I used to go here all the time when they were on broadway, but this was my first time at their new location. Really friendly and attentive staff and good food menu. I feel like they used to have a larger menu and larger portion sizes at the previous location but it's still great vietnamese food!

I would give this restaurant 3 1/2 but it's pretty close to 4 stars especially for Vietnamese food in Tucson. I had the spring rolls and the egg noodle chicken soup. The lettuce in the spring rolls were a little water logged but the peanut sauce made up for that. The soup had a nice light flavor but it was a little too fishy for my taste. I would return if I needed a bowl of soup and I was feeling under the weather.

This place is a hidden gem!!!! I love spicy food so of course I tried the spicy beef pho. Seriously 100000x better than Miss Saigon. Employees here were so nice and welcoming, I loved it. Will return whenever I need my Pho fix. AMAZING!!!!!!

Being from Portland, I've been a huge advocate of Vietnamese food for 20+ years now. I can't believe I'm saying this about a Vietnamese Restaurant in Tucson of all places, but their soup (Mi Ha Long Bay) is "the best I've ever had." Tucson better wake up and realize what they have in this restaurant, it's the real deal. Amazing Food and a Must Try you'll come back for, time and time again.

I really don't know Vietnamese food very well, so I can't say it the best I've had. What I can say is that the food is delicious. The spices used are familiar, but what they were used on, I was not. I truly enjoyed these combinations. The staff is also very helpful and kind. I am definitely coming back!!

This is my first time at the new location, and I am sorry to say it is just not the same as it was. The menu is smaller (some of my favorite rice dishes are gone). I got the lemon grass pork bun, and it was ok except there was hardly any vegtables, I counted 3 slivers of cucumbers and some shredded carrots, it was mostly noodles. The ice coffee remains top notch, but otherwise this place is mediocre.

I can't say enough about this place...the food is exceptional. the atmosphere is airy and bright, the service is excellent (it may get slow when its busy but that is everywhere), the family that owns this establishment are high quality people. The move to Tanque Verde gave them lots more exposure. I call the water they serve, "Magic Water" because it is SO SOFT and SO refreshing, come to find out they triple filter their water which is also used for cooking. Their peanut sauce is the best in the city (yes, even better than Miss Saigon's), the PHO is the best in the city too. Support another local Vietnamese family in Tucson and try Ha Long Bay. I can promise that you will not be disappointed!

Soft tendon in the pho is melt in your mouth delish! Very authentic down to the little Vietnamese man yelling at the bus boy.

Stopped in late Saturday afternoon for a quick bite, and I am pleased I took the time to stop in. The food is excellent, the place clean, the staff very attentive. Even the waitors who were not my waitors stopped to check on me. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food came out in a short amount of time, piping hot and SO good, I ate the whole thing!!! Either I was really hungry or it was excellent; I'm thinking a bit of both. The very next day I stopped in again and got an order to go. Again, super delicious! This is definitely a good spot for great food. I had the Curry Chicken, just the right amount of spice for me, perfect! The location is excellent if your on your way to Catalina Highway or anywhere else out that way. Once you get over the bridge you don't have many options. This just may be my new fave.

This was my second time back since they moved to their new location, and this was the busiest I've ever seen it! There was about a 15 minute wait which I thought was great since it means their doing better than at the last location. The food, per usual, was awesome! I'm never disappointed when we come to eat here, and the service is always fantastic. Always enough smiles from the staff to go around for everyone, and it's been like that for the years we have been coming here. Do yourself a favor, come to Ha Long Bay, and enjoy yourself!

Ha Long Bay has one of the best Pho bowls in Tucson if not the very best. I've tried many here and in Little Saigon in OC where you can get a good bowl 24 hours a day. I'm a Pho veteran of many years. This place has the broth - the good good broth. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add more basil to the accoutrement plate, but that's about it. The service is exceptional. Every time we go in there (often since we discovered it), they are friendly and they actually recognize us. The owners appear to be committed to great food and service. We are excited to have such a great Pho option in Tucson. We look forward to many more meals at Ha Long Bay.

You have to try their lemongrass porkchops- absolutely the best. Also wonderful pho. I have been to Ha Long Bay many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. I could eat at Ha Long Bay everyday. Give them a try. I'm sure you'll be coming back again and again.

First visit at new location. This may be our last. The "house special" pho broth tasted like a weak canned product with little flavor or taste. The meats were disappointing and as with the broth, had little flavor. Disappointing meals.

This is hands down the WORST pho I've ever had. The veggies looked like they had been sitting out for a week, the broth was sweet and they barely gave any noodles. If you know legit pho, avoid this place at all costs.

Pretty good, but the meat wasn't as tender as I thought it would be. It was also a little pricey for the portion size of the pho. Otherwise great service!

It was good. For Tucson...it was Very Good. Had the spring rolls and #42 or #47. Can't remember. My only complaint is that the spring rolls are WAY overloaded with rice vermicelli.Would have liked more shrimp and veggies in them. Will return.

I have eaten here a number of times at both lunch and dinner. All the food is delicious and reasonably priced; I particularly like the Bun and Pho. The service is fast and friendly. A great addition to Tucson.
