Le Buzz is one place that is surely "buzzing" in the mid morning after everyone has completed their morning hikes through Sabino Canyon or their morning ride along Tucson's roadways. Filled with hikers, cyclists and everyone in between, Le Buzz has proven to be the place to get your post workout fix or just some good food in general. Outside is already buzzing with people enjoying their food or beverage and upon entering, it's no different except that you are welcomed by their large array of fresh baked treats nicely displayed behind their pastry shelf. Everything from cookies, muffins, breads, croissants, scones, and much more. And if that isn't temping enough, they offer a large selection of coffees and teas as well. As for the food. My first visit was after an 8 miles hiking venture through Sabino Canyon and I was famished! I decided on their "Gimme My Regular" which includes 2 eggs, 2 slices of apple-smoked bacon, home fries, and sourdough or whole grain toast with their house-made jam. I opted for a healthier option of scrambled egg whites which they were happy to provided and chose the whole grain toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly fluffy, the bacon was crisp and indeed "apple-smoked," the home fries were among the best I have had with crunchy skin and tender insides, and the whole grain toast proved to be the perfect vessel for their sweet and tart raspberry jam. Upon my second visit I chose a lunch option which was not an easy option at that with so many tempting options to chose from. But despite my overload of delicious sounding menu items I opted on their "Turkey Avocado" with oven roasted turkey, fresh avocado, red onion, tomato, lettuce, provolone, mayo and a hint of whole grain mustard. I couldn't build a better sandwich myself. All the flavor components of this sandwich worked in perfect harmony together. Not one element overwhelming the other. And with a side salad and house-made dressing along side, it is a perfectly filling yet light lunch. My only negative comment would be the lack of attentiveness and enthusiasm of a few of the waitresses when I tried to get a refill of my unsweetened black iced tea.

Great coffee, great food! I had the Le Buzz Breakfast Burrito, which had everything good in the world in it: eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese and pico de gallo. It was grilled, which I thought was a bIt different, and wasn't sure I would like that non traditional approach. But I bit into it (after dipping it into the salsa that came with it on the side) and found it to be amazingly delicious. The cappuccino I got had a huge amount of foam on it and was absolutely perfect. My wife tried quiche (tomato, bacon, and cheese) and found it to be quite good. She also enjoyed her Americano. We wish this place were closer to our home, but were happy we tried it.

The food is fine but its insane that I'm charged extra for avocado on a salad when I'm asking them to remove the chicken. How is a fruit more expensive then a chicken. I'm a cyclist that used to love eating here, but not anymore.

I almost decided not to go in based on the crowd outside (and then inside) the cafe. As others have indicated, business runneth over with cyclists and less-athletically inclined folk alike. I waited until they were almost done serving breakfast foods figuring I'd miss the early crowd. Well, there's a late crowd, too. I'm glad I checked it out and there's definitely menu items from both brunch and lunch that I'll set my eye on. The Mamacita burrito was yummy and the scrambled eggs inside were perfect. No leaking overcooked scramble here. The salsa that comes with has a distinct tang from vinegar and tomatillo and it was excellent spooned onto the burrito. The service was fine - I think you end up getting mostly left alone if you're outside and it seems like most of the staff is involved in getting people their food anyway. The food seems a little pricey for what you get. Some of the 9-11 dollar brunch items come with more food, and the coffee cups aren't tiny but most everything that comes in them is somewhere between 3 and 5 dollars. I would expect waiter service given the pricing and instead it's counter ordered, number delivered. Other Yelpers have been buzzing (sorry for the pun, I'm done I swear) about the pastries and desserts and I wish I had picked something up for later. There were about 20 choices in the case from chocolate croissant to a tightly rolled, layered pumpkin bun.

Only been here once on a Sunday morning for breakfast and it was a disappointment. For starters, I really wanted waffles but they didn't have that on the menu. I think all bfast places should have waffles as an option). I decided to go for pancakes. The employee taking my order was not very pleasant, almost borderline rude. I asked for water, never got it. When the food arrived, the pancakes were just okay, edible but nothing great. My friend and I were super hungry so at that point anything should have tasted amazing but unfortunately it didn't. I don't think I would go here again for breakfast. While waiting in line, their pastries in the display case looked fresh and delicious and seemed to be popular amongst customers. I would probably give that a try (To-Go)

I frequent Le Buzz almost every Sunday. Sometimes I get food, but I always get a coffee. Always friendly and helpful. The food is good and the pastry selection is very good if you have a sweet tooth. The coffee is always brewed well, I never feel as if I have to put in any sweetener or milk/creamer to mask it. Drink it black, and that is how you can tell if it is decent. They are always welcoming for my motorcycle club in the mornings. Le Buzz is a laid back place that is always a pleasure to go it.

Le Buzz is a Euro-style café that offers up delicious brunch and brekkie with a local flair. In fact, I was so pie-eyed by the menu that I hadn't decided by the time we arrived in front of the counter to order. I asked for a recommendation, and wow did he know his Biz...er, Buzz. Anyway, the grilled veggie with roasted peppers, feta, artichokes, etc. is a delectable stack, accompanied by a few greens with light lemon vinaigrette (doing double duty as sandwich dipping sauce). My pardner let me try his artichoke/shroom quiche, claiming it was a little dry. He was right, but we had opted for a late lunch, popping in around 1pm. The tables are generally tightly packed, so Le Buzz isn't the place to debate the merits of Kama Sutra positions, as the resulting buzz would rival a band of bees. It is the place for healthy, creative Mayan Mocha and scrumptious Panini.

I discovered this place on a quick break while working and can't wait to go again. It's a great cafe with outdoor seating that is amazing in this weather. I went with a couple co-workers and we wound up getting a blueberry muffin, apple/cranberry tart and southwest quiche. You order at the counter when you walk in and then wait for your food at the table. It was very busy when we arrived, and I felt a bit rushed to make my decision and order since the line was moving very quickly. If it's your first time, I'd suggest taking one of their menus and getting a chance to really look over it. I missed their hot tea selection until I'd already ordered and have to go back to try the pomegranate mojito tea, it smelled amazing. Everything we ordered was great! Both of the people I was with aren't big fans of sweets, but ate every bite of their pastries. The tart was particularly good. The quiche I got was very scrumptious with airy, buttery eggs and a great flavor. I do wish there was a bit more green chile and a little less corn in the southwest quiche, but it was still good. Best of all was their prickly pear iced tea, which is one of the best I've had in Tucson. This is a great little breakfast spot, and right down the road from Mt. Lemmon/Sabino Canyon, so I can't wait to take out of town guests here!

This place is the bomb!! I order the same thing every time because it's just so good! The spinach and Swiss quiche is like butter in your mouth. This is our favorite breakfast nook in all of Tucson.

Great lunch spot. Stopped there on the way back from hiking Mt. Lemmon. The food was really good. Don't miss the fresh baked goodies! The chocolate chip cookie was out of this world. I also had a really good iced chai tea. As others have mentioned, it's a popular spot for cyclists stopping after their ride down the mountain.

They get five stars just for the jam that you can get served on the side of just about any breakfast. It is ridiculously good. Usually, I get the scrambled eggs with whole grain bread (with the jam of course), but they have an awesome pastry section and it's all good. The croissants (with the jam!!!) are yummy. The coffee is also really good. The only thing that can be trying is the seating at times.....good thing they have that jam....

There is only one thing that I ever get here and it is the Le Buzz cookie. Words cannot describe how awesome these cookies taste. Soft, chewy, buttery, chocolatey, and nutty--they are the best cookies that I have ever had. Everything in their dessert case just looks so delicious. I've never ordered anything off their menu, but from what I've seen, it looks really tasty. I also love the casual yet trendy atmosphere.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, or maybe it's just not my thing, but once again I'm way out of step with other reviewers. I did not enjoy my experience here at all. I imagine the pastries here must be great, but I consider pastries a treat for special occasions, not breakfast food, and we had come for breakfast. Nothing on the menu really interested me. Almost all the quiches were made with Swiss cheese, which is pretty much the only kind of cheese I don't like, and most of the meals featured bacon or carnitas, and I don't eat pork. Finally, I ordered the Mt. Lemmon omelet and asked them to leave the bacon out. I guess the omelet was meant to be bacon flavored, because what I got was completely tasteless. I had to ask the server for salt and pepper as there was none on the table. The eggs looked beautiful but were sort of rubbery, and the cheese was all squished into one side of the egg so that I got an omelet that was 90% empty. (The tomatoes were mixed into the egg rather than filling it, and the avocados were on top, and neither of them added any flavor.) It simply wasn't a tasty or enjoyable meal to me. It was served with a fresh salsa that I didn't like, along with some very good bread. That was the best part of the meal. The bread was warm, but it was served with cold, hard butter that was difficult to spread. It also came with raspberry jelly, which was pretty good, although a bit sweet to my taste. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito, which he said was, by itself, also sort of bland, although this meal came with a different salsa that was quite good and managed to transform the burrito into a tasty one. The restaurant was crowded and ALL the tables were dirty. At some point in our meal some guys came out and cleared some tables, but it didn't look like any of them were cleaned. Ours certainly wasn't. Silverware and crumbs from the last patrons remained throughout the meal. Not appetizing.

The best coffee in Tucson, friendly staff, and a changing menu of fabulous pastries. The perfect way to start the day! The only problem can be finding a seat, especially if your visit coincides with that of a group of cyclists "fueling up" before ascending Mt. Lemmon.

Mmmmmm I moved away from Tucson last year and boy do I miss this place! I lived right up the road and would frequently grab lunch with my grandma. Loved the sandwiches and soups and atmosphere and staff.. Just loved it all! Very nice place to just sit, relax, and enjoy a fabulous meal. Everything is so fresh and presented beautifully Loved their grilled cheese with red peppers!

If my dad had to choose his last meal, I am 99.99% sure it would be from Le Buzz. I come here with my parents for lunch and I have to say, it has always been delicious. I always get the same thing, LA with no red peppers. It is phenomenal! as for pastries, the Le Buzz cookie, or the lemon squares are my favorites. The coffee is great as well! They recently redecorated and I think it looks great! they changed the floors and got new chairs and it just really looks nice. Its always clean and the employees are so nice! Usually since they are busy I spend time talking to my parents while waiting for our orders, but i've never felt that the food took too long. The one slightly negative thing I will say is it gets BUSY, sometimes its hard to find a table, so get in, find a table then order. But, hey if its busy that means it must be great! :D 10/10 Will go here again!

You can never ever ever go wrong with a pastry here!!! Every baked good I've ever tried has been delicious (assorted muffins and scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, etc.). The absolute go-to place for a yummy baked good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Le Buzz has it all. Excellent coffee. I lucked out this morning because the drip was organic Peru! mmmmmmmm. A full restaurant menu with real food. I'm enjoying a bacon quich right now that is delicious. They also have burritos, omelettes and Panini's, and that's just for breakfast. The have a full menu for lunch as well including many types of salads, sandwiches and wraps. They have all the amenities. Large self serve ice water, nice restroom, great outdoor seating, lots of tables and chairs. The ambiance is wonderful, one can't help but feel better after spending time here. The staff is great. Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping one choose a food item. The entire staff is friendly.

Great food, large place, my son and u kept going to the counter to get more and more goodies. Before my buddy joined us, I was able to talk to a regular there and he told me the story of the shop became what it is today. Very intriguing and insightful.

Man I love this restaurant. First, the food. You can't beat it. I don't even know if I like breakfast or lunch better. My go to is the mamacita burrito for breakfast. Its relatively healthy but still delicious. For lunch I love the club that comes on a croissant. So so good. Then there is the baked goods. If they have Le Buzz cookies available, make sure to get one. You won't be sorry. Then there is the service, which is also great. The staff if friendly and professional, they pull a great espresso, and bring your food out in a flash. The prices are also really decent considering the high quality of food they have. Its only a bummer they aren't open for dinner!

Delicious food!! Their ham and cheddar quiche is to die for. As well with their orange dream smoothie! Taste so similar to the actual Popsicle

Great place for Gluten Free muffins, they taste just like a regular one. Today it's a Cherry Almond muffin, yummy! I don't think I've ever been disappointed here, always good service & fresh in house baked goods. Breakfast is made to order great chefs behind the counter!

Le Buzz has the best coffee on the east side and the best quiche in town. Their homemade jam is to die for! Love the atmosphere - it is a great place to catch up with friends and the service is always great!

This is my go to every morning breakfast and coffee spot! I work at Velvet Bow across the street and can't wait to get my coffee fix! Their breakfast special is awesome, usually an omelet or pancakes that are to die for. If you can get past the pastry case and not order something from there I'd be shocked! Their croissants are amazing and the chocolate croissant is so perfect! Tony and most of the staff know me by name and ask me if I want my regular all the time. Very friendly! Sometimes there is a line to get your order placed but it moves quick and food always comes out efficiently and accurately. Highly recommended :)

Hey that was good, now bring me the rest of my meal! The server came and plopped down a meal fit for a Barbie Dream House breakfast. Now I'm not a burley, Paul Bunyan type or anything but, I can definitely eat. And, I was most ready to eat today. I ordered half a Nappa sandwich, cup o' soup and side salad. Granted, I knew that I wasn't ordering a feast fit for a king but, I didn't expect my sandwich to be smaller than my latte. Don't even get me started on my husbands sandwich, it looked like it belonged in a Happy Meal. I spent over $30 on two tiny sandwiches and two drinks. The food itself was super tasty and fresh but, it left both my husband and I lacking. So we bought a Panettone and came home and devoured its crumbly goodness. I would definitely come eat here if I wasn't uber starving or, for a latte and sweet treats. Nice patio area, totally needs a bike rack though.

Great atmosphere! Great white chocolate mocha! Good Sonora salad. They could class it up a bit to match atmosphere if the employees would wear uniform and require long beards to b shaved on employees :)

    (4)
  • Robert C.

I would give it 5 stars bc the espresso is excellent and the food is top-notch. Service? Also perfect. Why the 4 star rating? The clientele. In most coffee shops with only twenty seats the customers are polite enough to eat, drink, converse & THEN exit when they see new customers hugging the wall with a plate. Apparently in this pocket of Tucson that just is not the way of the world. Overall it's great, but don't plan on a table inside consistently.

What a discovery! Had a really nice herbal tea and a great gluten-free muffin. Quite the popular hang out for Friday morning cyclists.

Looking for someplace different for Le Breakfast we found Le Buzz after Le Search on Yelp. It seems to be a biker's (think ten speed, not Hell's Angels) haven as there were many people in and around the place clad in Le Spandex with Le Helmet and Le Bike. You order at the counter and they give you Le Number to bring Le Food when it's ready. I had the Gimme My Regular which was your basic breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and Le Toast. Le Homefries were cold and COVERED in grilled peppers and onions. When I see homefries on Le Menu, I don't expect to get a pile of peppers and onions with slices of potato mixed in. Le Eggs were cooked well and Le Bacon was crispy. Le Wife had Le Quiche with tomato, bacon and Swiss cheese. She said it was "really, really good". Her's came with a ciabatta roll and we both got little tubs of Le Butter and some, seemingly, homemade raspberry jelly. I hardly ever eat jelly on my toast, but Le Wife told me how good it was, so I smeared some butter and Le Jelly on my nine grain toast and... Le Wow! I teetered between three and four stars just because of the jelly but Le Homefries dragged it down. As the name of the place would seem to indicate, they serve lots of Le Coffee drinks and baked goods. We did not try any of those. Le Buzz was a great find for us and probably worth going out of our way for. Look for Le Update.

I found this place through yelp when I was in town for a staycation. The boyfriend and I were looking for a place to have a scrumptious breakfast to start off the day, and based on previous reviews Le Buzz seemed to take the cake. As we pulled up the place was definatly busy, which is usually a pretty solid indicator that the food is good. We both ordered egg breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I thought the coffee was delicious (black), and my boyfriend really enjoyed his latte as well. This seems to be a great place to come for coffee, the list of offerings was rather impressive and almost overwhelming. Our sandwiches were fairly priced and surprisingly filling and delicious. I highly recommend Le Buzz to people living in the area. I wanted to try out some of the delicious tarts and cakes that were showcased, but didnt end up buying any since we didn't have a refrigerator in the hotel room. There was plenty of room to dine either inside or out, we chose to dine on the patio. Service was attentive. This is definitely a great place to come and people watch; as many reviewers have mentioned, there are tons of spandex clad bikers waltzing around.

I just love this little breakfast and lunch spot! I went there for coffee a few weeks ago. I ended up getting the café au lait and a lemon blueberry scone. I really just couldn't pass up one of their pastries! They have a large display of the pastries where you order your food and drink. It was hard to choose! In addition to the scones, Le Buzz offered muffins, cinnamon rolls, fruit tarts, etc. They also have a full breakfast and lunch menu. As I saw various breakfast plates go by, I wished I had waited to eat a full meal there. I will have to go back!

Perfect stop before you ride up Mt Lemmon. The buzz cookie is amazing. Atmosphere, coffee and food all excellent!

The food and coffee are fantastic. The place could really benefit from an expansion so it isn't a constant fight for a table during breakfast/brunch hours, though.

I will always support a great local business, and LeBuzz is truly one of the best! A great place to meet friends for a coffee or late lunch. The food never disappoints and the atmosphere is pure Tucson local. The only drawback is finding seating at times. LeBuzz gets busy!

  • Heather B.

Love to stop at Le Buzz when I am on the east side, good stop for before or after heading up Mt. Lemmon. Really good coffee all around, and I always get a quiche which is always delicious. Good pastries too! Love sitting outside.

Fantastic food, reasonably priced. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. Their salads were fresh and the balsamic vinaigrette seem to be homemade. Although I didn't try any they have a large selection of French goodies to try also.

I am in love with this place because they have a lot of excellent food on the menu! My friend and I believed that it was family owned. This place is added to my list for places to go for LUNCH! I've met several staff and they were soooo friendly! The prices are a little bit pricey but they are so MUCH worth the prices!

Hear good thing about this place so I gave it a tried on Tuesday noon...one thing I dislike about this coffee shop like this, Is...lack of cleanliness...of the tables....it seems like no one has been cleaning nor wiped down the tables for the last..20min granted it was half of the capacity when I walked in, after I ordered my coffee and pastry (barista was very attentive ++) looked around and there were none clean table that I can sit...geez...reminder of Beyond Bread.... this is not happening!! Somehow I founded a semi clean table to have my coffee. Cafe Au late was good but not great...although I had sampled their the coffee of the day but was little too acidy for my taste... I think Le Buzz its more like a breakfast place other than a coffee shop. (its more like a Penera Bread operated with much smaller scale but PB do have some pretty decent coffee there) So I know not to expect too much from their coffee next time...that different perspective might just give them 4 star..

Le Buzz is a great little restaurant! Has a nice, cute, small café feel. Not too noisy though it does get very crowded during breakfast time. Great selection of pastries and they are all delicious. You can tell they are homemade. Regular menu isn't too huge but not really a problem. Lots of drinks and the hot drinks come in beautiful, huge cups. A little slow with making the drinks however. LOVE their chicken pot pie but I think you can only get it once a week. Overall very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent espresso and excellent location for a post cycling coffee. I always swing by after a ride up Mt. Lemmon. They offer almond milk and have pre-packaged vegan muffins. They do not have much else for vegans, which is disappointing. The service is good, not great. Some of the employees seem to be burnt out or just surly. Either way, it is worth the trouble for a great Almond milk Mocha:)

I LOVE this restaurant. They have the most delicious assortment of pastries (the croissant was unbelievable) and their cappuccinos are unbeatable (second only to ones I've had in Italy). My only complaint is that they need more indoor seating - the place is packed no matter what time you are there. They should definitely open up a second restaurant that is more centrally located, they would do really well!

  • Anna W.

I enjoyed my latte, and forget which one I chose to have. It had white chocolate in it. They have many to choose from, not just plain latte. I love having so many options. Ok, so I've been to NYC and have had da very best almond croissants from a well known French cafe/bakery. I ordered the almond croissant which was pretty dark to begin with. I guess I was hoping it would be alright, but it wasn't. It was extremely hard for me to cut into. It's nice that they serve it on a plate and knife, but seriously, I couldn't use my knife any longer. Definitely over baked! If they only didn't overbake this croissant, it may have been perfect! I will have to come in and try it again, because I have a love for almond croissants. Perhaps they should throw away the over baked batch? I love the ambiance here, just perfect. And the people that go in there, very interesting. Friendly atmosphere, for sure.

Le Buzz est magnifique! Thanks Denis F yelp.com/user_details?us… for sending us to Le Buzz, otherwise we wouldn't have made it our morning cappucino/breakfast stop. At first look, Le Buzz doesn't look like much. As you enter the cafe' you immediately notice a French bistro vibe with white marble topped tables and a wine bar. The menu is very simple for breakfast. At the counter you can order one of the many delicious pastries, scrambled eggs with toast or quiche of the day. The cappuccino, however, was thee best! MmmM! If you have a dog, Le Buzz has an outdoor seating area that is dog friendly. (5-stars just for that).

Super happy to find this place. Really cute and quaint inside with great pastries. I had the artichoke quiche and the french roll with raspberry jam. Quiche was good, if a little salty (from the parmesan, I'm guessing). And the roll with the jam was amazing. On a whim, I also ordered the raspberry orange scone which was great. Tender, flavorful, and yummy. Sister had the Mt Lemmon omelet and wasn't completely stoked. Her order got mixed up so it took her a while go get it and then the bacon in the omelet was kinda chewy. She also really enjoyed her toast with the jam, however. Our coffees were also great.

Coffee is decent muffins are great and everything else is amazing * my complaint is with the Cycling idiots out front first off you have to hurdle the sea of bicycles to get to the front door and in the process you realize none of the cyclists order anything from Le Buzz. so they just sit out front and crowd up the place. Secondly be prepared to receive major attitude here not from the staff but customers they are rude and dont clean up the messes they make personally this place is great around 10:30 when all the spandex fairies have returned to their retirement communities and Subaru station wagons. with that being said they are like a crew of spandex wearing coffee drinking shaved bikers that over run this place i think even the staff are overwhelmed . Sorry le buzz get a bike rack or put up signs so people dont trip

This place is a wonderful place to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast. Fair warning: when you go up to order your food, you will have a huge variety of delicious treats staring at you begging you to pick one. If you're looking for a low cal or low fat sweet, keep moving, but if you're splurging on a well deserved treat, than dig in! I'm sure you're stomach will thank you, but your trainer at the gym might not. I fought the urge and skipped the sweets and went with a yummy egg sandwich with pico de gallo on a nutty whole grain crunchy bread, and paired it with a perfectly made cappuccino. I wasn't disappointed! Great breakfast after a Saturday morning hike in Sabino Canyon! I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one that thought that because this place was packed. Indoor and outdoor seating was slim picking, but seating seemed to work itself out. I imagine this would be a nice place to grab a cup of joe, sit back, relax, and read the morning paper, especially on quiet morning at Le Buzz.

I returned to Le Buzz this weekend and realized that my rant about my coach being able to order breakfast after I'd been told it was too late to do so was invalid. He ordered one of the few Breakfast menu items that had a bold notation next to it, "SERVED ALL DAY". So I was wrong. I'm sorry, Le Buzz. I adore your fruit cups and demi baguettes. And your egg sandwiches and oatmeal and peanut butter cookies and English Breakfast Tea. I hope we can still be friends.

This is a great place to stop and visit with friends and have great food. They have lots of seating inside and out. The food is awesome and the service is great.

This is the BEST cafe in Tucson! Their bakery goods are all done in house fresh and from scratch everyday. Their coffee and tea is outstanding. I always bring out of town guests here.

Two years and 30 shots later, they're just ok. Dennis is an icon in Tucson, but I think his pastries and food get most of his attention now... Roast profile is deep and like most coffee shops in town the grind it set way too coarse, so instead of getting espresso you get astringent water. Much better than raging sage, safe house and coffee x change but that's about it.

I was directed here by my local bike shop as THE PLACE for ride meet-ups and great coffee. I was also told that I'd occasionally see a pro-rider or two here...not a bad plus side to have! There is a nice little outdoor seating area which always seems to have a fair number of cyclists present, as well as a dog or two here and there. The inside is reminiscent of an upscale cafe, with a well rounded coffee/espresso selection, baked goods, and a good selection of salads, sandwiches, and other lighter fare. Everyone I went with was happy with their food, the portions were appropriate, and the service was quick and pleasant. The espresso was very good. I'll be back.

First time here. I don't live here...just visiting Tucson and waiting for fiancé to mountain bike down mount Lemmon. Might as well Yelp about this awesome coffee shop/cafe that I'm at as we speak. First off, the people who work here are polite and patient. Also, free wifi (duh). Next, clean bathroom with decent decor (bathroom cleanliness is important!!!). Next next....as soon as I sat down, the man to the left of me asked me how I was doing...everybody is so polite here, even the regulars....I love it!!!! Lastly, my breakfast sandwich and iced triple Americans is delish!!!!!! Five stars for sure.

Went to Le Buzz for breakfast this morning. Had a fantastic bacon & avocado omelet and a mocha. They have the best baked goods too! I love the pumpkin muffins they make in the Fall. Very busy with bike riders on the weekend.

Almond croissants and maple bacon scones. Holy crap. I used to get so mad coming here because you were never sure what pastries were available, and being from out of town I ended up calling an seeing my favorites were going to be there. With croissants more regularly available, my anger has been replaced with joy. Except when I see all of those spandex shorts at the outside tables.

I make a point of going to Le Buzz whenever I'm in Tucson. Every baked item in the place is made there; the coffee is excellent; you can sit outside (even if it is in a strip mall); and it has a great vibe. I especially ove the chocolate muffins with the cream cheese filling and the banana chocolate chip bread. I've found the service to be a bit hit and miss, but the last time I was there it was very, very good.

Amazing food, the salads are the best! Haven't tried the pastries but stared at them longingly, and they looked really good. The only downside was the wait to get my food. But I guess when the food is so good and you are busy it takes awhile. The employees were very nice and friendly too.

I saw this bistro before hiking at Mount Lemmon, and I definitely felt underdressed. It was indeed swanky with groups of people in nice attire. The tones of decor are dark, and there are bottles and canisters of tea. I came for the tea; they had Republic of Tea in bottles and also said they were willing to brew any loose-leaf tea into iced tea. My friend got a lemon blueberry scone; I tried it, and it was superb. Lemon accented and almost crumb cake like. I definitely recommend it. Scone and bottle of tea were $5, but I would like to come here again! It is a nice place, and I bet it is swamped on weekends.

What a very nice place! The weather was awesome but seating outside was occupied by a slew of bike riders. The food was really good! I had the breakfast sandwich. Ask for the salsa to be added or get some on the side. It adds more flavor. My wife loved the keesh. Cool note is Guy Atchley was hanging out with his nifty iPad and Jim Click had to oodle over my little baby boy on his way to the bathroom. Good people!

First, I'll start with the caveat that is review is prompted by a quick stop for a coffee, mid morning and during the week. And, I clearly admit not to be a coffee elitist, slightly particularly, but not a connoisseur. And so starts the story of a 20 oz iced latté with 1% and sugar free vanilla syrup. It was offered up with little ice (a bit too little) and a flat lid with no offer of whipped cream, so not too impressive visually. The taste of the coffee was thin, without depth and very ashy tasing. The syrup used wasn't overly sweet and not a pleasing vanilla. It reminded me what I got once out of the latté machine at McDonald's--and chucked after one sip. It broke my heart a little bit to give a local coffee shop latté the same end. I do remember a nice cup of house coffee, overflowing pastry display, and a delicious oatmeal when I last went about a year ago. But the sparse 11 a.m. pastry offerings and disappointing fancy coffee was no where near what I remember.

Coffee is great, staff is nice scones amazing. Lots of road bikers come here in the mornings. On the weekends it is crowded. It closes earlyish for a coffee place but if you come after 3:00 you can get some discounted baked items. It is loud here, I bring earphones if I want to get work done. Best for visiting and enjoying good company. My favorite coffee spot.

I have always LOVED Le Buzz. A favorite place for coffee and great food. BUT lately in the last few months, they have been serving BAD overcooked pastries. Today my husband picked me up a Almond croissant and it was burnt and hard. Who has changed in the kitchen? If you have a new pastry chef, then fire him or her. They are really not keeping the quality standards of the owner who would not like this if he were here.

My cinnamon roll must have been several days old, hard as a rock. My chai latte was cold. Help was definitely not helpful. My first and last visit.

Went there with a friend after hiking in Sabino. There was a line, but my guess is that was to be expected on a beautiful Saturday around noon. And it killed me to wait in line in front of those dang pastries. They all looked amazing...but I had to say no :-( I ordered a half salad and it was really, really good. The bread that came with it was fantastic as well. I love that this is a cute little hole in the wall with outdoor seating. Will definitely be back.

One of my favorite new places to have a delicious iced latte, grab a bite, or study! I usually end up doing all three :) all the staff are very friendly, professional, and hard working! Tables are always clean! (I have a pet peeve of being around dirty tables). Chicken pot pie is my fave so far but they have excellent salads and balsamic dressing when I'm not up to indulging. Love this place! My home away from home... kinda. :)

The breakfast and pastries are AMAAAAAAZING! I particularly love their quiche. The crust is light and flaky and it is served hot with a fresh made roll with jam. I frequently stop at Le Buzz after going for a run at Sabino or a hike/climbing on Mt. Lemmon. The place is full of bikes and people in spandex. Its a great place to check out some sweet bikes and people watch. Plus, they always let me bring the dog.

They expanded to offer more food service, but Le Buzz is so popular especially for weekend breakfast that it can be hard to find a seat. Great selection of quiche, pastries, and breakfast plates and full service espresso to jump start your morning. I've never been any later than lunch, but highly recommend this spot for everything offered before noon at least.

We spent the late morning sipping coffee drinks and the kids had smoothies & eating all while watching the numerous bicyclists coming and going. My 2 kids shared pancakes which were really good. My spouse had some type of egg sandwich on whole grain bread. It was really good. I was not too hungry so I elected to imbibe in a new to me sweet. I don't recall what it was called and the blondish counter girl didn't know it s name but it was great. Crunchy sugar topping, creamy and luscious it was spectacular. The scones are always good and buttery and it seems the breakfast sweet selection has expanded. Bravo for paying attention to detail and baking some of Tucson's best pastry's.

Le Buzz apple chaider, the fare isle doughnut, and breakfast special are the bees knees! This place is the best cafe in Tucson; hands down.

I was expecting greatness and got blandness. We ordered a macchiato and a cappuccino, both of which tasted burnt. The cappuccino was lukewarm at best. There were no condiments for the coffee, aka cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, etc, anywhere in sight. The table was wet, the place was dirty& dusty. The busboys were very disinterested and one was wearing his pants so low we could see his underwear. I am sorry, and I may be showing my age, but I dont need to see underwear in an eating establishment. We will not go here again.

I love eating here while catching up with friends whenever I come back for a Tucson visit. I remember back in high school when it was basically just a coffee house.... Le Buzz has come a long way since then. This place delivers excellent quality when it comes to coffee, pastries, and sandwiches... Everything I have ordered has been delicious! Inside the cafe, it is decorated in a clean simple manner although I prefer sitting outside enjoying the warm AZ sun. It may seem awkward to you at first to be sitting at a table nestled between Walgreen's and Safeway... I love it though, such a great people watching opportunity!

Great coffee for Tucson (hard to find having moved here from Seattle). Consistently impressive pastries and their quiche and breakfast sandwiches are also always good. You can count on this place being a great place for breakfast. I haven't tried their dinner, but the menu looks good...we keep meaning to try it someday.

Pretty damn good, pretty damn good. I've been to Le Buzz twice now and have been quite impressed with both visits. The first visit however was less pleasant than then the second as again I had a really attractive date with me, leaving me to look like a douche and not order anything from the oh so tempting bakery. The second you ask? Much MUCH better, at this point I was "ordered" to get myself a cookie or pastry from the bakery....as I was ridiculed for not indulging on my first visit. Holy friggin crap, do yourself a favor....if you value your waist line, DO NOT order food here as the cookies are made with crack and the scones are sprinkled with Heroin. You get the point...

This delightful little cafe is a frequent hangout for cyclists, especially post-Mt. Lemmon. Their coffee is delicious as are the baked goods. Come for lunch to enjoy the sandwich and salad offerings. The only down-side is that Le Buzz isn't within walking distance of my home!

I go here before I go climbing on Mt. Lemmon, this place in my opinion is so good. Their quiches are great, their sandwiches are amazing and their pastries are unbelievable. The best cake I've ever had and it was an almond sponge cake with chocolate ganache, it was awesome because it wasn't too sweet (gross confectionery sugar).

Swanky cafe near the base of Mt. Lemmon. The baked goods are outstanding and the coffee is good. The decor is very well done. I haven't had lunch or dinner there but I can't wait. The prices are right. I did find the barista to be annoyingly slow and the cashier couldn't find a smile but other than that its a very inviting place.
