I think us Yelpers really need negative stars in the ratings system!!! That said, I don't know how to begin to describe our experience. First of all my expectations were not that high, I had eaten here before and vowed never to be back. In fact, I would have driven past this slumdog trainwreck of a fast food chain in a heartbeat, if it wasn't for my pregnant wife, who needed to eat (IMMEDIATELY!!!) If you know a pregnant woman and value your life, if they say they are hungry, you absolutely need to drop everything and listen, or you might actually be missing a spleen in five minutes. As far as the quality of food? Greasy As far as the drive thru service? Slow & Painfull As far as the price? A big, really? You gotta be kidding me $14 Lets just say even a hungry pregnant woman didn't even want to finish eating this slop, after our cute lil parasite decided to stop bothering her with food cravings (I guess he or she didn't like the food either). Do yourself a favor, keep driving, this was so bad, that I bet that the Carl's Jr across the street probably seems gourmet compared to this place. Thank god they're building a Chick-fil-a next to this place, I hope it's as good as the ones in the South.

Poor service, slow. Many times I have to wait 15-20 minutes before I get my food, avoid them like the plague. Food is expensive. Don't eat at this location. The normal good times cupons won't work. Other good times like the one on main and the one by I25 and 119 are much better, similar prices but better service.

The burgers here are solid and consistent, if not necessarily the most mind-blowing culinary experience in the world. They tend to get orders right the first time in my experience also, which goes a long way with me. Check out the Hatch chile cheese fries; you won't regret it.

For a fast food joint, this place is good. Affordable, you know the meat is actually meat, you get what you order, food's hot...I can't really complain. Everything seems quite sanitary and the workers are friendly. Custard is particularly delicious. Only thing I really wish is that they were open later, since they are a fast food place. Really, though, if you're craving something kinda "junky" then Good Times is where you should get it. Skip McDonald's and Burger King and grab a burger here. But they should serve the fried pickles here! GT in Boulder has them and they are amazing!

I should have known better, but craving a Good Times (based on past experience) I did it anyway. What a disappointment. Deluxe burger arrived home with nothing on it except meat, cheese and bun (I did not say plain). Malt hardly filled the cup. Fries puny and not fresh. Staff could barely enunciate, no eye contact, no thank you. Pathetic. I will not go again. They used to be great!

I'm sitting here eating a pretty tasty breakfast burrito and drinking a surprisingly good cup of coffee. I can't bring myself to give any fast food place more than a 3, or this place would get a 3.5-4. Not sure why the very negative reviews. My food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Help was very polite. Got the food quickly. Restaurant itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Price was reasonable. The coffee was best I've had at any fast food place. For breakfast at least.. its quite good. Says closed now. Not true. As of 2.13.13 it's open. And it opens at 6am, not 10am.

Ok, I've given this place many chances and after my last experience I just have to say something. I've lived in Longmont for 4+ years now, and at first I thought my misses with this place was just bad luck. Every time I have ordered through the drive thru they have completely left out something I ordered, so I have to return to retrieve it (they also never give out a receipt unless you ask). During my last visit, my food was so badly presented that I had to return to have them re-prepare it so that I could hold the burger enough to get a bite out of it. There is also a clear lack of leadership in the area of management at this location. I think the franchise would do well to put some time into employee training that empowers personnel to improve and take pride in their work. It's clear to me that employees here don't enjoy their jobs, and I think taking some time to invest in some internal culture development would do great things to improve this location and the people who work there. It's not the employees or the on-location managers, I think the problem lies in executive management/the franchise owners.

My favorite thing to do here is a game we call "custard roulette" You go through the drive through with at least 2 people (4 is better) and everyone orders a custard dessert. The person whose custard most closely resembles what they ordered wins. My favorite moment was when I ordered the "strawberry cheesecake" with marshmallow fluff and by eliminating the 3 others as possibilities we figured out that the oregon blackberry with whipped cream and candy crumbles was supposed to be mine. This sounds like a criticism, but going into it knowing what's going to happen makes this really really fun!

Yuck! I tasted like they haven't cleaned the soda machine or the ketchup in a looong time and they said they could not make a cotton candy shake....dude really?! And it just did not taste as good as the other one off I-25 they are actually nice! So skip this one and drive a little further!

Dude. What is up with Good Times these days? They changed the burgers so that they are really thin and dry and the toppings are mostly the whitest of lettuce. They are just not good anymore. Boo!
