I have such a weak spot for DQ Grill and Chill's! No idea why.. love the french fries, and I have a serious thing for their mushroom swiss burger. And I never ever order burgers. The mushrooms are served in this mushroom gravy ish sauce that I am definitely addicted to. The young staff has always been super nice, and lets me get an extra side of it for both the burger and one time gave me two sides so I could dip the fries too. But I love when condiments and napkins are right on the table, and any place with refillable Mt. Dew's is right by me. The only downfall really is that, unless they're added a stoplight since I've lived there, traffic makes it really hard to get in and out of the parking lot there! Also, I have noticed a few times that the ice cream area was a little messy right behind the counter. But when I'm paying like 5 bucks for my meal, not really that much of an issue.

The slowest service ever. If just passing through on a road trip allow 1.5 hours for simple chicken fingers, bugers & ice cream. Insane. Too bad. Absolute chaos.

My favorite place to stop for shakes, ice cream and blizzards. I'm not big on fast food but cheese curds or an order of fries to go with the sweet tooth hits the spot. I've tried their burgers before and I'm not a fan. The kids love the place and I will continue to patronize.

This review rating is more along the lines of 2.5 stars. However, the fact that it's a free-standing Dairy Queen bumps it up to that 3 star plateau. I love Dairy Queen. Everything about it makes me excited. I mean, what better way to spend a warm, summer day than with a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard? Seriously? I'm a huge fan of home-made ice cream, but Dairy Queen is my second favorite all time. I haven't been to a free-standing Dairy Queen in a long time and I must say that the renovations done to this store makes it look ten times better than I remember it. The thing that really killed my experience was the service. We really had to wait a long time to get our Blizzards and there weren't that many people in line. Moreover, their ice cream station was a complete mess. I'm surprised I didn't have M&M's in my Blizzard because everything was literally, everywhere. Dairy Queen is conveniently on my route to see my relatives so I probably will be visiting again. Hopefully, this time we'll get our Blizzards quicker. One can only hope!

This Dairy Queen Grill and Chill....well goodness it's just awesome. And possibly just because I was unaware that Dairy Queen had something called a "Grill and Chill," and possibly just because there is an option to have gravy with your chicken and fries, but I am quite fond of this place. 2 Stars, because it's fast food. But those two stars are filled with happiness.

For fast food- this is good stuff. I've never eaten in a nicer Dairy Queen and one of the nicest fast food places I've ever been in. Clean, modern decor, they actually put bottles of mustard and ketchup plus a rack of napkins on the table. Outside eating is very nice, although your view consists of the road and the Food Lion across the street. And the food- standard dairy queen fair, sometimes a bit of a wait as they prepare things to order, but the food is consistently good.
