Went here during our vacation in Florida.. Has to pick up some late dinner and just took the car to the nearest place to the hotel. No prior knowledge about the place. No customers in the shop when we arrived. Ordered 3 subs which was finished extremely fast... Took the food to go and ate at the hotel. Subs quite boring and uninspirering.... Not a place i will ever come back to... Quick service though....

Super fast delivery. The ingredients are fresh and their bread is made in house and probably my favorite component. Have had two issues and both resolved fast.

A little disappointed given the place was empty. Most shops I am greeted immediately when you walk in. I felt like I was interrupting a high school get together. And usually when I order the sandwich guys have my sandwich at the end. I sat down and ate all my chips before I finally got my sandwich.

Jimmy John's delivers with it's fast, free delivery of an order of just one sandwich. Ordering through their app is intuitive and allows for all kinds of customization of your sandwich. Their Italian Night Club is awesome but will probably stop your heart just by looking at it. Healthier fare can be found with their lettuce wrap or 7-grain wheat bread. Very solid option for lunch.

I have never had a band sandwich here. I am a meat aficionado, but I love the vegetarian sub. The service is very fast which is helpful since I go on my lunch break from work.

Love this place! Right near my work, fresh bread, fast deliveries. My favorite is the Totally Tuna! :)

If I could give them a zero I would. As a former manager I have never witnessed such bad customer service. Home shopping Network eats from this location -or did a lot. We placed an order tonight and an hour later the food was still not here. After calling to inquire we were told the bread was still cooling. Ummmm ok? Then we were told they are low on "wheat" as if that is our fault?! Needless to say they refused to accomodate our requests and management was argumentative. HOME SHOPPING NETWORK WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

Called in my order they took it along with my credit card info. I had to make sure they had my phone number they never asked for it, which I'm glad I did. Only to get a call almost an hour later to be told I'm 2 blocks out of the delivery zone. Makes me wonder if I wouldn't have given them my number would they would have cared to let me know my lunch was not going to be delivered. 2 blocks!!! For making me wait so long only to tell me my order would not be delivered they should have made an exception. This place is full of fails!!!

Over an hour for delivery. Received a phone call from a girl claiming the delivery driver had a flat tire. She also stated my apartment number wasn't on there even though I've ordered multiple times and just use the default address online. Apparently the delivery driver didn't have his cell phone so he couldn't call. What delivery driver doesn't have a cell phone? He must have walked back to jj seeing as he didn't have a cell phone. And he apparently got the flat while leaving my apartment. What a load of croc. Tip just disappeared and definitely lost a regular due to lying and bad service.

Deliveries take no less than 30 minutes. When you call and ask for a status, "it should be any minute" is all you get, regardless of how long it's actually going to take. After a visit inside the location last week I understand why. I stood in the store with one single person ahead of me in line. Not another customer in the building. I counted 6 employees behind the counter, talking and laughing. After taking the mans order ahead of me, she cashier started talking with the other employees without even acknowledging me. The man waited at the end of the sandwich bar and no one started to make his sandwich. After over a minute of waiting she finally took my order. I joined the gentleman at the end of the sandwich bar. Again, none of the employees could be pulled away from their engaging conversation to start our sandwiches. Finally after a few minutes two started the sandwich making process. The food is always fine, the wait time alone is what gives this one star. And that it apparently has nothing to do with work load.

Poor service, poor sandwich, overall bad experience. I won't be coming here again. I ordered a turkey sub and by the time I made my drink choice (1 minute) my sub was ready. Normally this would be a good thing, but no one asked me what I wanted on it. The cashier was unfriendly and abrupt. The sandwich was more bread than anything. Very little meat, lettuce or tomato. I've gotten better sandwiches and service from gas stations. From now on I'll only go to Jersey Mikes.

The worst. They constantly mess up/lose orders. They're slow, freaky fast does not apply at this location. They're unapologetic when they're slow. Over an hour for a lunch order and they're across the street. They offer you a store credit on errors then never let you use it and don't really keep track at all. Get your lunch somewhere else!

I don't get what all the hype is about. The subs are run of the mill, very overpriced, nothing special. Actually, Publix has a much better sub for a fraction of the price. A full sized roast beef sub is around 13 dollars? (this is a regular footlong people) I ordered the 1/2 sub (called regular, or medium, or something like that). Meat was rather tasteless, lettuce tasted like that prepackaged cloroxed stuff, tomatoes were mushy and, of course, flavorless. I went because of all the hype. Will not return. Mediocre food is taking over the country through huge corporate franchises. Stick with the local places - much better. The kicker is when they print out your receipt - they include a place to put a tip. Tip????? For making my food, for doing your job? A tip? Seriously now.....

Biggest jimmy johns I have been in. I'm not sure why people on here shit on this store so hard. Short wait. Fast deliveries. No bullshit.

Ordered a Turkey Tom and got a sloppily made sandwich with barely any meat on it. Asked for light mayo but of course it was drowning in mayo. Their focus is fast service but it seems to be at the expense of the food. I'll make sure to just drive the extra 5 minutes to Jersey Mike's from now on.

I thought we may have been the only ones with delivery problems, but after reading other reviews, I see that it is a pattern. Advice: do not order delivery from this Jimmy John's. We had a working lunch on a Saturday. It was suppose to be in between conducting interviews, but we ended up scarfing down our sandwiches with less than ten minutes to go, because the driver got lost. Some of us even had to take our sandwiches in while we interviewed. It was not professional, but we were starved. Apparently, the driver could not find where we were located on his GPS. People really need to start learning how to read good old fashioned maps again. That being said, I still love their Vegetarian Sandwich. It is filled with mayonnaise, so I would not recommend it if you do not like that condiment. The sandwich was good, but I feel like Jimmy John's has the science of making this sandwich down pat. Therefore, my rating is for the service alone.

We stopped in here recently to get subs. The service was lightning fast as usual and we were very happy with the sandwiches. It is easy to stop in here on the way to the beach.

Ordered a slim 1(ham and cheese) paid extra to add turkey. Delivery driver took over 20 minutes and was driving around my complex like she's never seen one before. After watching her from my window just driving back and forth (she has my apt # and is very easy to see building #) I just walked down myself and had to waive her down. I wasn't that upset until I got back up to my apartment to fine a sub with ONLY turkey on it. They forgot what actually comes on the sub.... Ham and cheese. Called to complain and they brought me a new sub. Funny thing is, this wasn't the first time. First time, shame on you, second time, shame on me. I'll be taking my $ somewhere else.

I hear everyone talking about how great this place is and I have never tried it up until today. I will say, this will be the only time I will try it. The service was fast and the food ingredients were fresh, but the food prep quality and value are complete crap. I paid $8.50 + $2.00 tip for a single sandwich. I had to pay extra for cheese and the avocado spread in which was barely put on the sandwich. The whole thing was slathered in mayonnaise... gross... and it drowned out the little bit of roast beef that was put on it. It's a freakin' sandwich shop-- how hard is it to NOT screw up a sandwich?? So disappointed.

Crappy experience. Stopped with my hub and daughter for sandwiches. Ordered $20 worth of food and drinks for my husband and myself. I asked for a glass of water for my daughter since we don't let her drink soda and they charged me a quarter. After ordering so much food you think they could have just givens a the cup of water for free. To make it worst they charged it 6 times had to wait forever for them to refund my card and then recharge everything. They also carry no sweetner for the iced tea and the sandwich had hardly no meat on it.

Ordered the Hunter's Club for my husband and the Beach Club for myself. Delivery was almost laughably fast. There was barely time for them to make the subs, lol. They were here in minutes. The delivery guy was polite and personable, the sandwiches were made with really fresh ingredients. The ~only~ minor complaints I had was that the rolls were a little bit hard on the ends (they seamed fresh, just that they'd probably been left out for a little while today). Also I would have liked a more "gourmet" roll. Overall, I would recommend.
