Would give this 4.5 stars if I could. I'm not sure what all these low reviews are for...some complain about the wait (hello - going to brunch on a weekend...I don't know what planet you live on, but there will be a wait). Others complain that the food is no better than IHOP and I have to respectfully disagree - this food was MUCH, MUCH better than IHOP. In fact, other than serving breakfast...I couldn't even compare the two. Re: the wait. It really wasn't bad. We had a party of 6, on a Sunday at 10:30am and we were seated by 10:50am, and the server came to our table immediately. She was extremely attentive, and brought us our drinks right away. They already had cold lemon water on the table for you, which was nice (I'm not a lemon water fan, but my family loved that extra touch). You can get regular water without lemon if you're like me. We ordered: - their famous gooey buns - ohmygosh. Get them. Get them. Get them. Sticky, gooey, sweet, delicious. English muffins with sticky burnt sugar, toasted almonds, cream cheese - Breakfast (wet) burrito with chorizo - it was the size of my arm, seriously, but it was everything you want in a wet burrito - stuffed with delicious meat, eggs, cheese, veggies, smothered in sauce - Harvest Benedict - delicious. My mom wanted more spinach, less green peppers, but it was two perfectly poached eggs, creamy holland aide - French toast - fluffy, cinnamon-y, very filling. It comes with more than enough servings - 4-5 slices! - Hen Pen - 2 eggs any style, toast, potatoes, and meat of your choice. Simple but delicious. They cooked my eggs perfectly (so much yolk porn!), and the turkey sausage was yummy. I'm not a bacon eater but my family is and they raved about the crispy bacon. They ended up getting 4 orders by the time we got the bill! They said you just can't miss ordering it. It was deliciously crispy, not soggy, or greasy. Definitely coming here again!!!!!

Had brunch here today after a soccer game. The manager, hostess & waitress were great. Probably one of the best waitresses I've had in a long time, especially with our party of 9. Here's the issue....the food was....just ok. It wasn't horrible or anything like that & I left full, but it just wasn't anything spectacular. I ordered the Irish Benedict with corned beef. I was really disappointed because it tasted like it was right out of a can. I'm hoping it was just an off day & my next Le Peep experience will be fabulous.....including the food!

I hadn't been to Le Peep in years, so thought we'd try it out for breakfast last weekend. Should have stayed home instead...Service was slow, food was warm, not great. Skillet wasn't anything to write home about. All in all, not a good experience.

It's been some time since I've been to this location and I must say first impression is definitely good. They have done a complete remodel since my last visit that really opens the place up. It looks so fresh and clean. My memory of the old decor was dark and dingy which always seemed old and dirty. The remodel, I discovered as I was checking out, was completed within the month. This was a wise choice in my opinion as their food has always been spot on. Staff in the past has been hit or miss but today our server was quick, attentive and friendly. Sadly I didn't get his name this visit. Went with the wanderer, which is a skillet of potatoes, bacon and cheese with eggs over top (I chose medium) and an English muffin on the side. Plenty of food and cooked to perfection. You can only be a great breakfast location when you know how to cook eggs- and this location does. I'll definitely be coming by more often now that it's so much nicer inside.

We had to wait for our breakfast for what seemed like a really long time. My husband took 1 bite of his omelette, when I happen to notice a hair in it! Gross! Don't your cooks wear hair nets?? They did make him a new plate, but didn't offer us a discount. Shame on you Le Peep..we will not be coming back.

Great breakfast food! The best eggs I have ever tasted! Also, I ordered a tea and they provided me a decanter of tea at my table! I love this idea! This is a wonderful place! I was most impressed with how clean the restaurant is kept! Good job! The only negative is prices were high but I would definitely return regardless.

New management and owners. Hope they get it together quick. They are very sweet and service is good but the need to fix the food. I will return in a couple weeks and hopefully change my rating. It's only been one week. ..

This place is great!!! How does it only have 3 stars??? I know they have quite the wait on weekends, but isn't that a sign of a good establishment? Awesome breakfast, friendly service.

Third time I have had brunch here. Wait time isn't bad, friendly staff, solid breakfast food. My usual is the Spinaker which is an egg white omelet with spinach, cheese, tomatoes, and bacon. Comes with a healthy side of cottage fries (which I tell them to extra brown) and a choice of type of English muffin. Always good. My husband has had the ranchers breakfast with great pancakes and the ranchers benedict which has biscuits and sausage gravy. Food is always consistent...not breathtaking like others have said but still good and better than going to the VI.

Food is ok. Nothing to loose sleep over. I always make sure i have a coupon for this place. I got the skillet dish today but my potatoes were dry and kinda hard. My English muffin was soaked in butter. Guess will need to order "no butter" next time.

Came here on Easter Sunday about an hour and a half before closing. The menu and food was good. But the service made us not want to return. Our server, Linda was abrasive and unfriendly. She made us feel rushed, often rudely interrupting our conversation to clear plates and hurry us along (we weren't taking a lot of time). I get that people want to get home, particularly on a holiday but you don't have to be so rude and unprofessional that you make your patrons uncomfortable. It's too bad because this place is down the street from us and the food is good. We would likely come here often, but I won't support a place that has such poor customer service. Being polite and respectful is your primary job. This impression was perpetuated by other staff who noisily bustled through their end of day table work with little regard for the noise they were making. Additionally, our server and this staff engaged in loud and inappropriate conversation while doing their table work. Basic customer service and manners, people. Not hard.

Had much higher hopes...salmon bennie was fishy, potatoes clearly previously frozen (and not fully cooked). Won't be back.

Terrible...came in at 11:15, order finally taken at 11:30. Waited for food for 40 minutes. When it came the eggs were not cooked and cold, corned beef hash was uncooked. Waiter said he told the owner but the owner never came out to talk to us. The waiter brought our bill (funny how you get a bill in 3 minutes but can't get your food for 40 minutes) and they didn't even give us our coffee for free for the problems. Obviously the owner does not care about customer satisfaction. DON'T waste your money here...go to a different LePeep.

This restaurant has grown more and more disappointing with each recent visit. My family and I have been coming here for years as we live right down the street and it's sad (to say the least) to see the quality of food and more importantly the customer service become so bad. I went for breakfast with my family and ordered my usual the sir benedict omelet with a wheat english muffin. They brought out wheat toast, a cold omelet, and the chicken inside was watery and bland. The manager made a point to tell us that he should not accept our gift certificate about 5 times after they had already told us that it was ok if we used it. Then, when I asked the cashier to punch my card she replies with "Oh no, you only spent $9.38, there is a $10 minimum to get a punch"... I'm using a gift certificate, not a coupon... so technically I spent $29.38 THANKS. Last time I checked a gift cert. was as good as cash anywhere you go. Anyways, super disappointing and with Doug's Diner accross the street being much better and IHOP around the corner we will not be back... EVER. If you don't appreciate your loyal customer's business then I hope other families like mine, take their $$ elsewhere

My family loves eating at this location! I'm gluten free and we usually go have breakfast at a place in the DTC, when I found out that Le Peep has a gluten free menu, I couldn't get myself over there fast enough! I absolutely love their gluten free waffles AND the gluten free flatbread! I go here all the time and have never gotten sick eating here.

My wife and I are new to Colorado and found this great breakfast spot. With her being on the paleo diet it's difficult to find places to eat. I had the breakfast burrito which was huge and filling. I enjoy spicy food and would consider their green chili pretty spicy. They have a GF menu with plenty of options for her. The wait was about 30 minutes but that's expected on a Sunday morning. The server was also super friendly.

I had the Desperado and my husband had some plain crepes. He was thrilled to get just plain crepes. There aren't a whole lot of places for us to have breakfast in Parker, and the places there are usually are jam packed on a Sunday morning so we decided to try this place out this weekend. For a 'white' Mexican plate, my dish wasn't bad. We showed up around 10 AM and there wasn't really too much of a wait, maybe 10 minutes. Neither of us had ever been to a Le Peep before, so as far as the chain we really don't have much to compare it to. I do know that I enjoyed this place more than The Egg & I. They seemed to have a decent size menu, so chances are your are going to find something that sounds interesting to you. The service wasn't stellar, but it wasn't horrible either. They were pretty busy. The atmosphere at this restaurant reminded me of eating in my grandmother's kitchen with the ceiling border, the chairs, etc. I would say we still prefer to go to Sams No. 3 over this place, but because it's much closer to the house I know we will be back.

I stopped in for breakfast this morning with a buddy. I enjoyed the nomad skillet (ham, eggs, potatoes, onions, mushrooms). It was quite tasty. I asked for the potatoes well done and the eggs over easy, and both were perfect. I asked for my english muffin well done, and it was not quite there. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious, if a bit pricey. Service was decent. No food complaints. Breakfast for two, splitting a carafe of juice hit $27. That seemed a tad spendy, but is not outside the norm of what you would pay at a lot of places these days.

Had the crab benedicts & loved it! It's a breaded crab patty that's pan fried so you don't get an English muffin, but it's so thick, you really don't need it! It comes served on a ceramic handled platter alongside lettuce & tomato. My husband got the county fair French toast which had great flavor! We came in thirty minutes before brunch ended but we still received good service. They even have a military discount AND a reward system: every $10 you spend, they punch a "peep" out of your card they issue you. After 10 punches, your next visit will be credited $10! Our meal after a large organic apple juice & military discount ended up at $20.20.. we'll definitely be back!

Mehhh... it is fast and cheap, but nothing special, kind of like eating at an IHOP.

Well, Sam's No. 3 was packed so we hit the Le Peep across the street. I have to admit, this one was very good. I had the Spanish omelette with chorizo, which was pretty damn good. A word of advice to the cook: make sure to spread the green chiles around a little more. The ass end of this thing was loaded with them. Our server was outstanding, by the way. I'll bump it up a star this time.

BOO.... My husband and I went here for breakfast. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, which on a weekend breakfast is not so bad. The waitress came over and made a few remarks about taking a while to order, something like she could come back next week. Listen, I was up before noon...no coffee yet so cut me some slack. Anyway, We ordered and waited and waited... No sign of the waitress. Waiting.. My husband make a remark about she must be paying us back for Taking so long to order. Still waiting....twenty minutes pass and FINALLY she comes with the food..... COLD as ICE. The carafe of coffee is empty so I ask for more and she looks at me like I asked for her first born. My breakfast is so cold the butter won't melt on the waffle. The eggs are like ice. The couple next to us complains about as their food being cold and she storms off. I tell my husband to eat his cold eggs because I am in no mood to eat spit this morning. Other than being ice the food was ok, probably better hot or even warm.

I'd been driving by this place for atleast a year before ever stoping to see whaty this pace was. Glad I did stop in to check it out. As the service was quick. The menu has a great selection that seems to change often kind of seasonal. The Crabby Patties are some of the best I've had if your looking for a bennidict. Over all very glad to know this place as I now come here often for breakfast.

Dropped into this place after coming from Ikea and before hitting Cherry Creek park. I had no expectations and this place really suprised me, in a good way. Got the Greek Goddess omlette which was deliscious and had a solid amount of ingrediants (artichokesm feta cheese, etc,). They also offer a gluten free menu which always impresses me. Server was very sweet and food came out very quick. Would definitely go back!
