Came here for the blizzards of course in the drive-thru, however, the blizzards for some reason did not taste like normal blizzards, I think they must have had too much milk or something. Also, the girls with long hair didn't have nets, hats or there hair tied back, the guys wearing hats had them sideways and backwards, its all about presentation and I don't think they really cared. I would probably try another Dairy Queen for blizzards next time. While I appreciate the mini size I didn't appreciate the price, for something so small, I feel it should have been cheaper.

Dear DQ Staff in Westy, You really shouldn't proceed with someone's order, repeat everything back to them word for word, take their money, and then present something you "thought that I meant" because you don't have what I wanted...... What a joke!!!!!

The only reason I've returned to this DQ more than once has been because of the drive-through. Tiny child in car seat makes drive-throughs imminently more attractive. Despite this fact, frankly, I've added more toxic emissions to the atmosphere than I would ever care to admit while idling endlessly in anticipation of my Blizzard. They are So. Achingly. Slow. To add insult to injury, they really don't care that they're ridiculously slow, either. Last night, we decided to answer the siren song of ice cream. We were in the drive through for 14 minutes. We pulled up directly to the order screen. There were only two cars ahead of us. Upon FINALLY pulling up to the window, we sat there for another three minutes before the kid even acknowledged we were there. It's staffed by teenagers. It's a Dairy Queen. Do yourself and the environment a favor by going to another DQ nearby. Just park your car, walk in, and order the stuff at the counter. As of today, I hereby declare that I will never visit this Dairy Queen again. Those are minutes I will never get back. Boo on slow service.

The drive-thru is still slow as ever. I can't totally blame them, as the guy ahead of me ordered around $30 worth of stuff, and who knows about the cars ahead of him. While I was in limbo between the speaker and the window, an employee with rainbow-colored hair came out. It looked nice and I'm glad she was able to keep it at her job. The cashier at the window was nice.

Remember when fast food was fast? Dairy Queen doesn't. While you're waiting in line, though, consider this- every purchase of a blizzard enables DQ to achieve their goal of employing gang bangers who are unencumbered by the burden of intelligence.

So I love the ice cream here, and I'll keep returning for the ice cream.... But don't expect to come here and find friendly customer service. Not once in the many times that I've come here has anyone smiled or had a friendly tone to their voice. 5 stars for the ice cream.... No stars for customer service

Two words: Chicken Basket. I'm no cardiologist, but I'm pretty sure the adult-male can only have 5 or 6 of these things in a 20 year span before the need for a bypass, so if you are like me, and have that whole "devil-may-care" attitude about what the heck do doctors know anyways, then definitely indulge. The employees at the drive thru are always nice, and I have yet to have an order fouled up. Keep up the good artery clogging work, you people do the Lord's work.

My husband and I waited for a long time with no on else in line, and there were 6 employees working and not one of them acknowledged us. They kept glancing at us like we couldn't see them and didn't say anything to us. They weren't even all working and could have easily helped us, but no one did until we'd stared them down for a while. When we were finally helped, no apology was made for the wait and the "manager" acted like it was no big deal. On top of all that, the employees were rude to each other right in front of us. We will never go to this location again.

I love their blizzards, but their building is in desperate need of some updating. The employees are very friendly, for the most part, and my blizzards are always delicious!!
