My wife had been here a few times, and finally persuaded me to go. This was hottest restaurant I have ate at in a long time. I was actually sweating a little, turn your ac down some, please. I have heard from different people how good the bang-bang shrimp is for over a year, so I had to get some. What I was brought did not look anything like I had imagined. I thought they would be covered in a sauce which these barely had any sauce on them. While good in taste they were lacking any spice at all due to the absence of sauce. The waitress said "most people ask for extra sauce".... Not impressed by what I was served at all. My crab lump soup barely qualified as warm but was delicious. Advice for anyone going here, do not be suckered into paying more for a "bowl" of soup vs the cheaper "cup". There is NO difference in volume. My son got the cup, I got the bowl. To simplify, very shallow bowl much deeper cup and the diameter difference does not make up for it. The Chilean Sea Bass was terrific. The Lobster flat bread was awesome. The fish tacos were to die for. The Russian mule drink was delicious, and they make a good dirty Martini. The service was really good and the restaurant was clean. Honestly if we hadn't been so hot this would be 5 stars. BTW Ceiling fans would help to generate more CFM if the owner or manager is too cheap to turn the air down.

My Husband and I celebrated my Last day of Radiation. Luke was our waiter. If you get a chance to eat the ask for Luke. The Ahi Tuna for our appetizer was good. He liked his burger with the soft egg on top, I thoroughly enjoyed my Steak. It was medium rare with a wonderful Char. Always order a small steak. Luke was very Attentive without hovering over, he refilled our Glasses, Made sure we were taken care of. We will go back when I am feeling better.

While the bang bang shrimp lived up to their reputation. The calamari was over cooked and tasted of flour. My fish from the fish and chips were still swimming in cooking oil. The French fries lacked flavor and were also soaked in cooking oil . My wife's chicken wrap was overwhelmed by the flavor of gritty goat cheese.

Food was good. Would rate this chain 3 stars. While food was good it was pricey. 4th star comes from our service. The waiter we had was marvelous. Don't find great service a lot and he was top notch. Made the no special occasion dinner a special night.

Love! Their Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are so yummy. A great new addition to Hernando County. Fresh and simple. Not inexpensive, but not bad, especially if you have a coupon. They take reservations, which is a bonus.

First time hear and glad I stopped by. I got the Ahi bowl and was pleasantly surprised. They also have a great twist on edamame and serve it with a green tea powder and salt...it's addicting!

Smoked wings were the best! They're a little confused starting up but was assured and entertained by our server.

My wife and I love Bonefish Grill and were very happy when this one recently opened in our area- unfortunately after several bad experiences at this location we will not be returning. We went for lunch today and the restaurant was buzzing with flies flying around our table throughout the meal which was gross and annoying. We also had a discount card from our kids school for a free order of Bang Bang Shrimp with purchase of two entrees which they would not honor- at first they said it was expired- then when we pointed out the expiration date was NEXT YEAR the excuse became it was only good for dinner and not lunch- a distinction which was nowhere to be found on the card. Of course the manager wouldn't even show their face and argued about it via the poor waitress who was very nice otherwise. So fine- they win- but we will not be back. This new location has no idea how to make the Saucy Rock Shrimp properly anyway since it's off the menu.

Horrible. The waiter argued with me when my wedge salad was delivered to the table with crispy onions which I clearly ordered with no onions. He said that they were shallots and not onions. Truffle Mac and cheese had no flavor of truffle. Never again!

Great food and service. Our appetizer was at our table at speeds that would rival some fast food drive thrus. Our server was very prompt and polite she even went out of her way to interact with our 3 year old. That's saying a lot for Hernando county class servers because I was unexpectedly surprised. Try the crab fried rice!

After reading laughably sketchy reviews groaning about the supposed "horrible" quality and "horrible customer service" of this "unorganized restaurant environment", I came into the Bonefish Grill with a 17:45 reservation and incredibly high expectations. The interior is incredibly pleasant and meticulously clean, certainly one of the best I've experienced dining out. We were promptly taken to an empty table and served our drinks, along with warm bread and fresh basil pesto in olive oil. I ordered the "blackberry crush", one of the non-alcoholic drinks from the bar prepared with coconut water and blackberries. It was delicious! They also have an extended drinks menu, including bottles of imported wines to fresh martinis. For starters we ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and Singapore Calamari. The shrimp dish was flavourful, crispy, and the spicy sauce glazed over it was perfect. The Calamari was equally good, prepared with fresh squid pieces and a sweet spicy sauce. There was a short delay to get our food, however it was still served quickly considering how full the restaurant was. I had trouble picking an entrée, but I finally decided on the blackened fish tacos. The diced mango topping was a really creative way to add colour and flavour to the fish tacos and the wonton shell added a satisfying crunch. I also had a bite of the incredible basil fettuccine. I've never had pasta so tender with such a fresh tasting basil sauce. Dinner didn't disappoint! We finished the evening off with the homemade donuts (made from a recipe borrowed from Gordon Ramsay) served with chocolate sauce, caramel, and crème fraîche(?). The serving was small albeit incredibly sweet and addicting. My dinner experience here was fantastic. Our young, amiable, and energetic waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive, bringing us fresh bread and drinks as soon as they were needed with a positive attitude. There were no mistakes in our orders, and everything was prepared and served without fault. The seats were comfortable, and the noise level was very pleasant. The window shades lowered as soon as the sun began to shine through the windows at an annoying angle. This restaurant is easily in the top three in Spring Hill. Other reviewers complained about the wait time and prices. This is clearly not the fast food they are accustomed to. Remember that this is a new restaurant, and that fine dining isn't the typical restaurant style in this area. If you aren't interested in the prices and wait times that accompany fine dining and you want fast and cheap seafood, you'll be happier elsewhere. The food is made with quality, fresh ingredients. Good food takes time to cook, fresh ingredients cost more, and professional chefs need to be fairly compensated.

Food is good. Portions tend to be small and pricey. The restaurant is very loud, not much to absorb the acoustics so noises echo, very distracting. A good tasty treat, but not a regular stop.

Very, very small portions. Food is tasty, but ordered side of broccoli and got five fleurets. Five! Order of grouper was maybe 4 ounces. Better off across street at sister restaurant Carrabba's. New restaurant so hoping it gets better over time.

Ordered a simple plane burger. Medium rare. ....I think they left it on the grill for an extra half hour on accident. Bread takes about 20 minutes to come out. My side tasted good, there just wasn't a whole lot of it on the plate. They could probably use plates about half the size of those are their standard portions.

I came here for lunch for the first time ever at a bonefish grille today. I loved the decor, very nice atmosphere. Very nice staff. Very good food. My husband and I ordered the bang bang shrimp and it was amazing! My husband doesn't care much for shrimp, but he even said he loved it. I ordered the fish of the day which was trout with a pesto sauce and an order of cous cous. I've never had it before and it was actually really good! My husband ordered the steak sweet tacos and he said they where pretty good. If and when you go... I do recommend the bang bang shrimp. Would have been 5 stars, but I feel the price for a lunch menu was pretty high.

Got the Lily chicken it was good I guess I don't like goat cheese so I scraped it off my server came over and asked if I wanted something else or cheese I didn't want anything the spinach and chicken with the sauce was good. My experience was great it definitely wasn't hot in the restaurant. Very nice atmosphere would go again. My husband had the bang bang shrimp also good.

Excellent seafood options in this Spring Hill location. The staff is very friendly. Our waiter, Luke, was very polite and professional. A great ambiance. They have a 15% off coupon online currently as well.

I'm a fan of Bonefish in general, and this location is good, but not great. Our server made a bunch of mistakes throughout the evening, including dropping my husband's drink off at another table. She seemed distracted, but the place was busy as it was "Bang Bang Wednesday" so we didn't make a big deal out of it. The Bang Bang shrimp were great. Our wedge salads were a mess, but still tasted good. We split and order of fish and chips, and they were fine. It's an okay location, but I've been to better. To be fair, they're still fairly new, so hopefully they'll iron out all the kinks over time.

Eh. Not very memorable. I took my sister here and I got the bang bang shrimp appetizer. It was amazing! She decided on the bang bang shrimp po' boy and it was so-so. I ordered a blackened fish sandwich and it was so overcooked that I sent it back. The manager was so nice and so was the waitress. Atmosphere was on point, I just can't imagine with the name BoneFISH how you can screw up fish. I live and love to cook, I know how fish is supposed to be cooked (I'm not an idiot).

I had a fantastic time here Only problem I had was that they gave me and my man our food before we got our salad and soup. Only problem Service was good. Made sure we were fine and our drinks werent empty. Food was excellent. The macadamian nut brownie was sooooo good!!! And it wasnt that pricey of a meal for us. I will likely go again

Like the decor but the music is too loud (discussion ensued that it was a grille and that was why it was loud; final answer ... Still too loud). We tried the bang bang shrimp and it was a hit for the table. We also ordered cosmos and lemon drop martinis. Mom and I enjoyed the lobster bisque; Dad and husband thought the Caesar salads was good, fresh. Dad had the orange roughy (very good), husband had the grilled shrimp and scallops (yummy), and Mom and I had the lime shrimp salad (good); I thought it lacked flavor. We stayed for dessert--key lime pie (tart, yummy) and creme brûlée (creamy, great taste, had better). Espresso was smaller and not as hot as my Mom would like. In short, good, would come back. But the music is too loud.

Absolutely the worst bonefish I have ever been to. They don't accept the national specials. The tables are too close together. It's like being in a crowded old style fish shack.

My husband and I came here for a date night and were pleased with the experience. The food is quite delicious (those potatos au gratin omg!), although my snap peas were a little under cooked. It can get pretty packed and loud on the weekends, so prepare for that if you plan on going in the evening. The martinis are made perfectly and taste wonderful. The staff can seem a little snooty at times, but nothing on a personal level. Prices are on the higher end, but it's well worth it.

When we finally located the parking lot and got into the restaurant the only seating was in the bar. The service was good, the room was loud, and while the food was good, we found the portions small for the price. This one won't go high on our "go back" list.

WOW love our waiter Lucas his food suggestions for our group was perfect. They even have a special gluten free menu. Try the wood plank grilled fish and chicken. Warning Bang Bang Shrimp and fresh Crab Cakes are extremely addictive. Great place for groups and well mannered kids.

My h husband and I were here in February and had a less than great experience. We knew the chain from years of living elsewhere. Had to say tonight was a totally different experience. Great service, delicious food and generous pours. Try it!

came here for my dad's birthday two hours ago. still here. half of us got food, half of us get to wait... we see other customers come and go. horrible customer service. slow food. Unorganized environment. I should have gone to McDonald's for a fish fillet for a better seafood experience

New restaurant. Still working out the kinks. Fish of fish and chips good, bang bang shrimp very good, grilled trout very dry, tartar sauce good. Caesar with chicken ordinary. French fries under cooked and greasy service pleasant but chaotic and unorganized.
