Welcome to Moe's! That's what you usually hear when you enter any given Moe's at any given time. I've never heard it at this particular location. I'm a huge fan of Moe's queso, but every time I get it from this location, the consistency is much different, more watery, and therefore less flavorful.

Well I have been to many Moe's locations and if you follow my posts you will already know I'm not a huge Moe's fan but hey I like to give multiple tries to each location when possible. Well again the food at Moe's is pretty bland nothing explosive. The burritos to me have so much stuff in them but not enough flavor. I love restaurants with the coke machines that allow you to make your own drink. I have no real complaints about the location except of course the parking in this shopping center. The sauce bar is always good and i do think Moe's is a bit pricey.

I loved this place and visited twice on my last visit to the area. You enter, place your order, select your meat and ingredients, then watch them make your meal. For a nominal charge, you can upgrade to a combo, which includes a pop, tortilla chips, and a choice of side. Their pop machine supplies over 100 various types of drinks and the salsa station has 5 or 6 types of salsa you can use. The chipotle one was great. The staff are uber friendly and greet you with a "Welcome to Moe's" when you arrive. Even while we were seated and eating, an employee asked if everything was ok and offered to get us more tortilla chips if we wanted some. The food itself is fresh, flavourful and the choices are large. I had the quesadilla on both visits and was not disappointed either time. Great fast food alternative to a burger and a giant leap above other fast food Mexican/Southwest places.

I used to like Moe's until my most recent visit last night. My wife and I stopped in to pick up dinner and while the staff were nice, they obviously don't clean all that much. As our food was being made I watched two cockroaches crawl out from the food table that was holding the cheese, salsa and other cold fillers. They were just walking around on the surface of the food prep area in plain sight and neither of the works said anything. I understand the roaches happen, but this is obviously an issue if they are walking around right out in the open like that. Where there is one roach, there are plenty more you cannot see. I will not be going back.

"WELCOME TO MOES" That's the usual chant you hear walking in. Didn't get it when I came in this time, but hey, there are many reasons for that. I noticed that their Queue line had been taken down, so the husbeast and i stepped up to the serving area and waited as the guy behind the counter made the lady before us's order. I decided I wanted nachos, a new-ish menu item, I was asked if I wanted beans, and I did. I got black beans, and it, being the end of the day (About 8pm) They were having to truly scrape the bottom of the bean bin for them. The rest of the ingredients looked and tasted fresh, but the beans? They could have opened a new thing of them. Over all, taste and quality seemed on par with what I'm used to. I did like trying the new coke machine. They had diet raspberry coke. YUM!

Good place! Clean nice people & helpful! Very good food. Many options to choose from. Fresh food, organic tofu, no msg & no reheating food. Good good good! Good size seating area for a group if needed. Large selection of drink options. Guacamole is very good! Make it a meal option to save if you are adding guac & a drink to your order!

MOE'S!!! This is my Moe's. Big burrito for little price. No queso dip for me... They charge extra for that but offer it to everybody. Sometimes when they are slow their ingredients get stale and they don't freshen them up so you might get some cold pork or chicken or steak. But for 7 bucks what do you want? "It's gooood, No?"

  • Poch K.

The employees are a-holes. You can "welcome to Moes" me all you want but if the fake happy greeting isn't consistent all the way down to the register and beyond, than what's the point? The staff is short, impersonal & can be down right rude. The food is not worth the money spent. Being from New Mexico, I know good southwestern cuisine and this comes no where near.

Ever since I left my favorite burrito place back in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I've been trying to fill that void. Most places in the area have not lived up to the standard I set but Moe's has definitely come close. I recommend going on Monday when they have their $5.99 any size burrito combo. I promise you wont go home hungry.

I've eaten at Moe's many, many times. For a big chain, I think their burritos are quite good. The ingredients are fresh, prices are reasonable, and I love the selection of soft drinks. Where else can I get a Cherry Mellow Yellow Zero? I've been to many locations but this one near me is the one I have been to the most. This last visit however, was not good. I made the mistake of getting one of the "stacks". It is essentially a burrito folded over two crunchy tortilla shells, with all the fillings, then grilled. Sounds great. Unfortunately mine was a total mess. The guy (who I believe is the manager) didn't fold it right and the filling was falling out the side. Then he put it on a very dirty grill, and even walked over to the other employee to bark at her about the grill being dirty. I heard him say, "That stack I just put on is going to be a mess." So I wait...it took several extra minutes to cook, I guess since it's grilled. It comes out, and looks like the unfortunate victim in a burrito house fire. It's very charred with a whole bunch of nuggified chunklets left over from the dirty grill. It also had a giant hole in the bottom (which he tried to hide, obviously.) It was a total disaster. The taste still would have been ok, except for it definitely tasted charred. It's supposed to be grilled, but charred is too much. I had to peel off flakes of black tortilla bits before I ate it. Please see the photo I posted BEFORE I even ate it. It's like a scene from Dexter. I'm never again going to stray from the Homewrecker burrito. I'll say again, I like Moe's and always have. I have been very happy with their food in the past. Everyone has a bad day, and this was their day. Since it was the manager who made my food, I found it especially upsetting. He really should have told me it would be a few extra minutes so he could clean the grill. That would have been better. I'm still a fan of Moe's, and I will still visit this location.

Definitely has gone down hill, badly. I used to love this place but no longer. I would rather go to Chipotle over Moe's any day.

I was in Florida visiting my daughter and her family, and we stopped for a quick lunch at Moe's Southwest Grill. The menu is posted on the wall, and the items are well described. Moe's offers a good variety of options so there should be no problem finding something to please your palate. We all made our selections and proceeded to the prep area to place our orders. I ordered the Overachiever (a soft taco) and my kids each ordered the Homewrecker (which is a huge burrito). The food was prepared in a fairly short amount of time, and we were each offered an assortment of different toppings to go on our selections. After paying for our lunch we moved on to one of the many tables available and prepared to dig in. The beverages and salsas are self-serve with the station located at the back of the restaurant.. Lunch was filling, but I wouldn't say there was anything special or unique about it. To me it was like any other low to mid-priced Mexican restaurant. I guess my kids like eating here because the portions are generous. If I lived here I don't think I'd put this on my "favorites" list.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
