Location also has a Dunkin Donuts within. Immaculate lavatories. Sons Brian & Cody brought me and the hubs our morning coffee from the Dunkin portion of the business. Excellent cup o' joe!

This review is particular to the Baskin Robbins at this location. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. We used the drive-thru to order 3 Banana Royales. The receipt showed the purchase of 3 Banana Royales. The attendant verified that we wanted hot fudge on all of them. We stated that we did. I only checked the top order in the bag. That was my mistake. When we got home, we discovered the bottom two ice creams had no bananas and no fudge. Instead, they were topped with pineapple. After 3 attempts to call them, I finally got ahold of someone to tell them the mistake and let them know I was on my way back. She was polite and said she would have them ready. They were ready when I arrived. I double checked the order in the parking lot and saw that they were again no Royales, because Royales have 2 scoops. I went inside and politely asked about it. I was informed that there were indeed two scoops of ice cream in the cup. The lady had put them in herself. Despite understanding that it was impossible to fit 2 scoops of ice cream, bananas and toppings into the cup, I nodded and left. I had no desire to to argue over the blatant lie with the shift leader. I just got home and emptied the cup into a bowl. There is only one scoop of ice cream. Overall, this has been an exhausting and time wasting experience. I will not go back to this place.

Awful! This is the absolute worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They are the slowest moving people. Waited in line for 15 minutes for ice cream with 4 people working behind the counter moving slow as molasses. If you want to leave with a horrible customer experience, this is the place for you. Not to mention the staff isn't friendly and the place is dirty. This Baskin Robbins definitely taints the good name of the company.

This place sucks I've been here about 15-20 times and everytime I've been here they had been horrible. The store gives the rest of the company a bad name!

The best ice cream that I ever had was the German chocolate cake from the Baskin Robbins at Myrtle Square Mall in the early 80s. I've tried to find it again and again for years but it was never available. Recently I saw online that it was possible to special order if your local BR was willing to do it. I called the Lumsden BR and they were AWESOME! Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally helpful. They ordered it for me and after hearing me reminisce about it for years my family got to experience it. I told you!!..I told you!! ...Daddy didn't lie..God bless the good people at the Lumsden Baskin Robbins!
