AMAZING food. Have yet to order something that wasnt delicious. I love the beers they serve (especially Four Peaks). You need to order the wings and make sure you get them 'cuatro cinco' style. Its definitely a place worth trying!

Okay, this isn't a bad place whatsoever. Decent local beer selection. Lots of variety from ales to stouts. The food was pretty decent. The fries here are unlike many other places. I liked them. The fish and chips were good as well. My wife had the Matt and Cheese (yes, Matt and cheese) and she found it good as well. Now to the service. Not up to my standards. One server for the entire place. I had to wait a while to order my second brew. It also took a while to get my bill. This was the only reason I gave this place three stars. Better service would result in a higher star rating.

I was really hoping to like this place. I've heard good things, they had a good selection of beer (it was very cold too) and the appetizer I had was very good. What ruined it for us was that a "manager" was standing at the end of the bar next to us talking with another staff member. He was drinking a beer and was obviously in charge. He didn't look happy and didn't do any actual work except to answer an occasional staff question. What he DID do was constantly complain about their staff members. He didn't talk loud but it just kept going on and on and on.... After being kind of disgusted by this we decided to not eat dinner there after all. I don't think I'd go back. Customer service is so important and this manager just pushed us out the door. So much for a relaxing meal in a positive environment.

My boyfriend and I have driven by this place for months now and finally decided to try it. We are so glad we did. It's a nice and small restaurant with an outdoor patio for when it's not obscenely hot outside. I love the fact that the only beers they have are locally brewed, it just adds to the local business part of it. We ordered some beers, the lightening bolts for an appetizer and some burgers. I ordered the western burger, which seems pretty generic of most restaurants to have, but theirs was the best I've ever had. All of the ingredients had amazing chemistry and tasted wonderful together. The fries taste so good even by themselves. Our server was nice and very knowledgeable, which was the cherry on top to a wonderful experience. Oh and we also came during happy hour so the beers were only $3.50! We will definitely be back.

Great AZ beers on tap, however if you aren't a smoker I wouldn't recommend hanging out here for very long. They allow smoking on the patio and the bar has big folding windows that they open up.... the smoke comes right inside. We stopped by, had one beer inside and went home smelling like an ash tray.

I love this place! I feel at home. Friendly staff that greets you. In and out door setting. Awesome drink specials. I had the western burger. Very delicious! Everything is made FRESH! Never frozen! I tell all my friends about this place.

Good food, clean, friendly. Been back...will go again. Local beer and quality food we have enjoyed each visit

This place place doesn't quite know what it wants to be. It has a vibe of bowling alley dining area/dive bar/grill at the same time. I appreciate that it only serves az beers, but then all the wine comes from Italy or somewhere abroad (it'd be strange to see someone drinking wine here anyway). The cheese steak was food, but small while the side salad was a monster. I felt like I got a salad with a side of cheese steak. It's very low key here, but also very boring. I doubt this place is ever very busy.

Nice game-day atmosphere for Wildcats games with cheaply priced food and beer. The food is mediocre, but hey, it's decent bar fare if you just need something to munch on while you're watching the game. The decor and ambiance are pretty terrible. Corporate-esque drop-ceiling tiles, hard wooden chairs, and cheeky phrases painted on the wall that add an extra layer of tackiness to the joint. I've had mixed results with the service here. A few really cool severs and bartenders, and a couple who made me feel like the fact that I was seated at their table was an annoying interruption to their cigarette break. After all that, I'll probably still come back to this place to watch a few Wildcat games. It's a pretty fun place for that. But I can't see myself visiting for any other occasion.

The first impression I got when walking inside was that of entering an employee break room (or DMV). Very basic table and chairs and not much on the walls and then add televisions and a bar. It was dinner time on a Tuesday night and they were not busy. The service wasn't bad. Our drink order was taken quickly and the beers and iced tea was on the table. I did like the fact that along with the beers water was served without asking. We went with something on tap from Four Peaks Brewery. It was a long time before the food arrived from the kitchen. The food was very good. All three of us enjoyed the food and we had no complaints at all. I had the western burger and found it very flavorful and filling and the fries tasted good. Dinner for the three of us along with three beers was $40. I don't think that was a bad deal. With the long wait for food and the boring ambiance inside I don't think I will be back anytime soon.

Almost a year later and this place is still great! Our latest visit last week consisted of a midafternoon snack along with a few beers. I love that they have kept with the AZ only theme and we enjoyed the Dragoon Session, that I think not enough people carry. Anyway food was delicious and we gobbled down every bit of it. We had nachos with grilled chicken and jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and topped with a sweet sauce that I can't remember what it was. Either way it was very good! My remaining complaint is just that it isn't close enough to my house to frequent more often but it is definitely worth the trip up to the north side.

Came here on a Thursday evening... They have quite a good selection of beers of tap - most of which are from Thunder Canyon and Four Peaks. There are also some beers from Sedona and Prescott as well as some seasonal selections. At happy hour they are mostly 3$ a pint, with some at 4$. They are happy to bring samples, which is always nice. My friend ordered Jack and coke and we were told they don't have and Jack. Hmm...a bit unusual for a bar. The food was just ok. Not to my taste at all, but the other person in my party enjoyed it. We had the nachos (8$) with carne asada. There were literally 6 pieces of tiny carne asada strips...not worth the additional $2 in my opinion. The jalapenos on this thing were out of this world spicy. Like we pulled them all out and even the chips that had been in the immediate vicinity of the jalapenos were almost too spicy to eat. There were some good meltly cheesy flavors, as you would expect from nachos. The Beer Bites (6$) was simply a french bread loaf cut into slices with canned shredded parmesan cheese sprinkled over. Service was mediocre. When our food came (which we were obviously sharing) we had to ask for plates, then silverware, then napkins. Like three separate conversations! She was attentive in checking on the status of our drinks, which was good. The crowd here seemed to all know each other and be friends of the bar and wait staff which is cool. I was happy with the beers, but I'm not sure if I'd eat here again, even though the prices were very reasonable. ...oh...and no happy hour food menu I hope they change that :) They have a nice outdoor bar area as well as a patio. Other reviewers have complained about the smoke, but even though the patio was mostly full, and people were smoking, we didn't have any issues. It is a wonderful place to sit after work and enjoy some local brews. 4 stars for their awesome happy hour prices!

Overall, definitey has potential to be better. Our server Oscar was excellent, food was good, portions were generous. But do to the bar windows being open...the flies in the restaurant a bit to much when your trying to eat. As beer selection was awesome, but charging 5.75 for a pint of micro brewed beer on tap...will not bring us back in there on a regular basis.

The best place on the NW side of Tucson to hang out. Great food. Good prices. Awesome atmosphere. Local brews! Your place is the best place on the planet.

Have eaten here several times since it opened. At first the food and service was good, but seems to be going down hill on both levels since. Ate there last night split the wings and had a cheese steak, while my wife had the McGeetos Burger. Several of the wings came with broken bones and my cheese steak came on far more bun than steak with little taste except for that of over cooked meat under melted cheese, the side of cottage cheese seemed like a bad off brand. As for the burger, that came out much more pink than not pink and has been given in offering to our porcelain altar at 4:00 this morning. In the case of both this and our prior meal at Monsoons food delivery was slow with the previous meal taking 45 minutes between order and arrival at an almost empty restaurant. The meal actually came with the appetizer (so we wouldn't ruin our appetites), while our friend's fries only order showed up 50 minutes after ordering.

Fantastic food, especially their Fish and Chips. Great beverage choices especially beer. The staff was friendly and attentive, even when they weren't the ones serving our table. It has a vague atmosphere of being loved and built by a family, which I like. It is a bit loud, but that is literally the only complaint I have, and it's a small one, since in other circumstances i would enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Small place, so not good for a big group, but it's a good place to eat. We were there when it rained and that meant happy hour! I really liked the fried pickles.

Stopped there for lunch and what a great discovery. It as a very nice sports bar. A lot of TVs so you could sit anywhere and see the game-even on the patio! I had the roast beef sandwich. They had a special name for it but I can't remember it. Anyway it was very tender roast beef perfectly cooked about a medium rare. Not dried out like most places. The proportion was perfect and just the right amount of horse radish-mayonnaise sauce. A lot of places smother these sandwiches with mayo but this was just right. The Cole slaw was crunchy and tasty (again not too smothered in mayo) and came with a crunchy dill pickle. The food was great and just seemed like a comfortable nice place to relax and watch a game. The waiter was friendly and there when I needed him but didn't hover annoyingly. So all together a great place. I'll be eating there and watching some games a lot more.

Ordered the McGhee burger cooked to medium. It came out well done, dry and burnt in spots. Asked for a side of mayo when food was ordered, no mayo when food came out, reminded the waitress about the mayo and 10 mins later had to walk up to kitchen and get mayo myself. Loud, rowdy and bad food. Slow service. I will not be back and won't be recommending this place to friends.

As promised, I decided to give Monsoon's another chance (due to a kitchen mishap during my last visit) and I'm really glad that I did. My wife and I went back and had different entrees this time around, starting with fried zucchini strips that were not only pleasingly presented but tasted way better than vegetables even should. For an entree, I had the Philly Cheesesteak, not the finest in cuisine I admit but another pleasant surprise, especially the extra kick supplied by chopped up jalapenos. But the star of the night was easily the Fish Fry (my wife won in our game of "who can pick the better entree" and is practically undefeated at this point). The beer-battered cod was some of the best fried fish I've had in Tucson and in the words of my wife is the "second best Fish Fry in town." Sorry, but Canyon's Crown still holds the...crown. Nevertheless, Monsoons Tap & Grill is definitely now on our radar for places to dine in the future. Next time I'm getting the Fish Fry though.

This bar has a great location (close to home for me, at least!), has such a great selection of beer, and has a laid back atmosphere. It's the perfect place to come to watch the games on Sundays, or have a brew after work. The only thing is the food has been hit or miss for me. Perfect burger one visit, uncooked pizza dough the next. :( They are still very very new though, so I'm hoping they will continue to improve! I want it to be my Cheers, ya know?

Come for the beer, not the food. I'm going to be open minded regarding Monsoon's as I went during their soft opening period on their first weekend and the place was packed. When we entered the bar, we were unable to spot an open table. There wasn't a hostess or other wait staff to assist us with finding a seat, so we actually left as we thought nothing was available. As we were walking out, we noticed a table in the corner of the patio area so we took it. On the way to the table we received a few odd looks from some of the staff. Our waitress was quick to get our drink orders and menus. And the beer selection is fantastic! I love microbrews, so it was great to have a 2 page selection of such beers that are based in Arizona! Our food was another story. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to receive our food. That could be expected as it was a soft opening. However, it was later in the evening and it appeared like most of the tables were drinking at this point and not eating. About an hour in to the wait, our waitress told us that there was a large group inside who's order was placed immediately before ours and our food would be out soon. That table had 8-10 people there. About 5 minutes later, the manager came out and told us that our order was lost in the system and they were working to complete the order. Once we got the food, 3 of the entrees came out and 5 minutes later the last entrée came out with our appetizer. Most of the food (French fries, Quesadilla, chicken fingers) was lukewarm at best and overall a very bland taste was reported by all 4 people at the table. The batter and seasoning on the fried chicken fingers and fish was particularly bland. It was almost like it was fried in flour without salt, pepper or other seasonings. It most definitely was not beer battered as listed on the menu. The onion rings, on the other hand, were delicious. You could definitely tell that the beer batter was used on this item. Towards the end of the meal, the manager came up and apologized about the food and comped us 50% of our bill (essentially, the entrees were free). This was very generous of him, and I can understand the difficulties with a newly opened restaurant. He was also very receptive of our criticism of the food and acknowledged the cook staff probably got rushed to finished our order and didn't use the correct batter. On the way out, we were approached by a second manager (big guy with tattoos and a Mohawk hidden by a hat) in which he asked us about the experience. We told him the same critiques that we told the previous manager and this one became very defensive and combative regarding the wait and the food. It was not a good way to end our experience. My group discussed not going back based on this manager alone. Overall, I'll give Monsoon's food another try in 2-3 months once the staff can get settled and organized. We may stop in again before than but it would only be for the beer before heading to another restaurant for food.

My husband and I were glad to see this restaurant open and the first time we went, we shared a small pizza which was excellent. The second time we went will be our last. The floor under the barstools was filthy and covered with food. I had a burger which was just ok. My husband had a cheesesteak sandwich which had neither. It was all bun and not too fresh. DO NOT order the potato salad. I'm not picky and it was inedible. I did tell the bartender and he had someone bring me some garlic mashed potatoes and I literally had to spit them into my napkin. We won't be back.

We were looking for some fish fry on a Friday night and thought we would try Monsoon for the first time. The first thing that hit us was the ambiance or lack of it. It seemed almost like a cafeteria. The place was a type of sports bar with a lot of big screen TVs and was fairly busy. We were seated right away and we received our drinks right away. They have a big selection of AZ craft beers but I went for my Dos Equis lager which was only available in a bottle but that was fine. The problem was that the beer wasn't cold and that's a deal killer for me. I brushed it off and decided I would be the designated driver. We ordered our fish with cole slaw and potato salad instead of fries. I guess the potato salad was supposed to be a German style with vinegar and dill pickles but it was the worst I've ever tasted. The cole slaw was very dry and tasteless also. The fish was actually very good so I was spared from going completely hungry. The service was very good with our waiter being spot on. I don't usually leave negative reviews but we left agreeing this had been one of the worst meals we have had in a while and just left it up to experience.

Too many Tv's because the sittings was right under some TV's ,way too close as were other TV's , Hamburger decent not a Lindy's by any means. Fries were the worse I ever had .They were cold and tough to chew. Fish and chips you get three fillets ,but tasteless, as was the batter they were fried in. Service was on .Many beers on tap, but no Dave's Electric even though they had signs for it.

So close to home....my husband loves the beer selection, and I love the fact that everything on the menu isn't fried. They even have a cracker and fruit appetizer!! Very refreshing to see. Just went back for a second time and sat at the bar. Bartender was very nice and attentive.

What a nice addition to the neighborhood great craft/draft beer assortment and that's important to us. Food we'll prepared and reasonably priced. We will return!

My wife and I came in for the first time tonight around 6. With all the cars in the lot and the amount of people sitting outside we figured it would be crowded inside. The place was empty with the exception of some people sitting at the bar. We waited a little bit before our waitress came by with menus(there were quite a few employees milling around indoors). We started out with the zucchini sticks and enjoyed them very much, we'd have them again. For dinner we both had burgers. The burgers were cooked to our request and tasted very good. We enjoyed what we had tonight but the only downside to our dining experience was the service. Slow. We'll try it again and see what happens.

I'm going to echo the sentiments of many of those that have reviewed Monsoon's Tap and Grill. Great service, very good beer selection, but the place could use some additional decor. It's just way too open and cafeteria-like. They were able to put on the hockey game that we requested in short order, so again, good service in that respect as well. I tend to eat fairly healthy, and I'm a vegetarian. When looking at the menu, there wasn't a lot that a person could choose from that was gluten-free and vegetarian. That being said, I had the fried zucchini that was absolutely delicious, but again, not something that I would have normally ordered. I also ordered their house salad and thought it was a little overpriced at $8, given the size. The server told us that they make their own ranch and blue cheese dressing, and the latter was totally yummy! Seeing that I really wanted to like this restaurant, as I live in the area, I was mildly disappointed, but I will certainly go back. Like Noble Hops in Oro Valley, their bar is inside/outside, which is really nice. Pros: Great service, good location Cons: The interior looks too "open," not too many healthy options for food (even though I like to drink calorie-laden beer) :) I'll be back. :)

Good food and beer selection, but service could be improved. On the pricey side for a bar.

Not Impressed at all!! Extremely overpriced & not worth the $!. Too bad Nimbus Bistro went out of business,-they knew good deals! I went to this place for the first time after reading reviews on yelp-thinking it was going to be just amazing-WRONG! Go ahead and make the choice for yourself, but I wasted my cash! the girl that served me and friend did smell good, that was about the only good thing. I got done with my meal and got treated horribly for wanting a cigarette by the big ape the was serving the food/like I was committing a federal crime. I couldn't even light my cigarette because my lighter was out if fluid, but yet he almost chased me off the property. It's $5.50- for a 1/2 a pint of beer. I can drink cheaper right in the center of the Las Vegas Strip!!!! And there pricey! Decide for yourself, but I won't be back and I have a lot of friends I will be sending anywhere else but here!

Stopped here for lunch to check out the new place. Sooooo disappointing! I ordered the Midwestern soup, which was basically a very thick Cream of Broccoli, cheese, and potato concoction. It was barely warm and the potatoes were boney. No microwave, so no offer to warm it up. Even when I asked if there was any way to do so. My husband had the pork with green chilies, and it was fine. Wesat atthe bar, and the waitress was cordial and attentive. However, the owner stood next to us talking to friends and never acknowledged any of his patrons. Even when the waitress told him about the soup, he told her to take it off the bill, but never turned to me to ask if I would like something else. The decor is very Uninviting. Just like the owner. We won't be back.

A nice, relaxed atmosphere. I will agree that the inside is a bit sterile, but the food and service make up any deficiencies in that area. I like that there is a patio and I can sort of monopolize a small table without being made to feel guilty. Waitstaff has always been friendly and accommodating. There is an atmosphere akin to university pubs that is laid back and if you have work that you're planning to bring home, this is a nice location to sit and work while relaxing. That being said, I don't think I'd visit if I was in a hurry. The kitchen staff really cares about how the food is prepared and presented, which can add a bit of time to each ticket. I wouldn't call the service slow, but I wouldn't call it fast either.

Since the monsoons came today (before July!), we decided to eat at Monsoons to welcome the early rainy season! Gary and I (2/3 of our Dining Trio) finally got to try Monsoons, located near Costco on Thornydale on the northern corner of a strip shopping center. The ambiance is very casual, with table seating, lots of TV screens and then a bar seating area. They have a cool window from the bar that opens to the patio, and people love to sit there to drink and eat. The menu is large and surprised me with its variety! Our server was super friendly and helpful, guiding us to the popular items (I asked what's special here) very well. We first shared the house specialty -- and you must also try these -- the Apple BBQ wings, then done Cuatro (Something-Cinco?) style-- that is, prepped then barbecued so the outside was caramelized and also crispy. Talk about melt in your mouth goodness! You can get other flavors too, but why would you?? We also chose two burgers. They are a good size, prepped really perfectly. Mine had green chilis along with truly fresh lettuce, tomato and onions. My potato salad was good and Gary loved his cheeseburger with these long, homemade style fries with skin. Super delicious. Everything was really good quality. The place has a simple yet friendly vibe. I could see the customers were happy, mellow and came in all sizes, shapes and ages, from singles to a family with a baby (who seemed to be coveting my burger...just kidding! But she was cute.). Monsoons carries a full menu of beers -- a fun place for beer drinkers.

We go to Monsoons quite often this is our place to go for beers and good food. The wings are phenomenal by far the best in town. Their burgers are amazing; they added "healthy" fries on their menu and they are also delicious. The atmosphere may need some help but the taps and food out weight the overall experience. Love this place. My friends, family and I will continue to go back. The staff is great they make you feel welcome when they remember their regulars

We had fun here! It's a bar/diner atmosphere with great outdoor seating area. We ordered the Big Ole Boy sandwhich with fries and split it! (plenty of food to do this with). We also ordered the shrimp app and it came with a wasabi mayo dip which was excellent. Tons of beers on tap! The food is definitely "Bar Food." but it is good bar food. For a quick bite and a great ice cold beer on tap, stop in and have some fun.

Ever since MaryAnn told me this was one of her favorite places, I've wanted to try them. Friday afternoon we got the chance. I'm glad we checked them out. We could eat here again and again. I'm not a beer connoisseur so the list of beers on draft was unfamiliar to me. My Coors Light was served with an un-chilled glass so if you're a slow drinker like me it will go warm, fast. I ordered the Cheesesteak with a cup of Mid-Westerner soup. I wanted a cup of chili but it only comes in a bowl. That is a menu flaw in my opinion. The soup was excellent. Very creamy broth with little broccoli spears and even less potatoes. Too often the potatoes overwhelm a soup instead of complimenting. Next time I could order a bowl of the soup and make it a meal. I had them hold the mushrooms on the sandwich and go light on the jalapeños. With all the meat the sandwich was a little dry but I would order it again. It was the right combination of cheese, steak, bell peppers and jalapeños. I ate the whole thing and that's rare for me to finish a large sandwich. My wife ordered the burger with bacon, barbecue, cheddar cheese and a side of potato salad. She didn't realize the sandwich came with sliced jalapeños. She pulled them off and proceeded to eat the sandwich. She said the burger was very juicy and tasty. The barbecue was not too sweet and had a slight smokey taste which complimented the bacon. She thought the potato salad was good but it had more of a dill pickle flavor and she prefers sweet pickles in her potato salad. While, she won't order the potato salad again, she would definitely order the burger again, this time without the jalapeños. She enjoys a little dessert but no desserts were offered on the menu. When we asked our server about dessert, she asked the chef and said he was making cinnamon sticks and we could wait if we wanted. We opted to skip this time. The service was super friendly and very fast. I recommend them for a quick lunch where you can sit down, be served, not spend a fortune, and catch up on all the sport stories.

Came here one Friday evening for lunch with some co-workers of mine, let's just say we never made it back to the office. The weather was amazing that day, and decided to grab a table out on the patio (i love a restaurant with a great patio area). The restaurant has a very open feeling (TOO OPEN) - like it's missing something (maybe some decors?) They have 18 craft beers on tap - mostly from Thunder Canyon and Four Peaks brewery. I ordered the tasty kilt lifter from Four Peaks brewery - A nice deep smooth Scottish Ale (must have had like 4 or so). As for food, I ordered the "Classic Juicy with a side of fires". For the price this is such a GREAT burger! The burger consists of two quarter pound handmade patties with melted American cheese on top, lettuce, tomato, onions. The service was beyond great! Let's just say, my glass was never empty. All in all this place is great to meet a group of friends and enjoy a reasonably priced burger with some ice cold beers. Till next time, KCYE...

The nachos here are awesome!!!! That's about it The bartender is always really nice and helpful so that's a plus. I've had their hockey puck burger a few times as well as their bagged salads. We went last night and saying it had the worst ambiance in the universe is an understatement. We felt like we walked into a strangers house and sat down by the way the patrons were looking at us. Half were clearly over intoxicated employees in their uniform and others were regulars that were belching disgustingly loud and turning off the music in the restaurant to turn on the music on their phones. I can't believe how disrespectful the customers were allowed to be. So much so that one of them turned around to us and said "he says you won't be back because of me. Do I scare you away?" Then stared for a few minutes. I will be steering clear from now on.

we have been here a number of times as we are trying to work our way through the menu, we have tried most of the apps which were good to great, except for the here's to heat bacon wrapped cream cheese jalapenos, don't order these, really don't cause we REALLY love them and don't want them to run out. the dining room is casual and bright, which is great because we go there to enjoy good food, cold beer and great service from Josh, Cynthia , Rachael and the rest of the crew including the kitchen staff which is been great about cooking dishes to order, cause I like the fish and chips crisper then most. also a good place to watch a game on the TV's spread around the dining area and outside patio. we really enjoy this place and just so you know the portions are large, so come hungry or bring a friend or both.

I normally only write positive reviews but I feel compelled to write this one after a situation we encountered last night. There was a bug in my salad. Our waitress saw it and took it back. She told us it was probably from the lettuce. I told her I couldn't eat a salad after seeing the bug. I asked for my salmon from the salad & cooked vegetables. When we got our bill we where charged for the vegetables. After thinking about this and overcoming the shock of having a bug in my food we are quite disappointed that our meal wasn't free or at the very least our drinks free. It's going to be a long time before we are back if this is how your staff is trained to handle these situations. The waitress was very polite and I realize she doesn't have that authority so I really don't blame her. Unfortunately you have now lost our business.

Food is awesome, wings are fantastic, but today the place was full of flies. My wife and I couldn't enjoy our lunch with all the flies in the place. We spent $40.00 on food and beer and wasted our time today. Disappointed!

Great spot to drink a beer and hangout. Awesome local beer selection and upbeat, friendly staff. The owners are great! Nice indoor/outdoor bar and patio. Will be back!

I have been here twice with my wife and both times were outstanding. The food, the beer, and the service. The smoke has never been an issue as I have never smelled it. Will definitely be going there to watch U of A basketball games since I don't have PAC12 network. Would definitely recommend

I have lived near this place since it opened and I am sad I waited until I'm about to leave town to try it. This place is fantastic! My husband and I needed a quick place to stop, eat and watch the football games and are glad we tried Monsoons. The food was delicious, service was efficient and friendly. Everyone here seems to love their job and the customers. They have wall to wall TVs, changed the channel to the game we wanted without hesitation. The outside patio is very nice, lots of seats and TVs as well. Bathrooms are very clean. We came on a day they had a fundraiser for Combat Veterans, 20% of the bills were donated. Which is very important to us, I love places that help others. I will come back here on trips home now and reccomend it to all my friends!

Love this place, the staff is super friendly and will remember you the next time. The food is typical bar grub but handmade so it tastes like amazing bar grub.

The food is good and the staff is even better. My husband enjoys the beer selection. They know us every time we come in and have watched my daughter grow. We will continue to go to Monsoons every Monday and during Football season for Chiefs & Cardinals games! Buy local!

We liked it. Went in with my sons and had the BLT and A, bowl of chili, and a burger. Everyone liked it but the burger was over cooked and the lettuce in my salad was a little brown. We will go back.

I really liked this place. Met up with some of my gals for lunch! New place, so we all wanted to try it out. It was a beautiful day out, so we decided to eat in the patio area. It's a pretty good size patio, and there were TV's outside and music playing too! I liked the variety of music they played! Some Sinatra, to old school disco, to hip-hop & rock, and I think there was a Xmas song in there too! It was Mariah Carey's "all I want for Christmas is you!". Lol. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She was always checking on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. When we first ordered our drinks, she was very helpful in letting us sample a few of the beers to make sure we got one that we actually wanted. I liked that most of the beers they had were from local breweries in AZ. I decided on the Mr. Pineapple. Nice and light with a hint of pineapple taste. Pretty good! I ordered the McGeetos burger with fries. Wow, this burger was so yummy! They served it open faced, so I didn't realize how big it was at first until I put the buns together. (Can't believe I finished the whole thing!) The burger had some fresh jalapenos in it, with hatch green chiles, avocado, & pepper-jack cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly as I wanted (medium), so it was super juicy! (See my pics!) Mmmm. Will definitely have to come back for more & try the other menu items! A couple of my friends had the fish and chips, and they raved about it, the fish was nice and tender! And my other friend had a grilled ham & cheese sandwich that had green chiles in it. She absolutely loved it too! This place has lots of potential. The servers were helpful and very friendly. I would definitely come back to hang out for happy hour! The ambiance was cool, and with great food, and awesome drinks what more could you want?

Monsoons has been open a little over one year now and unfortunately it's not as great as it used to be (in my opinion). The food has been hit or miss each time we go. One time half of the pizza was burnt, another it was partially raw. Sometimes the pork tenderloin is dried out, sometimes it's perfect. It's hasn't been particularly busy in any of the recent times I've visited, either. It's also sad to say but the quality of their customer service has gone down. We don't feel as welcome in there as we used to and sometimes the waitress doesn't check on us for 30 minutes at a time (even though she walks near the table frequently). The staff could definitely be more energized, professional, and friendly to the non-regular patrons! The beer on tap is okay - it's a decent list but doesn't change very much. It's great that they have finally brought Dragoon onto their lists considering they are one of the best breweries in town! I hope this place figures it out because i'd love to visit more! I just don't like taking a gamble on if it'll be worth my money that night or not.

Sunday NFL atmosphere was lively and boisterous! Several games were playing on the many TVs inside and out. Great beer selection. Too bad they don't make their own (I'm always looking for new beer to try) but offering local brews from around the state is the next best thing. My wife and I both had delicious burgers. I'm looking forward to trying a few appetizers and the pizza next visit. Service was great also.
