Great burgers, a little greasy, but very tasty. Their jalapenos are always fresh and spicy, where as many burger places only have canned, tasteless ones. I love to load up on the toppings. If you just want a plain burger this might be a little pricey.

Five Guys seems to be the peoples champion when it comes to fast food burgers, although they are all cooked fresh when you order. I ordered the cheeseburger ($5.79) with grilled onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. I also ordered the fries (which were delicious, but that's another review topic). The burger came out and it is unmistakably a bar/fast food burger. Everything about it looks like a good old fashioned greasy burger (I mean that in a good way believe it or not). It definitely resembles more of a Big Mac than a burger like Brian's Place or Nina's Cucina. The taste itself was quite good, I have to admit however it was quite greasy; it was "soggy" as the bun absorbed the fat. It was all very familiar. That said it is better than the fast food competitors and I even enjoyed it more than the other chain burger that I tried at Ruby's. But compared to the others it just doesn't measure up. I liked that they has a number of options for the burger and the extras but I can't say I will be rushing back. The best way I can describe it is that it would be a great "hangover cure" if you missed breakfast time. Five Guys also tout themselves as having the best $5 burger around. Having tried the one at Nina's I find it very hard to agree with that claim.

It has been more than year since I last had a Five Guys burger. I decided to celebrate the New Year by treating myself to one of my favorites. I was not disappointed at all and in addition, I tried the Cajun fries for the first time, boy oh boy were they good and hot. If you love a good burger, Five Guys is the place for you. I'll miss them until next year.

Wow, what a burger joint! Their smallest burger is a double. That extra scoop of fries when placing portion in bag has my attention every time. Shell a few peanut while waiting is enjoyable. Fountain drink machine is clean and calibrated properly. Can be loud when full. I would eat there more if my doctor let me.

Easy access location, right next to starbucks. Food was great, burger was a top 2 best ever, second between In-N-Out and Steak-N-Shake. Amazing taste.

The burgers are good, if only because of the things you get to put on top of them. Yes, there are a lot of fries to an order, which makes it a better deal than otherwise. Still, I don't get the hype. Marginally better than McDonald's, but NOT other-worldly.

Very good burgers, but a helpful tip.... 1 small order of fries is more than enough for 2 people. They over fill the cup, and at least another cup full is in the bag. So save $ and just get 1 order.

What can one say about Five Guys other than the fact that they're the best fast food burger out there among all the big guys? I always get the cheeseburger and my husband and I split the fries...they give you a crazy amount! This place has always been really clean and our food has always been exactly as ordered.

Went here yesterday for lunch.. everything was very good. The food was good and the order was correct. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I would say they are a bit expensive for a burger joint but you get what you pay for.

Courteous staff at this location. Great burgers and fries weather you get the cajun or regular. Menu is easy to read with enough selections to accommodate any ones burger taste. Remember when you order the small fries there are a lot in the bag.

Good greasy burger, and malt vinegar soaked fries, yummmm. Last time I had Five Guys was in Pigeon Forge over a year ago. I try to only eat this type of food once a year or so. But God do I love it. I wish the jalapeno peppers were not fresh as they are just too hot. I prefer the pickeled ones from a jar.

The burgers are pretty good, but nothing exceptional. The fries are always soggy...not a fan. I've been here a handful of times and the food is consistent. A little on the pricey side for fast food, but not too bad overall. Staff is always friendly and the place is normally pretty clean.

I do not understand what everyone is raving about. My fiancé and I went there and ordered 2 reg bacon cheeseburgers 1 small order of fries (which if they were worth eating would feed at least 3 people)... And 2 large drinks. Cost was $20 The size of the meat patty was about the size you get at McDonalds. The fries, while there were a ridiculous amount of them were soggy and not worth eating. Just because they cooked them in peanut oil does not mean I want to see the oil while I'm eating. Hands down an extremely overrated burger. $6 should get you a burger you can SEE. Environment is noisy so if you want to eat somewhere that is a little quieter -- with good fries and costs less ... Stick with McDonalds. As for us -- I think we'll just grab a sandwich at Firehouse Subs and save the burgers to eat at home.
