and wraps. I had a panini and my girl had a warp. Both were very good and the portions were pretty generous. The prices were a little high but it's healthier food so that's to be expected. The service was pretty good but there's not much to it. You order at the counter and someone brings you your food. Our panini & wrap each came with chips and salsa. It's a pretty good menu with lots of choices. Worth a trip for a quick bite if you're in the area but it's a little pricey to become my regular lunch place.

They have the best Bubble Tea! I ordered a salad and it was kinda of gross. The carrots and lettuce looked old, but I didn't want to make a big stink over it because I wasn't that hungry and my Taro Bubble Tea put me on Cloud 9.

Though I'm not a fan of Bubble Tea, M&H makes great paninis and isn't too pricy. It's also not usually terribly crowded. They offer free wifi for customers which makes it an great alternative spot to study. Great coffee and yogurt too!

Place is pretty decent. I know they have changed ownership within the past year. I has a wrap, it wasn't too bad. It reminded me of jasons deli wraps. I have heard the tea is amazing, gotta try it sometime. I would check this place out if you're in the area!

I found out about M & H Cafe when I was driving by and noticed a bubble tea sign. I've had bubble tea at an authentic Chinese cafe and didn't think M & H Cafe could compare. I was wrong. Their bubble tea is amazing. During the summer it was half price happy hour which was great. They're frozen yogurt is not the best. Definitely no substitute for Lutz or Yogurtland. The sandwiches are pretty good. This place is surely one to check out. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Service is ok, great place for my friends and I to stop by for a study session or study break.. I took one star off for making an absolutely awful milk tea original (milk tea milk tea is what they'd call it). The other flavora are good, but how can you screw up theboriginal? It was wayyyy too sweet each time I got it and I've given them plenty of chances. I took one more star off for being overpriced.
