Best Chipotle in Colorado- they have personality here. Some Chipotle stores are just drones of employees.

So far the worst Chipotle I have been to. I travel for work and I'm a big Chipotle fan so this is saying a lot. The Broomfield location is bad but this is worse. How could they be this bad so close to the HQ? Avoid at all costs.

Great restaurant, as expected it's pretty the Much the same as any other. It has a nice outdoor seating areas tool .

I miss having a Chipotle within walking distance of my house. It seems like I might have one soon, but I'll have to get my fix whenever I travel for now I guess. This location was good. Not one of the better locations I've been to though. The staff seemed a little scattered even though the restaurant was not busy about an hour before closing when I arrived. The food was on par though with what you expect from this delicious restaurant.

2012 Review #352: Yeah, I know, it's Chipotle. But, this is the first Chipotle I ever went to. I was pretty late to the Chipotle band wagon, and I like this location a lot. I have the app on my phone, which charges your card directly and allows you to save an order, so you can choose your pickup location and just walk up to the counter to get your food. I did this last week for dinner one night, and for some reason the app separates burritos into multiple orders so they seem like they're for different orders but are really together. Regardless, I arrived around 6:45 and the store was running really efficiently. Due to my own finals-induced stupidity I had actually gone to the wrong location first, and that store was absolutely hammered and they were not keeping up with the line, so this store was doing a much better job staying on top of things. I went up to the register and the guy grabbed my order and asked if it was mine (there were multiple orders ready so it wasn't just process of elimination). He reviewed the items, made sure they were correct, and was very kind. He asked how my day was and actually seemed somewhat interested. 12 hours of talking to children will make you pretty happy when someone seems to actually listen to what you're saying. Anyway, I like this location and they make the app-order pickup process really easy, which is a plus when I'm on the go.

I'm only writing this because the lady who was serving my food did not know how to fill the ladle with more than quarter of the food. Absolutely ridiculous, I'm never going to this chipotle ever again.

Unfortunately this is the first one I've been to that was disappointing. Nothing was wrong with my food, the service was not up to standards though. I got veggie tacos that were rung up as chicken tacos. There as little to no communication between the employees. Hopefully this is a fluke.

I love chipotle and could eat it every day, but this location needs help. My biggest complaint is that they can never wrap a burrito tight enough. Even a regular burrito with no added extra always falls apart so much that you end up with a mess on the table after just a few bites. It would be better to just get the burrito bowl with tortilla on the side due to how bad they wrap the burritos. The other issue is it is such a busy lunch time place during the week that the tables are always dirty and covered in food pieces. The line staff gets so overwhelmed they forget what they are doing and make your burrito with the wrong ingredients because they either didn't listen or were not paying attention. Better training and management should fix these issues, but it has been a noticeable issues for the few years I have been going there. But the food is always great!!!

Always a great choice. Reliable service even when they are busy, and consistently great food. Love the fact that they are a socially conscious corporation.

Chipotle is well...Chipotle. Amazing food, addicting burritos, and under $7 a person. I am not one to write reviews about chain restaurants, however, I had to rave about this location. I have been here a total of 3 times, and every time I am enthusiastically greeted and asked if I need any help with food selection. The people seem to actually enjoy their job (or at least remain pleasant to customers.) I was fumbling with my purse, wallet, and drink cup, and the cashier kindly asked if I needed help bringing my tray to my table. A small gesture like that really made my day (and also put $2 in her tip jar.) The worker who cleans up the restaurant is also very nice and upbeat, always saying "have a good day!" upon everyone's exit. The only complaint I have are the customers that are sometimes sitting in the restaurant. High school/college kids dressed in expensive clothes, driving Mommy and Daddy's car, and talking about disgusting and inappropriate subjects (I won't go into detail) while I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Obviously, this location has no control over who they let in the door, so I will not rate them lower because of this. I will continue to go out of my way to visit this particular location simply for the staff..... ....and my Barbacoa burrito bowl, extra rice, black beans, green chili, a liiiiiitle corn, and some cheese. Tortilla on the side.

Love the veg black bean burrito. Guac=god! I really like Chipotle! So on the food alone we are up a few stars. However, the staff at this particular store are always friendly and courteous which does not come with all Chipotle's. Cheers to great food and this staff!!

The Louisville Chipotle's is our family favorite. The burrito's are top notch, the chips and guacamole are awesome and the hidden gems are the margaritas.. Add to that a super friendly staff and we just keep coming back time and again.

Great fast food. Popular in town with families and sports teams. Follow up with ice cream at Dairy Queen next door if you have the room. Ask about the happy hour deal on margaritas and chips. They will accommodate gluten-free diets by using corn tortillas wrapped in tinfoil to prevent contamination.

Alright: Louisville Chiptole This one has a special place in my heart; most Chipotles I've been to lack one thing: parking. Usually put in high-volume areas, they almost always lack that special something...easy access. This one however, as much parking as needed, and to boot, is never packed. I've always been able to get a good place to sit here, and the vaulted ceilings definitely help with the spacious feel of this Chipotle. The food has always been excellent and fresh, and the chips - always a hit and miss with Chipotle - have always been perfectly salted with lime. Seriously...you Denver people might think about making the drive, I'm telling you.

I love chipotle. The food is great. At other locations I receive more meat.. At this chipotle they fill the spoon and then. Shake off half the meat back in the bowl. Disappointing. The place is clean and the food is good.. The Longmont co location is better and gives more meat.

I've never been to another Chipotle and I enjoy this one in terms of the location, people, cleanliness, and general environment. I just try to avoid eating here for the most part because the sodium intake kills me! On the plus side, after eating here you can stroll fifty feet over to the Dairy Queen and finish filling up on food that ultimately is bad for you but tastes so good.

If you want a very generic burrito with too much filler(i.e. rice) go here. Learn how to make your own burrito at home over going to this fast food joint...the tortilla couldn't possibly be worse.

Best Chipotle in Denver metro area. Low turnover, friendly staff who ALL smile and thank you for your business and are generous on portions. Love this place and I will assume they have stellar management which makes all the difference at a chain restaurant.

I *love* this Chipotle. The staff is really friendly, and seems to be pretty low turnover -- there's many I've seen working there for years. The food is consistently good and served in good-sized portions, much more consistent than Qdoba in my experience. I believe all meats are now naturally raised, too. I've seen this Chipotle get crowded at times, but generally you're not waiting in line more than a couple minutes. Nice amount of space, plenty of room for high chairs if you've got kids. Great place for kids, too: it's a medium-noisy place so you don't have to worry about the kiddo talking too loud. All in all: good prices, good eats, friendly staff. Whenever I've got dinnertime free to myself, this is where I go. Highly recommended.

For the price this is one of the greatest burrito or taco place anywhere I've been. This Louisville location seems well-managed. I find myself at this location often! Just a great place to grab a healthy burrito and chips with awesome guacamole. Yes, students get free sodas; they even comp'ed my whole group the other day just to be nice. Yes, NO LONGER owned by McDonalds, which probably means they care too much about quality and the environment and not enough about "the bottom line" for McD's to keep them. About Chipotle vs. Illegal Pete's, I could not agree more with some others that IP's is just so bland; it's almost like eating canned ingredients vs. fresh! Illegal Petes needs to step up and get better ingredients and better spices, not to mention make their locations less dingy. As for nutritional value, I think Chipotle is really quite healthy (and no contest at all compared to fast food super-size sodas, fries, etc.). If you are someone who doesn't get much exercise, just ask for less rice and get water instead of soda (it's those simple carbs that will lead you towards diabetes).

I agree that this is one of the better managed Chipotle's around. Friendly staff adds to a great burrito.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
