At first you might think this is a Chinese joint but make no mistake this is straight up delicious Mexican street food. The prices are so cheap and the Ala' Cart menu so diverse that it's almost too much fun to eat here. Get a Chile Relleno, some tacos, a cheese enchilada, go loco! A little of this and a little of that and usually I'm stuffed and only $6 poorer for the experience. It's places like this that have made me swear off of Tex Mex. Why are you still reading this and not in the car on your way here?

Nice, small, tasty, authentic, mexican food. The prices are authentic as well... authentically amazing very reasonable. I go there a couple times a week. One complaint: Potatoes undercooked every time, but maybe thats what their going for...

This is as close to real mexico street tacos as I have had (in longmont). If you like "casita de durango" in broomfield, i think you will like this place as well. I had the abobada and al pastor tacos from the al la carte menu and they were fantastic. The chips are great and so is the green sauce they come with. The green sauce makes a nice addition to the tacos with a squeezed lime.

Imagine an oval plate with a carne asada beef and bean burrito smothered with spicy green chili with delicious chunks of pork and cheese- lettuce, tomatoes and guac off one side. Sounds like your lucky day right? Well how about all that for $3.50?! Si!!

Best authentic Mexican in the greater Denver area. I drive up from Boulder often to have La Panda!

I visited on Saturday and got a few cookies and sweet breads (pretty cheap 4-5 pastries for less than $4). Their sugar cookies are quite tasty as are their Conchas. I just wish they had the other cookies I like, the one with rainbow sprinkles. I found them at another local bakery and I will post a review of them next.

This is a great place to get real Mexican food. The combination plates are a good deal - a lot of food for your $, but it is A LOT of food. My favorites are the a la carte tacos. They're simple but very yummy - two soft corn tortillas with your choice of meat (I usually get carne asada -moist and full of flavor,) fresh cilantro and onion. Ask for some lime wedges to squeeze over the top and you've got a delicious taco. Pair it with a bottle of Mexican Coke (sweetened with cane sugar instead of corn syrup,) and it's a perfect lunch.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Longmont. I never bought pastries here. I go there for lunch because it's good and the prices are reasonable. The smothered green chili burrito is a great dish.

Amazing, best part of working in Longmont! Had to replace a burrito from another place this morning and it was great!

$7 for 2 mediocre breakfast burrito (Ham, eggs, cheese and beans). I asked the man behind the counter whatever breakfast burrito he recommended. The quality was there, especially the flour tortilla. Nice crisp taste, thin and very soft. It is indeed authentic as far as being Mexican. Burritos are small, in all of Mexico I have never found American standard size burritos. I'm happy with bringing the authentic flavor but don't bring the small sizes. After my experience with la panda I was not fulfilled, hopefully for future clientele of this place gets better servings.

Definitely a fan, after my first visit today. Had the #6 - tacos with al pastor. Tacos were full of meat, shells were grilled, dish was served with a side of beans and rice. Delicious. Chips were thick and crispy and the green salsa was spicy. Already looking forward to going back and try the $5 margaritas along with my next meal.

Haven't heard any talk about this place, but came here on a whim. I like this a lot better than Elohim (now Guacamoles?). It was very busy for a place I hadn't hear about, which was a good sign. I ordered a chicken taco and enchilada. Was surprised that the cheese enchilada came with green sauce, but it was very good. Taco was soft taco, and was pretty good. The chicken could have used a tad more flavor, maybe a bit of a kick. But in all, for low cost and proximity, I like it.
