Drive Thru is a little slow at time but I always have a smile on my face when I pull up to the window. The online ordering is the best way to go if you have time to go in and pick it up. Parking isn't so great at this location.

Close to I10 and has a drive thru. Staff was friendly. My tip sums up this place. To give you more insight this location is across from Big Lots, and Taco Bell. You can easily access the Starbucks just off of I 10. The staff was friendly and I was served my drinks under five minutes. Facility looked clean, and the store looked organized.

Went thru the drive thru during my lunch break. The girl handed me my coffee and as I tried to put it in my cup holder because the lid wasn't properly put on, it popped off and spilled half of my drink out into my car. I had to ask for napkins as the girl smirked then promptly told me to "have a nice day" as if I was holding up her line. No assistance, concern, or apologies. After spending over $6 for a coffee, I'd expect better customer service.

Very fast and friendly. I would say, THE friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Helpful and courteous with big smiles. I was pleasantly surprised. The eat-in area was clean and neat as were the bathrooms. Easily off and on I-10.

The workers are very loud. The only Starbucks that I found workers' voices to be irritatingly loud. As a coffee shop where one can read a paper or two, I expect an atmosphere of tempered voices among the workers.

I always find a Starbucks when traveling the weather was terrible with rain and fog I had been on the road for more than 10 hours this place was an oasis. Had my normal venti no foam latte with an extra shot it was perfect also a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese it was spot on. I went inside so I can't speak for the drive through but it appeared everyone in this town drives through so I am sure the lines are a little longer than the McDonalds the locals frequent. Hey guys this is a Starbucks come in and relax and leave your car full of kids at home we can do without the whining oh sorry it was the parents whining OMG relax and enjoy life this is the atmosphere to do that :-)

It's dark in the damn place so they can hide the dirt. Come on people pay a lot of money for coffee and the tables are shitty because lazy ass people don't know how to clean. The bathrooms are pathetic. Woman are freaking disgusting.. I mean flush that damn toilet bitch. No one wants to see your shit! Ruined my appetite for coffee. It's sad when I walk in McDonald's it's clean but when I walk in a coffee shop that I pay good money for its fucking shitty

The beverage selection is great, preparation standard with other Starbucks I've been too but the employees are horrible here. I went last week with a friend to sit down and have a nice relaxing conversation over a latte. It was fine until two employees got into a loud verbal confrontation in front of several customers. It was really one of the worst displays of professionalism I've seen in quite awhile :/

I have never been to a drive thru Starbucks before so I had to check it out. Pretty cool, especially with little kids in tow. It was so much easier then going inside and standing in line. The drive thru was nice and speedy and the lady was very pleasant.

Fairly clean. Restroom needed to be straightened up. Staff seemed unhappy. Friends coffee was good but previous visits my coffee tasted burnt. Overall atmosphere was a pleasant one though. I recommend it just don't expect superior service.

Over 20 min in the drive thru. I made this same mistake when I was eastbound. Never again when I make this roundtrip. I don't care how bad I want a Starbucks. :-/ Even the cars behind me were window chatting on how ridiculously slow it was. I almost forgot....they were out of every pastry I tried to order....apple fritter and oatmeal cookie. Grr
