I keep saying we'll give them one more chance. Today we stood in front of the register for a solid 5 minutes with the manager fiddling with the computer. I understand technology issues happen, but could you at least acknowledge the fact that there and you will be right with me? I guess not, because I only got the stink eye from her. I'll go ahead and drive in down the road to Big Apple Bagel, where they don't seem so irritated by my business. Einsteins, we are done with you!!

Horrible horrible service. Every time we come here all the employees are rude and unhelpful. They NEVER have any full bins of bagels. You are a bagel restaurant you should never run out of bagels. Waited 25 minutes to get our food because they were out of all bagels.....on a SUNDAY at 9am. From now on I will drive the extra 10 min down the road for good service.

Arrived here at 9 o'clock and they were out of several bagels including the basic plain bagel. Their attitude was oh well... too bad. I really enjoy Einstein bagels but will never come to the store again! Poor management.

The only thing good about this location is that the food(what they actually do have) was good. This place is awful. It's dirty, and disgusting. I don't think this place has had a good cleaning since it opened. The manager is very unprofessional. Her employees are lazy, and would just rather talk to each other than take your order. Their stock on bagels was next to none. Their drink machines weren't working. We had to clean off our own table so we could sit down. I would rather not go there and go to the location in Aurora off Hampden and Tower.

I don't care what anyone says this is the best bagel shop in town (well best chain shop in town). The coffee at this Einstein Bros is top notch and always fresh. The bagels are awesome and I love the cream cheese. My favorite is the everything bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese. The service is good and friendly not to mention fast. I can be in and out in no time. I also like that they have the bagel boxes for large groups ready to grab and go. Perfect for those morning staff meetings. Writing this review makes me want a bagel right now!

I work in the same shopping center as this Einstein's and every time I think hey Einstein's is right next door maybe I'll give them another chance because I don't want to drive far I always end up regretting it this last time I went it was a Friday around 12 o'clock just wanting to grab some food for me and the girls at the salon and i walk in theres 3 people waiting to be rung up who had already placed there orders. No greeting no I'll be right with you nothing... I sat at the first register waiting to place my order or too even be acknowledged for 15 minutes and the two working just kept looking over at me frantically like another customer in the store was too much for them to handle after 15 minutes of wasting my lunch hour I came back to the shop empty handed and irritated and ended up driving over to McDonald's across the way to get some lunch for me and my coworkers. The time before that I had came here I ordered a turkey melt and got back to the shop bit into my sandwich and hey guess what there was paper in it from the lunch meat being pre separated.. Awesome!

Avoid this location at all cost. I'm not saying einsteins is bad but this location flat out sucks! Unfortunately in our area we are limited for bagel choices but the next time we want bagels I will drive an extra 5 minutes up arapahoe rd and visit that location. Been here before and have never been thrilled. They always seem to be low on bagels over the weekends. This weekend was the icing on the cake and I'll NEVER return here. Took the family in on Saturday morning at 930am. Out of chocolate chip bagels. Out of pretzel bagels. What bagel shop is out of bagels on a Saturday morning at 930????? My wife, a NY bagel snob, couldn't believe it. She said, in NY, they make bagels all day. The topper was, we bought the last 2 boxes of cinnamon sugar bagel poppers. The were like ROCKS! My kids couldn't even bite into them. They had to dissolve in their mouths like a jaw breaker. I asked the lady at the register if they were made fresh that day. She said , " yes. That's just the way they are. " she acted like she could give a s**t less. Not, could I get you something else? Not, I'm sorry, would you like your money back? Nothing. Nada. Would love to see undercover boss go into this location.

I am IN LOVE with this Eintstein's location. They just opened and are already so fantastic! I work nearby, and when they opened I got the Free Bagels for a year coupons, so I've been going a lot! I've eaten at Einstein's before, but I've never had service as cheerful as I get here! They put together a great team to open this store with, and everything is delicious. My ABSOLUTE favorite is a cranberry bagel, not toasted, with plain cream cheese!

Worst service ever! Every time I go there is this horrible old lady that gives all her customers the rudest looks and takes forever with food.......I'm not kidding every time I go there the service is extremely slow and that women makes everyone feel miserable with the agonizing look she alwAys has on. I tried to get her attention one day and I am one hundred percent sure that she heard me, but she completely ignored me! So I asked to see the manager and she turned around and gave me the rudest look (even worse than the permanent frown on her face) and told me she was the manager.....I asked her co-worker for her name and he told me it was Beth Christmas.....you got to be kidding me.... I called the next day and asked who their manager was..... it most definitely not Beth freaking Christmas! I will never set foot in that place again! I was so mad I literally made an account just to post this up!

The service here has been great, and the restaurant is very clean. My last bagel sandwich was terrible. It had asparagus that was just pieces of dried up stalk. Won't go there again.

Love the bagels here, muffins are awesome too! coffee is a bit light and easy-drinking for my tastes, but the food is very good all around, and the people are very friendly in my experience

I think the other reviewer must work here. Went Sunday at 9 out of six different bagels three different coffee bagels burnt would not go back. People were a bit rude too.

This place is understaffed and everything seems to be out of stock. No soup, no salad dressing, or bagels? What exactly DO you have? The employees were polite and gave apologies, but whoever is in charge of making sure there's enough food is slacking.

Way under staffed this morning for the Saturday rush. Unfriendly folks behind the counter. Complete disorganized. The worst part was having the lady that couldn't talk who was clearly sick taking orders. She was coughing openly and couldn't care less about your order it getting your name right. I had to waiting line for 12 minutes. Expectations aren't high but this was really bad.

If I could give it a negative star I would!!!! Under staffed, the staff present were rude, ran out of most eagles by 8:45 am on a Saturday, and counters were dirty. I enjoy supporting businesses near my home, but I will not continue to support this establishment!!!!
