Not great. Got put here for corporate housing. The stay itself wasn't awful but we had a lot of issues. We had a lot of experiences with critters, especially spiders and scorpions INSIDE of the place. I don't think they really sprayed, but if they did it wasn't adequate. Where I live now does not have the issues. When we moved out we got hit with harassing phone calls about being charged for ruining pillows that were essentially some cloth wrapped around cotton and held together by a flimsy button. I made great effort to leave the place nice, cleaned up, did the towel laundry, and hand washed the dishes. Left out a few dishes to air dry so they weren't getting all musty in a cupboard and that turned into being accused of leaving dirty dishes laying around. We had fun exploring the desert and finding golf balls.
