Full Disclosure - I had a beer, and was already 3 in for the night. Stopped by around 9ish on a Monday night and ordered the wings - spicy, and a Seoul burger. The wings were tasty, but not super spicy which is probably great for most. The wings are mushy, not crispy, but were still very good. I'm more of a fried-hard kind of guy, but I would order it again. The burger came with fries and they were ON POINT. Hot, salty, and crispy is the BFF of a drink-binge! As for the burger...it was a revelation. Simple, and delicious. I'm sure it was probably a regular burger marinated in some normal korean marinade, but it was so good. So good. So good I actually that it made me reflect and think about how selfish I was being by being so lucky that I was able to be enjoying this burger that I saved half of it to bring home to share. I left feeling like I was making a difference in the world.

4 stars - mainly because the waiter was so friendly and there aren't many places like this in the area. The bulgolgi roll was yums, chicken wings were spicy, and kimchi rice was good. We also ordered the orange soju.. or at least it tasted like orange.. I think the flavor was mango..? That didn't taste so amazing.. Just stick to the regular yakult soju or strawberry soju. It's also not strong so you can drink the whole thing alone and still be fine which can be good or bad depending on what you prefer. I came on a Sunday night. There weren't many customers so our order came out quite fast. The waiter was super friendly as well and frequently came to check on us.

After bugging him about this place for a while, I finally tried this restaurant a couple of days ago with Mr. Face for a late lunch. For anyone else who decides to try this out for the first time, it's at the end of the strip mall right by the high school. Since we were coming in at off-peak hours, it was pretty much empty besides the group of middle-aged Koreans having a large meal. After being greeted and seated, it took us (more like just myself) some time to figure what to order. Once decided, Sir Face got the bulgogi cheese steak w/sweet potato fries, I got the island burger w/regular fries, and we also chose to have a small order of fried chicken to share... mixed flavors of soy garlic and the spicy. The fries came first... a decent sized basket for each order! We ended up eating more of the other person's fries because I was the one that wanted sweet potato fries... Our sandwiches came out not too long after, and they both looked delish... we both gave each other chunks of sandwich to share/taste. Both were really tasty; he seemed to like my burger more than his cheese steak... I felt that both were just good, nothing more. The order of wings looked quite... entertaining to say the least. besides the two regular drumsticks, the wings were pretty tiny. TINY, but cute haha. Of the two flavors, I prefer the spicy (which was actually a little sweet... saucy gochujang with sugar?) over the soy garlic, which was on the bland side. The fried chicken came with a little side salad with thousand island dressing. Overall, we had a good meal. Service was a bit slow at times, but the waitress/owner/ahjumma checked on us when she could to see how we were doing. Got a to-go box for the leftovers (half my burger, half of the fries, salad and a drumstick). Because of the Yelp deal I purchased, our actual total came out to about $14. It would have still been fairly priced if we paid the full amount. I did notice before we left, though, that some of the items on the paper menu weren't on the menu on the wall, and vise versa. I guess because this place is still quite new and working out its kinks, but it's still misleading.

Staff is friendly. Food is ok. Bulgogi burger was yummy. Comes with a huge basket of fries Pot stickers is a must. Got the fries with meat and cheese-lots of meat and cheese and fries, but not enough flavor Kim Chee Fried Rice-Pretty good without any meat, but I need meat! Chicken wings-the garlic one was good, the spicy one was very spciy Kalbi-Kind of dry Nothing special really.

Mmmmmm Seoul Burger!!!! So juicy and tasty! It has everything you want in a burger! Delicious meat, fresh tomatoes and lettuce and a fried egg! The sesame seed bun is really good and complements the meat really well. Get it with a huge basket of sweet potato fries! Sia...where have you been all my life???

I love this place. I came here last night at midnight when my friend decided to take me out for my birthday. And not to my surprise, they were open on labor day. What hard working people! Anyways, my friend recommended the Seoul Burger and I was extremely satisfied with it. The burger patty is flavorful. All the extras like the lettuce, tomato, and onions were fresh and had a snap when bitten into. The burger as a whole was huge and it came with a perfectly salted side of fries. I was a little disappointed with their alcohol selection and the soju. This just seemed like the perfect place to go at night with a group of friends who want to drink and grab some late night food. Not that many choices, and more expensive than it should be.

This location is where Sinaloa's Cook House used to be. :( I had only been to Sinaloa's once and was sad when I had heard it closed down. However, Sia Fusion Eatery sounded interesting. Bunny and I had first heard about this place when we saw a Groupon deal. We have been here twice, our latest visit being for a birthday gathering. We had about 20 in our party and honestly I wasn't sure if we would be able to have the celebration there, being that the restuarant isn't really made for large parties. Also, the group can be a bit loud and rowdy, which is disruptive to the others dining. Although a casual restaurant and a nice place to hang out, no one likes having to sit through dinner with others making a lot of noise. Anyway, we got to the restaurant about 15 mins before the reservation and right off the bat there was a long table. Two others from the party were there so we sat down right away. As more people came in, we were given water and menus. Everything looks good and I was unsure of what to order. I was debating between the rice dishes or the burgers (that's right there were burgers) I heard about how great the Seoul Burger (bulgogi meat in a bun) was, but since Bunny was going to order that, I figured I could try some of him. After a long deliberation, I decided on the Chicken Katsu. We also got the spam wasibi. Since we ordered first, our appetizer came out right away. The roll was bigger than I had imagine and the pieces were cut just right. I enjoyed the rolls and it was good start to our dinner. Althought at time, I was a bit clusmy and the span would fall out. Next came out meals and my katsu dish was humougus. I gave a few pieces of away and it was still very big. Some parts of it was hard and a bit too crunchy, but it was okay. The server was very friendly and attentive to our table. He came around several times to flll up our cups with water and would ask if we needed anything. Everyone had a good time, especially the birthday girl, which was my brother's gf. The bill was split up by tables, so it was handled well and no problems with the bill. I like to come back to try one of the other meat dishes.

Wow. What a nice little cozy place in Newark! My girlfriend and I tried the Seoul burger and it just melted in my mouth. All of the ingredients in that burger made me devour every single drop of it. I wish it was a little bit bigger because it would seem like a place with food of this calibur would be super crowded during peak hours. Very reasonable prices and the food was cooked to perfection. Would definitely come back here again for Soju when I get the chance! Really great and quick service too. I would give it 5 stars if the place was a little bigger and it bothered me a little bit that it was so dimly lit inside.

Great joint to grab a drink and have a late night meal with friends. Price point was impressive--my friend and I split the spam sushi, mushroom burger, and Andy's fries and paid under $10 each! The spam sushi was just "alright," but I really enjoyed the mushroom burger medium rare, and the Andy's fries were a perfect addition with our drinks ;)

3.5 stars for food, but 2 stars for the food. It's the first place we went to since my husband tore his Achilles where we were treated worse since he was gimpy. We made a reservation at 6:30pm and when we checked in at 6:33pm they had crossed out out name. When we got our table ready they werent very helpful in trying to find us a spot for my husband to elevate his leg. So we just grabbed an extra chair and propped it up next to our table. I swear the other patrons in the restaurant gave us dirty looks for taking up the extra space and not being able to walk between the tables. Food was good, but we received ours after a table that arrived after us and ordered after us. We orders Seoul burger and bulgogi cheesesteak. Seoul burger was soggy on the bottom but was still tasty. Burger quality was similar to five guys- but what do you expect for $8. Bulgogi cheesesteak was sweet and savory. Both came with a basket of fries. Water didn't get refilled till we asked.

All their food tastes amazing. When I am in the area, a late night fiest at Sia is a must. I've tried a lot of their food off the menu and had never been disappointed. Some of the best are the Seoul burger, bulgogi fries, kimchi rice and Kimchi spam rolls. Love the food, the service and the late night hours!

Yum! This place is delicious. The spare ribs were a bit rubbery, otherwise full of flavor. Will go back for there Seoul burger!

We ordered spicy kimchi roll, seafood pancake, and chicken wings. Love them all. Will definitely go back again.

Super good late night place! Get the soy garlic wings! My husband liked the spicy wings more. They have 40s! The pot stokers are pretty good and they are open late. Wings so fresh you have to stop yourself from getting burned

  • Joanna B.

Their Seoul Burger, Kimchi fried rice oh and if you order their Spicy Rice Cake make sure you ask if they can put cheese on top! Service can be slow, but the workers here are very sincere, attentive, and looks like they are doing their best : ) I have no complaints.

Good spot. Yummy bulgogi. They have a burger with bulgogi and a fried egg! Good prices for the portions.

Meh food and meh service. Their menu is basically fries and bulgogi beef. I ordered the "Seoul Burger" and the boyfriend ordered the "Bulgogi Cheesesteak". We also ordered the "Andy's Fries" to share, not knowing that our sandwiches/burgers would also come with fries. The waitress could have at least given us a little warning that we were going to get a lot of fries. Haha. Food came and we just thought our burger and cheesesteak were just okay. The same bulgogi, but just on different things. The meat wasn't that flavorful. Maybe we should've order something non-bulgogi? Afterwards, when we were trying to get the check and some take-home boxes, it was a bit difficult to get the waitress' attention, even though it wasn't that busy. We asked her twice for boxes and then I finally went up to the counter to get some. Should not have wasted my time. Didn't even bother to eat our leftovers.

I've been to Sia Fusion multiple times and I've always enjoyed the food! If you scroll down, you'll see a review about bad customer service...it's true. This place's service sucks! The girl gave my friends and I a bit of attitude when we told her that some of our food was missing. She must really hate her job- even though its so easy to be nice to people. Besides the service, I really enjoyed my food. The Seoul Burger was good, but only because of the sauce. Don't get the Andy's fries!!! Even though it sounds and looks good...the cheese hardens in like a couple of minutes, so unless you're going to dive into it, I wouldn't get it. My boyfriend and I thought it was hard and didn't really touch it at the restaurant; we had to take it home and reheat it, but then the fries got soggy. It tastes good when it's fresh. The garlic soy wings were very good!! The wings are a bit soft, no crispness, even though it looks like it is. I still enjoyed it! The rolls are pretty good! And they're cheap ! Overall- they should have a 3.5 stars. Food 4 stars Service 3 stars

Best burgers hands down. Not too greasy, patty was on point, and the fries were just average. I'd recommend the Annie's fries which tasted like the animal's fries at In & Out(which I love) on steroids. Friendly service and warm atmosphere. Looked sketchy from outside but it was a very pleasant first experience for me. Gone back three times and never once disappointed. One thing though, don't try the Bulgogi roll, since it tasted very bland even with the sauce.

This place is pretty cool. Its open super late and the food is pretty decent. I mostly come here to drink though. The Soju cocktails are great! Only bad this is that the pitcher gets warm if you let it sit for too long. So drink it fast or at least have enough people with you to share it with so it doesn't get warm. Yogurt Soju was great! As far as food goes, it's alright. Nothing really wows me as far as the food. Seoul Burger was pretty tasty. All in all, it's a great place to go to.

This is my go to place with the boyfriend when we don't feel like cooking but don't feel like spending a ton of money because we're feeling lazy. Sia is located in a plaza surrounded by Asian restaurants and tea houses. The restaurant is like a small Korean fusion place that also serves drinks (soju and beer). We've only tried 3 things and now we regularly order 2 of them. Bi bim bap - pretty good, nothing stellar compared to other restaurants but it's fairly on par. Bulgogi fries - yup you read it right.. Kinda like Korean style carne asada fries! Bulgogi & cheese on top of thick cut fries. Yum! Chicken wings - I LOVE wings but these wings are just OK. They're not terrible, I'm just particular about my wings. Maybe you'll like them? Anyhow, check this place out so I can keep coming here when I'm feeling lazy. :)

I've been here a couple times now and must say the Seoul Burger is the winner. I've tried a few other items on the menu, but I'd definitely recommend this if you've never been here before. Things that I've tried: - Spicy Tuna Kimbab: Well I really like this since I love tuna kimbab in general. If I'm not feeling a burger then I'll order this. And the rolls are quite large so they don't skimp out. - Sweet Potato Fries: Definitely great fresh (not so much when we order to-go). I always substitute this for normal fries when ordering any of the sandwiches or burgers. - Fried Chicken: Small pieces, but worth a try. Again, something I like to order when I'm not in the mood for a burger. (Definitely can't compare to Coco's chicken though). - Bulgogi Cheese Steak: Probably the second item I'd recommend to try after the Seoul Burger! The bulgogi is very tender. If you like regular cheese steak sandwiches, then you'll love this. - Seoul Burger: Warning though, very filling! It comes with a beef patty, bulgogi, AND an egg. A half portion is good enough for me usually. It comes with the Korean sweet spicy sauce too which I like to spread on the bun. Makes it even more flavorful.

There are three things I love about Sia: 1. Open late! They are open unitl 2am! All of us experience that moment when it is midnight and you want to throw down a burger down your throat. 2. Seoul burger! That special blend of bulgogi marinaed patty, egg, bibimbop sauce, pickles and cheese are just perfection. It truely is good and is pretty much the reason I keep coming back. 3. Cheap! Everything on the menu I like is relatively cheap. They added a backside to their menu with more korean food, and those are on the pricier side. But my go0to items (Seoul burger, Kimchi roll, bulgogi fries) are decently priced. Overall, a pretty solid spot to hang out, drink some Hite, OB or Bluemoon (on tap) and watch some games. They have 2 TVs!

Wow. I'm not a fan of fusion food in general, but this place works. My girlfriend noticed this place some time ago, and also here on Yelp. We decided to give it a shot last week, and to our surprise, it was empty at dinner time. The only reason why this was unexpected was because of the reviews it's had, and the hours they have. I would have expected Sia to accommodate the dinner crowd. As we walked in, another table was also seated, so it wasn't that awkward in the end. The food. I ordered their version of the cheese steak. It's got Bogolgi beef, grilled onions, and cheese. It came with a side order of fries as well. For a Korean place, they make an AMAZING sandwich, by any standards. A huge portion of beef, tons of flavor, and cooked perfectly. My girlfriend also tried the Seoul burger and loved it as well. I can't wait to go for round two here, there's also a rather large selection of drinks from beer, soju, wine, and of course soda. Looks like a nice place to hang out, eat, and have a few drinks with friends!

  • Sylvia K.

They have a spam kimchi roll! It is SO yummy! Mmmm... The Seoul burger is tasty too and it comes with a fried egg. Anything with fried egg is good. I would skip andy's fries - the cheese on these fries became all congealed after a few minutes. I'm definitely coming back to try other stuff on the menu.

I must have gotten the wrong food or it was just a bad day when I went. We went at 1pm, and it was EMPTY, but it was understandable since it's after the lunch rush ( then again tea station was full of people...hmmm) We got: sweet potatoes fries- decent, my favorite part of the meal seafood pancakes- a bit salty, and VERY LARGE PIECES of green onion in my pancake! If I recalled correctly, they should have been smaller pieces! beef bulgogi - this dish was cold when it was just served!! Nevertheless, my stomach was not happy with its taste and the aftermath of eating this!! Definitely would not get the last two dishes again, but I will give this place another try in the far future!!

I've been here a few times and I'm in love every time I come here . It gets better and better .The fact that it's a Korean fusion joint open til 2 am and I don't need to drive all the way to Santa Clara/sf is a major plus to get my fix in. The Staff is extremely friendly and attentive when restaurant is not busy Most order 1.kimchi roll 2.bolgogi Fries 3.Whole Fried chicken!!!!!!! a must !!!!

Revised, down to 3 stars. We went one day just to find the place was closed with no sign/notice . Came back another day and the Bugoli meat was ehhh, just okay not as flavorful as other places. Here is my originial visit review :I ordered the seoul burger and it was cooked to perfection, it had the egg on top and pickled carrots & fries on the side. This burger was flavorful, juicy and huge...you've gotta tear into this thing with two hands! I even had to give some to my hubby. Its a different taste than your regular american burger for sure, give it a try...the price is right so why not?! The hubby ordered the philly cheesesteak but it wasn't that great. I tasted more onion and bread than I did the actual meat. He said he would order the burger next time too. They didn't have a kid menu =( hence the -1 star but I just ordered a bimbibap bowl for my 4yrd old and it was a huge bowl, I would say enough to split between two adults. She didn't love it but it offered some rice/egg which she did eat. Place had constant clientele, the restaurant is clean and spacious though. Service was great, the two ladies working there were super friendly with my kids (always a plus with a stressed out parent). expect to be there for an hour since it seems to be a small family operation/two servers 1 cook and with the other people there ordering food.

I think i chose the wrong food at this kind of place. I got the kalbi plate, bf got the tonkatsu, and we got the soy garlic chicken wings. I have tasted better kalbi's! this one was dry. The tonkatsu pork was dry too. Overcooked :(. The wings i liked, but i am so use to non-saucy wings that these were too saucy for the both of us! Damn i should've tried the regular.

Delicious, opens late, good service. All you need when you are hungry at 1am. Stumbled upon this place one night after playing some basketball. I was hungry and didn't want to eat greasy fast food and found this place on yelp. They cook everything to order and ingredients are fresh. My new go to spot

after taking my lil cousin shopping at the mall across the st, she suggested we go here for dinner bc our cousin took her here before and liked it ordered: -bibimbap: my cousin said they were pretty stingy with the bulgogi. after i told her to mix everything together, i thought there was too much rice. she seemed to like her dish though. -seoul burger: came with gochujang and way too salty fries.. although the burger was juicy, all the juices made the bun super soggy. also, i could barely taste the bulgogi. hm.. im pretty sure i wont be back..

Pretty good spot if your settling down for a late nite snack. The burgers are descent and the soy garlic wings are pretty bomb. Also the andys fries w/ cheese n marknated bulgogi Came here with my lady a wk ago and found this spot to be a to go spot.

I just want to announce that FOR THE RECORD, THIS IS A POSITIVE REVIEW...AND I SWEAR BY EVERYTHING HOLY IF YELP CENSORS OR FILTERS THIS REVIEW...FIRST CALL IS GOING TO MY LAWYER... SINCE FUSION IS THE FAD RIGHT NOW...THEY HAVE IT GOING DOWN...I DON'T BELIEVE IN PAYING ANYTHING MORE $4.00 FOR A BURGER, SO I DIDN'T EAT THAT HERE...BUT THEIR KIMCHI FRIED RICE....ALMOST AS GOOD AS HOME...I DON'T BELIEVE IN EVER EATING CHICKEN KATSU...IT'S A DISGRACE TO KATSU...I PREFER DONKATSU....VERY GOOD AS WELL...ONLY PROBLEM IS IF YOU SAY WANT TO REPLACE THE WHITE RICE WITH KIMCHI RICE....THEY HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR A WHOLE OTHER ORDER RATHER THAN JUST CHARGING YOU THE DIFFERENCE... here goes...let's see how long it takes Yelp to delete this one.

This is probably my new favorite spot in the East Bay for burgers with a twist. This Korean-American fusion restaurant offers a variety of dishes and entrees. Overall, my experience was awesome and will definitely be back for more. Here's more details on my experience... Food Soeul Burger ($7.69)- a must-try for anyone. The size is quite large for one person (and I can eat a lot). It comes with a fluffy soft bun, patty (wish it was thicker), a handful of tender bulgogi(sliced marinated beef), lettuce, egg, and cheese. Everything is juicy and perfect. Bulgogi Cheesesteak ($7.49)- Similar to the Seoul burger, tender and flavorful. I think since it's suppose to mimic a cheesesteak, more meat needs to be inside the hoagie. But nevertheless, it's tasty. Both entrees come with a bucket of steak fries (similar to what you get at Red Robbins) One negative point was the fact they ran out of Blue Moon (off the tap) when I got there. It was only $4.99 for a pint too!

After many visits here, I finally decided to write a review. Let's just say, every dining experience I've had here = no complaints. Customer service is very attentive. They usually don't do reservations, its a first come-first serve basis here. I have tried several dishes here. Seoul burger, Andy's Fries, Bulgogi Roll, Kimchi Fried Rice, Sweet Potato Fries, all the sojo cocktails with the exception of the yogurt one: strawberry, peach, kiwi, mango. Everything here that I've had, BOMB! There is nothing here that I didn't like and all that I have tried, I strongly recommend. Our most recent visit was for my boyfriends birthday, I called and they said they do not accept reservations and suggested that I should call 10-15 mins prior. Fine. I called a 2nd time to see what it looked like at the time. They said it would be a 1/2 hour - 45 min wait. Not an issue because our whole party was not there. So me and my boyfriend decided to go early to see how it looked. When I got there I spoke with one of the girls I believe I spoke with on the phone and another guy who also assisted me when I called the 2nd time. He asked, were you the one that called? I told him Yup that was me! He actually went out of his way to arrange a table of 8 for us, and sat us immediately and allowed us to wait for our group to arrive. Knowing that they do not do reservations, I really appreciate how he was able to accommodate us. Again, service was very attentive and complaints. And what better a place you can drink soju all night because this place is open LATE til 2am. Overall, my experience was great. I highly recommend this place for everyone to try!

I came here to eat on a Saturday night at 11:00pm. Good thing is that they are open till 2:00am. I had ordered french fries, tofu salad, and Katsu chicken. My husband ordered the Philly chesesteak. The portions were really big. My Katsu chicken was really big, along with my salad. The price point for the Katsu chicken was about $7.50. The tofu salad was about $5.00. They also have TV's on the walls where you can watch sports. The staff was nice and the place was clean. My husband thought that the Philly chesesteak was above average. I am a fan and will be coming back to this place fore sure. There is also plenty of parking so parking is not a problem if you are coming from far away.

my bro and i came yesterday around 645 and got seated right away. by 7, the place was pretty much full. i can only imagine how many people come late night, since it's open til 2 am. it's about time something in fremont opened for late-night hangouts. my bro got the seoul burger, and i just got fish cake soup (oden). we also shared a spicy tuna roll, which was huge. it wasn't raw tuna but rather canned, but at $3.99, i'm not complaining. my bro liked his burger, and it came w/ a huge basket of fries. my soup was light...just what i needed. i only ate half and took the other half home. the fried chicken at another table looked pretty awesome.

A 2 star review is quoted as "meh, I've experienced better".. and thats exactly how I feel.. if not, I am being generous and giving them and extra star based on how I REALLY feel. I had high hopes for this place. I love all these new retro restaurants popping up everywhere... inspired for the food network. These guys have good reviews, the cheese steak looked amazing and it's right next door to Fremont. When we arrived on a Sunday around 4pm, the place was empty. We were seated and helped immediately. I ordered the bulgogi cheese steak sandwich and asked to see if it was okay that I upgrade my fries to onion rings and pay the difference. After checking with management, they gave me the ok. J9 ordered the fried wings with some pot stickers. The pot stickers and union rings came out first... Kind of odd since my onion rings were technically part of my sandwich order.. The rings were good. Tempura batter and had a nice crunch... but the flavors weren't stars, it didn't necessarily stand out to me. The pot stickers were also good but again, nothing special and they basically came with a side of regular soy sauce... no home made mixture of any sort. Shortly after, our entrees arrived. They both looked great but looks can be deceiving. Especially since my cheese steak looked nothing like the overflowing cheesy gooey delicious mess that's posted up on their yelp photos. You couldn't even see my gooey mess.. Meaning that there wasn't much meat. The flavor itself wasn't spectacular. Actually, I almost always finish my food/burgers/sandwiches/etc... but I didn't feel obligated to put this one down and left about 1/4 on my plate. Not because I was stuffed.. But because I didn't care to eat more. The fried chicken was also underwhelming. It wasn't crispy like fried chicken needs to be and the flavor that was on it was just ok.. Not exciting, not memorable. Actually, J9 didn't finish those either and was done eating them less than half way through, she barely even touched the salad that came with her meal, complaining about the dressing tasting funny. It looked just like regular thousand but i didn't try it.. Its just rare that J9 wouldn't eat her salads though. Being a person who normally doesn't like to waste food, I didn't care to take them home nor did I want to finish them either. Overall, our bill came out to $23.. Which isn't all that bad. But considering that now, 2 hours later we are both hungry again.. Maybe it is kind of a bad thing. Everyone thinks they can open up a restaurant just because they see something on TV.. But many of them fail because they don't know what it actually takes. This reminds me of the Bigfoot Grill place that opened up in Fremont just last year... And now they are closed just months later. They had a good idea but didn't know how to bring it together... Plus they didn't listen to what their customers were saying, thinking that they were the shit. Anyway, that's my rant. Take it as you will.

I've had the bulgogi cheese steak and the bulgogi burger or korean burger..whatever it was called. The point is that I love this place. Definitely lives up to its name of Fusion! Wish I lived closer because this is one of my favorite places in all of the Bay

The dark korean bar playing korean pop/dance music is oh so familar, but the food they actually serve is not. - Strawberry soju (14.99): LARGE bottle for at least two people if not more. Very good. The server who looks like a young college boy claimed that they are made with freshly blended strawberry, but i have my reservations. - Bulgogi cheesesteak (7.99): bulgogi, cheese, grilled onions in a soft bun - what more can you ask for? It is bursting with flavours and the cheese definitely adds to it - Spicy pork wrap (6.99): I would have preferred them to make this with kimchi rather than lettuce, but what the hell, it's the best thing i've ever eaten! I don't love tortilla, but the spicy pork makes everything taste good. next time im getting the plate! - Kimchi and spam roll (kimbap) (2.99): for three dollars, this rolls is giant. It's made fresh and piping hot, but not enough kimchi and too much sesame. This is actually a really really tasty appetizer, but it pales in comparison with the spicy pork and bulgogi. is it still worth getting? yes. I have reasons to believe they have a secret menu for koreans only, because i saw older korean men with dishes that looked nothing like what's on the menu, but i'm not sure if it even matters because im more than satisfied with what they have on the menu already. I wish they would open a place like this in Toronto.

Had it first time here with 5 friends after some badminton in UC around 12 am. We ordered 1 bacon burger, 1 S-E-O-U-L burger hehe, 1 bulgogi, 1 chicken katsu, 1 kimichi fried rice and some wing wangs for all of us. Total bill was 60 and everyone paid 12 each. +tip. The place was lively as it was filled with people chit-chatting. The waitresses were also nice, definitely coming back.

When it comes to Korean fusion, this is about as good as it's going to get. Two words for you: SEUOL BURGER. Yum! The Seuol Burger is definitely my favorite here. Even though the burger meat itself could be juicier (you need to try Tommy J's in Davis, CA), it's marinated pretty damn well with the same sauce that they put into the bulgolgi; the korean bbq marinade. Sweet and tasty with an egg inside the burger?! Damn. All you need to do is pour on the spicy sauce they have and that's one tasty burger. Truthfully, this must be Newark's best food joint. (Then again, Newark is really small..) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. I'm not entirely sure if I would drive a really long distance for this place, but if you're within 20 minutes of Newark... it's worth the pitstop! Also, I can't say anything but good praises for their service. The asian ladies here are so nice!! :) And the prices are pretty decent too. You can get a great burger meal for about $10 to $15 with tax and tip. They accept plastics.

My husband and I have been here a few times and we've never been disappointed, though service can be on the slow-ish side. Used a Groupon the first time. The food ... The Seoul Burger - was tasty, juicy, with a unique hybrid sauce that was delightful and topped with a perfectly fried egg. Sweet Potato Fries - best SPF in the Tri-City area. See others reviews but honestly they are PERFECT. Bulgogi rolls - not amazing but very tasty nonetheless. Bulgolgi Cheese Steak is as delicious as it sounds. Mushroom Swiss Burger - my oh my oooooh mio ;) craving this RIGHT now. Seriously it's THAT good :) Can be cheap or middle price wise depending on what you order. Follow-up when I finally convince the hubby to get the chicken *sigh* I LOVE Korean fried chicken but never seem to be able to convince the hubby to order it :(

This is a great hang out place with friends. Foods really good here. I would recommend the fried chicken wing, wait, better yet, order the fried whole chicken, that was even better. This place do get really busy at nights but the wait isn't bad and the servers are always available when you do stop them. If they're super busy, they will let you know that they be back and they so remember to come back to your table. So far, I like most of the food there, very tasty.

YUMMY!! My boyfriend sent me a Groupon as a gift so that we could try this place and thank goodness we did!! We came on a Sunday night so the place was empty, partly because i think it just opened not too long ago too. The decor inside was very clean and cafe like. The dishes were very sturdy and heavy so you know they didn't cheap out on buying it. We ordered HELLA food because everything looked so good! -Bulgogi Roll - MUST TRY!! gives you 8 pieces and its only $2.99!!! -Small Chicken Wings Plate - we got soy garlic and spicy. The spicy was super tasty but the soy garlic...meh, I've had better. it was kind of bland and didn't have much flavor of either soy or garlic. -Bibimbap Bowl - HUGE! It looked like 2-3 scoops of rice on the bottom, a bunch of Korean vegetables, and bulgogi meal. They even give you some sauces on the side to mix in. -Boyfriend got the Seoul Burger - it looked like it was 2 burgers in one. But he said the sauce they used in it was delicious. On top of that, they even served it with a large basket of fries and a small green salad! As if the burger alone wasn't enough. Crazy! Overall, I say you MUST try this place. It's very hidden in the far left corner of the Lions Supermarket but the taste of the food and the amount you get for the price, you can't beat it. Our entire bill came out to be about only $24! And that's BEFORE we applied the groupon! I am so coming back with or without a groupon! PS. It looks like they have a pretty good happy hour special too on their drinks!

This reminds me of Korean Bar food. We had the spicy chicken wings, which is not too sweet, but need to have more sauce. Bulgogi roll was incredible and my 3 year old gobble it in a sec. The Seoul burger was great! Juicy, thick meat and a basket of fries is a nice touch, although I wish its more crispy instead of like a steak fries. The spicy rice cakes fish cakes are awesome! I would love more fish cake and the option of having it with noodles instead of rice cake. Overall, im glad we found this lil gem! I would like to try the bulgogi cheese steak roll, seafood pancake, the kimchi roll and strawberry soju next time, And their soups.

Pros: Authenticity of menu, two flat screens, clean, friendly service, everything cooked to order, coupons are abundant, online savings sites and in the pennysaver. Cons: I ordered the Island Burger - it tasted like an In an Out burger animal style with pineapple in it. They really took quite a while to make it. One of the woman was very hard to understand. They seemed they are a work in progress that day at lunch. They offered me a glass of water while I waited. They seemed very rushed and under pressure. However, I will not one visit deter me from going their again. Parking is really tight. The menu on the wall behind the counter is really tiny and is in black and white, I just took a look at the physical menu- its much easier to read. Until next time, i wish these people luck as the last two food joints here didn't work out.

Came here by accident actually. Was going to try Coco Chicken but it was closed with no sign outside indicating why. After yelping for a new spot to eat, came across TLT BBQ and headed over there, upon arriving, there was one group ahead of us but saw Sia and saw some the of good reviews and the menu and decided to try this place. I have to say it was pretty darn good that Coco Chicken was closed because we would have not stumbled on this place. Coming it the ambiance was more of a Korean drinking joint since it was dark and a few soju posters on the wall. It was a bit hard to read the menu since it was a bit dark but finally got to figure out what we wanted. The Grub: 3/4 star Large order of KFC 6 drummies, and 12 wingies (delish, recommend the spicy) Sweet Potato Fries with what we think is Heinz ketchup but tastes different. (only thing I would suggest, other dipping sauce and it would push this over the edge. Portion was huge) Bulgogi rolls. ( good but nothing spectacular ) Dent in the wallet: 1star Between 3 of us it was 21 before tax and tip for the above items, so pretty darn good for what you get. Dining Experience: 1/2 star Great joint, nice and dark to eat fried kitchen and soju/beer but wish there was a light at the table. Service: 1 star Very attentive even though it was a Monday night. Comeback:: 1 star Yes, a place I would come to at least once every 1-2 months.

This place is a great mix of American and Korean food. You can order a giant burger, fries and still also get BBQ korean if you still want. My roommates and I ordered a few different things to try it out: Seafood pancake Bulgogi Seoul burger And I really like the strawberry soju, but you have to be careful since it masks the taste so it makes it easier to down a lot more soju! Its amazing how late this place stays open which makes it a great late-night food place. It's a bit of a dive but pretty clean so that's not a fair description but the best places for food are sometimes dives. Also, the staff here are pretty friendly where I felt they deserved a nice tip. Would definitely recommend to try to others but the calories in this place would make this being a regular place to eat a bad idea for your health. Still, people have to try this place at least once.

mm good place to go! My friend brought me here for my birthday, and I have to say I really can't wait till I have the chance to go back. We got seafood pancake, chicken wings, and the burger, with the addition of peach soju. I have to really applaud this place for the fusion of asian and american food. The food was not overly saucy but it had so much flavor. Seafood pancake: pretty typical korean dish. I wouldn't say there was really anything special about it, just really well made. I enjoyed it. Chicken wings: I was surprised. I believe I got the garlic soy flavored chicken wings. They were crispy and full of flavor. It was a little saucy, but I expect that for flavored chicken wings. I would come back just for these. Burger: I think its called the sia burger? I'm not sure. All I have to say is that its about the best burger I've ever had. Like the chicken wings, I would come back here for the burger. The burger itself had korean flavored meat, I believe its bulgogi, as well as egg cooked sunny side up, which is not really runny but its not dry and hard like a hard boiled egg. The meat was cooked perfectly. I drool for this burger just thinking about it. Overall, I only have good things to say about this place, and I could keep raving about it. But really, I just wanna go back and have some more of their food.

liked the Korean fushion touch! my cousin in-law and I went half on a spicy pork burrito, and we split the Andy's fries (bulgolgi topped over fries and cheese ) between 4 people so you can imagine their portions are huge here! we also ordered the Kim chee fried rice! have to say that was my favorite dish! I saw a selection of suju.. I wasn't able to try it, but that was another star for my review! definitely will be back

The kids treated dad for Father's Day. I was worried about them fronting the bill for a party of 7, but the prices were more than reasonable. I cant remember what we all ordered - but with 3 apps, 1 entree per person (mostly cheese steak sandwiches n burgers) and drinks for all - our bill was less than $80. Everything we tried was full of flavor, no complaints from anyone in our party. Service was great... they even gave us a complimentary dessert to try. I will definitely re-visit this place... hope they stick around for a long time.

OH MY GOSH. I cannot recommend this place so much! My girlfriend and I are in love with this place!!!! I have NOTHING bad to say about this, so I'll tell you about all the good. The food. Oh man. Talking about it just gets my mouth watering! The quality AND quantity of the food are perfect. You get A LOT for the amount that you pay. I think my girlfriend and I can get a Bulgogi burger and fries there for $14.00. That's how much you'd pay at In-n-Out or some fast food joint. But this isn't a low-grade restaurant. It's really nice and the mood is very mellow and quiet. At times, it could be loud, but generally it's really quiet! Idk why more people don't come here. It's kinda hidden in a small part of Fremont, so I guess that's the reason. Oh! One more perk. It's open till 1 in the morning! So, if you have a midnight craving, head on over and grab yourself a Bulgogi burger! :D

We came on a nice Saturday afternoon for a late lunch and our first reaction was.. "wow, it's completely dead here", and then realized that hey..it's late lunch hour.. Server seated us after 2 minutes. We ordered... Bulgogi roll: consisted of bulgogi meat in a sushi e roll with a nice sesame aroma. The roll was okay, it needed some sauce in between the meat. Bulgogi cheesecake which came with fries & a salad: First initial taste... it was missing a "taste", so we asked for jalapenos in hopes to replace the " pepper" taste (like in a regular cheese steak). However after a couple more bites, i just suddenly fell in love with it! cheese was major plus!! Pot-stickers: boyfriend loved it. simple and small crunchy little things. "Small" order of Spicy chicken: small order consisted about 5 pieces of chicken.. two large drumsticks and three wings. Although I've tasted better, flavor was fairly good, with a tiny spicy kick. Could use a bit more crunch for me though :) We requested extra sauces such as soy sauce, wasabi, and siracha & jalapenos..which was promptly brought to us. Aside from the fact that we were the only two there, server was very tentative and promptly brought us everything we requested and needed. Bill came out only $22! I was sorta puzzled with the prices on the menu given to us versus the menu on the wall. Prices on the wall were slightly more expensive and didn't have some dishes from the physical menu.. boyfriend suggested that maybe the menu on the wall may be for dinner or in the process of a change? Either way, they should have an explanation somewhere to avoid confusion for customers.

Really nice addition to the strip mall when all you have are either tea cafes or noodle restaurants. Tea Station was, of course, full when we drove by. Came here with Mr. Husband around 9pm. There were only two others groups of customers. Two TV's on - one with sports and the other with an action movie. I (like always) want to try the whole menu, but we settled on: - Kimchi Spam Roll: Definitely recommend this. Who knew that kimchi and spam would taste so good together? - 1/3rd lb Bacon Cheeseburger (for him): was ok. He said it seemed like it was microwaved. The side of fries came before everything else. - Spicy Pork tortilla wrap: Pretty much a korean burrito. Spicy marinated pork with grilled onions and mushrooms on top of fresh, crunchy lettuce wrapped in a flour tortilla. They give you two with yummy potato salad. So good together. Wish it had kimchi fried rice, but they offer it separately (will try it next time). Overall, you definitely get your money's worth. They open late, have lots to choose from, and are overall nice. Just wish the food wasn't as greasy. We also sat next to the gigantic counter and could never see our waitress. Other than that, hope to be back soon.

Just simply amazing. This place isn't your regular Korean style meals, it's more of a fusion with burgers with the taste of Korea. I was told about this place by a mutual friend who couldn't stop complementing on how good this place is. Since me and my BF had nothing to do that night, we decided to check out this restaurant. When we first got in, it was completely empty. I must say it was a bit awkward to find a restaurant completely empty but the hostess sat us down very quickly and asked for what we would like to drink. The food came out very quickly and amazingly plentiful. I ordered a Seoul Burger and I can't believe how big it was. In the picture, it probably looked slightly bigger than an In-N-Out burger, but in person, it was amazingly huge and heavy (1/3 pound). Our drinks kept coming and coming, it was hard to even empty out my cup before it's refilled again. The decor was clean and simple. There was flat screen TVs on the side of the wall. Music played in the background, mostly light rock and R&B. Overall, the pictures showing this place here on yelp don't do justice. You have to try it for yourself.

Good news is they open late, they serve fruity sojus and their food, some are hit some are misses and the service is not so great well at least there's one server that was really rude and so hard to understand- we asked for utensils and she just tossed it loudly on the table, my order took longer than expected and then when she came out it was a wrong order she didn't even apologize but blamed me that I ordered badly, SAY WHAT?!! I would've appreciate a lil sensibility if she just walked out instead of accusing a customer, then the other waitress went to our table and apologized to me though she wasn't even mainly serving us at all, now that is a good server. Overall food is ok, service? maybe if they were all only trained well and behaved nicely I'd be ok.

Not your typical Korean eatery . That's a good thing in terms of pricing. Usually I'm not the fusion type of guy , but places like this surprise me. I found out about Sia via instagram and had to try the Seoul Burger , Wings , and Bul go gi cheese steak. The cheese steak was kind of a wild card at the last minute ( wasn't 100% sold on it ). I ended up ordering everything I planned on, and because I'm so skinny I almost finished it all. Even the kitchen staff looked like they were taking bets on whether or not I'd manVSfood the meal. The foods not bad at all and you can choose to get drunk if you want . If you prefer eating in more quiet settings , do so on the weekdays . I'm coming back for more. WING fans ..... it's legit . Super solid. ::HANDLE::

The last time I came here was a few weeks ago on a Sunday. I came to a business that says it opens at 11AM but it was 11:05AM and the place was dark, closed - like a ghost town. I waited but was super pissed and ended up leaving. I ended up at Ike's Lair in Santa Clara and got myself the Adam Richman sandwich *hearts* At the time, I felt that this place did not deserve another chance but because I am stubborn and because I needed to know an answer, I called a few days later to inquire why the hell this place wasn't opened on time; then I was told the lady that was supposed to open that Sunday got into a car accident. I felt that my gripe was too pathetic so I apologized and thanked her for her time. This past weekend I was on a bookmarking spree. It was a long weekend (even though I volunteered to work for 4 hours on Monday, NYE), I felt a little down, and I felt that I deserve to treat myself out - what w/ all the $$ spending I did during Christmas; I neglected myself entirely. I asked my daughter if she wanted pizza or Korean burgers and to my surprise, she chose Korean burgers. I always view the menu prior because I would like to know what they offer and their price range. I knew exactly what to order: - Seoul Burger - burger topped w/ bulgogi and a fried egg along w/ the usual - Bulgogi Cheesesteak - the name says it all but it comes w/ lettuce (WTF?) We were seated right away but I was told they only have 1 high chair so I walked out to get the stroller but for unknown reasons, the other high chair was found when I was at my car. It took a long time for our server to take my order and I was also surprised when the table that was seated way after me got their orders first. I was very peeved. Our glasses of water was refilled so that was cool. I asked for no lettuce on the cheesesteak only because lettuce should not belong on a cheesesteak but of course when my order came out, there was lettuce. I ordered 2 entrees and cut it in half so my daughter and I can enjoy both. Before I forget, both orders came w/ fries so it's a great deal for $7.99. The bulgogi cheesesteak was very good because I'm a HUGE cheesesteak fan, fusion or not. I felt that the bulgogi was a little tough and the roll that was used did not go well w/ it but nevertheless, it was devoured completely. The Seoul Burger was "meh".. I love that the burger patty was juicy but the fried egg was on the griddle or pan for way too long resulting in no runny yolk goodness. The bulgogi was barely there on the burger... and it was flavorless. I don't know what happened but as I was eating it, I told my daughter I can replicate this burger at home easily and it would be awesome tasting. She agreed, haha. Service at the end turned out good because our server checked on us 2-3 times. I saw that tables began to fill up and for some reason, there was just one server along w/ 2 helpers running the show so the wait is somewhat understandable. I'm glad I finally knocked out this bookmark but this is a one time deal for me. I love the concept though...

Sia was ok, with a few things chalked up to a new business ironing out some kinks: 1.) Service was slow and awkward - soda ordered came almost at the middle of the meal, and had to ask a couple times for water. Timing of the dishes came far too long apart. 2.) Menu's a little confusing. I asked for a side of rice and our server said it comes for free - neither of the dishes we ordered had mention of that on the menu....so I can't tell you which dish below came with the rice. 3.) They ran out of Bulgogi the day we went for lunch, so they may still be gauging the demand for their dishes. We ordered: - Combo soy garlic and spicy chicken. This came with a mixed green salad and shredded radishes. This was just ok, and would probably continue to go to Coco Chicken for this. It was odd that the wings seemed to have a better, crispier batter than the drumsticks. - Seafood pancake, comes with a soy dipping sauce. Quite soggy and the squid used in the pancake was pretty gummy. Not too flavorful either - I'd skip this one. - Sweet potato fries; frozen, just as good as the ones you make at home 2.5 stars; the Groupon definitely helped ($10 for $20). The interior is very clean and new. We may come back for the Bulgogi and hope that they get into their groove by our next visit.

Hole in the wall that opens up late for people who wants a bar life in suburban town! My friends and I went here for a friend's birthday and this place is too small to pack a crowd of people. The owner and servers were attentive and not rude. A place easily overlooked if it was not referred by my friend to go to.

I thought this place deserves my first review on yelp! Thoroughly dissatisfied with the food and service. I was having a conversation about what soju is and I had mentioned its like rice wine, waitress interrupts and says its not anything like rice wine. Goes on to say it is made from a tree. No just no. It's made From rice and grains and I'm not even Korean and I know this. Also the music is too loud for such a small place, this lead to a mixup in our order. And then when the food came out I and we returned it same waitress continues to say we didn't listen to her confirm the order. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Not to mention they forgot two of out orders before that. The food wasn't special as well for a fusion restaurant half the menu you can get at a Hawaiian BBQ place and everything was bland. Price is reasonable at least but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm giving it a 5 star just because its my first time here and I enjoyed my food...will update if I change my mind. Okay so I had the spam and kimchi roll and the Seoul Burger. The roll was so yummy that before I even realized it I had devoured the whole roll. So if u like spam musubi, u gotta try this. The Seoul burger was soooo juicy and flavorful. It was pretty big too cuz I normally finish my burger and I still had half to take home (I think it might also be because I devoured the whole spam/kimchi roll). I will definitely be back to try the other yummy sounding foods.

Good service for an Asian place filled the water like 3 times!!! Really good wings we got it regular but they were nice to bring out sauce on request. Also the udon is pretty good, a basic broth with the noodles cooked just right.

I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. My friend kept talking about a Korean bar in Newark and I was shocked to know we even had one. Definitely had to check this place out. At first my standards were low but they proved me wrong. Drinks will be drinks. If you like your typical Korean soju and beer, they got it. Food is pretty bomb. I pretty much love the whole menu. I tried the Seoul burger my first time there and my stomach was beyond satisfied. Their other entrees are delicious as well. Pretty decent sized portions for the money you pay. I want to make sure their service isn't left unnoticed. There is this one male Korean waiter who gives excellent service. He's very nice and attentive to his customers, which makes the experience that much more pleasant. Good food+Service= going back for more!

Review for Take-Out: Korean Bulgogi Cheesesteak: Overall it's pretty tasty. The bread is soft, so if you like your bread toasted more you'll need to put it in the toaster oven. Korean Bulgogi meat with cheese and onions on the inside. Fries were a bit soggy. Kimchee Spam roll: TASTY. This is worth trying Bulgogi Roll: average. tastes like any other one you would get from a Korean market. Can't wait to try the Seoul Burger

What?! I frequent the plaza that Sia Fusion is located in fairly often and I had no idea it even existed. No wonder, because it's hidden and tucked away in the very corner! My beau and I came here for dinner and we shared a spam and kimchi roll, 14 chicken wings (half soy and half spicy, yelp.com/biz_photos/sia-… ), and a seoul burger. The spam and kimchi roll ( yelp.com/biz_photos/sia-… ) was exactly what it sounds like, pieces of spam and kimchi rolled with rice and seaweed. The chicken wings were crispy and saucy all at the same time. The spicy wings had a nice kick, which was a tad bit too spicy for my liking. The soy was sweet and not too shabby. The seoul burger ( yelp.com/biz_photos/sia-… ) was my favorite. It came with a beef patty, bulgogi, veggies, and an egg. It also came with a side of pickled onions and some gochujang sauce, which normally goes with bibimbap. The burger was piping hot and fresh. It had a nice Asian twist with the bulgolgi and gochujang sauce, which I really enjoyed. As for the environment--the lights are really dim and they serve alcohol, such as beer and soju. It really reminds of a casual Korean bar, which I think is what they are aiming for. I can't remember if they had any music playing, but they did have a few flat screen TVs on. Service was on point and attentive.

Sia Fusion is decored in gray and white. the open kitchen is alongside 8 tables, a couple more tables are in a separate room. menu: appetizers, burgers, fried chicken, tortilla wraps, soju, beer, dessert. korean plates, music: hip hop flatscreen: cable sports eats: -bulogi plate(10.99) nice tenderized and flavorful beef, good portion 2 salad sides, macaroni and carrot/radish slaw, fresh -6 wings. 4 drumsticks(spicy,10.99) chicken cooked twice, first steamed or boiled, then deep fried. not a lot of chicken taste, spiciness added last. banchan: -not really fusion, bit pan fusion. -open kitchen -food cooked when ordered. -rating 3.5 stars -got a yelp deal. -weekends open till 1.

I've never been much of a fan of Asian fusion food -- something about it usually turns me off, but Sia has opened a completely new door for me in the Asian fusion section. As of this review, I have been here twice after hearing some friends rave on and on about how delicious Sia is. So here's what we ordered. 1st visit: - Bulgolgi Cheese Steak - Seoul Burger - Seafood Pancake 2nd visit: - Seoul Burger - Bulgolgi Roll What's the common denominator? SEOUL BURGER. Ladies and gentlemen, this burger is one of the most scrumptious things I have ever had the privilege of tasting. They give you a 1/3 pound beef patty with lettuce and tomatoes and add bulgolgi meat and sauce on top, all sandwiched between a crispy sesame seed bun. Is your mouth watering yet? It should be. (For those of you who like a bit of a kick, I recommend asking for some bibimbap sauce on the side and then slathering your burger with it. Yum!) Along with the burger, they provide a huge basket of fries that I usually have difficulty polishing off after the delicious and juicy burger. I've also heard that their milkshakes are to die for -- seeing as how they usually run out of the ice cream that they need to make it, I would say that that's not an overstatement. The service is absolutely wonderful. They know how to treat their customers well and leave them wanting to come back for more. And they're open until 2AM now. TWO IN THE MORNING. What place in Newark has that to offer? None, I tell you. Please don't ever leave me, Sia. I might cry if you do.

Ok.. so came here on 12/19/2013. with a group of 8 people. we were seated swiftly. My Korean buddy did the ordering for us. we started out with 2 platters of the ALL THE WAY SPICY CHICKEN WINGS. Now I'm a wing nut, and let me tell you this wings were AMAZING!! came out piping hot so be careful, and a nice blend of spicy and sweet with good back- end heat. The next dish the came out was the WHOLE FRIED CHICKEN, with a red spicy sauce on the side, I forgot the name. This fried whole chicken was cut up into about 10-12 pieces, and fried to perfection, the skin was super crispy and had a nice seasoned taste to it. and the sauce just made it WONDERFUL. the last dish we ordered was SPICY RICE CAKE with RAMEN, which did not disappoint either, nice good heat with hearty and filling rice cake,( it was like the best variation of a dimpling I've had). Definitely earned my business.

I came all the way from SF and found this place on yelp closing at 2am. Awesome food and awesome place to hang around with your friends and have a good time. Totally worth the trip.

The one thing that makes me come here is the soy garlic wings. They taste amazing. Everything else is average at best and subpar for the most part. The biggest knock I have for this place is that every time my friend and I come here, the server gives us a death stare. We are friendly people and we are regulars (sadly) at this restaurant. We also tip well, EVERY TIME. We even try to chat with him in hopes that he would be nicer. It is very frustrating to me that the server would tell me when I walk in at 1:25 AM (35 minutes before closing), "You guys need to get here earlier..." LITERALLY those words, and with a stern face. I work out at the gym late at night with my buddy, and this is the only place open around 1 AM which is the time we get out of the gym... This is why we come here so often. That said, if you're willing to deal with evil glares and rude comments, the soy garlic wings is worth the slightly expensive price.

A nice little korean place that's open late! Just went there today after hiking mission peaks, with 3 other friends. We ordered the fried chicken in spicy and soy garlic. The spicy was WAY too spicy. And the soy garlic was really sweet. It wasn't like inedible, but the flavors were just a bit too strong. I ordered the spicy cold noodles. it tasted really good at first but the spices and the sweetness hit me. The more i ate the more spicy and sweet it got. It was a weird combination. My friends ordered the Seoul burger and the bulgogi sandwich. They said it was a bit on the heavy side. I'll come here again, but only for late night bites. They give you much more food than other korean places so that's a plus.

5 stars for that Seoul Burger! We also had the Bulgogi fries, it was good except they need to do better with d fries. It was just too, too plain. Not sure if they want d bulgogi to stand out more but come on, Burger King has better fries than that. Its cut thick n stale, i dunno, i ate d top layer coz its got cheese and bulgogi on them. D rest went to waste and i HATE wasting food! Anyhoo, ill be back soon. Too bad i cant have a Seoul burger everyday. Server guy was soooo nice. Great, great service! If u want good food and good service, this is your place.

Got to come in for a friend's birthday this week. Where else can you stay out drinking soju til 2am on a Tuesday night around here!? haha. Service was exceptional. Waiter was super attentive and accommodating. They even hooked us up with additional snacks along with our bottles of soju as the night went on. Definitely would come back her for more late night gatherings.

I think I am going to give up on this whole pescatarian thing just so I can indulge on the slices of beef from here. This has been on my bookmark list for a while. Mainly because I did not want to soak up my alcohol at a Denny's on the weekends. It is nice to know there is another late-night place to grab a bite after a nite of debauchery. Fortunately, I was well-informed on what item to order since my bestie had come here. I got Andy's Fries, which came with melted cheese and bulgogi beef. The fries came with a dipping sauce that tasted like a combination of Tabasco and Teriyaki sauce- super yummy! I finished the dipping sauce before I finished the fries! What I loved about this side order is it was HUGE and the fries were not oily at all. Such a simple side dish, yet so satisfying. My bulging belly looked very happy ;)

Meow meow meow. I've been to Sia's several times now and they've never ever let me down. I always get the Seoul Burger, so freakin' good. What's so amazing is that even when you're at your last bite of the burger, the meat is still steaming hot! Writing this review is making me crave it again... the egg... the meat... ahhh. The Bulgogi Cheesesteak is another popular item. It's alright and worth a try, but I'd pick the Seoul Burger over it any day. Fries also come with the burger. It's a 1$ upgrade for Sweet Potato Fries. Another thing that you must get is the milkshake, it's so thick & creamy. It's like heaven in a cup. You keep drinking and drinking, but it never seems to run out... It's worth the 4$ I tell you. Their service can be a tad slow at times, but their customer service and delectable food definitely makes up for it. The dim lighting can also be a plus or minus. Last but not least, I must thank the staff because they are just too nice. Keep doing what you're doing. :)

This place has left a rather mixed view of the place. Upon first coming in, I see a fair share of people actually sitting and waiting for a table. Good, that means others actually like this place. I walk in, looking for a sign in sheet and see that the manager hid it underneath a calculator. I ask to put my name on the list and She doesn't greet very nicely and just puts a pen on the table. The place seemed underlit in the dining area. The kitchen being in the same room was completely lit perfectly and it slowly dimmed away to the corner of the room. I ordered a Seoul Burger, Andy's Fries and the girlfriend ordered Spicy Pork Plate. The Seoul Burger comes with fries...and I got the fries before the burger came out.. WHAT? The waitress says its for the Seoul burger. Call me crazy, but I would expect the side of fries included with the burger to come at the SAME TIME right? Anyways the burger itself was good. The egg should've been runny in my opinion but nonetheless the burger was pretty good. Andy's Fries consisted of Bulgogi, Cheese and Fries. This combination along with the sauce was delicious. I do have to comment that the bulgogi to fries ratio seems to be too low as the meat disappeared a lot faster than the fries. We also had Yogurt Soju which came in a large pitcher that most places use to dispense water. For table of two, this Soju was way more than enough. The price was very fair for this bottle. Overall, the experience was a bit off with the service from the manager and the waitress. Our waiter was pleasant and hardworking. The food was good and thats the real reason for the 3 stars. Would I ever come back? Probably, but it's definitely not my first choice.

This is a nice place to drink with a group of friends. They have yogurt soju (for the girls) and beer and soju for guys. They also have great drunk food! I really like the bibimbap here and the spam roll. I don't remember what else we got but everything is pretty good. Also if you come with korean people they might give you free drinks. haha

Came here the other day to celebrate a friend's birthday and I have to say... I'm a fan! What my friends and I ordered were soy and spicy chicken wings, spam sushi rolls, seoul burgers, soju and beer. I didn't try the spicy chicken wings because I have a semi low tolerance for spice, but the soy flavored chicken wings were pretty yum. They were sweet and tasty. The spam sushi rolls were alright on the other hand. I don't really remember anything spectacular about them. And last but not least, the SEOUL burger was delicious!!!! You definitely have to try this burger and you must ADD THE SAUCE that comes with it or else you won't like it as much. The reason why I am saying this is because half way through my burger, I was like.. okay.. this burger is not how people made it out to be. I even thought it was pretty strange that my friend's burger tasted better than mine (when we ordered the same exact thing)! So.... add the sauce! *Tip: Plan accordingly if you have a big party. They only take 2 cards per table.

Let me just start off saying that the service has always been good. My girlfriend and I have been here multiple times during different times of the night--early evening to later at night. The waiters and staff are always attentive and quick. The food is great, though. The last thing I had there was the Bulgogi burger. Delicious. Beef patty, fried egg, and a layer of bulgogi? Pure awesome gracing my tastebuds. The fries that came with it were a generous amount. I have a decently big appetite, but my girlfriend and I didn't finish the whole basket. One thing I haven't tried though (surprisingly) is the soju, which I hear is pretty good. It's nearby, so it's eventually going to happen. Overall, place has always been good to us. Definitely one of my favorite food spots in Fremont.

Get the wings. They are a great texture - crunchy and well-sauced. I like the hot ones but they really are hot and I usually can take a lot of heat. These are no joke. The garlic ones are great too. I also get the spam and kimchi sushi rolls and sweet potato fries. My boyfriend religiously orders the seoul burger. My friends also often order the bulgogi fries with cheese. I wasn't impressed with the wraps, the ramen, chicken katsu, spicy noodles--they were all ok but not something i am willing to order again

Totally a drinking food place. Eat here pre-drink or post-drink because it's open late anyways and the food here has that happy medium of grease and flavor to hit the spot. I tried the mango yogurt soju and planned on sharing with a friend... we drank less than half the bottle and I was worried about overdoing it because I had to drive afterwards. The Bulgogi cheesesteak is really good, the bread is airy so it will flatten as you eat and the meat is saucy. I liked the fries, they're probably frozen but whatever they're fried well. The wings, OK, I'd prefer them on the crunchier side then sauced but not bad. Very affordable and fun place. A little dark and parking might feel a little sketch but you'll be fine.

We were totally let down by this place. It started as soon as we walked in... The waitress just stared at us, without greeting us, then led us to a table. After we ordered our food, my cousin who ordered the bulgogi wrap (bulgogi and lettuce wrapped in a tortilla) had to wait days for her food after everything else came out. We thought the wrap had something special in it since we had other dishes with bulgogi that came out quickly, but we were mistaken. Our server also kept insisting taking our plate even though there was still a roll on it and after we said we wanted to keep it because we didn't have any of our own plates to put it on. The final kicker is I had ordered an udon noodle soup and all they gave a metal spoon to eat with. I understand Koreans like to use metal utensils, but there's no way you can eat udon noodles with a metal spoon! This wasn't our first meal here, but it definitely was our last

OK, is exactly what it was. Outside makes it look like a bar. Inside had the same feel with the dim lights and the loud music. Food was good, server was nice. Ordered 8 pieces of spicy chicken, crispy, hot, and the flavor was good. Ordered Bulgogi plate and the meat portion was HUGE! When I reached to the point of being full, it looks like I didn't even touch my plate. The marinade was good at first but when you keep eating, it gets old and saltier eat bite after. The meat had inconsistant fatty, chewy, and tough pieces. Each bite was be something new and I did have to spit out a lot of meat into a napkin. Overall, even though it wasn't nasty, I honestly probably won't be back.

For this area to have a Korean bar food type restaurant like this... open late..that's freaking amazing. The Andy's fries are genius (and artery clogging)..bulgogi over fries!! The spam hot pot hits the spot when I want something spicy, salty, and steaming hot. Not too much a fan of the wings, but my friends love it because you can get different flavors. They have dukbokgi..and flavored soju. Really, that's all a girl needs. The End.

Large selection of greasy bar food with a korean twist. Came for late lunch to try the Seoul burger. Really yummy burger with a large patty dripping with sweet marinade, pieces of bulgogi, egg with runny yolk for $8.50. All burgers/sandwiches come with a basket of fries. This burger totally beats out the adobo burger!! Really wish they opened a bit earlier for lunch, but I understand they mainly cater towards the happy hour and late night bar scene. Will be back to try the fruity soju!

One of my friend's discovered this place. We all had the seoul burger and the garlic soy wings. The wings were amazing, full of flavour. The meat in the burger was very well cooked and seasoned, you could also tell that it was of very good quality. I would definitely recommend this place. Great food!

I found myself here looking for a late night place to eat. The food is terrific, not fancy, just great food that is yummy in your tummy. There is a huge variety on the menu to choose from, so it will be very difficult to find something you do not like. The portions are large and you will not leave hungry. The drinks are amazing as well. This is a great place to order many different items, share with friends and have a few drinks. This truly is a must frequent!

Since this is one of the very few places open late around me (that isn't Chinese/fast food), I've eaten here twice now! The first time I came here was on a Sunday night with my bf and there were only two other tables occupied. Food photographers beware.. the lighting here sucks. It's pretty dang dark. The atmosphere here is fun and it definitely seems like a chill place to go with friends to hang out and eat. I think there were KPOP music videos playing on a big screen. The second time we ordered food to go and they cook the food super fast! It was ready within 10 minutes :) Andy's Fries: Bulgogi & cheese & Fries.. how can it go wrong?! Seoul Burger: delish! Comes with a side of fries so our waiter said we could switch to sweet potato fries or onion rings for $1.50 since we already ordered the Andy's Fries. Soo we got sweet potato fries. They were pretty good tooo but when our bill came, it actually cost $2 to upgrade to them! 50 cents isn't really a big deal but my bf let our waiter know about this and he said that they just recently raised the price of sweet potato fries to $4 so that's why the add-on is $2 now. Bulgogi Roll: Pretty big roll for only $4 O_O way bigger than we both expected and it wasn't bad. It wasn't very special but it's definitely a good price for what you get. Tuna Roll: The tuna is cooked so it's not like sushi haha. Same size as the bulgogi roll and around the same price so it's a good deal. Spam Kimchi Roll: SO SPICYYY.. well for me at least. I could only eat two pieces and gave up 'cause I needed to drink so much water :X it was def tasty though and a good size for the price just like the other two rolls! Bulgogi Wrap: The sauce that comes with it is soooo spicy, I only dipped my wrap a little and I was dying. The wrap is filled with lots of bulgogi and it's alll very tasty. It also came with a tiny tiny side of jap chae which was pretty good! I'll probably eat here again since it's so near, is open late, and has yummy food for a good price :)

Everything they said about the Seoul Burger is true. Seriously, what are you doing reading this review? Go. Order. A. Seoul. Burger....as in right now. And by right now, I mean yesterday. I ordered the Seoul burger and the soy garlic wings. The wings were pretty good too. And my server was great, she was attentive and always had a smile on. Also I think this joint should have a bar.... With bar stools.

As other people have mentioned, this is a great hole in the wall joint! This place seems like a relaxing joint for drinks and Korean food. Not fancy and no frills. Just a place to grab some drinks with friends and grab a bite to eat. I tried the Seoul Burger, Andy's fries as well as the Spam roll and wings. All great solid choices that I would def get again! Wings are similar to KFC (Korean Friend Chicken) and def worth it if you're craving some wings! Andy's fries comes up a ton of fries, and bulgogi (korean marinated thinly sliced rib eye) and cheese I believe... Couple that with a few drinks of soju (or yogurt soju if you prefer) and it makes for an awesome night! I came on a night with some friends when there was only a few other tables... but from what I heard, they typically only have one or two waitresses and it can get quite busy. So I think its safe to say not to expect speedy service, especially on a busy night. Otherwise the service is decent. Def not the best food or restaurant by any means... but for what it is... I think it is and the area its in... this place is def a solid choice. If I was in the area, I'd def stop by for a good night!

I've gotten takeout from Sia a buncha times and it's always good. My go to dish is usually the bulgogi cheesesteak. My only criticism is that there are food trucks out that like Mogo BBQ, that do this style of food a little bit better in my opinion. I would also say that the Oh Miso Hungry truck's Mongolian Beef Cheesesteak is a little better too.

I had the expectation that this place would look like a kbar or klounge. Nope. The inside was less than I expected. Like a diner in a fast food joint. You can see the kitchen from your dining table. The good: Seoul Burger, which tastes like the kbbq sauce burger, and soy sauce chicken wings. nyammy The okay: peach yogurt soju that was super sweet and thick, almost syrupy. Shared between two people, it was too much to handle, and by trying to finish it, i was uncomfortably full all night and that was totally my fault. hah! Cheap french fries you can buy at any frozen food aisle of the supermarket The bad: air circulation. Expect your clothes to be soaked in the restaurant smell.

The first time I came here with my friend was during lunch time. I am a ramen lover so when I saw that they had ramen on the menu, I decided to get it. I regretted it after I took the first bite because it is basically shin ramen that you can make at home. What a waste of money. :/ The next time I came here was with a party of 10. The waiter was extremely friendly, funny and attentive to all of us. For starters, you should try the spam kimchi roll and for my main dish I ended up getting the Seoul burger and it was pretty good! I like the complimentary sauce that comes with it. It has a sweet/tangy taste to it. Definitely a great place for late night cravings since it opens until 2am, I believe.

This place is definitely meant for grabbing a bite late at night. My group of 6 arrived around 10:30pm on a Friday after heading to k pop cafe and having the wait be 45 mins. I had called while we were on the way and was told it would be a 20 mins way. When we arrived, we were seated in about 5 mins. My group then ordered udon, fries of all kinds, spicy rice cakes, and 3 types of soju (peach, yogurt, and mango). I would say out of all the food we ordered, the Andy's fries are a must ! Covered in bulgogi and cheese, you can't go wrong. As for the soju, the favorite of the group was the mango. the mango flavored was nice and strong to balance the soju. Now the table next to us had an awesome idea and let us try their strawberry kiwi soju ! They asked for half and half to be mixed and it was a great combo. I'm not sure if they will always do these special request but you could always get the two flavors and mix it yourself. Overall, I thought the soju was a great deal (special at $11). The food selection was good and service is fast.

Finally knocked this spot off of my bookmarks after seeing countless Yelpers yant and rave about it. Dude got Seoul Burger which is a beef patty topped with bulgogi, fried egg, and cheese. I opted for the bulgogi cheese steak which had you guessed it had bulgogi meat, cheese, grilled onions and lettuce. I added mushrooms but for a 2 buck upcharge, but I won't do that again. We got a small order of soy garlic chicken wings for our appetizer and we were in heaven. The quality and taste of their food is remarkable. We noticed that tons of people were in there getting turnt up off that Soju so that's awesome that you have really great food to munch on for your drunchies. When we went it was pretty packed and there was only one server so things were definitely on the slow side, but we totally didn't hold that against the girl who was managing to serve the entire place on her own. Overall, if you are looking for some comfort Korean fusion food then definitely head to Sia Fusion Eatery.

I'm just going to put it out there that the person a few reviews down that say they don't deserve a tip... guess what?! YOU'RE BASIC. If you don't have the money to tip then don't eat out. DUH. Anyways I digress, that review just pissed me off I had to address it. My friend and I shared the kimchee roll, bulgogi cheese steak, and garlic wings. I think the kimchee roll was ok, the rice was a little on the dry side. The garlic wings were ok too, I think the flavor was there but there's better options out there. My favorite part of the meal was the bulgogi cheese steak. I love cheese steaks. I love bulgogi. So no surprise there. Overall, service was solid, food was good, just not something I would crave for or drive out to Fremont just to eat.

Sia Fusion Eatery = Korean Fusion! I came here for lunch today and tried their Soeul Burger and Beef Bulgogi roll. The burger was very juicy and it also came with an egg, that's always a plus. The beef Bulogi texture was ok. For some odd reason, I didn't like how it tasted or maybe I'm just picky. The hours here is very flexible, they are open from 3pm-2am, 7 days a week. I will definitely come back and give it another try soon, maybe it'll increase the ratings!

I love Korean food, and Korean Fusion, Sure why not? I frequent this plaza and I soon as I walked in, I noticed there was a different ambiance in here. There were large flat screens playing tv shows, and K-pop playing in the backround. I felt like I walked into a little Korean Cafe in SF. Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.. Anyways... so here we are at the table, and due to my extreme case of FOMO (Fear of missing out), I am Frantically searching reviews, and flipping through pictures to decide what we would like to order. Our waitress walks by, and asked, " Are you Yelping us?". I told her," no, not yet", and she immediately takes a few moments to suggest what other first timers usually order. After several long minutes, we decided on the spam kimchi roll, the Bulgogi fries, Seoul burger and upgrade to sweet potato fries ($1.50 extra). We had just come back from the gym so we were searching for healthy options initially.. but HECK,.. YOLO. (You only live once) Sweet Potato fries. 3/5 Average, Lacking seasoning. I got spoiled with the yummo dry peppers and seasonings at Q-cup Spam Kimchi Roll : 4/5. This is a yummy combo, but its lacking flavor. I dipped this in the "special house sauce" which tastes just like Franks Red hot sauce, and it was PERFECT. ** suggestion ** throw some more sauce in the roll! A little more meat wouldn't hurt either. Seoul Burger: 3/5 This was pretty good although parts of the meat did not have any flavor. The egg was cooked perfectly Bulgogi Fries: 4/5 I LOVED the cheese.! When the fries first came to the table, it looked like there were only 3 chunks of meat on the plate. After we started eating it, There actually was a lot of meat balled up on the fries, and it ripped apart easily to get the perfect bite of cheese, meat and fry in each bite.. YUM. I hoped these fries would be like the ones at Koja Kitchen, but there was no cream sauce. These fries are still good though! All the burgers come with fries, BUT can only be upgraded to sweet potato fries. There are other sides but you CAN NOT upgrade to those at all even if you want to pay extra. Last suggestion.. Please let us upgrade our sides, we will pay for the difference.. We LIKE variety and options.. Thank you!

Came to this place by pure serendipity since my best friend and I were trying to go to BJs. As luck would have it, BJs was closed early on just the very one day we tried going. No fear, Yelp is here! My friend had just gotten off work late from the hospital and needed to eat dinner, so we opted for this place for food and late hours. Got a "pitcher" of Hite (more like a half a liter soda bottle of beer or something) and the Seoul burger! Now, I wasn't hungry cz I already had dinner, but when that burger came and I saw that fried egg and melted cheese, I had to try some. The meat was amazingly marinated bulgolgi packed into a patty and its juices soaked through to some of the bun. Went well with the chopped onions, lettuce, tomato, cheese and of course that fried egg...mmmmm nom! I think I may have been able to eat a lot of that burger actually if it weren't my friend's dinner haha. So I'm totally coming again for more!! Salivating just thinking about it.. The burger comes with a side of fries which was good to munch on and go with the hite but relatively light in flavor. But that pitcher was quite a lot to last two people. In any case, darn good burger and nice late hours. Can't wait to come back again!!

I was so stuffed from dinner here! My party and I (3) arrived around 7pm and there were plenty of tables available. What we ordered: Kimchi Fried Rice - Pretty delicious with a perfect egg, sunny side up, to top it off. I just wish they had the option to include spam or bulgogi. Bibimbap - I didn't try this, but when compared to Omogari, it lost out. Mostly due to the stone bowl! Gotta love that sizzle sizzle.. Bulgogi Roll - Yummy and perfectly marinated. Loved dipping this and the Kimchi Roll in the bibimbap sauce (kochujang sauce). Kimchi Spam Roll (2) - Also very good. I'm a sucker for kimchi and spam, so this was definitely a winner in my book! My only complaint is that there was too much rice in the rolls..granted we ordered two other rice dishes.. :P One of the best things about this place was that everything was so affordable. Dinner came out to be less than $30 for three people - and we were all satisfied! I can't wait to come back and try the Seoul Burger!

I was super excited to come here after reading about all the great reviews on Yelp. My bf and I came here for a late night snack/dinner. We ordered the garlic soy chicken, kimchi fried rice and the Seoul burger. I was overly excited for the burger more than anything. It came out... and visually it wasn't as great looking as all the photos on yelp but of course you can never judge a book by its cover. I proceed on to taking a big bite out of the burger and............ meh...... what happen to all the juicy, tender and those yummy sauces raved by yelpers??? My expectation were not only drained, but literally knocked out coldly by a burger that tastes like it was from burger king... except with none of the mayo sauce. The chicken was ok... i had one and it was enough for the night, and this is coming from a chicken-wangs-lover. As for the kim-chi fried rice.. I had made better at home. Extremely disappointed. Probably won't be coming back unless I had nowhere else to go for a late night snack.

This place is ok. Main perk is that it's open late. My friends and I stopped by around 11 pm for a quick bite to eat after a night out. We ordered yogurt soju, fries, bulgogi roll, and some chicken wings. The wings were in a garlic sauce, but all I seem to remember is that they were flabby and not crispy. Bulgogi kimbap was alright in taste, but I've definitely had better. Yogurt soju doesn't taste to strong, which is good in my book. Fries were average. I'm not sure I would come back again because overall the food was average. Service was good though.

THIS PLACE IS BASIC! I'm not too particularly judgmental when it comes to cheap restaurants, but this place was just eh. First off, our waiter fills our water cups only about half way each time, which was really annoying! I ordered the Teriyaki Pork Rice shit or whatever, and at the first bite, I knew I regretted ordering this crap. I mean.. at least it came with three sides, one of them being jap chae which I love. But their jap chae was again, BASIC. When we were already out the door, the waitress literally stops us in our tracks. She was on the verge of breaking down in front of us, asking why we had not left her a tip. At first we didn't give her an explanation as to why we didn't tip her, but the more this went on the more aggressive she became. Since she demanded a reason, we then told her that she could've given us more water. After about 10 minutes give or take, my friends boyfriend pulls out a $20 bill so we could finally leave. BUT NO! She wouldn't accept it, telling us "No I don't want your money". UGH HELLO?!? Did we not just spend nearly 15 minutes standing out here?? We ended up leaving her the twenty and bounced, because that was literally BULLSH*T. This place isn't even fancy or high-end and I know for a fact that she knew we were still teenagers. So hmm, maybe some of us have jobs. Maybe some of us don't. I know servers don't get paid a lot, but if you wanted us to tip you, you can't just expect it, there should be more on your part. Bottom line: THEY DO NOT DESERVE A TIP!!! THE SERVICE WASN'T AMAZING. SHE DIDN'T EVEN TALK TO US, I DON'T EVEN THINK SHE EVEN GREETED US AS WE WALKED IN.

I have to say there are not many options for the person who is the night owl eater. Your high school days of smoking dope and getting munchies satisfied by Taco Bell and Jack in the Box are over, you're an adult! So what do you do now? You get Korean fusion that's what! I came with my girlfriend and a friend for some late night eats after a concert at the Shoreline and there was a little bit of a wait even at 12:30-1:00am. The place was packed and the servers looked overworked. It' was this one girl pretty much running everything, she looked to be around my age, maybe younger. You go girl! Anyway we were seated not very long after we arrived because they were flipping tables pretty quickly. We sat and looked at the menu and it's pretty standard but it's obviously a place you come to eat some food but also get drinks, which we did not since we drank at the concert. So we ordered the bulgogi cheese steak sandwich, kimchi fried rice and two rolls, one with kimchi and spam and the other with bulgogi. The girl looked at us like, "that's it" since we didn't order drinks. Next time. The food came out fairly quickly and we all split everything we ordered. The rolls were not tightly rolled so they fell apart but the flavor was good in both. The kimchi spam was my favorite, the bulgogi tasted like bulgogi but since we got the sandwich it might have been too much. The sandwich was pretty good but you could tell they finish it in the microwave to melt the cheese because the bread was soggy. It's comfort food and it's pretty much a cheese steak but with bulgogi. It's pretty tasty and would be awesome if you're drunk. The kimchi fried rice is your standard if you've had it before so you can't really go wrong with getting that. All in all it was a good experience for us and we left happy, also it's not too pricey, which Daddy likes. Come see for yourself.

Great food & fast service! Was in the mood for Korean & stumbled upon this place. Seoul burger & spam kimchi roll is must try.

I had a great experience here last night! The place was clean and quaint. The k-pop that was playing was definitely my jam. The poster of PSY was very inviting. I ordered the Bulgogi sushi which was only $3.99! What a steal! Delicious and affordable is the way to go! My friends got more sushi rolls and a bulgogi rice plate, which was delicious as well. I kind of regret not getting any ANDY's fries or any BURGERS, because I've heard great things about those. I guess I'll have to come back again to give it a try! Food is definately worth 5 stars! The waiter we had was splendid. He's very hard working, seeing he was the only waiter on the floor, and he's very friendly. The whole night he's been great to us and when we left, he gave us a big wave and goodbye! I thought that was sweet. He gets 5 stars! I definitely will come by again, and hopefully soon!

Small korean restaurant. Great place to hang out with friends. They have flavored soju like yogurt and strawberry, beer, and plain soju. Their food is pretty good. Whenever I'm drinking with friends I like to order the chicken wings which comes with a salad too hehe Their bulgogi roll is good as well!!! YUMMM Their andy's fries are okay though. Maybe it was an off day? Because I didn't get too much of the cheese and bulgogi on mine as others did in their pictures. The environment is great at sia! A lot of people who come at night are usually there to drink with friends so there is no worry about keeping your voice down. I also like how they close at 2, one of the few places that close late at night around here haha Their service is good and their employees are kind. Overall Sia is one of my favorite places to hang out with friends and it never fails me to have a good time here!

If it weren't for the close to terrible service, I would have rated this place a 5. We got the kimchi fried rice, jopchae?, tempura squid and spicy chicken wings. Overall, id come back if only for the food. The fried rice had a very good kimchi flavor. So yummy, the wings were more sweet than spicy and the tempura batter does not stay on the squid. The noodles were also very good. But service sucked. Waited for waters and didn't get it until after we ordered. But nonetheless, this place is really good for late night still drunk after the club tryna grab some good food type of deal. Would def come back.

Sia has some traditional Korean dishes that are very good. But we have been trying their fusion dishes and they have been yummy. I like places that put a spin on their traditional dishes. It doesn't have to be fancy, just good. We tried the Andy's fries. Bulgogi, cheese and spicy sauce to dip. Seoul burger with the fried egg is good too. Do wish they served some side dishes with your meal!

Not a big fan of "fusion" food, but this place really impressed me! They are pretty generous with the amount of bulgogi that they give you and everything tasted delicious! I came here on a Sunday afternoon and there were only a few other tables there. The restaurant is dimly lit and it's located in the corner of Newark's Lion market plaza that people rarely visit. I ordered a Seoul burger which was a huge burger! It had a hamburger patty AND it was it was topped with a lot of bulgogi and a fried egg. It also comes with a side of fries, sweet hot sauce, and the pickled radishes/carrot strings. SO YUMMY! This burger was hella hard to eat though, which really frustrated me because I just wanted to eat but my burger kept falling apart all over my plate! I tried to use a fork and knife but the bun is too soft and had that chewy texture so it was hard to cut through. The pickled radish/carrots also went great with the burger since it add a nice vinegary crunch to each bite! We ordered Andy's fries which was basically bulgogi over cheese-smothered fries. It was surprising good and it came with a side of this sweet hot sauce that was a little different from the one that came with the burger. I also had a bite of the bulgogi cheesesteak which sounds a little iffy to me but it wasn't too bad! They gave huge chunks of bulgogi so it's a pretty satisfying sandwich. Overall, I had a pretty good experience minus the frustration and constant hand washing from eating my messy burger. Would definitely come here again next time I'm in the area to try something different!

Korean fusion burger joint that isn't too expensive and has lots of variety to choose from. We tried the bulgogi fries, bacon bbq burger, and the favorable seoul burger. My bbq burger was pretty good. Bacon could have been crispier and the meat could have been jucier, but it was still tasty overall. Each order comes with fries, which are pretty good tasting fries--kinda like a Burger King taste. We also got jap chae on the house, cooked tastily too! I tried the bulgogi fries, meat was sweet and tender and there was also cheese! Pretty good. The Seoul burger patty had the same taste, but it's that egg that makes it so much jucier and delicious. I hear this place opens late! Even on weekdays! Great service, nice relaxing place to eat out, interesting flavors. Will be back.

SIA FUSION EATERY If you're looking for an Asian twist on burgers and fries, this is the place to come to!!! If you like combining Korean food with American burgers, then this is the place to go. So many choices to choose from! 1) Seoul Burger: this is the bomb burger that everyone has to try. Think large hamburger except with bulgogi!!! It's loaded, big, and juicy! Comes with fries or substituted with sweet potato fries. 2) Bulgogi Roll: sushi with bulgogi - great appetizer. 3) Fried Calamari: Korean-style. A bit tasteless, though. SKIP! 4) Sweet Potato: topped with honey to give it even more sweetness 5) Korean-Style Fried Chicken: soy-based and spicy-red. EXCELLENT! 6) Kim-Chi Fried Rice: this is a must-have. It's so good! DELICIOUS! This is an awesome place to come to if you're looking for something new on something old. Fusion on American-style burgers is so fun, tasty, and adventurous. It's a hole in the wall in Fremont, but once you're inside, the smell will entice you and the menu will dazzle you. Bring your friends and enjoy!

We came here for a late night snack the other night. I loved the fact that it's mom and pop restaurant with an open kitchen. Now onto the food.... Between the two of us, we got the following: Chicken wings-good in flavor but ridiculously small. For $8, we got 8 small (as in wing stop chicken wings small) pieces. Not worth the money. I enjoyed the house salad that accompanied it though. Kimchi fried rice - no flavor. Definitely not worth $9. Spam roll - probably my favorite thing we ordered. It's basically a spam masubi with Kim chi. Great idea! Seoul burger - good flavor but our egg was overcooked. The yolk was fully cooked, so it didn't break when we buy into it. Overall, I don't know what the rave is all about. There's plenty of good late night restaurants opened around there, so don't waste your money for forgettable food.

Few burgers have made me nod my head in all-out euphoria for the duration of the entire feast, but one of these is the Seoul Burger. Truly a mortal man like me is not worthy of such a sumptuous burger and neither are you...which is why you must devour this treasure while you have the chance! Oh, and the green salad was also delicious and very fresh. So what are you waiting for? You must go here now! Sia later!

Came here one night with my boyfriend. When we walked in it looked kinda small but we were seated within 3 minutes... by the bathroom -.- We ordered the Seoul burger, Bulgogi Roll, and Chicken Wings. The Seoul burger came with a salad which I loved because of the house dressing and the burger was juicy and delicious, the only thing that threw me off in the burger was the egg inside of it. My boyfriend was not that big of a fan of the Seoul burger, but he liked the bulgogi roll because of it's flavor! I, on the other hand, thought it was a little dry and needed something to dip into... so i used the house dressing! I underestimated the chicken wings, they are as comparable to the chicken wings from San Tung in San Francisco... but not that delicious lol Aside from the food, service was whatever... the waitress forgot our water and gave us pretty crappy seats. she didn't check up on us enough and didn't inform us that our chicken wings were coming out late (whereas we thought it would've been served first as an appetizer) Anyway, glad this place is open past midnight every night though, id definitely come back... esp drunk :P

The family and I have been here a good number of times and overall we have had good experiences. Our 2yo loves their wings and demolishes them every time and the bibimbop is always a hit with our 4yo. We have tried their Soul Burger, wings, Bulgogi Cheesteak, sushi, and wraps. Our favorites are still the Spam and Kimchee sushi and their fried chicken. The fried chicken is very fresh and has a very generous portion amount. Beer and soju is always a plus and can never go wrong. Food 4 Service 3.5 Kid friendly 4 I gave them a 4, which rest a lot on the taste.

I'm going to start off by saying that my burger bun had mold on it ... and the only reason this place has 2 stars is because the other food wasn't bad, they gave me another burger for no charge and they were really apologetic about it. We had about 3 or 4 different people come up and apologize, so I guess that's appreciated ... but for an establishment to give me a moldy bun is just really not okay. I understand restaurants all make mistakes and even if what they said was true (that the buns were brand new and it's never happened before), they should be rigorously checking the food preparation. I noticed it almost right away when they served it to me and I was really disgusted. I mean, who wouldn't be? Look, I'm not trying to say that I HATE this place, but the fact that they didn't notice AND served me a moldy bun really turned me off. It's unsanitary and if I HADN'T noticed, what if I had gotten sick? Or what if they served others? The other dishes were okay and the service was pretty good - attentive, nice, and fast. But if you plan on going here, just be a little cautious and really inspect your food!

I like the burgers here. I always buy the western burger and the cheeseburger. The Seoul burger is also good for all you Seoul lovers :) They only have 2 beers on draft which is the blue moon and the Heineken. Over all is cool.

I'm a night owl ,so I am always looking for a late night spot Sia is open to 2 am everyday Yay!!! I was out rolling around in my Down Low Whip and happen to be rolling thru Newark so I set my sights on Sia. I was able to park right in front of Sia . I rolled in and was greeted and seated. Sia is a Hole in the Wall . They have 2 LCD TVs for Entertainment. Sia looks to be family run with 3 generations of Strong Korean Women and 1 Hispanic cook. I ordered the Bulgogi Cheese Steak Sandwich,Soy Garlic Chicken Wings, Side Salad and Fries and a Coke. While I was waiting for my food 3 Korean guys started getting rowdy so one of the Korean ladies 86ed them. I was impressed. My Sandwich came first with the Fries . Yummy Sammich and Perfect Fries. Next was the Wings and salad. The Wings were good as well as the Salad. Nicely done Paid by Discover Card and rolled out to the Whip and zipped off.

Came here the other night was craving some Korean chicken wings. I must say quality for the wings have gone down a lot. Felt like I was eating mini size chicken wings. The service use to be decent but service just sucks and I know the owners which makes it very difficult to write hopefully they hire new employees or train them better. I will definitely be back because I love their Seoul burger!

Great spot for late night food cravings. I came here the other night with my boyfriend & ordered their Bulgogi Cheesesteak w/ Fries (5/5) Spam Kimchi Roll (4/5) Soy Garlic Wings w/ a side salad (3.5/5) Prices are reasonable and our server was really attentive.

This place is awesome!!! We tried the spam kimchi roll, spicy pork wrap with glass noodles, bulgogi burger thing, and bulgogi fries. Portions were really good for the price and food was very tasty. The bulgogi fries are kind of like Korean carne asada fries--you must try them! The atmosphere is pretty laid back. Definitely a good place for people who like KPop. I'll be back soon, for sure!

The biggest advantage to eating at this restaurant is the hours. So difficult to find something in the area open late at night. Food is good, but a bit pricey. Portions are large. We got the bulgogi, chicken wings, bulgogi cheese steak sandwich, Andy's fries and a noodle dish. The bulgogi came with pickled veggies, noodles and bean sprouts.

Lovee their flavored soju! My favorites are kiwi, peach, and strawberry. I've never really ordered food here but it's not bad. I've had a burger here before but usually just order Andy fries or wings. It's more a spot to kickit cus the owner and the employees dog you when you're being too ratchet lol.

This place is so good! A Korean Fusion restaurant!! There not much decoration to the place, it's pretty dim on the inside too. There's a lot on the menu to choose from, burgers to korean food. I have tried the cheese steak sandwich, seoul burger, and bulgogi fries. The cheese steak sandwich wasn't bad at all, the portions are huge, you could probably split the sandwich in half and share it. The seoul burger was so tastey! This burger is pretty unique and makes me crave it sometimes. Both of these orders comes with fries and let me tell you they GIVE YOU A LOT!!! So much that you have to take it home. The bulgogi fries were delicious too. Bulgogi and cheese on top of fries, who knew that can be a good combination. This place is pretty good! I would come back to try more place. Also the food is pretty cheap compared to the portion they give you. This place also opens late too, would be a great hang out place if i lived closer.

This is a great Korean fusion food place and bar. It is good for groups as well as families. The Seoul burger is a must and their whole fried chicken is excellent. The portions are good and the prices are fair. I would love to see them add a Bulgogi Kimchee burrito to their menu. They have a Bulgogi wrap (which tastes like something you would get at Chipotle) rather then an authentic Korean style burrito.

  • Amanda L.

I've only ever had the spam kimchi kimbap, spicy tuna kimbap, fried chicken wings and the dokbokki (rice cake). Everything I've tried is pretty yummy, but my favorite is the spam kimchi kimbap! yum! :) The only thing I wish was different were the hours. I'm always craving the kimbap for lunch, but they don't open until 3:00pm. But it's a great spot to hang out if you're looking for a late night spot. The price is great and the service is good. No complaints here!

  • Bernardo R.

Food was ehhhh. First don't go by the prices on the picture of the menu from yelp. The price now has almost doubled. Then I ordered the spicy pork and they left off a word from the menu. It should have said on the menu "spicy pork fat". Enough said. We also ordered the spicy wings and they were just ok. I could have gone to china express and ordered the general chicken and could have gotten fried rice and another item from the steam table for less of a price. The wings from here tasted just like them just with a bone or two. Didn't try a burger or the Andy's fries but from the basic stuff I am not impressed.

This place was mediocre. After reading reviews, I was excited to try the food. We had some wings and some of my friends ordered the Seoul burger, which they found just OK. Overall, a decent place to go if you're craving Korean food and want to have some beer or soju. I probably won't be back.

I liked the Seoul Burger! I would have liked my fried egg to be runny, however this may be a health issue, and I didn't specify. My husband got the meat jun, which was unlike the meat jun that we've had in Hawaii, and I rarely see it on menus in California. I wonder if it's a regional change, the meat jun was made of ground meat and came in 4 little patties. The decor is very modern and spartan. It's less like a Korean restaurant and more like a burger joint on the inside. The staff seemed a little inattentive if you weren't asking for a lot of attention. We had a hard time getting our waitress' attention for my to go box and the check. Although the table next to us, which was ordering round after round of soju cocktails got lots of attention. I don't think this was intentional 3 stars for the tasty Seoul Burger. 0 added stars for service or meat jun.

Being a fellow Korean I have high expectations that have anything to do with food and especially if its Korean. This is my local go to spot for casual/kick-back lunches, dinners, and of course late night munchies! Family owned business, small-medium size restaurant gives you the best of both worlds between Korean popular dishes and infuses them with american style dishes. Korean style burgers and cheesesteaks with delicious flavors. The staff is pretty short handed, but they get your food out to you quickly even on their busiest hours. Their chicken wings are excellent, I recommend spicy or soy garlic. Portions are perfect for big eaters and small snackers. Prices are indefinitely fair. Awesome place to go with friends.

Excited to have come here last week with my friends! I was craving bulgogi. After looking over Yelp pictures, I definitely wanted to get the kimchi fried rice, it looked so yummy. We got here around 7:30pm and there were no customers there at the time. It was quite dark inside haha, barely any light, not a big deal though. We all ordered, and got the peach soju to share. It was really good, we all liked it a lot. I also got the bibimbap and kimchi fried rice. I tried to see if they would instead put kimchi fried rice with the bibimbap, but they wouldn't substitute, not even with an additional cost lol. Everything was really good, I loved the food. The service was good as well, our server was nice and checked up on us. I was even craving kimchi fried rice the next day, and wanted to go for lunch, but turns out they don't open until 3pm ): I will be coming back and trying out more things!

Everything about this place is awesome! Let's start with the food: -Bulgogi burger, like the rest of my fellow Yelpers say, is absolutely delicious! A small pile of bulgogi meat plus an EGG (one of my favorite burger toppings) on top of a beef patty. It's so, SO good! -The burger itself is pretty big, but the order also comes with a big pile of fries! YUM! All for under $10... it's a deal few places can beat, especially for the quality of food (I spend over $10 at fast food joints sometimes). -Tuna roll is HUGE! Totally worth the price (I believe it's around $5? might be even less...) -Wings weren't the best I tasted, but they were still pretty good. -If you feel like mixing it up, the Western burger is also a good choice! It comes with BBQ sauce, bacon and avo (typical "Western burger" toppings). Also comes with fries... Service: -The service has been great every time we've been here. I don't have much else to say about this. Decor: -Cool night time place, some big TVs playing ESPN and a small bar with Korean dranks of your choice. You can easily miss this place. It's tucked near the corner of an unpopular strip mall in Newark (which actually has small but long-lasting establishments, now that I think about it). But I highly recommend NOT missing out on this awesome eatery. It has something for everybody!

I was deciding between TLT BBQ and Sia Fusion Eatery and well... this was the only of the two that are open for lunch. Our waitress didn't know too much English and wasn't confident about her answers to our questions about the menu but was friendly nonetheless. Kimchi spam roll ($3.99) is sauteed kimchi and small bites of spam in a sushi roll. Sauteeing is nice because it gives it a smoky aroma. The Seoul Burger ($7.99) had a patty that was juicy and sauce that was nicely sweet and tasted like bulgogi marinade. With the burger, you get a fried, over-medium egg along with it, some pickled veggies, and Korean chili sauce (kochujang). After our meal, the owner (mom I'm assuming) came by to ask how we enjoyed our meal. That was a nice gesture. Even though the lower prices indicate a casual meal type of place, they still put some effort into using up-to-date, square-shaped dishware and decorating the place with modern furniture. The only qualm I have about this location, aside from it being in the corner of this plaza, is the lack of natural light that comes in. If you're looking to have a casual party here, they have a room in the back that can hold up to 15.

Once again...if i could id give this place 3.5 in my book The only reason why im roundin down is cuz sum o the items are hit or miss in my book. Ive come here bout 4-5 times now...its a place we like to frequent when theres nuthin else to do. Besides bein a restaurant, this place is like one o those korean soju/beer places where u can kick it with ur friends at nite. Highlights: Seoul burger! This burger is delicious! Burger w/ bulgogi slices BOMB.COM . I would say its the best thing on the menu. Chicken wings: These are really good too specially when u get the munchies while ur drankin. I think they have like 3-4 diff sauces. I dont really like the original(non-sauced) but other ppl did. Spicy rice cakes: Not that spicy but still pretty solid Lowlights: Bulgogi cheesesteak: Kinda small...while it was good it wasnt too special n not worth the price Sushi: I tried the korean sushi n it tasted jus like the ones u get at the korean super market...cept double the price. Im not sayin its bad...im jus sayin u can get it at the korean super market for way cheaper lol Flavored soju: I personally cant/dont really complain bout flavored soju cuz its all kool-aid to me...but the girls were sayin that it didnt taste good n that u could still taste the soju or that it was too strong so thats jus a lil thing yall should consider if ur sensitive to those sorta things Overall Sia is a solid option here in fremont i like to come here for the cheap pitchers(beer/soju) and its got items that endear me to the place.

Everybody loves Sia.. The food is pretty cheap with large portions and it's open late. What more could you want? I've been going to Sia for a while now and here's what I've got to say about the food: -bulgogi roll: $3.99, cheap and very big. I recommend getting it with the red sauce from the Seoul burger -(spicy) tuna roll: $2.49, it's big, cheap, and it fills you up. It's made from canned tuna mixed with veggies so I normally don't order this -Andy's fries: so much better than Kpop Cafes fries. The fries are thicker and better, and they really load it on with bulgogi -soy garlic wings: Yum! I like the wings here better than coco chicken. Theyre smaller, yes, but so much more flavorful and it's served with a salad -udon: eh, it's alright.. I wouldn't come to sia to get udon though. I knocked off a star because service is normally good, but recently I feel like it's gotten worse. The waiter sat my friend and I down in the farthest table and she pretty much forgot us. We had to get up and ask for things whenever we needed something.

Fremont doesn't have much, so this is one of the top places to go for a late night snack. And by snack, I mean disastrous amounts of food. Try the soeul burger and their korean fried chicken. You should also check out the clam udon, which celia orders for some authentic high-maintenance (extra jalapanos; add udon) flavors. it could be a little busy at night when the Fremont hood rats come to play, so be prepared to wait if you have a large party.

korean fried sweet potato - 4/5...it was too sweet even after i asked for less sugar, but i really do like it though..it's not regular sweet potato as it's the white kind... korean burger - 3.5/5..would of been better if it was a runny yolk type of egg, but the burger is big! the fries were good chicken wing (spicy) - 3.5/5...i like the sweet and spicy taste, but hardly any meat. i wish the chicken were bigger like Coco Chicken. If only they offer drumsticks..the salad was ok as it's just mixed green with thousand island dressing on the side. overall service was not bad..clean bathroom...the windows were all covered up so you can't really see the inside from outside..two flat screen tvs..not bad..

I love the kimchi spam roll most!! But the chicken wings is not that good as I thought!

Typical late night Korean joint without the crazy drunkies, dirty bathrooms, expensive yogurt soju, and the long drive to el camino. The food here is way better than VIP/Answer and the soju is so much stronger for 10 bucks less! Kimbap: nothing special but I don't have to drive super far for it. fried chicken: better than 99 Chicken! it tastes fresher and not drenched sauce. Soju cocktails: they raised the price i think, but it's still cheaper than VIP or Answer. My friends and I order the strawberry and yogurt last friday, we couldn't finish it because it was so strong and one of them was Korean! Seoul burger: I didn't eat this, but the person i ordered it for said it was good and really juicy! All in all, love this place!

Place - Great for a late night eat. Lots of parking. Food - That Seuol Burger was BOMB.COM.NET.EDU. Get the Korean hot sauce Service - The waiter compensated the long wait with free fries. She was so nice! Price - A little on the expensive side, large enough portions though. Go back? - I will like to try more on their menu. Definitely will go back.

i came here many times now and i am satisfied! i really liked the garlic chicken wings and the bulgogi roll. i think those are the best dishes. The ramen was bland..and I also had the bbq short ribs tonight since I LOVE KOREAN BBQ SHORT RIBS....but i was really disappointed. it was $15, small portion and it was overcooked!! I also really like how this place open late til 2am because i could stop by here to eat and drink!! It's a small restaurant, nothing fancy so Dont expect much!

I love this place before, but with my 4 consecutive visit (for take out), I notice the portion of their sushi is nothing compared to what they had before, no consistency in preparing food, some days well get 12 cuts of sushi, some 10, and now- terrible 8pcs! And if you will notice the bulgogi roll has a lesser bulgogi beef now, maybe they thought customer won't me mindful about it. If you change your sushi chef, change!!!!

Great Bibimbap and club beats that aren't too loud to bob your head to while you eat and converse with friends.

Honestly... I was disappointed. I have been to this restuarant several times but i was definately underwhelmed by last visit. Not addressing the fact that few people were there when we arrived (due to the fact that it had just opened) Im only seaking of the food. We ordered the kimchi fried rice and seoul burger with a side of fries. Kimchi Fried rice- bland. the rice seamed dry. we ordered it with spa. and without it idk how it would have any flavor. further more, it wasnt spicy at all and we even used the hot sauce for our burger in order to moisten and some flavor to the rice. Seoul Burger- I didnt taste the bulgogi at all. Nothing. Couldnt even find it save for a few small piecea. I didnt realize it until was about 1/4 gone and that time it was too late. :/ the fries were okay. nothing special and i dont think they were salted. :/so yeah... over all i wasnt impressed and was actually kind of disappointed. On the plus side though it wasnt that expensive unlike its rival Kpop Cafe.

Went here as a second choice for a night with the cousins as K-Pop was a 45 minute wait. We ordered the bulgogi roll, Kim chi spam roll, bulgogi rice plates, seafood pancake, bulgogi fries, strawberry soju, and lychee soju. All were really good! The only small set back was that they took forever to make soju, but I'm giving 5 stars anyway because we stayed for a few hours and played games. It was a small and nice area to hang out.

Sia fusion has AWESOME food. Hands down the Seoul burger is a must try when you are here the mixture of egg bulgogi the meat is all so good and juicy! I always order it when I go there. The bulgogi plate is also one of my usuals, the meat is very sweet and tender. So definitely if you are going here you should try either one you will not be disappointed and it's good to fill 2 people. The prices are reasonable not too pricey but it's not super cheat or anything. Atmosphere is a little drab some new menus would be nice maybe laminate them so they don't get dirty or wrinkles. Service is good and attentive. Love this place

There's potential for this place. Came in on a saturday evening, a bit sparse in terms of patrons, but that was okay, more attention for us right? The location itself, in my opinion, wouldn't be the best spot for young folks to be coming in, in a small area of an asian plaza sort of area. And the people who were in that night were of a more mature crowd, but still pretty rowdy! haha Service was okay, water was refilled, pretty attentive. The food itself was okay as well, the normal beer & food pairings. I just remembered the Andy's Fries. The fries itself was pretty good, the cheese and meat were just okay. Good thing there was hot sauce! I'd try this again if I were in the area, but there isn't much of a rush.

The Food here is pretty bomb! i recommend the Seoul burger. Just an FYI to folks dining with friends. They only accept 2 credit cards at your table! so be ready with cash just in case the rest of your party only had cards!

I've been to his place twice now. Their chicken wings are awesome, especially the soy garlic! Best I've had. The place is very chill, except you can kind of smell their sewers in the back. We ordered the whole chicken, was not what we expected. They chopped up the chicken into many pieces and fried it, we thought it would a WHOLE chicken, not pieces. We also ordered the Larvae, let me tell you....this dish was reeeeking! Had to put a plate on top to stop the smell, it was ruining our appetite. I think it would have been better if it was fried or something. The waiters might be a bit slow to tend to you sometimes bc they re so busy. They are nice and friendly and will eventually get to you, so if you have no patience this place isn't for you. Because of their chicken wing, I would definitely go there again.

Decent Korean rice bowls here. Portions are ridiculously big enough to split if you're a small eater. My pal and fellow Yelping photo friend James N ended up getting the burger and I got the Korean rice bowl that starts with a B. I ended up taking most of it home. It was under $10 in a pretty busy strip mall across from NewPark Mall. The staff were pretty friendly and you end up getting a sesame oil and a spicy ketchup to dip it in. Overall, I would go back here.

The place is just ok. I got the Kimchi fried rice and the Bulgogi roll. The fried rice was pretty bland and the meat in the roll was dry. Though it wasn't great I will give it another try.

From an avid Korean food eater. From the outside this place is a bit hard notice since its rather small. This place has a nice cozy atmosphere. You'll see your typical Korean soju advertisements with Lee Hyori inside. Me and my cousin chose to do take out since it was pretty late. But even late at night I found that the place was very busy. Which I felt was a good sign. We ordered kimchi fried rice, bulgogi fries, and chicken wings. The kimchi fried rice or for you hangul readers was very tasty and not too oily or salty. Much better than my homemade version. Bulgogi fries are as standard as they come. It's much like carne asada fries but image sweet and savory bulgogi cut thin from ribeye on your fries with a layer of what I'm assuming is cheddar. It all blends nicely. The chicken wings are great. Though a bit on the salty side for my particular taste but that's just me. Maybe you the reader will like them better than I did. There's only one way to find out. On a better note the wings were well cooked and not dry at all. The staff is attentive from my visit. And they worked fast to fulfill our take out order. We waiting for at most 8-10 min. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to stop by.

This place was quite good. Went with 5 family members, and they all seemed to enjoy this place. (I recommended it and was happy with the result.) The food was amazing: I got the bibimbap as well as the seafood pancake. Wasn't disappointed with my dishes, but my cousin was disappointed in their plain fries (wasn't cooked as well as she would have liked.) Only complaints: be prepared to smell like the food because their kitchen is an open one, and the waiter/waitress service. Our waiter seemed new/not excellent in English so it was a bit difficult to understand. *Note: they play sports games at night, and korean/american music was playing in the background. (I heard Jay Park's I Like 2 Party as well as Troublemaker's Chemistry album.) Hope everyone goes to this place, and I know I'll be back. :D

Beware!! They only take credit cards only if your bill exceeds a certain amount, I think it was $10? Anyways, we all know that we're here to talk about the food, so let us commence! The Seoul Burger. It is an absolute must try. When I first came to Sia, I consulted Yelp and saw that everyone was raving about the Seoul Burger. Already intrigued, I noticed that one of the ingredients was a fried egg. I had to have this burger. When the burger finally came, it was a lot bigger than I had expected. It came with a cup of gochujang which, in my opinion, makes the burger taste even more delicious than it already was. It was so juicy to the point where the juices were running down my hands. I usually don't like eating things that make a mess but I was more than happy to make an exception for this Korean prince of a burger.

I have heard a few good things about this restaurant so I wanted to try it out for myself. Eventhough my friend and I just got out of the gym, it was hard not to be tempted to eat something good after a long time at the gym. My friend and I decided either to go healthy or go big, and so go big we did. It is always hard to choose whenever you go to a new place that you never been so my friend is on her phone looking at pictures and see what looks good and what is a hit at this place. Finally our waitress came by and saw us somewhat struggling and she had made a few suggestions of choices which are the most popular orders. Our orders: - Bulgogi fries - Spam kimchi rolls - Seoul burger w/ a side of upgraded sweet potato fries (extra for $1.50 more) Verdicts: Bulgogi fries -Did not seem that there was enough bulgogi meat in it but don't let it fool you because its all bundled and balled up! There are plenty of cheese mixed in the fries and the bulgogi meat was so tender. Spam kimchi rolls- its a neat invention to roll up spam into a sushi roll. Though there is not enough spam in the roll and lacking flavor, their home made sauce did make it so much better. Seoul Burger - this is not your ordinary american burger because instead of beef patty, its bulgogi topped off with a perfectly sunny side up egg. Though it was lacking a bit of flavor, the extra home-made sauce provided did the job for me. Overall, I think I would come back again to try out other food in the menu.

Great new place in Newark with a unique menu! I went for lunch and tried the Bulgogi cheesteak sandwich! It's huge and comes with a basket of fries for only about $7. I also tried my friend's bulgogi kim bap (sushi roll), which was about $3 and it was delicious as well. Service was friendly and fast. We even got free green tea too! I'll definitely be back to try the other menu items soon!

It is hard to find a place that open late on a weekday, but surely enough Sia Fusion Eatery open until 2am everyday. Their quality of food is superb and delicious. We ordered: - Seoul burger = juicy tender meat with fried egg was heaven. Perfect for late night party hunger. It comes with fries but upgrade to get sweet potato fries, so much better! - spicy pork wrap = hint of spicy pork that is wrap like a burrito form. They give you two which is quite a lot. - spicy rice cake = spicy and delicious with cabbage, rice cake and imitation fish. Overall, this place is good and cheap. Can't find a place like this nowadays when it only cost you less than $20 for two persons. Although they lack in service due to only one waitress, they are still genuine and nice.

Anytime there's a call for chicken wings, I'm down! This time it was at Sia. I've never knew about this place until a friend suggested we all meet up and get some dinner. It's a Korean with a little bit of fusion thrown in to make it different. We ordered a bunch of plates but the ones that stood out the most are the chicken wings, Korean pancake and the rolls. Wings are twice fried with a sweet and savory sauce on top. It's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Perfectly done and good flavor. It's a definite must try if you come here....probably what they're known for over everything. The pancake is light and airy with seafood and green onion on the inside. Not oily and flat in flavor like other places. I'm not sure what they put in theirs, but the pancake here is on point. I wish we ordered another one because once it landed on the table, it was gone in 60sec. They have a few rolls that are like kimbap but instead are filled with bulgogi or spam or kimchi. They're all really good and you can't go wrong with either of them. My favorite was probably the bulgogi. It's seasoned well with the right amount of rice. Great for munching on between soju shots! I like this place and would definitely come back. The crowd is loud and there always seems to be a wait (Friday night). Soju and good food? Hard to resist....

I really don't understand why this place has gotten so many good reviews... I came here today because I was craving Korean fried chicken and Coco Chicken was closed. I have to say, I left here very disappointed and hungry. I ordered the chicken wings, half soy and half spicy. I asked for the sauce on the side and the lady looked at me like it was impossible to do that... So I took them as they came (fried with the sauce on it). The chicken was soggy and the sauces had no flavor. They really tasted like the frozen bag of buffalo wings you buy from Costco or something. YUCK! Fried chicken is suppose to be crispy. This was far from it. It also came with a side salad, I didn't eat it because you can tell that the cucumbers on it were also soggy and old. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the kimchee fried rice was OK. Nothing special. Needless to say, I will not be coming here again...

My first post of 2014! Finally got to try this place on the way home from work last week. Korean fusion?! Sounded interesting! I can't comment on the dine-in experience as I only called in to place a to-go order. Fried Chicken Wings: Small order came with 6 wings. The person who took the order over the phone recommended the soy garlic flavor. They were only okay. They weren't as crispy as I would have liked them either, but this might have been due to the fact that I didn't get to eat them until 20 minutes later when I got home. If you order to-go, I suggest asking for the sauce on the side so they're not just sitting in sauce the whole ride home. If you order medium or large, you are allowed to choose two flavors. Bulgogi Cheese Steak Sandwich: Bread was soft, meat was soft. Lots of flavor! Pretty darn good, nom nom! Came with a side of fries and ketchup. I was too full by the time I actually realized there was a side salad, so I didn't get to try it. Probably trying to tell me somethin as I do have a wedding coming up lol. The fiancé ate it the next day and really liked the dressing, not overly tangy or mayonnaise-y. Kimchi Fried Rice: This was delicious too. Just the right amount of spiciness. I was trying not to eat too much of it since it was like carb overload, but I couldn't resist! They also put an egg on top! Score! My food was getting packed right when I walked in. Perfect timing! Decently priced for Korean food. Will definitely come back. Will try the spicy chicken wings, Andy's fries and also the Seoul burger next time. :]

Food ok, not particularly impressive. Burger and beef wrap tasted decent, seafood pancake was not so good, too much seafood taste, not in a good way. I was a little bumped out when given a cup of hot tea than simply a cup of hot water. When I asked the server I was told they don't have hot water. It's ok to charge me for a cup of tea if that's is really the issue. We were here after midnight. I think it's usual to not have caffeine at this hour.

Love their Seoul burger!! I'm not a fan of burgers, but I work next door and I was reading the reviews on this place. Everyone basically mentioned about this burger and looking at the pictures, I decided to just give it a try. When I ate it...omg it was so juicy and flavorful! One of the best burgers I ever ate! I've been eating this burger a lot ever since I first tried it! Def try this burger if you're ever eating here or nearby.

Based on my experience at approximately 9pm on a friday night with a party of 6. We were headed somewhere else but that restaurant was full so we went to yelp and found this Seating time: instantaneous Space: large, accomodating, definitely great for groups of 6+. The exterior is very deceiving Customer service: wonderful! Constantly checking in on water levels and what we thought of food Food: we ordered regular and spicy bulgogi: the regular was a bit undercooked but still good. Seoul burger: bulgogi on top of a meat patty....ummm...YES! Chicken wings: no way of messing this up. Seafood pancake: delicious Aura: has soft blue mood lighting and ikea studio lights. Very modern cool and hip. Overall: winner! Great find! Thank you yelp for showing us this one

If I could, I'd give this place negative stars for the worst customer service...EVER. Sure, we received our food and drinks in a timely manner but not once did we get checked up on after they did so. We finished our food and the waitress DID NOT offer us any water nor did she ask if we needed boxes or if we were ready for the check. The restaurant was not busy at all.....and we would know since we had been there for nearly 2 hours with minimal service. Finally, we were able to flag her down and she gave us our check. We decided to pay in the front asking for separate checks, which we've requested before and were granted. Apparently, her manager didn't want to give us separate checks but no where in the restaurant is it posted to warn customers about this inconvenience. ACTUALLY, there is a sign saying "no separate checks for a group of 8 or more" but we were well under half of what was being stated. We asked to speak with the manager and the waitress said, "It might take long...she's busy and we have a large party but you can try talking to her yourself." We look around and the restaurant isn't even as busy as she tries to make it seem. Looks like soooomebody's afraid of their manager! Hah, anyway. The "manager" tried talking to us yet we cannot understand her. We simply requested once more that we be able to pay separately and she still continued to say we can't, walked away, and didn't want to deal with her customers. AAAAND THEEEENNNN we wanted the tip back that we left on the table because the manager and waitress were rude and inhospitable....but the busboy claimed there was no tip! So apparently, they have some shady workers stealin' tips out here. We wouldn't leave until we got that money back because they sure as hell didn't deserve it. Since we wouldn't leave, the manager physically put her hands on my friend and pushed her out the door. And you better believe I stood there telling potential customers for Sia Fusion not to eat there for HORRIBLE customer service. Even the waitress blatantly admitted, "I didn't give you guys the best service but you try working here by yourself." HMM.....if it's your job, do it. Don't make excuses for what your manager lacked to schedule. And if that's the way you feel and are aware that you aren't giving customers the best dining experience that makes them want to come back, maybe you shouldn't be working there. Hope this review helped. All of you have a FANTASTIC day, and for Sia Fusion...you guys can go suck a big one. BAI. P.S. If you need an alternative, K-Pop Cafe off of Decoto is bomb. K bye.

This is a nice hidden gem in good ol Newark This place is open late and deservingly so - can be very busy. Like everyone else, I recommend the Seoul burger. Very hearty and delicious. The fried egg is a nice touch along with whatever sauce it comes with. I also recommend: Andy's fries: the fries are ok on it's own but with the meat, cheese, and sauce it is definitely a must try Bulgolgi roll: good amount of rolls for a good price Kimchi fried rice: perfect with a runny egg (I have a thing for eggs). Also pretty authentic according to my korean girlfriend. Don't get the seafood ramen. It is just instant noodles with SOME seafood in it. Service can be slow as they are understaffed at times but the food makes up for it. You can't help but root for this place when you walk in and be greeted with a Anyo Haseyo by the korean lady in glasses(owner?) Support local businesses!

I almost didn't go having read some of the lesser-ranked reviews below about the wait and service issues. Apparently the both of those depend on the day and time you go. When I walked in (7:30PM-ish on a Sunday), there was only one other table occupied. When I left at about an hour later, 4 tables had walked in. I counted about 12 tables total, one of which was a two-top, so this place seats around 46 (unless there's another room I didn't see). Having looked at the pic's on here, I really wanted to try the Seoul Burger, Andy's Fries and the Bulgogi Cheesesteak, but I decided to be sensible and just choose one, so I went with the cheesesteak. It was a great choice! I was a little concerned that maybe the bulgogi might be too tough to take a polite bite from a sandwich. No need to fear. The beef is very tender -- as well as flavorful. As another Yelper said, the fries don't come with salt (I had to ask for a salt shaker; they have them at the server station, but apparently don't put them out on the tables as a matter of course). That said, the fries were perfectly done: Crispy outside, soft inside; perfect (very hot!) temperature and just the right amount of fat. As for the sandwich, the Korean BBQ sauce comes on the side. That's a good thing. First, this sandwich could be eaten without any sauce. I ate about every other bite that way and it was delicious! Second, a little Korean BBQ sauce goes a *LONG* way; this isn't American BBQ sauce where more is almost always better. I'd advise applying sparingly with a knife bite-by-bite -- not slathering the entire sandwich in it. The flavor is *VERY* strong and, if not used judiciously, will easily overpower all of the other flavors. I was also happy that they had beer on tap and at a reasonable price. Usually I'm not a fan of Heineken, but I'd recommend it over the Blue Moon as the bitterness and tastable alcohol of this pale lager more or less perfectly complements this Korean bar food (whereas I think the heavy malt and coriander note of Blue Moon would come across as cloying juxtaposed against the fat-is-flavor goodness of the eats here).

Don't know why it took me so long to review this place, but as I am writing this I am having a hard time coming up with the words I want to write down. So here it goes... I have to compare Sia to other soju bars I've been to. Which might not be that extensive, mainly 3 other ones on El Camino. If they serve pitchers of mixed soju drinks then the comparison must be made. Those other bars may have nicer interior, live dj's and better sound quality. But Sia makes up for it in food and prices. The food here is pretty good, it's not mind blowing as some people may expect but compared to those other bars? Come on. When I think of those other bars I think high prices and "bar food" like frozen chicken wings... Because Sia is a fusion, you get the benefit of ordering restaurant quality food and burgers at this soju bar. I can't think of other fusion like items they have on the menu but now to think of it burgers are a big deal. You don't get burgers at other Soju bars. And just read all the other reviews for the Seoul Burger. I remember splitting a rice plate with my mom here and we both enjoyed it too. See I would even bring my mom here and she's not an easy woman to please, Tiger Mom foreal. And back to the Alcohol, I've easily done more damage to my wallet while drinking pitchers of soju with my friends at other places. Pretty sure it's cheaper than El Camino prices. Now if only it was a bit closer to San Jose.

I've been eyeing this place for awhile...and I've been lazy about going here since I haven't eaten out in the Fremont area in awhile. I ordered take-out though, so I didn't get the full service experience. The lady handling the cashier was very nice and friendly though, so I got a good impression so far! I ordered the Spam Musubi Kimchi Roll, which I really enjoyed! I'm not really picky with my kimchi like others are...but my parents liked it too! They asked me where I got it and told me to get more next time I'm in the area. Haha. I want to try their other rolls as well! Not a bad price too! I also ordered the Bulgogi Wrap, but I regretted ordering it as soon as I did. I wish I had ordered something more interesting! Anyway, it was still good! I wish there was more meat to it, but the bulgogi had plenty of flavor, I just wanted moreeee! My brother also ordered the Seoul burger, which he seemed to like. It came with fries too. Prices are pretty good, I'd be down to go back and try some more things. :)

The boy&I came here because we were hungry... at 2PM. Haha. We walked in right when it turned 2, so they were still getting ready, but seated us anyway. The boy ordered the Seoul burger, and I got the gyoza because I wasn't suuuper hungry [and was getting over a cold, so I couldn't taste things very well anyway]. The Korean ladies who helped us were so nice; my water glass was never far from full. The gyoza was brought out first, and yumm! The texture was perfect! I love gyoza with crispy skin. They also give you a lot for your money, so I was a happy camper. The fries they brought out [to go with the burger] were alright. I mean, you can't really go wrong with steak fries. The burger however... wow that thing was pretty huge. The boy LOVES pickled carrots&daikon, so he put them on top of his fried egg, and spread the spicy sauce onto the top bun, and literally didn't talk to me for 3 minutes while he ate. He cut me off a piece, and I agreed with him - suuuper good burger. The korean barbecue, egg, patty, pickled veggies, and sauce just work together really well! The spicy sauce was just what I needed to clear out my senses so I could taste the rest of the meal even better haha (: I forget exactly how much our food cost, but I believe it came out to be about $20 including tax, which was not bad at all, considering how much food we got! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

My favorite Korean spot. Not the biggest and fanciest restaurant, but definitely far from the worst. Not enough lighting for me. The complex it's in is usually packed, you might have to park a little further from the restaurant. It can also get very packed in the restaurant during evening hours. Regardless, the food is delicious! The Andy's Fries are my favorite!

Good spot in the tri-city area that has the feel of an Asian gastropub, and is one of the few places open late that serves asian food and alcohol, which is a very nice change of pace. Don't get me wrong, but there are only so many times I can go to BJs or TGIF. They do not have a wide selection of gourmet beers but the food is pretty damn good. I've only gone to Sia at night and every time I go there is always either a pre-party or after-party feel to the place. I usually come here with my friends and we always start off with a large order of spicy chicken wings which are phenomenal. We also always order a large bottle of OB along with a bunch of Soju so we can do Soju bombs, but that's another story. I almost always get the Seoul burger which is a burger that is topped with bulgogi meat and is served with this really good sauce that you must slather all over the burger. We also always get an extra order of Andy's fries, because, come on, how can anyone resist bulgogi on fries? Price wise I'd definitely say that the prices are very fair and they aren't going to charge you an arm and a leg just to do soju bombs while devouring really good Korean fusion foods.

This review is strictly about a male worker that was working on July 1st. As I entered here that night, I saw few tables with left over plates that the customers just left a minute ago. This male worker who was drying the spoons didn't bother to clean the tables. He did not even greet us when he saw us by the counter waiting for the tables. Instead of greeting, he was basically staring at me the whole time I was there as if he has a problem with me. I found out that there was a waiting list that I had to sign up for but regardless of who was the next customer, he should have cleaned the table as his first priority since there were 4 groups of people waiting. It was very unpleasant to see someone who works there keep staring at the customer instead of doing his job. I was one of the first customers who visited them when they just opened but I will never return again.

Convenient, local and it has yogurt soju.. Enough to get two person buzz with one order .. I'm a happy camper :)

I love this place. Bunshik like spicy rice cake and fishcake soup is satisfying quality, opens until very late til 2am, near my home-where it is hard to find any good Korean food. Honestly I think coco chicken is better for chicken wings though. Soju is cheap side 8 $. Pork feet - jokbal is not so recommendable also. However my American hubby likes their burger and fries. Oh fries-very crispy and hot...loved the quality...not soggy at all. Great service which is hard find in korean restaurants. Rolls are okay but meat in bulgogi roll was a bit too sweet and dry last time. Trying veg roll tonight. Btw fyi rolls here are korean style not japanese.

One of the late night hang out spots in Newark between Cousin's Cafe and Tea Station that open late. This place is simple Korean with a bit of American fusion, which doesn't make them any more authentic. The older lady with eye glasses is the owner, with two young girls in their 20s. They're all very nice and they didn't have to card me anymore to drink soju as I'm already regular to this fusion restaurant. Ok, enough with employees' background. The food is very simple. They give you a menu made of a piece of paper (please buy menu covers!). They offer seafood pancakes, dduboki, glass noodles, burgers, kimbaps, and bunch of other Korean entrees, which I'm not going to list all. Soju is only $7 a bottle, which tends to be pricy because I can buy these green babies for $2-3 at a local Korean supermarket. I would personally only come here for late hang outs since it opens till 2AM.

I can forgive the decor. It looks like a cafeteria (harsh lighting in parts and plain, white tiles). I can forgive overpriced beer--1.6L bottle of Hite for 12 bucks... it's almost half that at places in Santa Clara. At least they have the larger bottles. But really? On a Saturday night, a friend and I were having our overpriced beer. We both drove, so it wasn't a FUBAR kind of night for either of us. We arrived around 10. It wasn't crowded when we arrived so we got a table quick. There were a few other people seated. At 1040 or so, a huge group arrived. The server brought our check while we were still drinking. Ok, that's cool, some bars give you your tab and keep adding to it if you get more. My friend decided to spot the first round. She brought back his change. He left a tip. She took the tip. The last bit's kinda weird but still ok so far. Mind you, we're still drinking our beer. At 11, she says that we've been there a long time and we need to leave. Keep in mind we were there only an hour. We still have beer in our glass. She did not ask if we wanted to buy anything else or even give us the chance to do so. Just because there wasn't someone trying to get destroyed at our table, we have to leave. Other people were there longer, but that shouldn't matter anyway since she should not be kicking people out at all. 1.6L is 2 beers each in an hour. Sure, I can drink faster. I was even going to drink more if we had stayed. But damn, forgive us taking it easy and trying to not get a freaking DUI on our way home. So thank you. I feel like I'm too generous with my reviews on Yelp. If you look at my history, it's a majority 4s and 5s. I'm glad to give you a 1.

G-Dragon's song breathe was playing, which was the exact opposite of what I was doing once I walked in. I saw Blue Moon on tap, and it smelled like heaven. Not to mention I saw an old friend, so that made me very happy as well. Of course before taking a gander at the menu I HAD to tell the waiter about their immaculate taste in music. ^_^ Anyways...so many things on that menu I wanted to try! Ended up getting the bulgolgi roll, soy garlic wings, and spicy rice cakes. Watching them cook was so adorable, there were 3 generations of the family cooking our meal and I felt so honored to eat it. The food was STILL good when we got home, and it was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. Next time I come back I already know what I want to try. The soju cocktails, bulgolgi cheesesteak, and seafood pancakes sound amazing. Definitely coming back! Great to know that a place like this, open late, exists.

One of my favorite late night places to go to after I dance or just wanting to chill. When I first came to Sia I ordered a tofu salad. Loved it. Than! I came back for the chicken wings that ALSO came with a SALAD (health freak issues). Fell in love. Soy garlic and spicy is the way to go if you ever go there. Now for the drinkers.... I've had better flavored so jus before but this place delivers in term of convenience and quality. The finger food that comes with or if you choose so order with your drinks; Sweet potatoe fries are cool, zucchini sticks are cool, onion rings work out too. Any bulgogi plate or dish are good. The only complaint I would have is the one time I got a tofu salad, the tofu wasn't cooked well. Also the owner needs to stop hiring new waiters yo. Other than that. Come through for a visit.! And try the chicken wings!!!!!!!!!!

Good hang out spot especially for late night korean "soul" food. Service was a little erratic as it seems like they only have a few people working and the time i went there there were big groups with multiple tables. If you dont mind the wait, definitely a good spot to check out if you are craving for authentic Korean fast food.

This place is OVER-HYPED! Tried multiple things here: Seoul Burger - The taste is bland. Nothing special for my taste. Kimchi Fried Rice - Again, it lacks the authentic Korean flavors that i'm used to. Seafood Vegetable Pancake - Probably the worst seafood pancake i've tasted by far. Spam Sushi Roll - This was actually not bad. I would get this again. Big pieces of Spam French Fries - Standard fries Fried Chicken - Alright with my taste. Needed a little more seasoning. This place is alright if you are broke. If you want to taste good Korean food and have a bigger budget, then head over to San Francisco, San Jose/Sunnyvale area. STAFF IS GREAT!!!

A friend told me about this place the other day and I'm glad to know about it! Here are some things we tried - Seoul burger, bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich, ddukbokgi (spicy rice cake), soy garlic wings, andy's fries, sweet potato fries. My favorites are the soy garlic wings and the bulgogi cheesesteak. :) I also love the radish cubes they have :) Prices are also reasonable. It's also convenient that Tea Station is in the same strip mall so I can get boba for dessert ;)

I had given up on Asian / Hawaiian / Mexican fusion for a while. Too many bad experiences with Korean and Vietnamese taco trucks in LA and SF. Or bad experiences with poke fusion in the OC. After a while I figured no more. No more spending money on disappointment. But then I noticed a yelp friend's feed showing bulgogi fries at Sia Fusion and curiosity got the best of me. Boy am I glad that it did. Sia Fusion is a nice little gem tucked away in a strip mall across the street from Newpark Mall. The spicy chicken wings are some of the better wings I've had as of late. They're sweet and spicy with the kind of spice that builds and reminds you " Aye foo, I may be a lil sweet but I'm spicy ". Everything here is reasonably priced and for the portion size I've paid twice as much for decent bulgogi in the city. The service can be a little off here and there but nothing to cry about. This is one definitely gets listed under yelp can actually be useful.

Seoul burger is a must try, the patty is seasoned well + soft toasted bun + yummy egg on top + the spicy sauce on the side = WIN! Our 2nd visit here we decided to try the bulgogi cheese steak wasn't that great to me. The bun to meat ratio wasn't right for me, it was a lot of bread and little meat + gooey cheese. It was a bit overwhelming and lacking in flavors compared to the Seoul burger. Across the table we saw these two women slurping away on a bowl of delicious looking noodles. The waitress + cook said it was not on the menu but more than happy to make us some. The Naengmyeon was YUM! It was spicy (my spicy tolerance is at fire cheetos level :D), but the pear slices and the cucumber cooled my mouth down. Loved the runny egg too! It was delicious. They should add this on the menu! I plan to visit again and try some more yummy on & off the menu dishes!

What a hidden gem! The Korean boyfriend and I found this place, looking for dinner after going to New Park Mall, and I can't believe we haven't tried this place before! It's a cute little restaurant with Korean fusion food. I love how they play Kpop and have a couple TVs with sports on. Pretty big selection of food, very clean restaurant, decent prices and great service. Definitely try the Seoul Burger. It's bomb.com . It was so juicy and marinated so well and HUGE. We also ordered tonkatsu, but that was really kind of whatever, but we definitely will come back to try other foods next time!

Finding a Korean fusion place that isn't a food truck was the main convincer to try Sia. I have been to this location before, when it was Sinaloia's Cook House. Sia changed the decor a bit, but general set is the same. I came to Sia around 2:30. There were only a party three that were also in the restaurant. I took a seat and was quickly greeted by the waitress. She was very nice and attentive. After my look through, I ordered the Bulgogi Cheese Steak and Sweet Potato Fries. -The Sweet Potato fries were crisp and lightly salted. The fries were good. -The Bulgogi Cheese Steak was what I expected, it was very delicious. Bulgogi is one of my most favorite bbqed meats. There was just enough meat and cheese. The roll was soft. I actually ordered another one to go. This place is decently priced. The waitress was very alert for service. I will probably come again to try the korean fried chicken and have some Sapporos.

An asian fusion restaurant open until 2am. Sia is truly a miracle. Sia is for all the night owls who get hungry but refuse to lower their standards to jack in the box or taco bell. Sia is so affordable and a large selection of food. I have so many good things to say about this place. The casual atmosphere, the contemporary food, and how practically everything on the menu comes with a fried egg or bulgogi. Or both. bulgogi cheesesteak: the cheese combined with the bulgogi makes it the sandwich a little too heavy, but that's expected in a regular cheesesteak. The lettuce in the sandwich seemed out of place. I think they should just get rid of the lettuce because it gets soggy sitting underneath all that meat and cheese. seoul burger: perfection. This keeps me coming back. Inside it is a beef patty, topped with bulgogi, a fried egg, and vegetables. Served with crispy french fries and a homemade tangy sauce. I would definitely recommend this for a first time here. bibimbap: the bowl is huuuge! this is a very large portion of bibimbap. you can definitely share this with a friend. seafood pancake: this is a large serving as well. thick and perfectly dense seafood pancake. the best i've ever had at a restaurant. they were very generous with these. you will most likely bring some home. spam kimchi roll: a little bit confusing for me. do not order this hoping it will taste like a spam musubi...The sourness of the the kimchi doesn't work very well with the saltiness of the spam. If you are familiar with the combination of spam and kimchi, go right ahead because you'll love it. i just wasn't into it. Will visit again soon to try the rest of the menu!

Another Korean fusion restaurant I had to try out! I took notice of this place from my friend's check-ins here. I didn't dine in the restaurant, but placed a to go order. After looking at all the pictures on this Yelp page, I was ready to order. The lady who answered the phone was nice and polite. Here is what I ended up ordering for a family dinner to share: - Bulgogi cheese steak - Seoul burger - Medium order of Korean Fried Chicken (Original and Spicy flavors) The Bulgogi cheese steak consisted of: - lettuce - grilled onions - swiss cheese - bulgogi beef All this was put in a soft hoagie roll. All of this tasted great. My only peeve is that there was more bread than filling. The Seoul burger was made up of a sesame seed bun with: - swiss cheese - lettuce - grilled onions - bulgogi slices - beef patty marinated in Korean BBQ sauce - and topped off with a fried egg This was one of the BEST burgers I've had in a very long time! There is also a sauce that comes on the side. That complimented the burger very well! Medium Korean Fried Chicken comes with: - side salad - 4 drumsticks and 6 wings The chicken was not over sauced, unlike some other places I've been to. The meat was tender and crispy. The spicy chicken had just the right amount of kick for me. The cheese steak and burger came with fries. The Seoul burger is definitely a favorite of mine! I want to come back soon and actually dine in here. This looks like a cool place to have a couple of drinks.

After coming here a few times, I was a bit irritated with the service. My friend asked for a refill of water. The waiter came back and forth to refill water for other tables before she realized that she forgot to refill ours. It was entertaining to say the least but there were only at most, 3 others tables aside from our party of 3 so hello? It wouldve easily been forgiven if we were there during the busy hours. Could it be because of the horrendous lighting inside? Another time I came here, the waiter got our orders wrong. Instead of chicken donkatsu she gave us pork, instead of extra yogurt to be added in the flavored soju, the waiter came out with another bottle of soju and charged us for the extra bottle on our bill. My friend also ordered the seoul burger without cheese and tomatoes but my friend got a burger WITH cheese and tomatoes. They also forgot to give us the side of fries until we were finished with our burger. On top of that, we found a strand of hair in the bibimbap. Although, all of this could have just been miscommunication (aside from the strand of hair we found). I suppose this place still has its perks because they open late so I'd still come here when I am in town.....and Its as good as it gets in Fremont. I recommend: +seoul burger--Comes with a generous side of fries and gochujang sauce. +Spicy rice cake--easily feeds 2 people. I shared this with a friend and we were pretty full. The texture of the noodles was on point. It could have been a bit more spicy though. +Spam musubi kimbap (pretty good deal for 3.99; Im sure the other selections are great too but I just havent tried them yet)

Bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich w/ bulgogi cheese fries are off the hook. The spam kimchi roll with the Andy's sauce is bomb too. Best Korean joint around. Customer service was excellent and I can't complain about the prices.

Pretty cool spot. A very good selection of fusion plates to the Korean traditional favorites. Try out the kimchi fried rice. It's pretty taste and well portioned. Add a side of short ribs and down it with some mango soju, you'll be set. It's a tad pricey and can get crowded, but it does close pretty late so you have enough time to wait if you're apart of the wave. Gan Bae!!

My 4th time here and everytime I'm here it's always a great environment to be in. Great service all the time and food is always on point. Enjoy a korean fusion dish and a beer. They should hire another person to the cashier or wait tables. They guy is doing a good job, but one person can't wait tables and be cashier. Other than that, great place!

Went here for the first time after a late-night workout at the gym because that's exactly what gyms are for...to allow me to eat stuff like the Seoul Burger. So...the food I've tried so far at Sia: 1) Seoul Burger. A fusion creation consisting of a hamburger patty topped with tender bulgogi (because what's better than beef with more beef?) AND a fried egg. Also? Shaved pickled carrots & radishes AND hot bibimbap sauce. An excellent combo and I was well satisfied. 2) The side of regular fries and ketchup seemed very standard. Store bought frozen variety. Well done, mind you, but nothing special about it. But doing bulgogi fries seemed like overkill at this point. They also have sweet potato fries, which may be worth trying next time. 3) Seafood pancake - Well done, I thought. Could use more scallion, but that's just a personal taste preference. Fairly heavy, though, so plan accordingly if you get this as an appetizer. Service was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was lively for it being late on a Saturday night (around 11pm). K-Pop videos on the screen and such. I'd come back to try some of their other fusion items (not really bothered with trying their more standard Korean dishes since I can get those at standard Korean restaurants), and would recommend this place for anyone in the Tri-Cities looking for a good (and different) late night dining option. 4 stars overall.

WHO IS ANDY? That's what my friend and I were wondering as we ate Andy's fries. Pretty good portion, meat was juicy enough, and the cheese wasn't too overwhelming/rich [good]. I also tried their salad and was expecting an asian dressed salad but what came out was american. Hmm, maybe I should be more cautious about ordering a salad at a fusion place or at all for that matter. Service was meh. There was an open table for a while but it took them forever to seat us.

Definitely a fusion as they have lots of different varieties of food. They can cater to your taste buds if you are craving traditional korean food, chicken wings, burgers, and beer. Ambience was very nice as it was somewhat of a mini sports bar, showing the latest sports games. Seoul Burger Absolutely amazing burger! Instead of having bacon to compliment the burger, this place added bulgogi on top. The traditional korean flavors made the burger taste so good. Definitely a fusion of flavors, especially the egg on top. Not too sure placing normal lettuce and tomatoes was the best idea, but it didn't damage the burger in any way. Would have been nice to have some traditional korean appetizers (kimchi, etc) to compliment the burger. $7.99 Seafood Pancake Probably just your typical seafood pancake. Nothing too special about it. It was overloaded with lots of green onions which is always a plus for me ;) Could be a little more crispier but still good. $8.99 Garlic Soy Chicken Wings For some reason these wings just didn't hit the spot for me. Tasted burnt and the sauce made them soggy. It was also topped off with some sesame seeds. The fusion of flavors for this particular dish didn't work to my liking. 8pcs/$6? French Fries These came with the Seoul burger. The fries were just ok. Tasted like frozen fries that you get from those roach coaches. To compliment the delicious Seoul Burger, I would have expected better french fries. For example, the thin cut ones that are extra crispy that you get from good burger joints. I would have spent more money to upgrade to good fries. Could have done without the fries and use up more belly room for other entrees. All in all I give this place 3.5 stars rounded up. Good burger and ambiance. Could improve on the other dishes but still a good spot to try if in the Newark area.

I've been here plenty of times. I never got around to rating and reviewing it until now. Each time I've been here the service has been great. The food is good and filling. I've tried .... 1) Seoul Burger: Pretty huge burger!! I finshed about 3/4s of it. lol, my burger was packed with meat and flavor. One of my favorite items here! 2) Bulgogi Roll: This roll was ok to munch on. 3) Sweet Potato: We always order a side of sweet potato. Regular taste. Pretty good! 4) Korean-Style Fried Chicken: Loved it. Always part of our order! I like all of the flavors. Plus its a big portion for a small price! Also came with a side of salad! 5) Kim-Chi Fried Rice: The first item I ordered when I tried this place. I loved it so much! Very tasty! 6) Bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich: Damn, my sandwich was over spilling with meat! hahah but no complaints here. It was so good. Jam packed with meat and flavor. 7) French Fries: Regular fries, nothing special about it. 8) Andy's fries: Pretty good item. Its a hit or miss sometimes though. Some days it's topped with a lot of meat and cheese, some days its skimpy. I guess it depends on your luck? hahha 9) Dumplings - It was okay. Something I would order from time to time but not all the time. 10) Spam-Kimchi roll: I really liked this roll. Pretty cheap for a roll filled with big chunks of spam! Fills you up though. 11) Seafood pancake - I didn't really like it .. it was .. ehhh. I've had better. 12) Duk Bokki(?) Spicy rice cakes - It was alright. Pretty big portion. We got sick of it after a little bit. 13) Spicy squid stir fry(?) - This was okay. The taste was kind of weird. 14) Mango and Strawberry Soju - Both Soju drinks were great. I've had better though. You can really taste the alcohol in the drinks. I've tried a few other items but for some reason I can't remember them right now. hahah, overall it's a great late night eatery. The food portion are great.

Definitely one of my favorite late night places to go and eat! Open til 2 AM, this is much better than the usual fast food alternative! I've sampled quite a few things here and I've only been disappointed once! The kimchee fried rice is to DIE for! Served with a sunny side egg and furikake, omg, it's seriously so beautiful. I've also had both their soy garlic and spicy wings! Spicy actually isn't that spicy, but the flavor is definitely still there! The soy garlic is just as yummy! They are also known for their burgers and although, I've only tried the Seoul burger, others that I have gone with have never been disappointed with any of their burgers! The only dish I've been disappointed with is the spicy tuna roll. It's not raw fish. It's canned tuna mixed with spicy mayo, pretty much. It's just not my cup of tea:/ Service is okay. Nothing to rave about. You get what you need and that's that!

I came here for the first time for dinner with a friend at 6pm. It was COMPLETELY empty so I doubted his choice in restaurant... He ordered the bibimbop, tuna roll, spam roll, and spicy rice cake. I got the veggie roll and 6pcs of wings. I tried some of the spicy rice cake- SO GOOD. SO HOT. The texture wasn't what I expected, but I loved how chewy it was!! hah veggie roll- I'm biased. Stick any veggie with rice and nori and I'm sold. wings- I couldn't decide what sauce to get, so I asked our server and she recommended the soy garlic. It was delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked (because nothing tastes worst that under/over-cooked wings) and the chicken was slightly crispy on the outside, but SO juicy on the inside. The sauce was face rocking. service- Our server was the sweetest, most friendly girl I have ever met. She was patient with our indecisiveness and constantly came back to refill our waters. A little after we got our food, she came over to ask how we liked it, too! Who does that!?!? Definitely coming back!

Went here a while ago, based on Yelp reviews. Didn't know what to expect for Asian fusion. I got the ramen, bf got a burger with Korean sauce. Both were huge & delicious! And they're open late! Cafe was full of Asians & young locals, always a good sign.

This place reminds me of a pojang mahcha (Korean Street Eats). My husband and I came in because I was craving dukbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes with Fish Cakes). Instead of driving to El Camino in San Jose, we decided to give this place a try because we live in Fremont. We were not disappointed at all! We're glad we made the decision to give this place a try. Legit Korean owners with great service! We'll be coming here more often! Dukbokki was spicy but not too spicy. Rice cakes in the dukbokki were soft and fresh. Texture, taste, and spicy level was perfect!

New Asian Fusion spot in the Newark area, finally! The space is nice and clean, and service is quick. Parking is plentiful, and they are open until late. We ordered- -Seoul burger (I can't remember everything it came with, but I think on top of the beef patty it was bulgogi, cheese, a fried egg, and grilled onions. It came with a side of gochujang sauce to spread on the burger, and fries. We swapped out for sweet potato fries for an extra $1 and they gave us a HUGE portion of yummy tasting fries). -Kalbi plate (One of their pricier dishes for $12.99, but it was a good sized portion of quality beef short ribs. Comes with a small bowl of rice and bean sprouts, grilled onions, and pickled carrots/daikon- The beef had flavor and sear and the pickled carrots/daikon were yummy). -Seafood pancake (This was only average- I thought the overall pancake was too thick and not enough seafood. Wouldn't order this again). -Bibimbap (HUGE bowl of rice + veggies, not that much meat. The overall taste was average, nothing special, but the rice was COLD so that made it disappointing. It only came out in a regular bowl and not in a sizzling hot stone pot. Wouldn't re-order). -Small order of fried chicken, half garlic soy half spicy (Comes w/ a side salad and pickled carrots/daikon. The fried chicken was average, and the spicy wasn't very spicy. I wouldn't order this again). Needless to say, for four people this was way too much food and we had a ton of leftovers. The final bill was around $45 w/out tip, which is a bargain. The Seoul burger was my favorite dish of the meal, and probably the only dish I would come back for. My tip is to try more of the fusion-y items versus the traditional Korean dishes since other restaurants do those better. Come here to try the fusion items that you can't get anywhere else (like the Bulgogi cheesesteak people rave about)!

Went to dinner there on Monday, Jan.2 around 7:30 PM. The place was empty except for a family eating in the private back room. However, the food was surprising good. We order the Beef steak plate Shredded beef steak with sauce), the Chicken Karage plate (fried flattened chicken breast with panko breading) and a Seafood Pancake (an appetizer). Each dish was had ample portions (plates came with rice, macaroni salad, bed of shredded cabbage and pickled bean sprouts)and was made fresh. The Seafood Pancake was like a large egg pancake with chopped squid and green onions/scallions and it filled up the whole plate!!! Since there was 3 of us (adults), the hostess/waitress gave us an extra bowl of rice at no charge (that was generous). When we were finished, we were full and satisfied. We would come back since the price was reasonable. We used a $ 20.00 Groupon coupon. The bill came to $ 27.00 and we paid the difference with tip. This restaurant is located in a strip mall with over a dozen of restaurants to choose from, including another Korean BBQ restaurant down the other end of the building. Family owned staff were very friendly and service oriented.

Either I got hyped up MAJORLY from other Yelper's reviews, or I just went in on a bad night, but I don't think that Sia Fusion was all that and a bag of chips. The food here is pretty good, although nothing stood out to me as "I'm going to have cravings later"-worthy. We ordered: 1. The Seoul Burger: The meat was slightly dry, the sauce was really good, and the egg was a fried egg with the yolk well done - aka, hard boiled. It was nice to have the bun slightly toasted, but this burger isn't anything super special. You would think that it was dramatically different and unique gauging from other's reviews....it's really not. 2. The Bulgolgi Cheesesteak: Think Cheesesteak Sandwich, but using Bulgolgi meat instead. Again, this was delicious, although nothing that I would go out of my way to get. 3. Bibimbap: My kids wanted rice, so we got the bibimbap for them. I was not expecting dolsot bibimbap (the type that's in a hot stone bowl), but I at least expected the bibimbap to have more than an inch layer of rice with a sprinkling of meat and veggies. The fried egg on top was great - runny yolk and crispy edges on the whites. The rest of the bibimbop - it was flavored well, but definitely not even close to the Bob Sang's quality of bibimbap. 4. Sweet potato Fries & regular French Fries: They've definitely got some good fries here. They were cooked perfectly and were piping hot and crisp by the time we got to them. This was probably the best thing we ordered. In terms of service, we went on a Thursday night at around 7PM so there was literally 2 other people dining in the restaurant asides from us. We were greeted cordially enough, but asides from that, we got one water refill and it took a mighty long time for us to get the check (we ended up walking over and asking for it). It wasn't bad, although it was very slow, considering there was only two tables to wait on. I do agree with another reviewer - I couldn't hear the music at all. Don't expect to have deep heart to heart talks with your friends without everyone else in the restaurant hearing...sadly, the other table with the two guys in the restaurant were only talking about sports. Boring! All in all, Kia is pretty good, although it isn't so unique that I would crave to go here. If anything, just go in with moderate expectations - if you have super high expectations due to the Yelp effect, you're going to walk out slightly disappointed.

I would give this place 4 stars but the service was so slow that I had to dock 1 star, but don't worry, as Arnold once said "I'll be back". Came here around 11:30pm with some friends. It was pretty busy. There were 2 cooks and one waitress/bus girl. She did everything and ran around. As mentioned above, the only reason I docked a star was because I think waiting almost an hour for our food is a little ridiculous. I hope that writing this review will help them not only generate more business but also for them to hire another worker. This place is really a hidden gem but it needs more help so that they can handle busy service times. I opted for the Seoul Burger as my friend said it was delicious. After waiting almost an hour for our food to come out, I inhaled it pretty quick. The burger was pretty huge, probably around the same size as Red Robin, if not bigger. The buger came with french fries, radish condiment, and a spicy gochujang sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection and the spicy gochujang sauce was a great pairing. Not to mention they had a fried egg in the burger too!! Though I was pretty darn hungry, I couldn't finish the last 5 bites so my friend finished it for me. Overall, this place seems like a place to go for good American and Korean fusion style food while relaxing and enjoying some beer and soju. They do have good food and there's many things that I wanted to try on the menu (aka. the fried chicken). I will be back but I hope the next time I come back, the wait for food won't be as long :/

In the land of Korean and American comfort food mix-style eating ( I am looking at YOU HRD Cafe...) there is a new sheriff in town. We found this place after hanging out with some friends in the Newark area and the smells emanating from this place just lured me in like a fanboy to a Kevin Smith book signing. this place has a cool vibe to it, Korean mommas working the line and mexican dudes working the grill. Had their Seoul Burger and I love every bite of it. This was worth traveling back to Newark for. These mommas have improved international relations between Taiwan and South Korea because of the meal the POT was served here. The meat patty was moist, flavorful with that gozu sauce giving it a sweetness. They also use non standard burger buns, which was also a plus. I loved the addition of the pickled daikon and radishes to the burger too, giving it a satisfying crunch. my wife and i were licking the juices off the plate - it was that good. Also had the spam kimchi roll and it was also surprisingly good, given that neither the spam nor the kimchi overpowered each other. Add also that this a small mom and pop type place, and you have got a key to the cold chasm that is the Prince of Taiwan's heart. Jedi Master Class five star rating.

*Seoul Burger Seoul Burger get the Seoul Burger my 4-star rating is really just because of the Seoul Burger it is good for your soul ++Burgers with fried eggs in them ++Burgers with bulgogi in them + Kimchi Spam Roll: it has spam. it must be good. +/- Bulgogi cheese steak: it's fine. i honestly think if you use anything other than the regular cheese steak stuff, it will end up tasting kind of funky +/- regular steak fries: standard. Eat it with gochujang?! +/- Seafood pancake: still pretty good, always left wishing for more seafood in it.. +/- Service is perfectly fine. + open late night: 2am - not open during lunch on Mon-Thurs :( order Soju or some OB and call it a night.

Just dined here last night and I am impressed by their quick and attentive service. We had the bulgogi, seafood pancake, and medium fried chicken. The chicken was the best dish of the night with the perfect combo of flavors and nice generous portion. The bulgogi was ok with a side of rice. The seafood pancake is the only item I would not order again since it was a bit on the thicker side with less filling and the sauce tasted sour to me, which I did not prefer. One of the best things was the corn tea, it was always hot and service was excellent always keeping our cups full. The owner came by to check on us after we got all our food, which was very nice and the young lady who served us was so quick (literally hustling). Nice place I would definitely return!

Bulgogi cheese steak was kind of bland. Spam kimchee rolls were decent. Maybe the burgers are what gives this place 4 stars. Maybe when I try more on the menu my rating will change.

Richard Pro here with another review. I'm a regular at any delicious korean places, and naturally I was skeptical when I heard about Korean fusion. Burgers? Fries? Salads? What? 0_0 I ordered Bulgogi, which comes with unlimited refills of rice, macaroni salad, and a small amount of pickled vegetables. I'm fortunate to say I was pleasantly surprised, and for $11, you won't be disappointed for the ridiculous amount of food you get. "Richard Pro" size stamp of approval? YES. Service was great, and the bulgogi was marinated very well. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the dim lighting and general layout of the room. Also the tables and chairs are all black, and I can't say they go very nice on the eyes. I do like the dishes they have though, they're more artistic than your typical round plate. Will be returning for sure!

Food is fusion style but tastes very good n presentation is nice! So far I've tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, Mandu (potstickers), and Bulgogi Roll ($2.99). The owner (I think) even gave me kimchi without charging me when I asked for it! I'm surprised it doesn't get as busy!

I love this place! It's a nice cozy place with large tv and music. We ordered the Bulgogi cheesesteak, seafood pancake, and korean chicken wings (spicy). Everything was so good! The bulgogi cheesesteak was served on a soft tasty bread with juicy flavorful meat. The seafood pancake was pan fried just right. and the best was the chicken wings! One of the best chicken wings i ever had. We got the spicy flavor but it wasn't spicy at all. I will definitely come back to try their other dishes.

This was my first time ever going here. I heard about this place from a friend and decided, sure why not, let's go get some lunch there. My friend and I order the Bulgogi for $8.99. Came with some portions of cucumbers, macaroni salad, and the carrot+daikon strips? It's the white vegetable+carrots that are usually in Vietnamese sandwiches. It also came along with a bowl of rice. The next part here which i'm going to explain is what really made me appreciate this place: 1. The portions of the meat was more than reasonable, especially considering it's decent price. I still had enough to take home. 2. The waitress was so very kind and helpful. 3. When the waitress saw that we had finished our rice and side dishes, she gave us more rice and extra side dishes. At first, I asked, "Are these extra charge?", she replies, "Oh nono!". So those extra bowls of rice and sides were extremely generous! In the end I took home some of my left over rice, bulgogi, and the sides that were complimentary. :) All for just 8.99. Just FYI: They have a good range of dishes on their menu if you wanted to know, I'm sure other reviewers have stated this too. - Definitely coming to this place and recommending it to other friends.

Another great place to eat late at night. They serve Korean food as well as burgers and wings. I usually get the Kalbi with rice. I've also tried to wings here and was very happy with both considering that the price is very affordable. I usually see Kalbi for around $20 for just the meat alone, I think its about $11-$12 here with rice and some vegetables. Highly recommend this place and the owner and workers are very friendly.

This place is ok. Their soju tastes artificial and overall it's just ok. I've had far better soju elsewhere. This would probably be my least favorite soju, it didn't have the wow factor. Their food is alright, nothing too special and their prices are quite steep compared to the majority of other soju joints. This is definitely a great place to come and hang out for those that want to get buzzed but not drunk. It's not that bad of a place and it's nice to have something like this in this part of the bay finally. I'd come back again, but it would not be my choosing.

  • Vickie N.

Seoul burger is on point! Its sweet, juicy and very flavorful. The sweetness of the burger goes well with the spicy sauce that is served on the side and they also give you a basket of fries that is more than enough. I wouldn't suggest the spam kimchi roll or Bulgogi roll. Too much rice and not enough flavor.

I came here with my wife, daughter and brother. We started with the spicy wings. I loved them because it had a nice sweet start then the heat hits you. It was nice because the heat wasn't so hot that it turned you off to eating them. My brother thought they could have been spicier but for my taste i dug it. I ordered the seoul burger and it had nice flavor and i love the egg just does it for me, breakfast and dinner in one bite. Awesome! My wife got the bulgogi cheese steak and my brother got the spicy pok. They enjoyed their food. I want to go back and other items.

food was okay. the name of the dish sounds better than how the flavors really are. if someone gave you the seoul burger or the bulgogi cheesesteak and didn't tell you was it was, you will prob think its just some average burger and a beef sandwich. guess I might be back if I was in the area and someone I knew wanted to try it out.

Great place that is open late! Definitely try the Seoul Burger which comes with french fries. The Bulgogi and Spicy Tuna Roll are also tasty and a good value! They have two TVs so you can definitely catch a game here as well.

Great Korean place. They open late everyday and serves all kinds of drinks. I love their kimchi fried rice! There are so many things on the menu to try and the prices are really cheap! The service is fast and very friendly. This is one of the best places to eat in Newark!!

Korean-American fusion, fried chicken, burgers. Friendly staff, average food. Used a Groupon for a take out order; the dine-in experience may differ. 12 wing 6 drumstick combo: They had no problem making the order half spicy and half sweet. Spiciness is very mild for anyone used to eating spicy food. The flavor was decent, but nothing memorable. Taking the wings home to eat, I wasn't expecting them to still be crispy, which they weren't, but they did conscientiously poke holes in one of the containers to vent it. The drumsticks varied in size significantly and the largest one was a little red near the bone. Tofu salad: Ingredients seemed fresh, but the thousand island dressing didn't seem to go well with the tofu so I used some miso dressing I had around and it tasted better. Veggie egg rolls: Microwaved, but they were cripsy when I got them so they may have dropped them in the deep fryer afterward when I wasn't looking. Taste was decent and they were accompanied by Sriracha, but they seemed unnecessarily greasy, even for egg rolls.

I am a round eye so I just eat burgers here. I may venture out soon but not right now. This place is really good and the staff is nice. I do not know anything about the korean food but they they make a tasty burger! I hope they can make it. This location seems like a tough spot to survive, Also the place is neat and clean and the restroom smells like flowers, I will be back !

The food was okay. Maybe people like it because its open late and it's better than fast food. It definitely does not have the best korean food. The 2 stars are for the terrible service. The young girl with the bad attitude must not be happy working on a Saturday night but that is not my problem.

This is a great place to go late night to satisfy hunger cravings and to get some soju cocktails. I stumbled across this on yelp when looking for some place to go at midnight. Everything around Fremont closes by 11, so my friend and I decided we'd take a stab at this place since it was the only thing open till 2am. We came and ordered the kimchi fried rice and the chicken wings. We also got a jug of peach soju cocktail. The kimchi friend rice was DELICIOUS. We asked for it extra spicy, and it sure was spicy. The fried egg on top was so good. The chicken wings were alright. We got them in two flavors, soy garlic and spicy. Both flavors were kind of sweet in flavor and I wasn't a huge fan. The soju cocktail was great, it came out cold and there was a lot of it. Warning though, it may taste like juice... but that drink really does creep up on you. The waiters are friendly and they weren't pushing to get rid of us even though it was late. I will definitely come back here, just for the fried rice and the drinks.

If you are bored and want some late night eats, craving soju and a good burger this is the place. Tucked away in the lion market strip mall in Newark is this korean am bistro. Service was attentive. I had toe Seoul Burger which is a must try large homemade patty topped with bulgogi. Great with OB.

Ate here with the wife on a Giants world series weekend. Service was poor. We guess the host of the night was the owner's daughter. I don't blame her for not wanting to work during the last game of the Giant's world series. However, overall, was not impressed by the recommended Candy coated Yam/Sweet Potatoes. The sandwiches where oily and over-priced. Been here done that. Would not come here twice or recommend any one seeking a decent meal and service.

I've been to Sia Fusion Eatery twice. My favorite is the spam kimchi roll. It is really delicious. I tried the Korean fried chicken, which was good and tasty, but for some reason the spam kimchi roll really stood out for me not to mention that I had a spam roll at another local eatery a week or so ago and it was like "meh", but this one was really good and memorable. Also the lady that I believe is the owner is very nice; service is great.

Service staff courteous and responsive, but be prepared to wait some time for your food. Good portions for the price, but not worth the 35-minute wait. Plus, who has heard of a Korean restaurant running out of kimchee when requested for a side of it?!? Creative food/fusion combination, but needed a Zantac/seltzer water afterwards. Might go back for the fried chicken if I get another Groupon.

We went here for the first time and made a to-go order. I called at around 11:10 and they told me the food would be ready around 11:40 and it was ready a bit earlier. They were very friendly and didn't skimp on giving me extra napkins, forks, and chopsticks. We ordered: bulgogi roll - It was a bit dry and I wasn't too impressed. kimchi + spam roll - I didn't really like this roll either. seafood pancake - The seafood pancake was delicious. We order this at every Korean restaurant but I think I like theirs the most now! spicy ricecakes - I've had this at several locations..but they have never disappointed me. Tastes pretty good..just like other places.. seoul burger w/sweet potato fries - The seoul burger was delicious! The meet was sweet and tender..the whole combination was really good. The sweet potato fries were really good as well. seoul burger w/regular fries - Their regular fries are just 'ok'. I'd pay the extra money to substitute it with sweet potato fries. grilled chicken salad - They gave a generous amount of veggies but not that much sauce. For 4.99, though, it was a very good deal. The salad tasted fresh and yummy. medium order of wings w/soy garlic and spicy sauce - The wings were my favorite! They were really tasty! The total was not even $60. We had six people and still had some food left over! Everyone loved the food and I will be going back!

Its nice to see another Korean Restaurant in the east bay. The best part about this restaurant is that its open til 2am/7 days a week, so whenever i want to hang out with my co workers or friends, its always there. They have lots of food, ranging from burgers, fried chicken, frys, Milkshake, Soju, draft beers and korean beers. The interior is clean and ambient. Its a family owned business and owners are polite and generous. I will always come back to this place to chill and relax.

5 stars for being the only place open this late offering ktown bar food. had my small KFC wings to go, soy garlic. wanted a little more crispy, but sufficed. umma and staff were nice. it is a fusion-y place, but great to have food made to order.

Came here again with some friends last night! This time I had the seafood pancake, bulgogi roll and the wings (1/2 garlic 1/2 spicy). All 3 items were delicious! Some friends also ordered the kalbi entree, Andy's fries and the mussels (which came in a super tasty broth with veggies). This place is so tasty it may become a weekly stop! Waiting for a dessert menu to come out. Also, wouldn't be so bad if they had more than 2 flavors of soju cocktails. All in all this is a relaxing place to have some good food and drinks with friends!

Love love love this place! My husband and I came in for lunch since we had purchased a groupon for it. Thinking it was like most of the other places we got a groupon for we ordered tons of foot trying ti make it to the 20 dollars we were alloyed to spend. Little did we know how big the portions really were!! The food is fantastic! The portions are huge!! The service is phenomenal!! We will definitely be back for more!:)

Sia Fusion is a small clean place tucked in a quiet corner of a shopping center. We were not aware of this diner until seeing it on Groupon offers. Gave it a try with a Groupon, and like it enough to go back. Our favorites are Spicy chicken wings, Bulgogi rolls, and the Seoul burger. These go well with Blue moon draft beer. What sets this place apart from other Korean diners is although we love Korean food, we're not impressed by the service in most Korean restaurants. However, the folks at Sia Fusion are very friendly. They're quiet, courteous, and generally in a good mood. Dining at Sia is always pleasant. Almost all of their foods are very family friendly and great for all ages. However, I took off one star because my husband and I at 50s are a bit over the age to appreciate Mac and Cheese as a side dish on the entree. If we knew it's offered, we may ask for substitute when ordering. Wish they add the side dish description or options to the menu. But overall, good experience in general and we will be going there on a regular basis. Can't have enough of their spicy chicken wings.

Bulgogi fries (Andy's fries) are great. Love that you can order a side of kimchi, which I ate with the spam sushi roll. The service was great for us, but my boyfriend told me that the same waitress was very rude the next time he came with his guy friends. Lots of unhealthy, filling food though.

I've been here a couple times with my friends, and I haven't been disappointed even once by both the food or service. The food is great for the price you pay (most dishes around the $7~10 range), and the servers here are super nice! I usually get the Seoul burger, which is deeeeeelicious. The chicken katsu is also very delicious, and HUUUUGE. I mean, HUGE as in the biggest slab of chicken katsu I've ever seen... Augh.... now I'm hungry.

i came here on a sunday night wanting to redeem a groupon i bought and to check out this new place. the menu selection is pretty diverse, with the choice of getting a burger, sandwich wraps, korean food, or fried chicken. at our table we ordered the bulgogi (korean bbq beef ~$9) and kalbi (beef short ribs ~$12). both were served with a side of macaroni salad, bean sprout salad, and pickled carrots and jicama, and rice. the meat portions of our plates was generous (i ended taking some of my meat home) i was very happy with the taste of the food. the only thing i'm sad about was that they didn't have the ice cream to make the milkshake i wanted to order u_u they have quite a few flavors and one of the unique ones is an oreo milkshake or pineapple milk shake. but no worries, it gives more reason to come back. definitely come check this place out and i hope you have a good experience.

Food that I ordered: Seoul Burger, Bibimbap, Bulgogi Roll The seoul burger was fantastic. If you guys have ever tried Mission Burger across from Ohlone College they taste about the same. The only thing different is that the Seoul Burger from here contains eggs & tomato's (I think cucumber too, but I forgot). Anyways they also come with a set of fries. By the end of eating all of this I was so full. It's really filling. The sauces that they use on the burger or for the meat patty is kinda like a teriyaki sauce so it's kinda sweet which I love 5/5 I ordered the bulgogi roll because it was sold for a really good price, but it was quite dissapointing. I'd give this a 3/5. The roll was filled with rice and I could barely taste the bulgogi. So Much Rice eww. I'm asian and I'm pretty much accustomed to eating rice, but they give you way tooo much rice that all the other flavors are pretty much covered up. I also ordered the bibimbap and it was the first time that I've actually ever had bibimbap before. They made my experience pretty pleasant and it tasted fairly decent. The spicy sauce that they give you to mix it in with made it super delish. I wish the bibimbap also came with more meat. 5/5 The overall environment of the restaurant was really clean and I liked the interior design, pretty westernized. Come eat here :D It's super good!

Came here a month ago because I had purchased an offer from Groupon. We ordered the bulgogi dinner plate and bulgogi burger. The bulgogi dinner plate came with macaroni on the side and was pretty good. The bulgogi burger came with a beef patty, bulgogi, cheese, topped with a fried egg and tasted pretty good as well. My only complaint was the bun was a bit dense I guess? When you bite into the burger, the burger would start to slide out of the bun because you couldn't bite through bun quick enough. Came back a few weeks later and ordered the bulgogi steak sandwich which tasted ok. Same issue with the bread. It was fine but I liked the burger and dinner plate I had earlier. The people here are really nice. Service was good. I think they're still learning on running their restaurant though. First time we were there, they didn't have any toothpicks but they offered us one of the larger toothpicks they used for the sandwiches. Second time we were here, the waitress didn't seem like understood English too well so we just had to speak a little slower. I plan on returning and trying their other dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by Sia Fusion Eatery. The food is essentially classic american comfort food with a Korean twist, but it works amazingly. The impression was that this is real, grassroots fusion cuisine. Ie. no hype, just quality food from the Fremont/Newark/Union City cultural melting pot. The garlic & spicy chicken and Korean ribs were the highlight for me.

A large group of my friends came here because I purchased the Groupon and we loved it so much we went back with and even larger group the very next night. Over both nights we ordered about 15 different dishes and they were all amazing! The favorite by far was the Seoul Burger. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and having a fried egg on top really pulled the whole thing together. The Bulgogi roll was fantastic (and only $2.99!!!) Every single dish was tasted wonderful. The service was on the same level has the food. The waitress was extremely nice, attentive, and very patient with our large group and our multiple questions. The price was fantastic too! The second night we ordered 10 meals, with 2 appetizers, and 3 pitchers of beer and the bill before tip was $104! Overall one of the best dining experiences you can get in Newark. If you are looking for a restaurant with fantastic food, with great service, at a dirt cheap price, this place is as good as it gets!
