Love when I go to an event and spot the Bonewagon. Burgers are delicious. Farm to table product, and it shows. I personally love the special sauce & their homemade pickles! (I typically do not like pickes on a burger, but theirs are that good). Sweet potato fries are a must for a side! If you're at the brewery, it will go great with any Oskar Blues beer. What doesn't? :) I know they also have done breakfast, which I am anxious to try!

Went to twin peaks mall on Saturday where they have food trucks there from 5pm - 8pm. I Had the burger and root beer, the meat felt cheap, but they do stack them. Overall the food was good and would like to try some of the other items on the menu.

Recent changes to the Bonewagon have transformed it into the Chubwagon. If you wanted Chuburger on wheels, you got it. Unfortunately, if you wanted to enjoy the amazing sweet potato fries or partake of the best wings EVER, you are s.o.l, and that saddens me. If I want Chuburger, I can go there; the sight of the blue Bonewagon just doesn't excite me like it once did. I heard tell they're shipping the current one to Brevard, NC, and bringing out a green Chubwagon - so disappointed :(

What can be said about these guys......A LOT.....The best burgers in town, the best wings in town, incredible sweet potato fries, the crab cake club is a great change of pace from the burgers and fries, the sides are always changing and always a great addition to anything that you will get off the truck. No matter where you see them at, make sure to stop by and grab a bite to eat, you will NOT be disappointed......

Their green chili cheeseburgers are the best I've had from any restaurant or food truck in Colorado thus far. You can see from my other reviews that I've tried several of the more popular burger joints (Cherry Cricket, Park Burger, Larkburger, etc.) and while they were mediocre to good, Oskar Blues stands above them all. The patty to topping ratio was just right for me. I don't like super thick patties nor MCD's pancake style patties. OB was somewhere in the middle. And their meat was great. Tasted really fresh. The toppings went really well with the patty. I especially enjoyed the pickles. The bun was good too. Glad they didn't drop the ball on that. Their sweet potato fries are also the best I've had from any restaurant or food truck in Colorado thus far. The thickness was just right for me and they were perfectly crispy. Quite frankly, I've been disappointed with the overall quality of food in this state. Thank God for Oskar Blues Bonewagon.
