I have dined at many Hooters restaurants with generally good results however the one in Crestview Florida is the worst! The place was not crowed at all on the account it was sunday June 28. The customer service was extremely poor. Our server Aubrey did not have a clue. First, we had to wave down another waitress to get drink refills after we were there for over 30 minutes. Second, when I ordered wings with traditional buffalo sauce she said they did not have it anymore??? I then asked what is this then that is "medium" & "hot" on the menu? She said it was hot sauce??? Then there was our appetizers, they were brought out with our meal--cold! When we enquired as to why they were not brought out earlier She said that appetizers are always brought out with the meal??? My wings were cold and over cooked. Later that evening after I arrived home I got sick. Finally when we asked to talk to the manager, our server said they were not there??? Would not recommend this place to anyone--your better off going to a gas station, serving yourself, getting some sushi and hoping for the best!

The power went out bc if the weather but it's still no excuse for this lack of customer service. This was my second time here and second and LAST bad experience because I will not be returning here.

This place was awesome! This was by far my best Hooters experience ever.. That's saying something, okay maybe I'm over exaggerating a little. Everything was just so darn perfect. We ordered 50 wings, 2 fries, a kids meal, and our beverages. The wings were hot and fresh (911 & Hot). They weren't too wet or over dipped or too dry and unappetizing. The fries were fresh, hot, and not too burnt or salty. Overall the food just came out exactly how you would want it. A+ in my opinion. The service was great even though there was another large party right next to us. Our waitress was a delight! Alexis got us everything we needed and more! She always had a smile when talking to us and continuously checked up on us throughout our meal. I was very impressed with this location, coming into a small town I wasn't expecting much, but this was just an awesome experience. If you're passing through and looking for some great wings, stop by this Hooters!

It took 15 minutes to get a mix drink, 40 minutes to get our food after that, and all of our food was cold. I would have like to have sent it back, but we were on the way home and had to get back on the road. Also the Bathroom was nowhere near clean. I hope an owner or a manager sees this post. Your restaurant is going down hill fast. By the way, I don't ever post things like this but I love Hooters restaurants and I hate to see this happen. Good luck!

Service has been on and off. Sometimes I will get an awesome server, other times service is horrible. Hit and miss. If there was some consistency, I would have rated 3 stars. I've had better wings at many other restaurants. The staff can never seem to get it together. I am a server so I know how things can be in a restaurant. But the girls here don't know their menu or seem to know what else is going on. They also don't seem to have any idea about the beers or alcohol that their bar offers. And to top off my disappointment with the waitstaff and food, I've gotten sick both times I've eaten here. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I be returning.

The Mushroom Swiss Burger was GOOOD!!!!! A friend and I were taking shots of Patron so there was a good sized Bill and tip to be expected yet it took forever for the waitress to see that we needed more shots and refill's! $7 Patron Shots? a Dollar or two above what it should be! Food was Really Good! Service was okay as far as attitude but punctuality was off... The Manager was Nice and Friendly! *quick rant What happened to Hooters? it's a bunch of High-School aged GIRLS with caked up faces instead of busty bubbling women! makes you feel like a perv, the bad kind!

I'll admit it's been a while since i have been to this Hooters, but have to say our experience have all been good. It may help that my best friend knows the manager, and a couple of the servers. It may also help that we don't typically come when it is crowded. The food is fairly consistent in flavor ...and the sweet tea is sweet. :)

I recommend the oysters. They are large, shucked properly, no sand or grainy texture. Please AVOID at all costs: the orange juice. By far, the worst orange juice I have ever tasted. This being said, avoid any alcoholic drinks that have orange juice in it. Otherwise, service and servers are attentive and friendly. Much better than the one in Destin, FL.

I recommend the oysters. They are large, shucked properly, no sand or grainy texture. Please AVOID at all costs: the orange juice. By far, the worst orange juice I have ever tasted. This being said, avoid any alcoholic drinks that have orange juice in it. Otherwise, service and servers are attentive and friendly. Much better than the one in Destin, FL.
