We order delivery at least once a week. I love that you can order online and they have The reward program. Delivery is always very fast and nice delivery people. Really great sandwiches!

AWFUL. Juan the manager has absolutely no tact and even managed to chuckle during our phone call at my expense. Admittedly has no power or say over what happens with customers or food and can not do anything to resolve any issues. There is another word I can think of, but will not give reason to remove this review. BEWARE when ordering wings online 'Dry' is the first option. DRY. No seasoning, no sauce - complete mistake since it is on the same line as HOT which is only 99.9% more popular as an option. Worse was the fact that they seared through the Styrofoam container. EW. I have never seen a container this bad -- check out the photos! Faster is not always better. As I'm writing, my son says his chicken fingers are dry. Way to go Victor. This is no way to run such a competitive business. If this is acceptable behavior, what else do you find acceptable?

If you are thinking of a private party... Beware. We were charged $50 for the room that was only semi private. Fine. Food and service was ok. Not great. 20% tip on both food and room unacceptable. Now we pay$60 for a $50 room and they refused to talk about it. Never again

We order delivery from ninos every once in a while and it's always pretty tasty. I may have tried the sandwiches once or twice, but mostly eat the pasta. The spinach ravioli is good. We also like the pesto cream sauce a lot. They give these tasty little garlic bread knots that usually require a little warm up in the toaster. A little pricey for what it is, but worth it to not have to cook.

Horrible! Who puts tomato sauce in shrimp scampi. Totally flavorless, the pasta was limp and the scampi sauce was downright greasy. This used to be a decent place with a nice menu. Not anymore. This place has changed for the worst.

Went to Ninos for lunch today. There were 4 of us 3 on their lunch break. Ordered and waited quite awhile. There were only 2 other tables and it was after 1 pm. One person ordered boneless wings with mild sauce. Another ordered wings with bbq sauce on side. When served the boneless wings had bbq sauce. The wings had mild sauce. Since the person was on lunch she said she would eat them. They brought new wings and put bbq sauce on the wings. One person got fries not asked for and was charged for a platter and not the value menu price and had to have check adjusted. We asked for the manager he was less than accommodating. He commented it was just bbq sauce. Also commented that he would have to charge for the boneless wings I said If I wanted sauce on them I would have ordered them that way. The waitress asked if I would like then done properly. I waited and finally asked her and she then acted like she had no idea. I asked for the wings to be taken off my check. The waitress seemed new and said I put the order in right . Even though my lunch was terrible the manager still charged me for my onion wings and beverage. He made no adjustment for the person who also got the wrong boneless wings.. If the manager shows such lack of caring I guess he does not know about customer satisfaction. There are now 4 people who will not recommend Ninos to friends or family.

Never again! Food was nothing to write home about, but it was the service that ultimately did them in. Was with a friend, and our total bill came to $40. My order was $10, so my friend put her $30 in, and I gave them my card. The server ran my card for $40, and kept the $30 as a tip! Pretty nervy, if you ask me. When she brought the reciept for me to sign, and I noticed the error, I pointed it out. She shrugged her shoulders and said it would take up to 10 business days to be corrected. I asked her why she thought she was entitled to a $30 tip on a $40 bill, she said nothing. Don't get me wrong, I worked in food services for many years, so I appreciate the hard work they do, but come on! I asked for the manager, and he was a total jerk. It took about 5 days to get the refund back, but I refuse to step foot in this place again, and I make sure to tell everyone I know about it.

Want delivery? Don't call Nino's. There is now a 2.99 delivery charge; and that doesn't include the tip. I won't be ordering from them again; the food just isn't high quality enough to warrant that delivery charge.
