Worst philly cheese steak I've ever had. The sliced beef was flavorless and unappetizing. It just didn't look like quality beef, it was strange. BCG needs to order a philly from Jersey Mikes and take a lesson on how it's done. I have had the chicken gyro which was good(hence the two stars), needs cheese but still much better than the philly.

I first experience was not a good one... Owners seem very nice and being that they are from New York I figured I had to give it a second try...Second experience wasn't as bad as the first one, however I have no desire to return... Shame because they're such nice people

Not bad but nothing special. It's what you should expect for $5 - $10 a meal. We will go back again. Sweet potato fries were very good. Jack Daniels burger and Buffalo chicken wrap were both decent.

I had never seen much advertising about this restaurant much before we found it on Restaurant.com for a special offer. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to find that there wasn't anyone in there - which we didn't know was lucky for us or it was that bad that no one was in for their food. I enjoyed that they offered different salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc at reasonable prices. The sweet potato fries were out of this world, much like other Yelpers have claimed! They come with a light powdered sugar top which adds just a hint of sweetness that is perfect. Our food came out SO fast and the service clerk was really nice and helpful about explaining items on the menu to us. The environment was normal for a lunch place, sort of diner-like. The only downside was soft drinks were a little expensive at almost $3. Great little place to stop in for a quick lunch.

Gave this place another shot. Again, service was an issue. It took 45 minutes to get food- a chicken philly and sweet potato fries- in an almost empty restaurant. Food was decent, but as a lunch spot I can't spend almost an hour just waiting on food. I sent an email through their website the first time I attempted coming here and never heard back.

This is a deli style restaurant with counter service. Order your food and the server brings it to your table. The featured item seemed to be the gyro so I went for it. It was $5.99 for a small gyro, drink and fries. Not a bad lunch deal at all. The gyro was average--it had good flavor but was on the very greasy side. While I was eating the gyro, the extra grease dripped into my already greasy basket of fries. The fries were your run of the mill, frozen, crinkle cut fries. Nothing exciting. I read from other reviews that the sweet potato fries are delicious. I wanted to substitute my regular fries for the sweet potato and was willing to pay an extra cost if need be--but the kid behind the counter so no way. Oh well. For some reason, the tzaziki sauce comes on the side and so I had to add it to my gyro. The problem is that the gyro is stuffed to the gills so I could only add the sauce to the top. Maybe I am being picky but I hate eating food where there is sauce on the top half but no sauce on the bottom half. Its kind of like when Taco Bell squeezes all of the sour cream into the bottom of their burritos. No sour cream in your burrito until you get to the end. And then there is one massive glob of sour cream and you don't want to eat it. It's ok for a quick lunch time bite but I have definitely had better gyros at Little Greek or Louis Pappas.

I went here for the 10$ for 20$ deal. The girls at the counter were friendly and asked how we heard about them. we ordered the cheeseburger, wings, fries, and strawberry cheesecake. they explained the wings would take about 10 minutes which was fine. All the food was very average but exactly what you would expect for the cheap prices. As we finished up we noticed a woman at the counter trying to order food but the girls explained the manager was at the bank and they were not allowed to cook. I found this astonishing that someone would leave their restaurant without cook for any amount of time. all that said I give them 3 stars because the staff was friendly and although the food is average the price is right!

I've been here plenty of times and it is always awesome. I usually get a sandwich and the owner will always press it for me upon request. My favorite part is the bread! Yum!

The absolute best sweet potato fries I have ever eaten! The service was great and was surprised at the items on the menu! I ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich and it was delish!

This is a new sandwich chain which has a mix of different sandwiches and salads. You can see the menu on their website. I tried the meatball sub which comes with melted mozzarella and provolone cheese. I added some green peppers and onions. Overall not bad. It could have used a little more cheese.

I went to Big City Grill in November of 2012. We arrived 5 minutes after they closed. The door was already locked, but the staff was more than happy to unlock the door and let us order. They were very friendly and accomadating. I used a $20 groupon and they were fine with that. I ordered the crispy chicken salad and it was great. I would go there again if I was in the area.

Fantastic! My mother-in-law had coupons to eat here. I went on yelp to read the reviews and it seemed like it would be okay not great. But hey we had some coupons and its already a decent price. Well I was really surprised. I got the buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. And the 3 of us got sweet potato fries and onion rings to share. The buffalo chicken wrap was soooo good. The buffalo was the perfect mix of spicy and tasty. It was also very light and didn't seem to sit in my stomach. The sweet potato fries were also amazing. Powdered sugar was sprinkled on top and just added to the sweetness. The onions rings were also outstanding. They were lightly fried and you could tell they were fresh. They were crunch without an overbearing onion taste. I saw some people said service was not great. I can't vouch for that because we went just before close and it was only us. The service was great! I will definitely be going back for another meal!

Nothing to write home about. Okay snack before we head out to the movie. The place is kind of dirty but not bad food before the movie.... If you are in a hurry. The original gyro is good.

My word who are these people giving this place 4 and 5 stars? Seriously, try McDonald's - you'll love it. This place is a mess. You walk in and you're not sure (nor is the waitstaff) on whether you should sit down or order at the counter. The entire experience was like going to Denny's at 3am. They were out of things, the waitstaff was aloof and non-existent - we ended up doing our own refills... not sure even now if that's how it was supposed to work anyway. The Caesar salads were a joke - a shallow plate of stale greens with some weird shredded pizza cheese and dressing on the side. Then the meals arrived - clearly Publix had a sale in the frozen aisle. Corn was drowning in water. Shrimp was tasteless. Baked potato was crunchy on the ends and cold. The best part about the meal was that the portions were small. As it is, my friend had a quick trip to the restroom probably 30 mins after the meal. I'm going to be super graphic, and forgive me... but there was evidence (corn) that this ... ok enough, you know where I was going. Like most poor fools who give this place a try, we had a Groupon. Pretty simple... $10 off a meal for 2. The 2 kids who were waiting on us must have come back to the table 3 or 4 times before they figured out how to make the discount happen. This place is Denny's without the organization. Gotta hand it to their photographers - I would've never tried this place had I not seen the photos of those beautiful menu items. Now what restaurant that photographer took those photos at is anybody's guess. Take the hint that most people give this place 4 or 5 stars have only done 1 review. Yeah. Exactly.

Had no clue this place was here, it is kind of tucked away in a plaza on a street where a lot of non-restaurant businesses exist. I ordered the wings and they were decent, just nothing to write home about. The fries were actually the better part of the meal. I am interested in trying other options as the other guests food looked good and they have some solid reviews on Yelp otherwise.
