First time I've been here and the food was pretty good. The staff could have been a little friendlier but over all it was ok.

This is the picky eaters sandwich heaven! When you come in there is a menu with all these delicious sandwiches on in it. They have all the major meat players, breakfast (which is served all day, comfort food sandwiches, and even little people sandwiches. Then you pick out a bag that corresponds with your sandwich choice and then the best part you pick the toppings. Some are comparing this place to Subway. Nah, Nah, Nah!! Subway doesn't have spicy mayo, 5 choices in mustard, pepperchinis, and a bunch of other goodies which I can't clearly remember. Yeah they only have two bread choices...white and wheat. But with all the other choices on hand I was glad that the bread was a simple choice. Plus it tasted good. Then after selecting your choices, you write your name on the bag go up and pay and then wait for your name to be called. I didn't notice the wait time to be all that long. I was there at the peak of the lunch hour too! My friend ordered delightfully the breakfast with sausage she put salsa, green peppers, and cheese on it. I had corned beef, sauerkraut, horseradish, some yummy veggies, and pepperchinis. It was pretty tasty. I would love to check out some other sandwich options and will be returning. They also have a punch card program. *The only thing I thought was ridiculous was paying $1.10 for a tiny bag of chips.

I give this chain restaurant lower marks because of the price. I almost had a heart attack after the friendly cashier rang up 3 medium sandwiches, and a small....no chips, no drinks. $42! Pretty pricey for a fast/casual sandwich shop. Jersey Mikes is less and just as good if not better. I must say that the sandwiches were good. French dips were tasty. Bread was very fresh and yummy. Only sandwich place at Orchard mall area so for a quick lunch for the kids it's kinda the only place around....besides Mooyah.

This place is pretty delish...and something my whole family likes. As the other reviews have said, you go in, check off the ingredients you want on your sandwich bag, pay, and then wait until they call you up when it's ready. You get to think about your order, and then check off EXACTLY what you want. I've tried three different sandwiches and liked them all. B+

If you like sandwiches. This is your place. Your sandwich, your way, made to order. Can be a tad slow based on the time of day, but worth the wait.

you have to create your sandwich by checking off ingredients on provided forms...all the ingredients are good so if your sandwich sucks its your fault....they also have chips, cookies, and shakes

I can't decide "which" rating to give. On the one hand, the sandwiches are awsome. My favorite is the turkey pastrami. I love the bread and the pricing system is great. I would agree that sometimes it seems to take too long to get them though. Also, I've been several times and had trouble finding a clean table, even when they're not busy. My recommendation is get them to go.

Love which wich! I wish there was one in Loveland. Staff is a little inattentive but that might of been due to my stop being close to closing time.

Always busy but the food comes out great. Love this place for weekend lunches.

It's pretty average for a which wich. Foods good. The inside of this place is nice and clean and friendly. The staff is nice. This location though I think needs to work out a few kinks. They are a little slower at getting you the goods than most. But that won;t stop me from coming here and that issue will be worked out in time I'm sure.

It takes something special for someone to write a good review. We expect what we pay for and we only care to mention something if it doesn't meet our expectations. So for someone to write a good review you have to far exceed expectations. Which Wich did just that. Not only are their mass sandwich combinations freaking awesome, they taste divine. I went and downloaded the yelp app and created a account just to post this review. The manager Ben gave me a meal for free because of something that was my fault. I marked the wrong choice on my Wich and didn't know it till I got home. I called the next day and Ben said it would love to make it right, even though is was my fault. I love Which Wich! I've never felt the need to write a good review until today. Which Wich you rock and I recommend all my friends there.

Very disappointing. The food was OK, the method of ordering unique, but it took 30 minutes for us to get our sandwiches. When mine finally came, it was cheeseless (I had ordered and paid for extra cheese) and had a very dark hair sticking right out at me. EW. They did fix it, though it took 10 more minutes to get it done, and gave us a card for a free sandwich next time, but I am not really sure there will BE a next time. I had the tuna salad. It was your typical tuna/mayo experience. The bread was crisp and good, though.

I agree with some of the other comments about the owner/ mgr not being the friendliest BUT that was over a year ago. I am fairly certain there is someone new in there because the customer service seems to have steadily improved since they opened a couple of years ago. The most recent interactions I have had with staff and someone that appeared to be a manager where very pleasant. Wait times are not bad 5-10 min's and food is good. Not bad for a quick lunch that you can make as healthy or unhealthy as you want.

#1 reason to be a fan..... YOU GET A FREE SANDWICH FOR EVERY 14er YOU HIKE! Food here is expensive if you don't hike mountains, but it is MUCH better than Scumway! I think there needs to be a full time manager around because the teenages that work there sometimes get a wee bit off task. There's an unwritten rule you MUST follow when you're there....... You cannot use your real name on the bag. Get creative! One BIG complaint...... the staff needs to YELL out the name on the bag!!!!! That's 99% of the ambiance of the place! As long as it isn't profanity, YELL the fucking name on the bag! (I always put my name as Whitney Houston)

Don't listen to some of the negative (1- or 2- star) reviews shown here. We have been to this location at least 20 times (all recently) and have NEVER had an incorrect order, never waited anywhere close to 30 minutes (typically 5 or less even when busy), and have always experienced friendly/courteous service. The sandwiches are always delicious, ordering system is very efficient, and food (even when busy) comes very fast. We have been here many times and we have had a consistently positive experience. It does get quite busy but the lines move quickly and we have rarely had a problem getting a table (albeit sometimes the last empty one). It is possible that when it first opened there were some long waits but not in the last couple of years since we have been coming here.

Rotten spinach, frozen tomatoes, horrible experience. I have been to many Which Wich around town. Don't care for the sandwiches, but their bowls have always been better than average...until today. No one working here seems to give a darn.

Great place when you're looking for an alternative to other sub places. I like the design because it's all written out you don't have to wait up there for them to go through each step (while you sit behind the person that just doesn't know what they want) just design your sandwich when you're ready and go! They've never messed up my order however there was 1 incident at this location where they cut my friend and I's subs with a knife that was obviously doused in mustard. Neither of us requested mustard on our sandwich so this was a bit offensive, is it that hard to clean the knife? Grinder with olive salad is my go to sandwich, never disappoints.

Love the build your own concept. The employees are fast and efficient. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was good, just wish I ordered it toasted.

Good sandwich, great selections! Being someone that loves a ton of items on my sandwich, I really enjoy the selection of sauces, vegetables, and condiments. A few bucks more than other places and not the quickest, but they do provide a solid sandwich!

This place is alright. It's a cute cute little idea... write your little sandwich order on a little brown baggie. Awww. Fuck I'm getting sick just reading my own review. I've eaten here a few times and I come back because they serve up a decent little pastrami. The kids menu is alright too. If i happen to be in the area, I would not hesistate to eat here, but I wouldn't drive here to eat at this place. Because of that reason I have to give it a 3 star.

My husband and I wanted a quick dinner but not fast food. Of course I turn to Yelp for options. Decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. OK, so technically I would have only given this place 3.5 stars. But the food pushed it to a 3.9 and I played nice to round it up. First thing that confused me was the board. I stared at the stupid board for a good 5 minutes or so before I declared my ignorance to the cashier. It sorta felt like asking for directions but trying oh so hard to not admit your lost. After getting a quick tutorial on the menu, I proceeded to find a sandwich. Then off to the bags. To me it felt like a polling place to cast my vote mixed with high school and filling in the bubbles on a test. Eh, I got it done. One thing I like is they have free samples of their house chips. Definitely a same and pepper taste. I wasn't completely fond, though my husband liked them. I had the Philly beefsteak. I would totally order again. Bread was crunchy on the ends, but not dry. My husband got the turkey on wheat. He as well enjoyed it. Unfortunately to every good there is usually a bad. The chips he picked were overly seasoned with pepper and he could not finish them. Good news it's this was the only bad we experienced. Would I recommend? Oh definitely. One piece of advice is if you go for the first time, take a seasoned veteran with you. Don't be like me starting at the board totally lost and not looking smart.

I'm not overly impressed with paying $7 for a sandwich that I can make at home. Don't get me wrong the sandwiches are good but it's hard to justify paying so much for something so simple. So I ordered the French dip which is something I have never made at home. It was delicious & juicy and came with a very large side of au jus. My kids enjoyed writing their order on the paper bag. The adults found it a little overwhelming but then we had more of a variety to choose from. It's a cute decor idea to hang the order bags on a line & push them down as their being made. However I would have appreciated getting our sandwiches quicker than the cute decor. We went on a Wednesday night & it was not busy when we got their, maybe one family before us but the service was very slow. Not even just the prep of our food but the lady who took our order at the cash register took a ridiculously long time entering all our orders which was very straight forward & easy with no add ons. Two of my daughters got their sandwiches & had time to finish them before my other daughter & I even got our sandwiches. The kids meals come with just a sandwich & a drink. So against my better judgment I let them order shakes. Again the lady at the cash register took an incredibly long time entering in 3 shakes. Sadly it took an even longer time for them to get their shakes. I do enjoy sitting down with my family during a meal and talking & bonding and not in a rush. However being at a sandwich place for an hour because we're waiting on food is not my idea of enjoying a family meal. Out of the 3 employees I saw there only one of them ever smiled or was friendly in any way & she was the only one making the sandwiches. Seems to me my experience would have been better had the other two employees had the same work ethics. I will definitely try it again as I can see the potential. We're are all human and have off days so I'm not about to let one day, one employee completely describe my feelings of a place. Next time I will definitely encourage my kids to try something new or something we don't make at home to get my money's worth out of the trip.

Hate giving poor reviews and haven't been here for a while but I remember liking it. But this location has really slow service. We waited quite a while for cold sandwiches and on had one couple in front of us that didn't order much. Disconnected staff. Anywho! The ingredients were delish great bread but I barely got any turkey on my sandwich. Sad! Prob will stick with jimmy johns

My experience at Which Wich was awefull!! This location needs A LOT of help. Today was the 1st time I visited Which Wich. My experfience started out ok. I went in and really liked the brown bag ordering system. I marked on the bag exactly what I wanted... A Reuben w/ cheese,1000 Island & sauerkraut. I put in my order and paid the very miserable looking young lady at the front (she really did not want to be there) and thats when my LONG wait started. It became very clear that there was no supervisor up front (or if there at all). The employees working were high schoolers and all of there friends were coming in one after the other to chat w/ them. The employees did not know how to multi-task at all cause I waited 30 minutes for my sandwhich along w/ 15 other guest while they had conversations w/ there friends. Then when I got back to work to eat my lunch there was nothing but meat on my sandwhich. No cheese, 1000 Island or Sauerkraut. I cant believe I paid $8.50 for a sandwhich that took 30 minutes to make and had NOTHING on it. I will not recomend this place to anyone. It sucked! In fact I will be telling all my friends and co-workers to avoid it.

I ate at this location in the Orchard Shopping Center last week for my first time EVER and I have to say that I felt as if I was in heaven. I wasn't sure what to pick, so I went with the Wicked. I have to say that the condiment/toppings combo I put together was insane, but I have to say that I'm officially addicted. Just found out today that there's two locations near my office and damn near cried. As of last Thursday, I say Subway? Ugh. Quiznos? Oh no!

It took three visits, but Which Wich finally seems to have its act together. The first time I ate here, the food was great but it took so long to get my sandwich that it wasn't worth the wait. The second time I ate here, I had the ridiculous wait, and then they screwed up my sandwich (I ordered the tomato & avocado sandwich and they left the avocado off!). They gave me a card for a free sandwich, but it took me a year or so to give them another try (even with the freebie)... I wasn't very motivated to eat there again. I even sent my comments in an email through the website, but never received a reply. I finally went back last weekend, and I have to say it was a HUGE improvement over the first two visits. It was a Sunday afternoon, and very busy, but both my husband's and my sandwiches were ready within 10 minutes or so and both were made correctly. That was exciting enough, but I also saw someone cleaning tables as they were vacated (on my previous visits, there hadn't been anyone bussing/cleaning up after people left and the patrons themselves were wiping down the tables). Since this restaurant is so small, it's really essential to have someone bussing, or everything just backs up and there's nowhere to sit and eat. While we were eating, a manager (I assumed he was, anyway) stopped by and asked how everything was, and that was a first too. The sandwiches here have always been fantastic, and that's the reason I've returned to Which Wich despite the bad experiences. They're very fresh, inexpensive, and you get to customize everything to your heart's content. I did notice that their prices went up a little since I'd last eaten here (from $5 to $5.25), but I still think they're a bargain (they recently added a bunch of new sandwiches to them menu as well!). They're not as big as at some other places, but I generally only eat here for lunch and they're the perfect size for that. I do think the chips are overpriced at $1.10, but I usually skip those. One minor general complaint I have is that using paper bags to write your order on seems very wasteful. I usually bring mine home to recycle, but it would be fantastic if they had a recycling bin in the restaurant. I would give Which Wich 4 stars for the great sandwiches and the good experience with my last visit, but I'll wait until I have a chance to see if the improvements are permanent. I will definitely be back!

After nearly swearing off this place, my wife and I wanted sandwiches and this was the closest in the area. We joked that we'd have a bad experience and wait another 6 months. I was pleasantly surprised that every issue that I'd brought up in my previous review was corrected...at least for this visit. It took maybe 5 minutes to make our sandwiches. A far cry from the 20 minute we had the first few times. The sandwiches were correct! They had everything we asked for. Not only was the place clean, there was someone who actively walking around so as soon as people left, he'd clean their tables. Assuming they can keep this level of what I'd consider to be typical service up, I'm comfortable raising my review of "A-OK".

Yet another cool new place at the Orchard shopping mall. Love the level of customization, taste, ease of ordering, and the availability of nutritional info on line. Very glad that all these business that seemed to be the sole privilege of downtown or DTS are popping up North now!

Great sandwhich. Business always seems to be booming. However... I don't know how long this will last with an owner who goes out of his way to be arrogant and rude. I've been there four times in the last few weeks and each time he has treated either myself or some other patron with total disrespect. Each time opening his diatribe with "I'm the owner and..." The first time in he berated my wife because she did not know how to fill out the order correctly. He "did not have time to waste helping her fill out a sandwhich order." After the most recent visit, there was actually a pretty large conversation that was taking place in the nearby children's play area with mothers talking about this owner. They all seemed to be unrelated and as other mothers walked by and overheard the conversation, they would chime in with their own story of how rude this guy was. It's amazing how fast word travels. The rest of his staff couldn't be more pleasant. They are very sweet. They actually apologize to customers when the owner is out of ear shot. It's a shame, I love the sandwhiches and I love The Orchard. I just don't know how many more times I'll be giving this guy my money.
