Good daily lunch buffet for $8.95. Their spicy dishes can be HOT. As with most Indian, there were several items suitable for the vegetarians in our group. Service was attentive but not a nuisance. They had bar service but I went for iced green tea.

Great Himalayan restaurant tucked into the corner of a strip mall. Very friendly. Great food. Highly recommended. We ate here a few weeks back. Had the buffet. A nice variety of tasty entrees.

I am vegetarian (by choice) and my husband is vegan (by necessity) with wheat and soy allergies, so it's not easy to find restaurants we can go to and really enjoy! Often, if we go out with friends, all he can have is a plain baked potato and maybe a salad... Not so at Cuisine of the Himalayas! They have a lunch buffet on Sunday that, while it does have meat dishes also, is a vegetarian & vegan's dream come true! This is one of the very few places where the food is so good that I find myself eating too much - but enjoying every bite! Next time we go, I'll try to figure out the names of my favorite main dishes and I'll update this... right now all I can remember by name is the wonderful samosas for appetizers and lovely kheer for dessert!

Excellent! This is always our top choice when my husband and I go out to eat (or order to-go) up in Evergreen. Staff is wonderful and food is top quality. Enjoy!

When we moved to Colorado a few months ago, I was on a mission to find a good Indian restaurant. I have left my favorite behind when we moved, and i went weekly!! The service is great for us! There is not a lot of interaction between waiter & table, which is what we prefer (we go out to eat for a nice family meal, not to meet the waiter and get pestered every two seconds). They come with refills quickly. I typically order the chicken ttikka masala. The first time we came i thought the taste was good but more of an orange chicken sauce so i was disappointed. My spouse however, got a mixed meal with curry and soup and his was delicious. He had requested EXTRA SPICY and it was HOT (this is a person that puts hot sauce on his salad and eats jalapenos with almost every dinner). Next time we came back, i also requested my masala hot- my spouse requested his EXTRA HOT. MINE WAS PERFECT!! Perfect flavor, exactly what i wanted :) My spouses was not making him sweat enough lol, so he the waiter took back his dish and came back with even more spice!!! We have never been here for the lunch special, may try it just to have a few new dishes- but i am set with going here the rest of our time in Colorado:) Not overly priced, nann was good but i am used to it coming with my meal and here you pay extra for it. They do serve a appetizer (chip of some sort?) with three interesting sauces that we have come to really like:) One is a yogurt based? Once mint? and one jelly/salsa? Not sure whats in them but enjoy going and we come here over the other 7 we have tried in the state frequently :)

Stopped in for the Lunch Buffet while out on a drive through Mount Evans. The staff was very nice and even offered to refill the dishes during the end of the lunch buffet. Loved the Chicken Vindaloo & Saag! Delicious Naan too. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices. $8.95 for the lunch buffet.
