The food is always so fresh and great tasting stop by everts I'm passing through Crestview. I really like this little hole in the wall and the prices are great. The ambience is a little lack luster but the food is always great!

The absolute best Chinese fast food between Tallahassee and the Alabama border. Large, with real tables and great service. They manage to retain the best of a Chinese QSR w/o the the normal grubbiness that goes with them.

Fast. I ordered shrimp fried rice it was very Oshii. If tried Jin Jin it wasn't out the park good and suggestions for exceptional Chinese takeout.

Very good food. There were 4 adults and 2 kids (age 3) eating and everyone loved what they ordered. It was a bit more spicy then it should be, but other then that the food was moist, no meat was dried out and the rices were great. The only downside is that they don't deliver, but whatever, we live 3 minutes away so it doesn't an issue to go pick it up. The next time we're in the mood for chinese we will be ordering from here.

it works for hillbilly's but for people who care about there Asian foods... this fails in comparison to the others. I only visited once yesterday.. and will probably have lunch there today but its because I'm tired of McDonald's and Burger Kings and what not. The dumplings are home made... I'd much prefer pre-packaged gyoza/mandoo... I don't have an issue with eating there or care of its dingy in the kitchen cause that is typical... I haven't gotten diarrhea yet

Don't be fooled! They just renamed JinJin to around the Health Department. When it was JinJin, it was shut down several times in a short period of time 'cause they couldn't keep the cockroaches out!! totally serious! Think twice about eating here!

I am with reviewer Sara V on this one, I would stay far away from this place. It did used to be a Jin Jin Chinese restaurant, and it indeed was shut down several times over the past few years for health violations. It got so bad that not only when they finally reopened they changed their name to the current name (China 1), but the other Jin Jin restaurant further down the road posted signs that they weren't affiliated with them! I believe that the State of Florida makes its restaurant reports available to the public free of charge online.

That was nasty. Tasted like cardboard. The young lady behind the counter was bored & indifferent.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
