Bob Evans was my second last choice for dinner Sunday evening, but I was there. Despite a poor attitude to start with, our party of 6 adults and 1 child (my 5 year old nephew) had a fantastic experience. Our waitress (whose name began with an "A", I feel very guilty for forgetting) was great. She was extremely attentive and friendly. Soda glasses were never empty; a real accomplishment when you are serving me! Our waitress also had extended and fun conversations with our nephew; The food was delicious for a Bob Evans, and as good as many diners. My southwest omelet was what it purported to be; it was surprisingly satisfying. The rest of my party was equally satisfied.

Poor hygiene, dirty glassware = Lowest Rating. First of all....I Love Bob Evans restaurants. Most of them that I've been to are clean, well run and they prepare their food well. This one in Milford, we've been to a couple of times but our meal there last week was not a good experience. They served me coffee in a dirty, sticky cup and I had to send it back (I have a policy against sending stuff back, cause you don't know what you'll get back). I didn't want to complain, but the assistant manager stopped by our table, uninvited to ask how things were. I told him about the dirty cup and I don't think he really took it seriously, maybe because I was trying to be so nice about it. Anyway, it they can't get their glassware clean, and the server doesn't feel how sticky a cup is when she puts it on your table....that's enough for me to be very concerned about their hygiene and food preparation at any restaurant. I won't be taking any more chances in this one.

Listening to an idiot employee sitting 2 tables behind me talk on his cellphone. On speaker phone none the less. I came for a burger and fries. They are out of fries. Now I can hear someone in the kitchen shout "Crystal you suck" Sorry this place is a JOKE! Ghetto trash! I'll never return.

I am very disappointed with the service I just had a bob evans!!!! Ordered take out like I usually do family meals I get there and they gave a single meals charged me for a family meal...forgot my sides and I questioned the food the girl looked confused said she don't know anything about family meals they must have change the menu!!! So I walked out ....called back to complain she answer the phone would u like to try the family meal tonight? ??? wtd...the puts me on hold and never comes back to phone....please train the employee or place her in another postion!!! I'm so frustrated right now..smh...

Worst Bob Evans experience EVER!! We waited over 1/2 an hour for our breakfast. They kept bringing us bread to keep us happy. When they finally brought out our food my potatoes were raw as well as the veggies in my omelet! They forgot to make my daughters eggs, they never brought my son's fruit, and my youngest son's pancake was rubbery. That being said, the manager was very accommodating and took $20 off our bill... I would have rather been able to eat my meal, though.

Had a really nice late lunch with the fam here yesterday on our way back from the beach. Our waitress was very polite and patient with us - we don't go to Bob Evans very often and their menu is huge, so it took us longer than usual to decide what to order! We finally did order and everything was great!

Simple and delicious! Just like this review. Was exactly what I expected and didn't disappoint. The bacon tomato and scallion biscuit bowl was awesome. It was topped with perfectly made hollandaise sauce.
