Awesome customer service by Zarion who was working the register. He had a group of people who did not speak very good English, he was very patient and kind to them. While they were finishing up paying, he Got my burger patty down on the grill immediately to help speed things up. He was friendly to customers who were waiting on their food, making small talk with us. My burger was very good as usual, but the customer service was great for a food court of a busy mall on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks five guys!

I really haven't been able to eat a fast-food burger the same after trying Five Guys. Everything is really fresh and I swear the burgers just melt in your mouth. Keep in mind, the portions for fries are really big. If you get a small serving, that's still enough fries for 2 people. You can choose between regular fries and cajun fries. Even if you don't eat meat, you can order the veggie sandwich which is still pretty filling. And all the vegetables are cooked so it's not like you're eating boring, cold vegetables in a bun. My favorite feature is how you can order online and customize your sandwhich/burger completely.

Watched the cook put raw meat on the grill and then continue working. He touched lettuce and tomato with the same gloves. In fact he cooked, assembled, and served four orders with the same gloves. 5:30 on Sunday June 7th. Won't be back to this location ever again.

Good burgers and free shelled peanuts! Opt out of the bun and they can make it a lettuce wrap burger much better option if you are avoiding gluten.

This was one of the best burgers I've ever had. They made it to perfection and were very quick. With so many choices in the food court, I made the right decision!

Great burger and fries, a little pricy!

Great burgers. Great fries (but wish they had a smaller size option). We only had one of these in Boston. They're popping up everywhere around Tampa. Only downside is this is a mall location so you have to mingle with the 15 year old brats with their sideways baseball hats and zits being loud and obnoxious in the food court when you go to this one.

I've never eaten a bad burger from Five Guys and this location is no exception to the rule. Big, juicy, huge topping selections, and never ending flavor. Furthermore, I've encountered nothing but enthusiastic, friendly servers who seem genuinely dedicated to the grill. The mall location is great to satisfy the hunger I work up after a hard day's shopping. Kudos to the burger artists at Five Guys!

Ok, I like their stuff. What's not to like? Fresh fries (MOUNDS of 'em) fresh, good burgers cooked the way you want. Fountain drinks. Free peanuts. Big open cooking area where you can see all. Not much atmosphere, but completely fine. The good press is all true...but... My only complaints: Everything comes served in a greasy paper bag, including 400 lbs of fries, fresh and hot though they are. Expensive: Bacon cheeseburger, fries (remember, a literal BAG of fries) and a refillable coke - $12. Seems a little pricey, despite 400lbs of fries and as much coke syrup as you can down. The burgers, although delicious and cooked to order, come looking like a fist full of meat. IT just all comes crammed on a small bun and my first thought is "this is just a ball of meat!" (which under different circumstances could be AWESOME) but here, although very tasty and a bit nitpicky, I just wanted my burger to feel less crammed between two buns. Otherwise, go get your grub on. It's good stuff.

The manager of this establishment managed to attract me attention as I was hunting up and down the Brandon food court for something. I didn't regret my decision. Their simplicity makes ordering simple, I was going to ask for a value meal to which they replied one did not exist. Shocked, I looked at the menu and decided to have a "small" burger and french fries to keep the price low. I was surprised that they really cooking everything fresh right in front me of me. Nothing had been sitting in shelves that had been cooked before I ordered and that "small burger" turned out to be bigger than most fast food burgers that I have seen. They actually poured french fries into the bag filling it with them. The fries tasted close to Checkers, but not quite, I think it was the peanut oil that they used, which is probably a healthier choice to Checkers. My friend has had their food before, but said she did not want to influence me in my decision as I was selecting where to eat. The selfish thing wanted to keep that good food all to herself! Oh well. I really enjoyed my meal from them, the burger was delicious and perfectly made it and I will be sure to stop by here in the future to satisfy my craving for a really good burger from a really good place.

Five Guys is always on point when you have the need to satiate a gooey cheesy burger craving. Nice touch that you can snack on peanuts until that brown bag of greasy goodness arrives at your table. Natutral, fresh cut fries are right up my alley. Price is definitely good. I always leave stuffed. I haven't actually dined at the mall foodcourt location, but have been to the location on hwy 60 next to Hungry Howies twice.

The best thing oabout Five Guys is you can never order something that you will not be absolutely pleased with. I love all the extra that I can put on my burger, mushrooms, steak sauce, onions, etc. I love to add on the patties and extras to make it my own. My fiance loves the grilled cheese. It is highly under rated! Plus who doesn't love peanuts? As many as you want, when every you want them. Can't wait to go back again and try a different burger that will taste just as delicious.

i tried five guys for the first time today when i went to the mall and was amazed at how good it was. i had a veggie sandwich with everything and it was PERFECT! i also had a kosher hot dog with grilled onions and mustard, which was also very good. in fact it was so good, i went to a different five guys for dinner to eat another veggie sandwich. the second sandwich i had was not good. the cheese was not melted like in my previous sandwich and the whole thing was just off. this second location deserves a much lower rating. however i don't know which one i went to since someone took me there.

I LUV their burgers and fries. They're real fries. Not some pre-frozen vegetable mass. This is a chain that has not lost the personal homemade touch. They don't charge extra for the fixins. Just for grins and giggles I ordered a "burger without the patty...with cheese. It was delicious. Vegetarians go for the fries.

Best burger ever!!! Wait... that's quite a claim. Let me thinking about that first... M'kay. Yep. Best f*cking burgers ever!! Staff is a nice crew joke with while waiting. If you can't find your burger, it's under the half-a-bag worth of fries.

Great burgers and great location/staff. 5 stars. I personally am not a fan of the french fries but that's strictly a matter of personal taste. My wife loves them.

Five Guys is the In N Out of the east coast. Although the two have a distinct flavor profile, the yumminess and freshness of the ingredients, get you hooked! Also, the Five Guys fries are tastier than those at In N Out.

Great service, great burgers with a simple menu. Small order of fries can easily feed two. Pricey for a burger, but worth the treat every once in a while, definitely not something to have every day.

This is as close to Halo Burger as you can get in Florida! Anyone who is from, or has been to, the Michigan area knows what I'm talking about. The burgers are fantastic, the fries are always fresh, and they don't even bother giving you a set amount in a carton - they just dump them into the bag. It's a nice touch (it makes it feel more casual) and it's great for hungry customers who can't get enough of their fries. If you like real burgers, you'll love Five Guys.
