Wow! What a tasty meal! My husband and I stopped by on a Friday night about 7:30pm. After ordering a single cheeseburger for me and a double for the hubby we took the last two available seats. We fully expected to wait for our food but it arrived almost immediately. I tried the fries first...yummy! Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with a delicious flavor. They didn't need any ketchup although we dipped a few in the ranch from the dipping bar. The burgers did not disappoint either. My husband said that he didn't want it to end. He enjoyed the handcrafted beverages by Maine Root. Although a little pricey we will definitely be back. Graze is now one of our top 3 burger choices.

I'm damn disappointed. I saw all the good reviews so I tried it. Hell no. I will give it props for being fairly cheap for organic ingredients, flavorful dipping sauces and the unique beverages. But I got a basic ass burger with pepper jack cheese and the fries and drink. My damn bun was burnt. It was darker than me and I'm a good chocolate complexion. The meat tastes bleh. The graze sauce tastes like nothing so I poured one of the dipping sauces on. I'm still pissed about the bun because all I could taste was the burnt ass also known as the bun. The fries had too much sea salt so without the sauces I felt like I was licking the wall of a salt mine. I enjoyed the beverages and sauces. But everything else...I want my 11 dollars back. Apparently some people don't know what good food taste like. The damn sadness is too real.

We were very excited to find a healthy option in our area. Grass fed beef, vegetarian and gluten free options. Everything we ordered was delicious. A definite repeat.

Stopped here on a whim. So glad I did. This spot is centrally located on Speedway just east of Tucson Blvd. ample parking, easy to find. The spot is unpretentious but the food is not! All selections were fresh, and prepared quickly. Burgers were delicious. Attractively presented, fries cooked to perfection, not greasy or soggy, just the way I like them. There is a summer special being offered; burger, fries and a drink for &7.50. GREAT deal, run over there now and take advantage of it. Bonus, they have beer and wine available as well. If you're looking for a great burger you can't go wrong.

My favorite burger in Tucson! I love the fresh ingredients, and that the beef is grass-fed. The fries are absolutely the best fries I have ever had in my life. They are perfectly salted and crisp. The different sauces they offer are awesome, and I am especially fond of their honey mustard. I sometimes get the burger wrapped in lettuce (which is awesome), but nothing can beat their bun. It's SO dang good.

I've been holding off reviewing this place because I read a review once and a guy had said he tries not to review a place unless he's been there at least twice. I think that is very reasonable and very fair to a business. Yes, prices maybe a couple dollars more than 5 Guys but seriously people? I think they don't get enough credit. Their food quality is more expensive and ORGANIC! If people are going to compare burgers places at least compare apples to apples. Also, you realize fast food nowadays are like $8 for a combo. I love that Tucson expanding in more healthier choices and Graze is one of these places. The staff is very nice. When they first opened I had a coupon that expired the day before and they honored it - which I was not expecting. I also love their soda selection - blueberry soda soo yummy! They use fresh ingredients in their burgers. For example, fresh grilled mushrooms not canned like 5 Guys - yes, I noticed these little details. And you get a nice selection of what cheese you would like. I really would love to see Graze succeed. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful tasting burgers and fries. Their condiment selection is terrific. They have 3-4 different kinds of ketchup.

  • Colleen G.

This place is seriously amazing! Literally the best burger I've had in Tucson by far--it's even better though because all of their ingredients are fresh, some are organic, and they have a grass fed burger option! A little bit more expensive than other fast food burgers, but you get what you pay for!!

    (5)
  • Niki D.

Super delicious at a fair price. $7.50 for a lunch special is not so different from fast food prices, but the ingredients are way better. You can taste the difference! I never get a burger without cheese, but the meat was so tasty it actually would have been great without. The fries were also great especially with that Sriracha mayo!

  • Jennifer J.

Love this place! They have the best chicken burgers and very different and unique sodas.

  • Sandra B.

Give me a knife fork and a cow and I'm one happy gal. Thanks to Graze I can enjoy hormone, antibiotic free organic beef. Big juicy burgers keep me going back as well as introducing others to Graze as well. The fries are addicting! The only drawback is trying to decide which sause to use for dipping. I love them all! I've been to several of the high dollar burger joints and for me there is no comparison. Moo've over guys. Graze is the burger of choice!

  • Jinny H.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this place. Granted, the prices are on the higher end for a burger, but for healthy eating, it is worth it. I had the classic burger with gluten free buns and fries, and it was great! It has been a while since I have seen a place that offers food for sensitive people. The gluten free bread was $2 extra, which disappointed me a bit because it's not my fault I'm gluten intolerant, but I was satisfied with the overall experience. Oh and they have curry ketchup (which I honestly thought was yucky), siracha mayo (it was pretty good), and other variety of sauces that you can try. I would recommend trying it out!

  • Mikael R.

I got the grass-fed burger and it was delicious. The bun was a little soft as if it had been sitting in a bag which I wasn't fond of but it tasted great and had good texture. Fries were great. The whole thing absolutely did not feel greasy at all. For local sourcing and grass fed burgers I don't have a problem paying what I did. I try to support places that source local as is. If you don't care about that sort of thing and you're looking for cheap stuff go elsewhere. For a casual sit down and a good quality burger it's perfect.

    (4)
  • Amy M.

For those who aren't aware of why the cost may be a little more then say Five Guys, well it's because it's all organic, and you have the option of grass fed local beef or just local beef. Bottom line, you are paying for a better quality, healthier burger, that tastes amazing!!! And your total for a burger, fries and a drink is about $10.

  • Jenn T.

Good burger and fries. Loved the soda selection, sauce selection and topping choices. A simple, straight forward menu. Service was fast. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased. My lunch date said it was the best burger he'd had in a long time.

  • Amber M.

Staff is friendly and food comes out quickly. I love all the sauce options and organic sodas. The fries are natural cut and fresh. The chicken sandwich was wonderful.

Best burger joint in town! Very clean trendy place and awesome service. Simply amazing I will definitely be coming back.

  • Jill N.

It was tasty. Fries we great. Dipping sauces we boring. A lot of the usual sauces you've seen. Overall, we would go back, but It was expensive. More so than five guys, but it was a lot less greasy. Good meat products.

    (4)
  • Camille F.

The burger was delicious but next time I either need to eat it faster as take-out or eat it there because the sauce made the bun soggy by the time i got home. Easy, quick, yummy, and reasonably priced.

  • Judy M.

Wow, first time here and totally impressed. Burger was great, as were the fries. By the way, I'm glad we split an order of fries. These hand cut babies were delicious and plentiful. I also love their drink selection. I thought, at first, that the drinks were bottled being that they are handcrafted beverages. But they're all at the fountain. The root beer is amazing, and the blueberry novel and refreshing. I also love, love, love the natural beef that is used, and the organic offerings. Almost made me feel like I was making healthy choices. While not healthy, perhaps, at least healthier. Overall a great first experience. We'll be back.

I wouldn't say Graze is an absolutely "must go before you die" place which I would normally reserve 5 stars for, but in light of what this restaurant is (a fast food burger place), I would give it five stars relative to other burger places that are around Tucson. I really like the concept of all organic/non-gmo ingredients (with many locally sourced in Arizona) with the option of paying a little extra for a grass-fed beef burger. The grass-fed beef burger that I had was seasoned very well and was not at all greasy. The burgers are on the thinner side and weren't massively huge, which I actually prefer as opposed to the belt busting greasy messes you find at Five Guys or Lindy's. After a cheeseburger and fries for lunch, I was full but not completely bloated as so many burger places now seem to feel is the only way to enjoy a meal. Again, I found the portion sizes just right. This may be offensive, but reviewers who found the size of the fries and burger too small are probably the same people who equate a "good deal" with ridiculously large portion sizes at American restaurants that are partially contributing to the country's obesity epidemic. The service was good and while the prices are a bit higher than other burger joints, you get what you pay for in terms of quality ingredients. I will definitely be coming back.

  • Drew D.

Currently my most favorite burger in town. Been about 6 times now and haven't been let down. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and their sauces are fun and delicious. I also love their independent soda collection, I can drink it without feeling guilty.

    (5)
  • Matt M.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. Seasoned and cooked perfectly, the fries are pretty good too. They have their own sauces you can put on your burger or dip your fries in, all of them are delicious. They have hand crafted soda's and a very modern look and feel to them. I was impressed, I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. I've already taken some friends here and they loved it too. Keep up the good work guys, your doing an awesome job!

    (5)
  • Claire H.

This place is unique in that the burgers are all cooked medium and they aren't pressed into perfect little symmetrical circles. They have a nice variety of ketchup and cool soda flavors like blueberry. The price is right between my fave fast food burger, In & Out, and the gourmet Zinburger. The service is great, too, since my friend can be a real pain and they served her with a smile, even though they were probably biting their tongues!

    (4)
  • Armando G.

What a great burger! I have been wanting to try these guys out and I am glad I did! There is plenty of competition for these guys and they have my vote. TASTY burgers!!! QUALITY PRODUCT!! Casual and friendly staff with a clean ambiance makes for a very pleasant experience. I'll be back

    (5)
  • Richard H.

There isn't a lot to their menu, but what they lack in choices they make up for with quality. It seems like burger joints are the new cupcakery, but I hope this is one fad restaurant that sticks around. The burgers, fries, dipping sauces, and even the fountain drinks were great. The best part was not feeling like I had just eaten fast food afterwards. I will be eating here again.

    (4)
  • Leah G.

At the request of a friend I came back and felt even more ambivalent the second time. You can get a ground sirloin burger from red robin for less or, my choice, pay a few dollars more and go to zinburger and leave happier with Kobe beef and truffle fries in your tummy. Sorry Graze, with prices like that, I expect so much more.

    (2)
  • John B.

The burgers are a 1/4 lb, the brioche buns and fresh toppings make for a tasty burger. One exception, and this may just be my preference, but either the burger or the graze sauce is super garlicky. Don't get me wrong, I love garlic but this was excessive for my taste. The fries are nice and fresh as well and paired with the curry ketchup (.50 upgrade) were pretty tasty. Why the two star deduction? The garlic for one and the amount of fries you get for $2.50 was pretty small, in my opinion. Will I go back? Yes. Will I try a burger with no graze sauce? Yes. Do I hope Graze makes it Tucson? Absolutely. The burger itself was pretty tasty. And I appreciate the locally sourced food items.

  • Patt R.

I am not a fan of beef, so it seems strange that I would eat here and enjoy it. But because of the care they take in providing high quality local ingredients, I have found a veggie burger that I can feel good eating! Especially since i can get it on a gluten free bun! If it's a real treat moment I get the combo. The fries are very good and the soda is way above the average (I rarely drink sodas, but when I'm going to have one, this is the place!). These are my two suggestions for Graze 1) consider offering a ground turkey or ground chicken burger option. 2) make the combo a better deal. I will be back for the veggie burger, but would eat here more often if you offered a ground chicken/turkey burger. Thanks for rocking the local and high quality!

  • Frederick L.

I had the classic graze with cheese medium well. The graze sauce is tasty, but it couldn't mask the fact the burger was ok. The handcrafted sodas in the soda dispenser are outstanding. The burger I had is $6.50 a la carte $11.50 as part of a combo that includes fries and a drink. There is plenty of seating inside and ample parking outside. The staff is friendly and attentive and the restaurant is very clean. I'd suggest giving this place a try.

Went during the lunch hour. Got a grass-fed burger and fries. The order was ready quickly, and served hot. Burger was so salty, it drowned out any other flavors. Had to throw it out after a few bites. Also, a bit charred (reminiscent of In & Out). Lettuce was wilted and not crisp. Bun was very good--tasted fresh-baked. Fries were not browned and fairly limp. Also pretty tasteless. Unlike others, I have no qualms about the price--didn't think twice about paying $10+ for grass fed burger and fries. Unfortunately, the food was sub-par, at any price. I may give it one more try (anyplace has a bad day), however I think I better go back soon, as I'm sure it won't be here for long...

We do not eat burgers out very often, but when we do we tend to splurge on a higher end burger. We dislike McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King and that ilk quite a bit. We saw this restaurant while driving by on Speedway a couple of weeks ago. Last night, we decided to try it out and were disappointed. The expensive burgers were not as flavorful as Five Guys. In fact, the more expensive burger and fries were not worth the extra cost compared to five guys or even In & Out. Drink choices are meager. No ice tea except in an expensive bottle and their fountain drinks were all full of sugary junk. The restaurant was clean and neat. And I appreciate clean and neat in a restaurant, but this one almost felt sterile. The restaurant help were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was quick and easy. Bottom line is that we will not be returning to this restaurant because of cost compared to flavor.

  • Sm B.

Yum. The dipping sauces make this place. Great combinations and they don't nickel and dime you for extras on your burger. Sat here then see a movie at the loft.

    (5)
  • Kim L.

This place was good, but not great. A normal plain, but good burger, and good fries that I enjoyed more without the ketchup because of the delicious sea salt on them. Clean with friendly service.

    (3)
  • Rory J.

Very good burgers, great fries, unique side sauces and good atmosphere, all at a reasonable price. It's a plus they serve beer and wine, and the root beer they serve is fantastic. I would highly recommend Graze and can't wait to go back.

    (4)
  • Jonathon G.

Slightly better than average burgers and fries, at higher prices than the franchise stores. No atmosphere - orange plastic chairs and a view of Speedway, and the staff seemed disinterested. The service was quick. The salad is good but a little too sweet for me. They have a modest selection of craft beers and some fancy sodas. I prefer Zinburger or Flemings bar for a better burger and atmosphere, and Five Guys for something cheaper and quick.

  • Mark S.

Went there yesterday for dinner with the wife as we are always on the lookout for a great burger and fries. Dinner was good but not great for the price. Fries were not even close to 5 guys as they were not that crispy nor that hot. My burger I asked for grilled jalapenos and to please grill them extra for me. What they did was toss them in the deep fryer and not on the grill. For Jalapeno lovers like me that was not the way to go. Fry sauces was a nice touch but unsure if that will bring us back. lots of competition in this market and if you are going to charge a premium you must do everything perfect as the ambiance is not that great for a $7 cheeseburger.

    (3)
  • PJ D.

The burger here was fantastic. A real thin, smash, diner style burger. The fries could have been cooked more for my taste but I have the same complaint about In N Out fries (and they seem to be doing ok) so I may be in a minority there. I LOVED the self services sauce bar. Super delicious! My table also ordered two hot dogs, one came out cold. Not sure what the deal was with that but I wouldn't let that stop me from coming here again. Natural sodas were a nice compliment to the rest of the menu.

    (4)
  • Ronnie S.

2nd trip here. Consistent so far. Recommend the grass-fed option for sure. Although the patty is thin and nearly impossible to cook medium rare as they should be, the burgers here remain juicy. Nice soft bun, fresh toppings and tasty sauce options. If you're looking for cheap ingredients go elsewhere. Graze is worth the extra money for the quality.

    (4)
  • Michael J.

I've been to most of the burger joints in Tucson and this is the best. For the quality offered the price is reasonable. I never know what kind of beef I'm getting at most places but here they tell you right up front what ranch it is from. The burger was cooked just right and was accompanied by fresh lettuce, tomato and Graze sauce, which I'm guessing is like Big Mac sauce. The brioche roll was tasty and held up to the big burger. The fries were crispy and not overly salted. A bonus was the Maine sodas with cane sugar that you could get from the dispenser so it was fresh. You don't usually see that. Service was also very friendly. This will be my go-to place for burgers in Tucson.

    (5)
  • Heather D.

I am overall very impressed with the food. The burgers were better in flavor than that of Five Guys or In n Out, and I loved the natural cut fries. I also liked their selection of specialty ketchups and sauces. The food arrived quickly, and the service was as one might expect of a restaurant in a college neighborhood. I'm in no way cheap, but I thought the prices were a tad too high for the quality of a semi-fast food burger joint, even though it's organic, grass-fed, etc., but it's unique enough that I would return again.

  • Kimmy F.

By far the best burger in Tucson! Delicious food and sauces! Yummy rootbeer! Affordable kids meal that is organic!!!! We ate two burgers, fries, and a kids meal for $24.00! Curry ketchup for the win!

    (5)
  • Romni L.

Another fab-o experience at Graze. This time I tried the veggie burger and added grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and pickles along with fries and a drink. It was yummy!!! I will most definitely be back in the future. Due to the higher prices (though worth it), i cannot afford to eat here regularly, but it is worth stopping in for a treat every once in a while.

  • Amy B.

Favorite burger in town. Love the high quality meat, delicious toppings, great service and atmosphere. All around a juicy good time !

    (5)
  • Ryan M.

Best burger in Tucson in my opinion. The meat is incredibly juicy and flavor. The brioche buns are soft and chewy and holds the burger together really well. The menu is simple because you don't need to get fancy with these burgers. The flavor is already there. The fries are great too. They have a lot of great sides to dip the fries in that are self serve. I loved the curry ketchup. (The sides are self serve, not the fries). Great place with fair prices. A double 1/2 pound burger with cheese is just under $9 and these are great restaurant burgers definitely worth that price.

    (5)
  • J V.

The stars here are for curry ketchup and good pickles. Good fries yes, but those can be found elsewhere and should be served WITH a burger and not be an upcharge if you aren't offering spectacular burgers or at least some cool concoctions. The burger itself is reminiscent of a Wendy's patty only round. The bun was decent I'm sure before it was burned in the griddle. They have fancy soda here but for someone that doesn't drink soda...that benefit doesn't garner a star. NOT worth the $$. If you want to spend the same amount +2 bucks go to Diablo. If you want to spend less an get more go to Red Garter or the Boondocks.

    (2)
  • Jonathan K.

Yes, hormone-free beef. Yes, grass fed option. Yes, good bun. Yes, organic ketchup. Yes, great dipping sauces (curry ketchup my favorite). Yes, truly excellent service. But, oddly, the terrific parts add up to a so-so sum. Diablo is the closet comparison, and they exceed in every way. Diablo's meat is just better. The bun is just better. (Both are expensive, about $10 for a burger.) There is nothing wrong with Graze (other than a silly name). But if you want ordinary but tasty, in-n-out is half the price. If you want expensive "grass fed", Diablo is better.

    (3)
  • Vanessa D.

I like this place! Burgers and fries are not greasy, taste fresh and it's quick for a work lunch. I think that the bun can make or break a burger and Graze has really good buns! I will definitely put Graze into my lunch rotation.

    (4)
  • Frank M.

Delicious burger and fries!!! And they have handcrafted beverages on their fountain. The wife and I enjoyed trying their variety of drinks and dipping sauces. They have a summer special you can't beat. $7.50 for a drink, fries, and burger. You can even choose chicken or veggie if you're into that. The beef was excellent though. They have two flat screens and overall very clean. I definitely recommend!

    (5)
  • Shawanda R.

Good juicy burgers but not a fan of the fries. I tried the curry ketchup to dip my fries in and that helped...customer service was great and food came out quick, fresh and hot. I will definitely go back.

    (4)
  • Helen L.

Veggie burger was top notch. Curried ketchup was also darn good. Ruth's service was exemplary!

    (5)
  • Robin G.

It's ok. Sure you get what you pay for and the beef is good. Fries are meh. Two burger convos for nearly $25? I'm disappointed at the decision to get rid of the BTO yogurt shop for this place. I give them maybe a year. I won't be back. I can go to whole foods and get the burger special for half the price.

    (2)
  • Brad M.

Not for everyone but a nice alternative. Graze is brought to you by the same folks as BTO and Choice Greens and is in the remodeled BTO Speedway location. I remember when BTO went in and I was never that big of a fan so I was interested when I saw the building under construction this summer and found out a burger joint was going in its place. The exterior got an orange "awning" paint job, a drive thru window that isn't open yet, and not much else. Not the most attractive on the outside, the interior is modern and open. But I'm not tasting the building so on to the food... Most people have their preferences when it comes to fries and burgers so I'll try to compare to other places where I can. I ordered a combo with cheeseburger with a fully grass-fed patty upgrade, white cheddar instead of american cheese, and grilled onions instead of red onions. I was surprised how quickly my order came out but I think it was all cooked to order. Burger - I liked my burger, quite a bit. I liked the patty better than Diablo Burger's but I'd want to try it a couple more times before making a final verdict. Style-wise it most resembles what you get at Smash Burger. Others have complained or commented on the Graze sauce. You could certainly get it without but I think I liked it. The burger was fairly salty and I think it was because of that sauce. The grilled onions were ok, not as good as In-n-Outs though. My cheese slice was a little lacking and would maybe save the 75 cents and forgo it next time. I also wish they offered green chile as a topping. Fries - I really liked the fries. They were like a crispy version of In-n-Out fries. They were quite salty too but I liked that because the salt was kosher salt. They have Morton Kosher Salt in the dining room and I assume it's what they use on the fries. Fountain drink - Now instead of your typical Pepsi/Coke fountain drinks Graze offers Maine Root fountain drinks. I consider myself a bit of a craft soda enthusiast and Maine Root definitely doesn't make my favorite root beer. However, the other offerings included Mexicane Cola, Diet Mexicane Cola, Fair Trade Lemonade, Lemon Lime, and Blueberry. I tried all but the lemonade and lemon lime and the only one I really took to was the Blueberry but boy did I like it! However, right off the bat, you'll either appreciate the soda offerings or not. While the blueberry was the only one to appeal to me, it is nice to see cane sugar and non-Coke/Pepsi fountain drinks. But if you're a Coke devotee, you may be disappointed. Overall I was pretty satisfied with what I got though like I said, I'd be interested in trying it again to see how the consistency is maintained. Reading through the reviews already, it's clear that people either appreciate what Graze is trying to do or they don't. Like Diablo Burger, Graze places an emphasis on more natural and local ingredients. Prices are close but a little cheaper at Graze and a lot cheaper if you just want a burger, no fries/drink. If you want a change from the chain burger joints and support a movement towards more natural food, Graze is a great stop. Pretty good food at an okay price in a fast casual setting.

  • Edmund M.

It was great! I like the fact that it is high quality food and ingredients. They even have organic Ketchup! The burgers are hormone free etc, and the fries were fresh and delicious. We even ordered our burgers protein style!

    (5)
  • Frederick J.

Graze burgers are great ! The classic double burger with bacon is amazing ! The fries are all you need in a fry. The sauces are incredible, and the service is fantastic. I eat here 3 times a week now, and hate all other burger joints. The sodas are sweet gifts from the gods. The swirly ice cream is soft and dreamy like puffy puffy clouds of deliciousness.

  • bob m.

One of the best burger I had in Tucson, period ! It was awesome: super well cooked, all fresh ingredients and the fries were exactly how I like it. My ONLY negative point is the premium for grass fed, a bit steep, but overall a great burger, miles and miles from any other fastfood place, even 5 guys, or in-and-out ! A must ! :-)

    (5)
  • Jason W.

The burgers are really good for the price, but I don't think the grass fed option is worth the premium. The fries are the best I've had in Tucson, though! Worth coming here for those alone!

    (5)
  • Lenny M.

looks like and it tastes delicious! Annoying how people always want to leave negative reviews and revere themselves as expert critics. If you don't like it don't go back but there isn't a need for people to post negative crap about a business that just opened up and are trying to get going. When I went to Graze with my family I forgot to use my grand opening coupon but figured I'd use it later as I definitely enjoyed the burger but on the next visit I still chose not to use it because the food was worth the price. If you want cheap there are several other chain burger joints with dollar menus.

  • O.M. B.

Much much better. I have returned several times since, and I have had the chicken sandwich and the grass-fed burger. Both were very yummy. No repeats of my first visit. I still love the curry ketchup and the sandwich sauce. I have also taken family. Excellent, warm professional service. Clean restaurant, bright. Keep up the great work! One thing you might consider is a baked or roasted potato option. I only order the fries about half of the time.

  • Sami A.

burger tastes quite good , wasn't greasy and same goes for the fries. wasn't that special though . doubt i would go there again but worths the try.

Fries are amazing! The burgers are high-quality, love the brioche bun. My daughter was thrilled they serve curry ketchup as a dipping sauce. Will definitely come back and will spread the word at work since it's so close!

  • Rose B.

Really great lunch, meat juicy, toppings fresh plus more to add if needed and bun very soft. The best was the fries, not skinny little ones but nice size dipping ones and plenty of sauces to dip into. Quick service clean tables. Much enjoyed

How does Graze NOT have 5 stars? They offer Niman Ranch all-natural antibiotic-free and hormone-free premium beef with local, 100% grass-fed Double Check beef available if you are willing to pay a little bit more for local. I am working really hard to eat less beef but when I do I want it to be the healthiest I can find. Tonight was one of those nights so finding a place that made me feel a little less guilty for meat eating was great. My burger was really delicious & as my husband said "it doesn't take like sawdust." The staff were genuinely friendly, the place was inviting with great energy and the root beer soda a rare & delicious treat for me. There are healthy, non-meat choices and I will go back to check them out as well. As the founder of Mrs. Green's World & a true believer in supporting locally owned businesses, I was pleased to find Graze and am not sure how I missed its opening. Better late than never I guess.

Nothing premium about them. Hamburger was greasy and very salty. Fries are not natural out of a bag and coated. Also very greasy. Marketing homed me in but it was a total waste. Also there was something bitter in the taste. Not much thought was put into the second plain bun which you can tell that it was sitting in a plastic bag. In and out wins by a mile on everything. Sorry. Improve what you do.

$9 quarter pounder. Granted, I ordered the grass fed for $1.25 more and tipped the cashier a dollar which brought the total for 1 burger to $8.75. Fries are $2.50 and sodas are $2. So the burger tasted great, but I'm not sure how often I can afford $9 for a quarter pound cheeseburger.

This place is AWESOME. Sure its kinda small but it is way better than any other burger place is tucson. Diablo burger, lindy's, all these burger places try to be different and weird. Graze makes a simple amazing burger. It is on par with Zinburger at a fraction of the cost. I recommend this place to anyone craving a delicious burger in tucson and cant find one. I looked for a good burger for 5 years and was mildly satisfied before i ate graze.

Let me start off by saying that I am not at all a burger person. My food cravings usually consist of sushi, pho, gelato, fro-yo, and, occasionally, tacos. I was shocked when I realized that after a really stressful weekend of call, all I wanted was a Graze burger. I tried fighting off the feeling for a few hours thinking that my brain was confused from hunger and fatigue. But, alas, I gave in as I passed dangerously close on my drive home from work. Inside, I was welcomed by clean, simple decor, friendly staff, and the wonderful, gut-stimulating smell of fresh burgers. I don't usually seek out free-range or hormone-free anything, but I will admit that I think it really makes a difference here. Patty is full of meaty flavor with a nice touch of crisp on the edge. The bun, however, is very buttery tasting (a wee bit too much for my taste, which is my only negative in this review). Its not just about the antibiotic and hormone free beef or free range chicken either. Their fries are cooked perfectly and are accompanied by some super rad gourmet condiments (curry ketchup, srircha mayo, sweet chili just to name a few). I am also not a big soda person, but really enjoy the handcrafed Maine Root sodas they have --all made with real cane sugar. Overall, a definite 5 stars to this place for making me break all my food rules and natural cravings. I don't always eat burgers, but when I do, I prefer Graze. (I feel lame for making that reference, but kinda sums things up perfectly)

Delicious fresh fast food with quality ingredients. We stumbled upon this place after leaving a restaurant that gave us poor service. The hot dogs are all beef nitrate free from Niman ranch. And the beef is grass fed. The French fries were also very yummy.

This is an awesome burger gem in Tucson that definitely doesn't get enough attention as a top burger joint (I personally think it is the best in Tucson including Zinburger). If you have ever been to Burger Lounge in Los Angeles or Super Duper in San Francisco, it is very similar to those places. Their ingredients are all fresh and organic. They use Niman Ranch meats and also have grass-fed beef. You get to customize the toppings in your burger. The brioche bun is fantastic (they also have a gluten free bun) and they also have an awesome dipping sauce station (my favorite is the sriracha mayo and curry ketchup). Maine root soda and organic soft serve (soft serve is really good!). The only have a few suggestions. I would have for them is to expand some of their side options (would love to see onion rings), but the fries are amazing. I'd also love for them to have fresh hand spun Strauss milk shakes. Lastly, the cheese is good on the burger, but it'd be nice if they used a thicker cut of cheese. This definitely worth at least one visit if you love burgers.

This place is straight delicious, when they say premium burgers they really mean it. Not to mention the root beer soda selection and fries are exceptional. Dan is a pimp for this one, 5 stars all the way.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to burgers, and I've tried several around town that don't cut it - especially disappointing is the trend of salty burgers. (What's up with that?) I was pleasantly surprised with the burger here - I got the grass-fed beef, so I can't compare it to the standard patty. The meat wasn't overseasoned, and the bun was solid. The fries were tasty, and they have exotic ketchups and handcrafted sodas (the orange soda is awesome!... but the blueberry one was gross). My wife got the veggie burger, which is locally sourced, and she was quite happy with it. This place is a solid 4/5. The burgers aren't going to blow your minds, but they are high-quality and have good flavor. So far, this is the best I've had in Tucson, so give it a shot.

Burgers are delicious! Their fries are toooooo yummy ! Love this place. Not only do they offer great food, they also offer gluten free buns, which is an added bonus for a lot of people!

One of the best tasting burgers in town I ordered a single burger with pepper jack cheese fries and a drink. The fries have a great taste, but since they are cut in house they are a little small. I visited on a Friday @4pm the parking was not an issue.

The food was awesome, a great find. The girl who checked us out was a little bristly, but overall the service was good. I would definitely recommend this joint.

Burgers are yummy and fresh. There are several sauces available- sriracha mayo being one of them. The locale, though small, is clean and modern. A total steal at $7.50 for their summer deal (burger, fries, and drink). $1 extra to add a fried egg (do it).

Probably one of the best burgers in town you can taste the freshness. Soda is awesome fresh hand crafted soda personally root beer is my favorite. Frys are hand cut wish they were longer I had a lot of little pieces but if that's the only thing that I can complain about I will just have to get over it the next time I come. I highly recommend this place.

I can't believe I've been here over 10 times and still haven't reviewed this place. I'm a big fan of choice greens, so I was excited to hear they were opening a burger joint, and let me just say I was NOT disappointed. Juicy burgers with all the toppings you could want, and great french fries that come with a plethora of dipping sauces. Even more fun, they have a great soda selection that's all fair trade. I love getting the blueberry soda! One of my top 2 burger choices in Tucson for sure.

I had a coupon from when they were marketing their grand opening. Probably won't be back without a coupon of similar value. The food is all good, and I loved getting the local root beer. However, it's so expensive for a cheeseburger and fries (about $15). I just don't anticipate a restaurant with a fast food menu but sit down prices like that succeeding forever. They are even more expensive than Five Guys. I think the owners picked a pretty weird market. Regardless, if you have infinite disposable income, you won't be disappointed.

It was almost truly a perfect experience. The burgers are super tasty and cooked with care, my compliments to the cooks! They have an amazing selection from customizing your burger to an awesome array of delicious drinks and sauces. The place is very relaxed, comfortable, and bright. The price is very reasonable and only a dollar for grass fed upgrade, SOLD...but...the cashier had a snark attitude and was really not great with people skills, I thought it was just towards my husband and I but I sat and observed her and she was just as pitiful with everyone else, sad.

I had the lunch special, a grass fed burger with fries and a drink for $7.50 and I am totally happy. That brioche bun was so deliciously fluffy I will be back! And for a person who never eats her fries, I did... half the box! Tasty! I had a Maine root blueberry soda, made with real sugar, yum! They have a neat selection of condiments: siracha mayo, honey mustard, curry ketchup, sweet red chili, and ranch and ketchup of course!! I will be back, maybe in the evening for a glass of wine or a beer!

The burgers here are equal to any of the "premium" providers like 5 Guys, Monkeyburgers, Freddy's, Smashburger, etc. And they have a lot of varied toppings as well as soft drinks of unique origin. Burgers are natural with grass fed available as well. Fries are Belgian style, fried twice. But that's it, burgers and fries. Love it!

Best burger in Tucson! The sriracha mayo is delicious along with the fair trade sodas that are natural flavors. We love graze can't wait to go back.

Simply tasty and relaxed! This is definitely quality food in a cool and relaxed place. It's pretty central in Tucson so it's easy to get to. The food: is fantastic! I love the burgers, and the "sauce bar" -it's not really a bar, but they do have a few sauces that are more interesting than the 50's diner regular duo of ketchup and mustard, like Sriracha mayo!!! I get my burger on a lettuce wrap; they do a really good job here- the lettuce is extremely healthy looking. I don't mean for me, i mean the actual lettuce is lively and crunchy and it's not iceberg. The side salad sets the bar pretty high, it was also hearty, healthy and made my mouth happy! The atmosphere: It's casual and can be quick, though it is Saturday afternoon, linger-friendly. Speaking of friendly, that's what the staff is. The experience: I have yet to be disappointed. Everyone should be checking this place out!

What a fantastic burger! The fries are amazing too. I will definitely be back. I want to respond to Catherine H's comment below. I did not have a coupon, paid full price, and didn't even come close to $15 for a cheeseburger and fries. Perhaps things have changed since January, but at the time of this comment I paid significantly less than what Catherine stated. A cheeseburger, fries, and a drink will cost about $10 after tax. In terms of percentages, that is very far from $15. Maybe Catherine confused Graze Burgers with Zen Burgers. Also, this is not a weird market. People are getting sick of unhealthy and disgusting fast food burgers. At Graze, the burgers are quick, the ingredients are fresh, and the service was friendly. I'll pay a few bucks more than fast food for the experience. Comparing Graze to fast food is like comparing Chipotle to Taco Bell.

Sometimes I wish yelp have the half star option when I rate the place, here is that time. But I am have no problem just boost the another 1/2 star because I do like the place. I just ordered my usual bacon burger plus the fries. pretty good flavors and I do like the cleanness of the place and I can tell they put some $$ in this place. it might not looks like much but the cost of open a local business like this it takes some capitals to get it going. Few notes: The main price on the menu is for none grass beef, grass feed beef is addition $1.25 Maine Root soda instead of typical Pepsi or Coke. $4.00 to make a combo will save you little less than $0.60, talking about pocket change. They also offer some salad, chicken, veggie burger & hot dog(why?) on their menu as well. 3 1/2 star is the initial taste of the food (its burger so need not expecting too much). 4 for the overall.

Think diablo burger meets five guys. I got it at 3.5* but giving the benefit of the doubt. I will go back. They do have a couple kinks to work out service wise, but nothing fatal and nothing unusual for a new opening. Burger patty was good, I had the regular (not the grass fed) but it did need salt which I added myself, not sure but maybe they intentionally don't salt the patties. The bun was delicious (probably the butter), fluffy but held together well. Fries were just decent fresh cuts, could maybe use a little improvement, like a fun sauce to go with (if there was one I missed it). But I think I got a bad batch as they were late and then hurried to get them out so I need to revisit. What's cool about this place, especially for those who are all in on organics, was everything is organic from burger patty to condiments and fountain drinks are Maine Root (not sure about bun or anything else used in the cooking process like the butter but expect it would be at this place). Owner/manager was nice, came out in the line to answer questions, etc. so points for that. And I like how the menu is smaller with not an overwhelming amount of choices and menu items. I may have missed this but it didn't look like the fountain drinks could be purchased separately from the "combo" that comes with a hefty up-charge of $4 although other bottled choices were available. I wanted to try the fries because it was my first time but if I went back I would just want burger and a fountain drink but not sure if that's an option.

Solid burgers. They had a decent special going on ($7.50 for a burger with drink and fries). I felt the burger definitely needed to be salted a bit (I think they do that on purpose, though, because I did notice a hefty sized salt shaker by the condiments) but the brioche bun was an absolutely perfect soft and chewy/doughy cloud of carb heaven. Fries = salty, crispy, oily, and flavorful. Condiments were unique and interesting and definitely up the game of the burger & fries (I tried the curry ketchup, sriracha mayo, sweet & spicy, and honey mustard. Legit wanted to swim through the sweet and spicy). They have fancy soda (i.e. soda that contains real sugar not high fructose corn syrup) that I thought was pretty delish even though I'm not much of soft drink person. I would come back for that damn bun, the fries, and the soda, and when I'm feeling like In-n-Out, but... y'know. Classier. And like I can spend about $10 on a burger and fries.

Couldn't wait to try Graze, heard tons of good things and for the most part it was good. Fries are, well, lacking - I'd skip them @ $4. The burger with cheese and all the trimmings was *good*, but not anything better than good. I love that it's all natural and there is a cost to that, that I'm willing to pay for, but the burger was just, good. Now the blueberry soda from Maine Root was spectacular and the reason for the 3rd star. Glad I went. Update: After thinking about the tremendous courage to open a restaurant that's GMO free, all organic food it's hard not to give them mad props just for that.. I'm bumping them from my original 3 stars to 4 stars and I hope other restaurants stand up and take notice.

I've now tried Graze twice -- in the same week -- so I must like it. I was really sad to see BTO go from this spot, but the replacement has me pretty happy. The first night we went, it was late on a Saturday (right before closing), and it was pretty quiet. We dined in and got two grass-fed burgers, fries and some fun dipping sauces -- curry ketchup and sriracha mayo. My husband loved the curry ketchup, and I thought it was pretty tasty myself. The burgers were really quite delicious, and the fries were great too. Even our soda, from Maine Root, was pretty fabulous. At first we were a little put off by the price, but, once we learned the meat was local to Arizona, I felt a lot better about it. I'm willing to pay more for good, sustainably produced food. Better still, despite it being the end of the night, the service was super friendly and accommodating. The second time we brought our food home. Earlier in the evening on a Friday, it was much busier, but the service was super speedy! We went for the slightly cheaper non-grass-fed patties, but they were still great. All in all, a great experience both times. We will definitely be making Graze a regular dinner option.

I don't eat hamburgers but I've been told that theirs are phenomenal. Even by my father who is rarely ever impressed by food. I go for the chicken sandwich which is always delicious. And I love their graze sauce and condiment bar! Yum!
