Healthy Meal suggestions for Ruby Tuesday

Very good! All the meats that were ordered turned out very tender, juicy, and flavor filled! Seasoning on the food wasn't to much or to less of. Honestly one of the best Ruby Tuesday I've been to in a while!

Worst service ever. I sat at a table that had not been cleaned yet. (My fault). Bar tended Luke comes over and introduces himself. I order wine and ask to have the table cleaned. He brings the wine I ask again, he comes to take my order, I ask again. Finally I walk over and ask for a cloth to clean it myself. Best part is another server brings my meal asks if there is anything else I need. I guess she could not see that there was nothing on the table. No napkins, fork, knife, nothing. Ordered a second drink. And again, and again. 3 times before it finally came. I expected average service and food and was horrible disappointed. Repeat? Not likely.

Just awful service, only one at the bar and the bartender busy doing other jobs, waited 8 minutes to get mustard and the only reason I got it is that I flagged down a waitress, not a good choice for the bar, you get lost in the mix!!!

Only Ruby Tuesday's near us. I had always enjoyed this restaurant, the service was good food other than my main course was good, all the food came out fresh and hot. The issue with my main course was with the chicken parm dish which I have had several times but it was never like this, I don't know if it was a recipe change or just an error in the kitchen but I am not sure if I will ever get it again. There was diced tomatoes like you would find in salsa in the same uncooked texture piled throughout the dish you could tell it was not part of the tomato sauce and it was gross. I am not a fan of raw tomato and it said nothing in the menu that this is how this is now served, I barely ate any of the meal I will say I was surprised the server didn't ask if anything was wrong when she took the plate since I had only eaten the chicken and that was after picking through all the tomatoes stuck to it.

My family and I stopped in while visiting a friend in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice to see such a friendly staff who were also very attentive. I really enjoyed my meal, much more than most chain restaurants. I had a certain standard set when walking in and it was certainly surpassed.

Well, the bartender spilled a drink on me and then brought me the wrong hamburger. He seemed to be having a bad night and I actually feel bad for him. That is, until I saw him drinking the excess out of the shaker that he was using to make cocktails for his customers.

This review is for the Middletown, DE Ruby Tuesday, but it could just as well be for any RT I've been to, because they are all pretty much the same. No you can't get haute cuisine here, but you can and will get a good meal at a reasonable price. First the salad bar is still the best I've experienced at any restaurant. The three choices of lettuces or spinach are always fresh and bright green. All the other salad bar offerings are equally fresh and crisp. They also do a great job of keeping the salad bar stocked and clean. Kudos. I've eaten here seven times in the last seven weeks (on a business project) and I have enjoyed every meal. The New Orleans seafood is my favorite: tilapia and shrimp in a spicy Parmesan sauce. For sides, the grilled zucchini is nicely done, golden brown and crisp-tender. Service has been very good every time I have been here. The servers are always smiling and pleasant. And did I mention they frequently have on-line coupons if you join their email list.

This Ruby Tuesday is in a strip mall off Main Street (Route 299) in Middletown. Pros: - Being part of the Ruby Tuesday chain guarantees that the food and salad bar will be pretty much what I expect. - This is the brightest-lit Ruby Tuesday restaurant I've seen so far and that's good for food photography. Cons: - Server seemed more concerned about leaving early than about letting me have as much time as I needed for dinner. Server took my silverware without asking if I was done. She also asked me to pay early so she can leave.

Came late Thursday night. Ordered appetizers and dinner at same time. Waitress was busy taking to another table so our appetizer came 40 minutes after ordering and our dinner which was dried out and over cooked came a few minutes later. We only come back for convenience but shame on me for it cause I have yet to have a good meal here.

Dining with my wife and 7 yr old daughter. Started with drinks - Grey Goose martini for wife, a mojito for me. Waiter comes back with mojito ( and milk for daughter) and says that the bartender says they are out of Grey Goose. Wife asks for a pinot grigio and waiter leaves. He comes back immediately with that Grey Goose martini that they were out of! Okay, fine. She tastes it and doubts that it is Grey Goose and ends up switching to the wine. Waiter says the bartender is new and he sucks. Okay then! Mojito was borderline okay. I switched to Sam Adams later. I got the Black Fire sirloin with spicy shrimp with cheddar mashers and spaghetti squash. It was really good. No complaints here. Wife got some kind of salad which she seemed to like. Food was quite good, mixed drinks, not so much. Still, had a good meal. I assume the drink problem was just due to the new bartender.

Disappointing Ruby Tuesday's location. Bad and disinterested waitstaff. Flies buzzing around your table. Did I mention how dirty the tables are when you're seated? Ruby Tuesday has tried to go more upscale lately but this location is just gross. Food is standard Ruby Tuesday fare - no better or worse than average - but it's not worth the aggravation of being ignored in a dirty restaurant to dine here. Avoid.

I hate when they change their menu... Now the salad bar is included with a signature meal... Well they removed all the good stuff which I would have gladly paid for. Waitress's here are less then enthusiastic about their job and the water logged squash side dish is unedible. The crab cakes and salmon are the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

As good as it gets for a chain. Crab cakes are consistently amazing.

Standard Ruby's fare of course. Service is prompt, professional and friendly every time we're there. Other comments notwithstanding, we've been to Ruby's many times over the years and haven't once seen a fly or dirty table in the place.
