Honestly most subways are shitty and I only go because its cheap fast food. However, this is by far the cleanest subway I've come across. Nice lady that works there and I live across the street. Happy this one opened up.

Full Disclosure - I had a beer, and was already 3 in for the night. Stopped by around 9ish on a Monday night and ordered the wings - spicy, and a Seoul burger. The wings were tasty, but not super spicy which is probably great for most. The wings are mushy, not crispy, but were still very good. I'm more of a fried-hard kind of guy, but I would order it again. The burger came with fries and they were ON POINT. Hot, salty, and crispy is the BFF of a drink-binge! As for the burger...it was a revelation. Simple, and delicious. I'm sure it was probably a regular burger marinated in some normal korean marinade, but it was so good. So good. So good I actually that it made me reflect and think about how selfish I was being by being so lucky that I was able to be enjoying this burger that I saved half of it to bring home to share. I left feeling like I was making a difference in the world.
4 stars - mainly because the waiter was so friendly and there aren't many places like this in the area. The bulgolgi roll was yums, chicken wings were spicy, and kimchi rice was good. We also ordered the orange soju.. or at least it tasted like orange.. I think the flavor was mango..? That didn't taste so amazing.. Just stick to the regular yakult soju or strawberry soju. It's also not strong so you can drink the whole thing alone and still be fine which can be good or bad depending on what you prefer. I came on a Sunday night. There weren't many customers so our order came out quite fast. The waiter was super friendly as well and frequently came to check on us.
After bugging him about this place for a while, I finally tried this restaurant a couple of days ago with Mr. Face for a late lunch. For anyone else who decides to try this out for the first time, it's at the end of the strip mall right by the high school. Since we were coming in at off-peak hours, it was pretty much empty besides the group of middle-aged Koreans having a large meal. After being greeted and seated, it took us (more like just myself) some time to figure what to order. Once decided, Sir Face got the bulgogi cheese steak w/sweet potato fries, I got the island burger w/regular fries, and we also chose to have a small order of fried chicken to share... mixed flavors of soy garlic and the spicy. The fries came first... a decent sized basket for each order! We ended up eating more of the other person's fries because I was the one that wanted sweet potato fries... Our sandwiches came out not too long after, and they both looked delish... we both gave each other chunks of sandwich to share/taste. Both were really tasty; he seemed to like my burger more than his cheese steak... I felt that both were just good, nothing more. The order of wings looked quite... entertaining to say the least. besides the two regular drumsticks, the wings were pretty tiny. TINY, but cute haha. Of the two flavors, I prefer the spicy (which was actually a little sweet... saucy gochujang with sugar?) over the soy garlic, which was on the bland side. The fried chicken came with a little side salad with thousand island dressing. Overall, we had a good meal. Service was a bit slow at times, but the waitress/owner/ahjumma checked on us when she could to see how we were doing. Got a to-go box for the leftovers (half my burger, half of the fries, salad and a drumstick). Because of the Yelp deal I purchased, our actual total came out to about $14. It would have still been fairly priced if we paid the full amount. I did notice before we left, though, that some of the items on the paper menu weren't on the menu on the wall, and vise versa. I guess because this place is still quite new and working out its kinks, but it's still misleading.
