Good service but long waits. Avg around 45 min during dinner hours. Make sure your server checks with the back on the daily specials. We ordered just after 7:30pm and we're brought something else by the the staff explaining it was the substitute. Burgers are a safe choice.

Food for my family of 2 young girls(5 & 8) and wife was very acceptable. I had a burger cooked Med Rare w/ truffle fries again right on, perfect temp and DEELISH. What stood out to me was the excellent service by SHANNON. SHANNON was very gracious while dealing with a table(12-14) of rowdy/messy kids. My wife ordered the Organic Marg which Shannon told us was on the sweet side, I upped the ante by turning it into a Mondo(46oz). It arrived and was quite sweet, I squeezed the lime garnishes that came on the rim with very little juice coming out. Asked Shannon for a glass of limes to combat the sweetness. Shannon returned with a glass with 4 lime wedges and because she had prepped the wedges (knowing they were on the dry side) also included some fresh squeezed lime juice. In my opinion the epitome of going above, well done SHANNON and DB! Also brought this to the attention of manager Ben, who was quite gracious as well.

Wonderful that this was close - we were staying at the Hyatt - and on a Saturday night it was crowded but we only waited 15 min for a table. Good food and super casual environment for friends to hangout. One of our friends needed gluten-free items and there were plenty to choose from. The rest of us had steaks. Everything was very good. Wally was our waiter and he made the experience FABULOUS! Super knowledgable and fun.

Had a fantastic lunch! The Burgers were amazing and different healthy side options included a delicious quinoa salad!

This is my 2nd favorite restaurant in beaver creek. it is the best. the wings are hot but good. but the chicken fingers on the kids menu are burned and my favorite thing are the burgers they are amazing.

Had dinner on a Tuesday night in the summer so we were seated right away. The service was great and the food was flavorful. I had the Caprese burger with sweet potato fries which was amazing! My husband had the 1/2 rotisserie chicken and he cleaned his plate. Even my son found the Mac and cheese with broccoli quite tasty. Both were fresh and not from a box! Definitely a good choice for taste, price, and atmosphere for families.

Excellent. We went for late lunch with grandkids & thoroughly enjoyed our meal. All of us had beef of some sort & it was all cooked as asked & very healthy & tasty. Great beer menu with lots of local suds. Out server, Martina, was excellent. We were seated immediately & orders taken promptly. The food arrived well presented & in good portions such that we all were able to take half of each meal home. Definitely great place to go.

While on vacation, we went there twice. Our servers Wally and Aaron were both happy Delights. Our food was very yummy, better than most medium priced places between Vail, Avon and Beavercreek. We had the Mac & cheese Wedges for an appetizer, they were amazing! And our meals were very good, between the fish & beef tacos, fajitas, and mountain mac & cheese. We stopped in once during the happy hour. Great deals! A Draft Beer (local options!) with very delicious meal selections! Great buy at happy hour!

Well I've been twice. The first time was awesome and I was delighted to try their signature burger and margaritas. It was excellent. Yet, my most recent visit was different. I drank beer and got served a room temperature burger. We also ordered chips and salsa, twice, it was never brought to us. I also tried to mystery shot. Yeah major disappointment. If I had known the mystery shot would be flavored burnettes I would've passed. Essentially an ounce of sugary nastiness to my face. I would expect a saloon themed sports bar/restaurant to serve Boone spicy whisky shot that would singe my nose hairs. But sadly that was not the case.

I definitely had better mac and cheese! Or should I say pasta! No cheese in there! The lobster was soft and with good consistency and tha was about it! They carry only pepsi products :( Not a great experience!

Went here for a salad and a glass of wine. Salads were good and fresh. First glass of wine had turned, replaced at no charge with a fresh glass. No charge for the wine - so that was very nice. Service was very friendly but a bit inattentive. I would go back as long as I was not in a hurry.

Dusty Boot is the place to go in Beaver Creek if you are looking for great burgers and drinks at a very reasonable price. I ordered the Fat Burger which consists of 1/3 lb beef, bacon, blue cheese, fried onion, and bbq sauce. This truly is a drip down the arm juicy burger that will leave you very full and satisfied. The chicken wings are also very good. Served piping hot with a nice crunchy skin encapsulating very moist meat. Dusty Boot is the place to go after a long day of boarding in Beaver Creek when all you want is good food and drinks and nobody cares how wind burned faced and dressed you are.

I ate here twice this past season at Beaver Creek: once for dinner with family and for lunch with my ski school classmates and instructor. The décor is American Western eclectic. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant's interior or layout - it's really narrow through the dining rooms and has more tables than a restaurant its size should accommodate. The service was unremarkable in that chain restaurant sort-of-way. For dinner I had the Mediterranean salad. It was good: the mixed greens were crisp and the gyro meat - in particular - was very well seasoned. However, it was definitely not worth $17. But that is typical Beaver Creek pricing, as one should expect to pay Disneyland prices for very basic foods such as salads, burgers, or chicken fingers. For lunch I had that day's special: French Dip sandwich. The roast beef was decent, but the au jus was forgettable. I chose the "quinoa fruit salad" (albeit unknowingly) for my side. As the waitress was listing the sides, I had thought she said "quinoa or fruit salad," so I requested what I thought was a quinoa salad. What I got was a strange and overly sweet amalgam of the grain, raisins, and unidentifiable fruit (maybe apple, pear?). I took two bites and relinquished. It was terrible. Although the restaurant is extremely kid-friendly and wildly popular with families, it's just not for me.

First off you have to ask for Sharon the waitress, she is super kind and was very prompt in her service. The happy hour food and drink special is where's it at! By far the cheapest deal in Beaver Creek hands down. 3-5pm get sliders, tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken sandwich, bbq pork sliders, etc plus a draft beer or glass of wine for only $7! Enjoy

Total of 3 visits made during our time at Beaver Creek..always great food, consistent slow service. Arrived at 6pm, 3pm and 9pm.. Different servers each visit!

We were actually fairly pleased with this place. While the food left something to be desired, the price and ambiance were just what we were looking for. As other Yelpers have mentioned, it's just okay food, but worth coming back to because they aren't as expensive as some other places in the Village. We had some chips & guac, fish tacos, and a burger. I'd get the fish tacos again, but the burger was just okay - or maybe it's what my husband put on it. Mushrooms. Yuck. Anyway, we were in here on a Sunday night and were seated right away. Err, no - we actually sat at the bar, but could have been seated right away in the dining room should we have wished. It was pretty empty, but after a long day (and weekend) of skiing - we found the quieter place we were hoping for.

Best if you are not in a hurry.. Service was slow. Would have loved that of we weren't here with kiddos. Food was good, not great. I'd come back without kids for drinks and snacks. Oh and beer really does taste better when you drink it out of a boot.

Dusty Boot...you are the best! I've dined here with friends after hitting the slopes all day and with small children and you always come through! This past week, with two children (5 and 3 years old) we found the service quick, tasty, reasonably priced...and with a super friendly wait staff. Margaritas were superb, prime rib awesome...keep up the great work!

  • Becca S.

I want to like this place, but the main bartender (some guy) is just a vibe killer. Was in once before and ate fried macaroni and cheese balls I believe, which I remember being pretty good. My husband has been in there a couple other times to grab a beer after riding or working, and we stopped in yesterday after hitting the slopes to grab a cold one, and the bartender could just not give two shits about being moderately friendly or acting like he cares about customers. Just rubs you the wrong way! Probably why this place always seems to be virtually empty.

This place rocked. Great place for quality food and drinks without breaking the budget in an expensive mountain town. Drinks: Nothing like strong drinks for the right price. The margaritas are great. I must recommend the Double Barrel Marg. well balanced. My husband had the White Russian which was equally amazing. Food: Solid food. I had the Boot Burger with fried onion rings, quac, and jalapeños jack cheese. The fried onion rings are not a pre-packaged Frenches and the burger was really good. The Husband had the caprisi chicken sandwich. He said it was good. Not amazing but good All and all I have to say this is a place where you shouldn't be disappointed unless you are uber picky. In that case, go to one of the $$$$ restaurants that have fancy food.

If you get Mike for your waiter, you will love ever second of your experience here. Excellent recommendations, exceptional food, fun casual atmosphere, and the drinks keep coming. Hostess - rude Server - slow Manager - clueless Food - gross I am only giving them TWO stars because they realized how crappy it was to make us wait over an hour to get our food and deservedly gave us 50% off our bill for 13 ppl. Kudos for doing the right thing but your restaurant still sucks. Don't eat here.

5 out of 5 Stars!! Best place in Avon, Vail or any of the surrounding Ski Resorts. I lived here back in '04 working on the mountain at Beaver. I think this place single-handedly kept me alive during my starving homeless snowboarding season (aka getting paid minimum wage at a retardedly expensive resort that charges 8%+ tax). Back then the happy hour deal was $5 bucks for a meal and beer. For inflation to only increase by a dollar to a $6 dollar happy hour is incredible. I was surprised when I came back and this deal was still going on. My suggestion.....Go get the free warm chocolate cookies at 3, then head over to the Boot for some delicious Fish Tacos and a brew (Bar only). Even better is the PBR and a shot for $6 bucks!!

Okay, so if you are in Beaver Creek this could be a fun place to come, but staying in Vail, this isn't a destination kinda place. The food was fine, but store bought tortillas are kinda lame...my fish tacos were fine but given the other reviews I thought they would be amazing...instead they were just fine. My partner had fajitas and they were okay too...I guess it's Beaver Creek and the clientele isn't used to spicy food, but I like my tex me with a kick...thank goodness for chalula! Overall, it's a cute place but not worth going out the way to come here. Service was good!

Very good atmosphere and the location is great as long as you are staying at BC. We were visiting friends w our kids and the place had no ramp or elevator access (boo St James Hotel for locking their door). So, we had to carry up our stroller up the stairs to the restaurant. Parking can be hideous but there are two public garages. There is also an option of taking the shuttle up. The beer selection is really good w all local CO beers and the burgers are pretty darn good. I enjoyed the pork green chili and would recommend it. All in all a great little place at BC but the inconvenience factor of getting there knocked off a star.

The Dusty Boot gets the award for BEST HAPPY HOUR IN A RICH MOUNTAIN TOWN. Got here at 3 pm sharp, hungry after a day at The Beav. (Ok, not as hungry as I SHOULD be, damn you chocolate chip cookies but I digress). I'm presented with a one sided menu that has a bunch of food listed for $6. Well I think to myself that's not really that huge of a HH deal. The bartender informs me, no, each app comes with a draft beer. Each app also came with fries. They have pork sliders, fish tacos, chicken quesadillas, hot dogs and a few others I couldn't remember. All this food AND a draft beer for $6...I've not seen a better deal on the mountain and in Beaver Creek no less. The food is a lot better than I thought it would be given the prices...pork sliders and chicken quesadillas were my favorite. If you want to take advantage, come right at 3 and snag a seat at the bar, this place gets crazy crowded! HH is 3-5.

The tots here helped me to understand why Napoleon Dynamite stowed tots in his pocket. They were so good I was tempted to do the same. And, these were not any ordinary tots, but were of the sweet potato variety.I die. The Cowboy Burger, despite being cooked medium well due to my particular proclivities, was so juicy I almost soiled my shirt. Picture BBQ sauce and a juicy burger attempting to dribble their ways down your chin. I grew up in the Midwest and can polish off a good burger like the next gal, but this was tops of the tops. Never have been much of a skier (hangs head in shame) but might be willing to make the drive up with friends next season just for another burger. It was that good!

I was expecting so much more, but what we got was all just mediocre. Mediocre sizes, taste, and service. I went with good company, so I still had a great time though! It was a little overpriced, but that's pretty typical for the area. Most of us at the table ordered salads or tacos. The sizes were fairly small (especially for the tacos!) and nothing really blew us out of the water. I might still return and see what all the fuss is about over the burgers. ;) Maybe I just missed out on what they are really known for here.

After a long day, and an even longer time trying to figure out where to eat, I finally decided it was too much brain drain and went to the DBS. It was exactly what I needed. The Pint sized Margarita's were great. I was Burger'd out so went with the Mediterranean Pasta. Everyone there seemed to be having a great time, and enjoying themselves. I have to mention our waitress Brandi with an "I". She was just amazing. Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, she even sat down at our table for a second to give us some inside info on what to see and how to avoid the tourist spots.

The best kept secret in Beaver Creek. The happy Hour runs from 3-5 every day and includes $2 PBR, $6 dinner and draft or $5 margaritas. I had the fish tacos and a 16oz agave wheat beer. My tacos were surprisingly good and filling and the beer was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The Dusty Boot is definitely the local hang out.

Very good happy hour. A beer on tap and meal all for $6. I highly recommend the quesadilla. The fish tacos are also good. Both come with steak fries. Bartenders are friendly and care about the customers. Only cheap place to eat in Beaver Creek. They have about 7 local beers to try. Wish they had about 10 more taps.

Came here after the Tough Mudder event (25 June) and it was decent. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed (slow season) and they had the baseball game on at every angle. Real casual bar/restaurant with a whole bunch of cowboy themed stuff (and surprisingly enough, a lot of boots). I ordered the Nachos as starters and the New York Strip Steak cooked medium-rare with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. The nachos appeared surprisingly small (esp for 3 people) but were decently filling. We got the guacamole added (for $2!) which was a nice, albeit expensive, touch. If you're not careful, the nachos can be optioned with all sorts of stuff. My steak arrived in a timely fashion and was average. I know that logistically it's probably harder to get things fresh up in the mountains, but it just didn't taste anything above average. The cut was decent; there was a nasty piece of gnarly gristle/fat/tendon? that just wasn't appetizing at all. The sides were once again, average. Beers were good, so maybe this is more of a happy hour place rather than a full-blown steakhouse. Prices were meh and so was the food, so overall, meh for dinner, but HH might be a more promising bet.

Came to the Dusty Boot one night after an early dinner to grab a few drinks and watch some football. We arrived about 8pm and the place was crowded, but not packed. Was able to score a chair at the bar as someone was leaving. They have a good selections of beers on tap and supposedly the best margaritas in town .... the guy next to me ordered one and it was huge and impressive. Normally all these small facts lead to a good time. Well it would have led to a good time if the bartenders paid any attention to actually bar tending. The bartenders would stroll from one end of the bar to other without serving one person, despite empty glasses and patrons trying to get their attention ... Given the location and the selection of anything you want to drink it should be a good place. But the bar service has got to improve before I would go back...

I go to Beaver Creek twice a year, and this place is consistent and agreeable. Like all place in the village, it's a touch pricey, but I never feel ripped off. I will continue to go for good pub fare and a strong beer selection.

When the other reviewers said this place was slow, I thought, how slow could it really be? The answer: INCREDIBLY SLOW. This place was doing a great lunch business the day we skiied here, but that didn't stop the kitchen staff from hand choosing each lettuce leaf in my caesar wrap at the world's slowest pace. The food was delicious, but my onion rings were clearly sitting on my plate for at least 15 minutes prior to delivery to my table. I liked the food, but probably can't afford another mid-day lunch here, as it cost us two hours of ski time!

We were looking for something reasonably priced, but with a fun and rustic atmosphere, and we were happy with what we found with The Dusty Boot. The service was great. Waiter was friendly and attentive. And we really enjoyed the atmosphere. I had the chicken burrito, which cost about $12.00.. And it was a damn good burrito. We went offseason, but it seemed for to entertain and please the crowds during ski season. I would recommend giving it a shot..

Extremely slow here. It was a quiet night and it took forever to get my burger. Our server was nice but he seemed clueless to how long we were sitting there....the burger was good but by the time it arrived I was RET to go.

The fact that the Beaver Creek ski patrol were here during happy hours speaks volumes for the local flavor/happy hour values. And they were only asking for a $1 donation to their end of season party - truly the best value of our recent trip! But if you happen to miss happy hour (as I did one night) be prepared to pay quite a bit more for your chips, salsa & margaritas. That said, given the dearth of casual and borderline affordable options at the Beav, this place is probably worth a visit once you tire of the fine dining options that are the norm.

Excellent green pork chile - best we had in Colorado. Very good burgers - cool ambience in this 'saloon' type restaurant/bar in Beaver Creek Village. The service was very good both times - we had lunch one day, dinner another. The place does attract a good crowd and is family friendly, seemed to empty early so if you don't want to wait, go a little later for dinner.

Dusty Boot catered the Rehersal Dinner and it was a hit. I love the creamy coleslaw and candy-like cornbread. The mac n'cheese was solid as well as the BBQ chicken, brisket and ribs. This meal went perfectly with the blue grass band, ample handkercheifs and staw hats (party favors). We all went home with fun yello Nalgene bottles as wedding souveniers. Perfect for the outdoorsy couple getting married, they were even kind enough not to write their names on their to ensure that we would use it more. Just the date and location. Great idea Brandon and Maggie!

Mocked and ridiculed by Honzy the bar tender! As I was having dinner I was looking at a glass of wine with dinner, however when I noted the Denny's type wine glasses, I opted for something else to drink. I asked Wally about the wine glasses and received a nice response. Honzy the other bar tender took the opportunity to mock and ridicule my question to Wally right there in front of me. I did not have to make the trek to Beaver Creek for dinner and now I'm wishing I had not. It's no fun for a restaurant patron to be mocked by an employee; it leaves a very bad impression. I now have nothing good to say about your establishment due to Honzy unprofessional behavior.

Enjoy

I have to mention our waitress Brandi with an "I". She was just amazing. Only been here for Happy Hour and it probably will be the only time I go. $6 for a tall PBR and shot...not a bad deal at all. How much for a shot without PBR $6...well damn that's like getting a free beer!

Oh, Beaver Creek. Is it all the skiing and mountain bike riding you do? Because I'm not entirely sure people from Colorado stay even remotely heathy with the insanely giant portions and unhealthy food that seems to be everywhere. This place was really good and our waitress was great. She called me sweetie. Whatever, young lady! I've got a good 12 years on you. I think I would have liked this place more if a) we had eaten here earlier on our trip or b) we hadn't eaten pure crap for the entire week. By the end of the week I just really wanted something healthy and wholesome. What I got was a massive veggie burger. With blue cheese and bbq sauce. And an onion ring. YUM. And yes, it's my own fault for getting the side of mac n' cheese, but who seriously can resist mac cheese?? Not I. That's for damn sure.

I went here on a weekday during mud season. Sat at the bar and found menu on the bar. Bartender dropped off a glass of water after my sitting there for about 5 min. Never said a word. 15 min later after I finished my water and hadn't had even a drink order taken, I got up and left. Had 2 similar experiences with service at this place. The staff couldn't have care less. I won't be back

Ate here with the fam. Food was ok. Expensive for what we got but its beaver creek. Unfortunately everyone who had the bleu cheese dressing on their salad got sick the next day. Decent beer selection and ok food but I can't give a great review to any place that made me sick.

tucked into a far upstairs corner in Beaver Creek village, this place was touted by my traveling buddies as having the best fish tacos in town. whatever. it's got a cute texan charm thing going on. you can buy a drink for a friend and their name is listed on a chalkboard over the bar. it's cutesy. its pricey. its mediocre. at best. so i tried the fish tacos. certainly not the best i've ever had. i did like tri-color tortilla chip breading on the fish. unique, crispy and a nice twist on an old idea. other that: unremarkable and flavorless. We did fried mac and cheese bites as a starter. big hit with my kids. they also eat mcnuggets. so. there's that. the beer was cold. the happy hour is evidently worth a stop, based on word of mouth and reviews found here. as for me and my buds: we will not be kickin it at the dusty boot. once was enough.

Cheap and Beaver Creek probably don't appear in the same sentence very often, but after checking out the happy hour at the Dusty Boot, I've found a place where they happily coexist. Their awesome happy hour is 7 days a week from 3-5pm. $6 buys you some bar food (chicken quesadilla, sliders, wings, chicken sandwich, etc...) plus a New Belgium draft. Also for $6 you can get a PBR can and a shot of Jameson, vodka, tequila, etc... As such, this place was packed last Saturday with the apres crowd. However we still managed to get served right away and even had food brought out quickly. Surprisingly, few were eating, but the beer was flowing - I've never seen more cans of PBR in my life. In fact they ran out around 5:30pm. I also saw some huge margaritas being passed around and I'll try those for sure next time. This place is owned by the same group that owns the Kickapoo so the food is comparable, and pretty good. Friendly, casual spot to relax after a day on the slopes.

  • Whitney P.

A great place to go after being on the slopes . . .5 stars for a casual fun place. They serve 46 oz margaritas, does that help explain the type of place this is. They have quite a broad menu, something for everyone. Did I mention the 46 oz margaritas? We had a table with 10 or 12 and they were able to keep our hunger at bay and quenched our thirst with decent timing. I didn't order the $200 margarita, but got a premium 46'er and it was good contrary to Dan's experience.

  • Cassie M.

I read the other reviews and have to agree most with Gregg. We are in a ski resort area so after a day on the slopes, folks want a drink and to eat so it has a bar and when its busy, its standing room only at the bar. I'm not one for hoyty toyty so we fit right in this place, ski suits, sock hats and all. We've been twice since we have been here, once for lunch, which it was not busy, service was good but the food was fabulous. A huge hamburger and cheesesteak was more than we could eat. We started with some guacamole and salsa which was very good, full of cilantro. I found myself craving it the next day. Then again for dinner, with a wait of 30 min, ya that after ski crowd I was talking about. We were seated away from the bar and it was good. Despite how busy they were, we got good service, my iced tea glass did not go empty. My husband and I split the fajitas. Yum. At first it didnt look like much but we soon found after making 3 tacos each and asking for more tortillas that it was plenty to eat. Sharing is worth it here because they give you a lot of food. I actually spent more on lunch that we did on dinner. I'm sure we will hit it again before we leave

    (4)

Good service but long waits. Avg around 45 min during dinner hours. Make sure your server checks with the back on the daily specials. We ordered just after 7:30pm and we're brought something else by the the staff explaining it was the substitute. Burgers are a safe choice.

  • Rhett S.

Great food. My son and his friend were craving hamburgers and the Sheraton recommneded this place. I am so glad they did!! The burgers were huge and worth every penny. We also had great service!!

Great place for a casual meal. My boyfriend and I ate here our first night in Beaver Creek. We were in the mood for a laid back dinner, (nothing too fancy or expensive) and the Dusty Boot was a perfect choice. Great menu has something for everyone, and you cant beat the location - right in the heart of BC village

Service was non existent in bar area. Food was inconsistent - some dishes very good (steaks) and some averaged (burrito). Order got messed up to. For the money, go elsewhere.

HH is 3-5.

For the Vail Valley, it's OK and I guess decently priced. We went there because we were going to a performance at the Vilar Center, and it's convenient. The menu seemed to say that we got a choice of soup or salad with our steaks, as well as a choice of two sides, but our waitress told us that we'd have to pay extra for soup or salad. Whatever. My Bistro Steak was the best part, very juicy, tender and well-cooked, but my husband's ribeye, which cost more, was rather tough and full of fat and gristle. We both got veg sides, a generous serving of carrots and broccoli, but way under- cooked and with absolutely nothing on them. This is a complaint I have about most casual style American restaurants, and some fine dining ones too--they make no effort whatsoever with the vegetables. I know a lot of people these days would object to butter, and I suppose that might affect the bottom line too, but how much money and work would it take to squeeze a lemon and/or a few herbs on the vegetables? Or just cook them a little more so they taste better? Again, I know it's the style these days to stir fry the veggies until they're lukewarm, but I can't understand why it's so popular, unless people are convinced that it's healthier. Anyway, the peach cobbler was nothing special, but the service was pretty fast and efficient. I guess Happy Hour is the thing to do here.

The dusty boot has awesome apres specials in Beaver Creek. They have a special menu from 3-5pm with burgers, fish tacos, chicken sandwich and a few more choices, plus you get a beer for $5!!

Not I. That's for damn sure.

tucked into a far upstairs corner in Beaver Creek village, this place was touted by my traveling buddies as having the best fish tacos in town. whatever. it's got a cute texan charm thing going on. you can buy a drink for a friend and their name is listed on a chalkboard over the bar. it's cutesy. its pricey. its mediocre. at best. so i tried the fish tacos. certainly not the best i've ever had. i did like tri-color tortilla chip breading on the fish. unique, crispy and a nice twist on an old idea. other that: unremarkable and flavorless.

I didn't order the $200 margarita, but got a premium 46'er and it was good contrary to Dan's experience.

tucked into a far upstairs corner in Beaver Creek village, this place was touted by my traveling buddies as having the best fish tacos in town. whatever. it's got a cute texan charm thing going on. you can buy a drink for a friend and their name is listed on a chalkboard over the bar. it's cutesy. its pricey. its mediocre. at best. so i tried the fish tacos. certainly not the best i've ever had. i did like tri-color tortilla chip breading on the fish. unique, crispy and a nice twist on an old idea. other that: unremarkable and flavorless.

Check out the Apres Ski specials from 3pm to 5pm. $5 for meal(6 different choices) + a Beer (choose from 3 micro's). Best deal in Beaver Creek. Friendly place. Food is good. Many beer taps to choose from.

The fish tacos are good, and they are cheap! I would recommend the boot for lunch or for apres, but the dinner seems to be a little expensive for the quality of the items.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
