First time here. Really enjoyed meeting Frankie and Tracy. Everyone's correct in saying that the CUBAN is delicious. It's all about the bread and the press. Glad to have stopped here.

The sandwiches from here are delicious. Boars head makes so much of a difference!! I've ordered from other local places for lunch but this place takes the cake! Great specials, free delivery, mom & pop owed! They have my business! Yummy!!!!!!

They have the best cuban sandwich. I always get them. The owners frank and Tracy are totally awesome.

Frankies has good soups and sandwiches. The prices are decent. Nothing really jumps out at me as being particularly memorable. I will say that the service was slow. I showed up when the place was empty and it still took 10 minutes to get two sandwiches and a cup of soup.

They were wirking in their to go orders, took forever to get to ours. Pressed Italian bread was warm, insides cold. Mefiocre at best.

Delicious! We just moved to the area and stumbled upon Frankie's in the middle of moving day. We were starving and their killer sandwiches hit the spot. My boyfriend had the Italian Steamroller and I had the San Franciscan, both hot off the press. Really. So good!

Everything made to order, bread is always fresh, and fantastic lunch meats. Love the roast beef on a toasted roll. Small sandwich shop, decent amount of seating, they also deliver. Lunch is always entertaining here! :)

A Co-Worker recommended Frankie's Chef Salad for Lunch and I am so glad. It is GREAT!. The meat is thin sliced so you get the essence throughout the salad. It even comes with carrot slices and celery slices, black olives and pepperoncini (sp). Their luncheon specials which are faxed to our office daily, come with chip and drink of your choice. AND they deliver! ! ! A great idea for the "captive audience".

Love, love, love this place. We have had sandwiches from Frankie's for many, many years now. Highly recommend. Hot pressed wrapped sandwiches are the bomb! Try it today. They deliver locally, I believe.
