Nice quiet place to have breakfast anytime, just make sure there is someone to seat you and take your order, hhhmm...yeah...One waitress to serve entire restaurant is not good, but she was really nice.

My son and I have been coming here the past 4 Sundays and have come to the conclusion that ihop for Sunday breakfast is the best! The wait staff is always stellar, attentive, knowledgeable, and smiling. A special mention to Samantha as she was the most outgoing and friendly despite a minor mix up from the kitchen. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. Once you are seated the entire process is very fast and you're eating in no time. One week I ordered the banana fosters French toast and didn't like it, they offered to take it back and make something else for me. How accommodating! The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the hosts have repeatedly been a grumpy little trio who seem to be vying for the title of the saddest host of the day award. Today one of them was absent and it made a huge impact on the overall happiness of the remaining two hosts. We will continue to come here each Sunday.

Who made these booth seats so close to the table? And $9 for an omelet??? I ordered a Bacon omlet and it came with two very small pieces of bacon in it. Maybe if it was good, but come on, can the Senior Management really believe they sell a product that rates this price? Same prices as a resturant that serves everything fresh. Service is lack luster.... still shocked at the prices. $8 for a short stacknof pancakes? CEO please

After 30 mins the kitchen crew walked out and I was informed of the delay. I then noticed the servers had to become the cooks. I decided to leave as I don't think they had any real sanitation food handling training. Glad I did after reading the reviews. The host staff was like a group of middle school kids alone at their first job. Don't eat here it's dangerous trusting this place as there is no management whatsoever and this was on a Sunday morning...

I LOVE Ihop but I am so sad to say this restaurant is so poorly managed that I cannot see how it can stay around too long. I cannot believe the lack of lack of interest these managers have. I talked to one manager, Rhonda and It was very clear she had absolutely NO interest in what I was saying. We will not go back until things change there. For the last five visits there was such a long wait that most people were leaving. It is always the same answer when you ask why such a long wait when so many tables are empty? Same answer "We are short staffed". Last time we had it we just walked out!!The times we did stay I don't think our eggs were ever cooked properly. Omelets were almost burned. It actually seems like they are TRYING to run this location out of business. Come on eggs those are pretty easy to cook.

The ihop in longmont is not very professional as far as the wait staff is concerned. I pass this place each morning on the way to work, I constantly see the wait staff out front smoking where customers walk in. I think its disgusting and looks extremely tacky. I've called about this and it fell on def ears because the wait staff is still standing by the front doors smoking cigarettes.

Love the service provided by Shannon. She knows us by name, and has a great smile. She can handle big groups and the food is amazing. I visit this place at least twice a month.

Unbelievably Bad! This was a busy Sunday and we expected to wait a little bit. We didn't expect to see people who arrived after us get seated first. When we asked the host how much longer our wait would be, she couldn't find us on the list. Hard to believe this, because she wasn't distracted when we gave our name to her. They did seat us immediately at one of their many available tables. The waitress was friendly, polite, and always apologetic. She was the lone positive aspect of our visit. We overheard her asking the hostess why people were waiting for available tables. In addition, our hostess had a difficult time locating which table to seat us at. She also had a hard time understanding that we needed a high chair for our 18 month old baby. After waiting a long time after ordering our food, the nice waitress advised "our food would be right out." Twenty minutes later, she brought us plates that looked as if they had been sitting out as long as we had (90 minutes). When she came back to ask if everything was okay, she agreed that she wouldn't feed that food to her own child! We asked for our check. She agreed we could leave without paying since we didn't eat anything. I don't know what is wrong here, but it's not lack of staffing. There were plenty of people "working". We witnessed lots of people getting seated and leaving happy, before we ever got our disgusting plates. I honestly felt discriminated against. Unbelievable!

Terrible!! I would have to agree with most of the other reviews. We went during lunch today and it was horrible. No wait, as the host said to another employee to us, "you get them baby." Keep your personal life out of your job. We were seated and had a kind waitress, but she was somewhat slow and did not check in much, I felt like we were forgotten. My boyfriend had a hair in his food, and we ordered fries and received them. Then ten minutes later they tried to bring another order and we said no thank you we already received our order. This happened to the table next to us with fruit. The other waitress dropped pancakes and everything from a previous table that had already left and she made a huge mess. The table was left dirty for 20-30min before the attempt to clean it. People from the kitchen were yelling obnoxiously and I heard glass or plates break TWICE. Not sure what the hell was going on here, but I felt like I was at a daycare. This place needs to close or get new employees ASAP!!

To be honest it does not even deserve any stars. I now understand why this location was previously shut down and they still have not learned. Let's start with the service, if it can be called that. Every time I go there it's a gamble on if we get the slow and forgetful waitress or the rude and condescending waitress that throws things on the table. This last time we got sat at the back corner table, infamously known for the worst of the worst servers. Our waitress asked for our drinks and as soon as I began to order she cut me off and told me she would be back. Fair enough not that I was thirst or anything. Her attitude of cutting us off and talking over us was consistent through out our whole visit. The food at all ihops, to me, has gone down drastically. The crepes which were always my favorite have turned into some lazily folded dough triangles that have literally no taste. The once amazing hash browns have very obviously turned into prefrozen rectangles that get a flash fry and burn to a crisp on the outside. I am one who usually never complains about waitresses because I know the job is hard, but this place needs a whole new staff and corporate needs to seriously reevaluate there food orders and processes.

I'm writing this review as I sit waiting for a table. I dont mind the wait because it's Sunday at lunch time. I'm upset because the manager I assume, named Patrick in the red shirt is throwing a hissy fit over his employees going out of order of sitting people. He was also being discouraging and discourteous to them in front of guests. I witnessed 3 tables of people leave before getting any service. I'm glad I'm not in a rush today. -Update to my visit. It took two hours from the time we waited for a table to the time we finally got a check. No refills were ever given or asked about, still waiting on maple syrup, and that continuous apologizing by the waitress was getting old at the end because she never came to check on us. Manager did give us a 20% discount though the couple next to us got 50%. Also when a large amount of your coworkers didn't show up to work because they all have a real serious bug/sickness. Please don't mention that to your customers. Since only the real sick ones called out I assumed the mildly sick ones are still working making my food.

Waited an hour after placing our orders without seeing our waiter personally once in the whole span of time. We saw him across the restaurant and at tables right next to ours, dodging eye contact and commenting to other, concerned server that he "knows" about the fact that we have not gotten our food. We heard him talking in the kitchen behind us about how our ticket was lost, but 30 minutes later he hadn't done anything about it. No apologies, no explanations, he didn't even come to refill our drinks or give us the correct amount of silverware. We left in disgust and will not ever be coming back to this IHOP.
