You can't go wrong with Menchies. Perfectly serviceable. They had a decent selection of flavors including some super low-cal ones which is always nice to see. The topping selection is larger than most yogurt shops. I like fresh fruit in my froyo, and was disappointed to see only a modest selection of offerings as compared to the candies. As I noted, it's good, they're conveniently located, and they're predictable. Decent, but not what I'd call exciting.

Not bad. Yogurt was decent and the toppings were great. It's pricy but better than other yogurt places. Kids love coming here as well. The place is a little hard to find being that it's tucked away in the back of the shopping center.

Everyone is always so friendly! The frozen yogurt is delicious and the flavors are always changing. I like the variety of toppings. They have a nice sitting area and kids room.

The folks here are very kind, very friendly and particularly not stingy. You feel welcome to try flavors without the shaming eye of a stingy owner. Very pleasant experience. Have a fun kids corner with games, chalk and toys. Is by a pretty and shaded part of a trail which makes it nice to sit outside.

HAD to write an updated review on this Menchie's location as it has quickly become our go-to Fro Yo spot! I also must mention a recent interaction we had with one of the employees - Grant. We showed up about 10:02 ish on a day that they closed at 10pm. This was due to the fact that Yelp has their hours listed incorrectly! We were quite disappointed to find the doors locked but as we walked away Grant popped out and said we could still come in and that we'd be his last transaction for the day! What great customer service and as there was only three of us and we were in and out quite quickly. I told Grant I'd put in a good word for him. This location in general always has helpful employees and is very kid friendly. I also noticed that they are offering a ton of different varieties of crepes - breakfast, lunch, sweet. Plus they still offer free Waffle Cone Wednesdays!

Menchies is a great place to take kids. They have different crafts every day. Kids can draw on the chalk boards. The frozen yogurt is the best. They even offer delicious dairy free options. The pink lemonade is my husbands favorite!

My son and I returned to Menchie's today and I just want to add that in addition to the great-tasting yogurts, wide variety of toppings, and spotless restaurant, this franchise has taken pains to be really friendly. There was a bowl with nice, cold water for our dog outside, plus a place to tie her if desired. There was a grassy area with hula hoops that kids were enjoying. There were seats outside in a pleasant area, and seats inside that included sort of a play area for younger kids. Just a really good job all around! Plus: free Wi-Fi.

I called this Menchie's only a few days before a baby shower I was planning inquiring about catering as our plans had fallen through. They were amazing! They helped me find the best option for my budget and never tried to push more on me. The day before the shower, I was going to pick up the cups of frozen yogurt and toppings and got a call saying that they didn't want to risk the frozen yogurt melting and told me they would have someone meet me early the next morning to ensure it stayed frozen properly. I have never experienced amazing customer service like this. I will forever speak highly of this location and will be a customer for life.

I'm here so often that the manager has my cell phone memorized (they have a frequent buyer program connected to your cell & you can earn free froyo). They usually have 2 sugar free flavors available & 3 or 4 dairy free flavors. I think this is the tasiest froyo ever. Creamy & rich & very flavorful. The topping bar is usually very clean & the the toppings are fresh...never stale or goopy. They also make crepes, though I've never tried them.

I had a moment to kill before a hair appointment across the street so I decided I needed a little Fro Yo! I had never been to Menchie's but saw them on the Undercover Boss show. From seeing the show I expected to be screamed at when I walked through the door with the WELCOME TO MENCHIE'S thing. I was pleasantly surprised when this didn't happen. Say Hello, Hi, How are you but please don't scream at me when I walk into your place. I had a little White Chocolate Raspberry with some Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top. It certainly hit the spot and didn't cost a fortune. Had I a little more time I might have had a crepe. It's close enough to my office that I can sneak over for an afternoon treat on those days when you just need a little something. Things were clean, organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back.

I love coming here and indulging in some creamy caramel yogurt. I was disappointed on time though....I came in to find that they had taken out the Irish Mint flavor (yes I understand that flavors come and go, I wasn't too bummed), the girl behind the counter said "I think we have some in the to-go freezer." i was thrilled to find a container in there. I purchased a friend and I's soft serve as well as the container of the Irish Mint. What the girl never told me was that the to-go flavor containers are buy one get one free, I was so bummed that I missed out on this (even though it was also my fault to for not paying closer attention). It would've made me so happy to hear I got another one!! Overall good minus the one time.

We LOVE Menchies! My kids love the yogurt and especially enjoy the hoops, jump rope and fun activities. Linda the owner has put so much thought into making this location a wonderful family spot! The yogurt is delicious and they offer healthier options too. The employees are kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience each and every time we visit .... Which is often!
