DO NOT PLACE LARGE ORDERS FROM HERE! I ORDERED 15 pizzas for my daughter's b-day party. The pizzas all arrived smashed and inedible. I called the manager Jordan who refused to replace them for TWO HOURS and then refused to give me the owner or corporate's number. I found out who the owner was by calling on another day (Sean). Sean refused to refund my money. I had to dispute it with my credit card to get my $125 back!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And the pizzas aren't that great anyways. Pay the extra dollar or two per pizza and call Dominos!

I take a teenager with me when I pick up my pizzas as a carry out customer. Always friendly service. Always a better pizza crust and sauce than all other chains. Love Blackjack Pizza! Guess it is a matter of taste. Do not change.

While the pizza is getting more expensive, the customer service is going downhill. Twice now, our delivery has taken MUCH longer than estimated. The latest time, after waiting two hours, we called the store and asked them to reverse the charges and tell the driver nevermind. The guy on the phone said "yea, that is one of our slowest drivers" after confirming that our pizza had left 50 minutes ago. Cold pizza? No thanks. We'll be going elsewhere!

Not a great pizza but at least it's cheap. I could have given it 3 stars. If you compare their pizza to other joints, the raking is rather low and most would be inclined not to give many stars. If you base it on the value, much more when using coupons or deals, the rating goes up. The hand tossed pizza is a bit better version of the old famous recipe of Domino's. I had it a few times and some days it tastes better than others. So it's a hit and miss. I don't want to be really hard on them. It's a decent option for a cheap meal and it is great for kids (although not very healthy!). Staff is friendly and wiling to take your coupons and giving you deals.

One of the best and most-filling pizza deals around is Blackjack's 9.99 "One Large Pizza with Unlimited Toppings". Go crazy with extra cheese, meat and veggies and you've got a full meal. I've found that one of these thingies can feed 2 guys, or 3-4 women. I almost always do a pick-up or carryout at this place, though. With the customary tip, delivery can be pricey (not to mention that it usually takes longer). On a few occasions, I've encountered some communication problems with the staff, so to make it easier for everyone, I stick to pick-up/carryout.

I gotta hand it to them, they are cleaning up their act at this location. I posted a pretty harsh review a few months ago slamming the unprofessional young staff and the "run-down" look and the horrendously designed menu in store. I went in last night and it looked like they addressed all those issues. The staff was older, more professional and friendly. Everything was clean and organized and they got rid of the hanging menu from the 90's. The food doesn't blow my mind but it's always satisfying when I'm craving pizza. Good job Blackjack for paying attention to this customer.

Let me start by saying that I usually get Black Jack when I am feeding a group of people. This location's customer service has declined a bit over the years. The price has also increased which puts them above Little Caesar's but below places like Papa Johns. The pizza itself is good, but not fantastic.
