I have to get back to the gym this week. It has been a month of over indulgence and fattening food. With that being said, cold stone is pretty good. :) Docking a star due to value. Docking a star due to taste. Again. Pretty good. Definitely not excellent, but sweet enough for me to recognize that I need some gym time in my life.

Stay away. My husband and I stopped here this afternoon to use a gift card given to us a long time ago. We do not normally buy cold stone ice cream, and we're pretty easy to please. All we were looking for was a nice cold treat on a hot day- what we got was a small ice cream that was way too sweet (yes, even for ice cream!), and a chocolate shake that was not good, for about $11. My husband took one sip of his shake and pushed it away. I took a taste and agreed that something was not right. It had a distinctly sour, bitter aftertaste. While I finished my ice cream, he debated about whether he wanted something else instead. Since the ingredients seemed to be the problem, he decided did not want something else, even though my ice cream seemed fine. When I took the shake back to the register and explained the problem, we were told we could not receive a refund, only a replacement. Both of us had an upset stomach for about two hours afterwards, and neither of us had more than a sip or two. Poor customer service, bad ingredients. Food poisoning is not worth $11, so we simply left. Poor customer service is my biggest pet peeve- as someone who has worked in customer service and international sales for four years, I promise you- it's really not THAT difficult of a task to make sure your customer is happy, even if there is a language/geographical barrier (today, there was neither). While I realize that the employee I spoke to is probably a minimum wage high school student, store policies that young woman has to follow are set by real adults. Whoever set the policies for this store clearly is not doing their job! Shame on you, coldstone, for trying to give my (active-duty & a veteran) husband food poisoning on Memorial Day, and refusing to make any real attempt to make amends. Don't worry, you sure as hell won't see us again, ever. Fool me once....

CSC has delicious ice-cream, yogurt, toppings, and creations. I think the novelty of the marble slab mixing has waned, but still good and the kids love it. Like another reviewer said - the parking is awful. Tight spaces that are hard to turn into right in front. We usually park down by the Walgreens and walk up.

Yummy ice cream made the way ou ask for it. Being this store is in Tucson, the ice cream melts quick even if you eat it inside.

The ice cream is very good. This is one of the larger Cold Stones in the Tucson area and always has a large selection of ice cream and yogurts. Between that and a very large choice of toppings you can make almost any flavor. I will have to agree with Lauren the parking here does suck. I have had one person hit my car and several other very close calls.

Cold Stone is really the only ice cream I like, but this location is reliably poor on customer service. The person wearing the shift manager name tag doesn't always come out of the back to help when one lone employee has a line of customers. On my most recent visit, when the shift manager did finally come out to help, she made my ice cream much larger than I ordered and then the price came up $6.04. That's the price for a "like it" (small) signature flavor? I think she charged me for a larger one. The worst part? It was way more ice cream than I needed and I threw more than half of it away. I should have asked her if that was the correct price. Oh well. I don't really like ice cream enough to keep coming back to this Cold Stone.

I love ice cream! We stop by here when we have an extreme craving and a coupon(Don't judge me, it's expensive)! I always get the sweet cream and add in strawberries and almonds! The best! The young women and men who work here are friendly and fast! If you have never been to CSC don't go overboard with the toppings, the price can add up quickly! Look for coupons in the coupon books that come in the mail, they are usually buy one get one free, free is always good!

I ordered a birthday cake from here online so you would think everything should be there right? Nope, my son said, where is my kit kat bars? Yap, they forgot. And they have a horrible parking situation. I would not waste my money there.

I love the ice cream. However tonight the service was lousy. One girl helping all the customers while the other girl is mopping the floor. Put the mop down and help the customers. Pretty simple... Getting close up on time should never be a priority over customer service for a small business. The girls were nice just a bit unaware they were pissing off customers...

This is a pretty standard Cold Stone. The staff is nice, the ice cream is good (but a little rich for me), and the store is generally clean. You know what you're getting here, because it's the same as every other Cold Stone location. The parking lot at this location, however, stinks. The complex was built into a small triangular lot, which makes the spots cramped and very tight. It's hard to navigate in and out of spots sometimes, and it's damn near impossible when the area is very busy. Be careful so you don't get into a parking lot fender bender. And people, QUIT PARKING IN THE AREA THAT IS NOT DESIGNATED FOR CARS. Stop being lazy and park 20ft farther away and WALK, instead of clogging up an already clogged parking lot. Sheesh. When I'm in the mood for very rich ice cream, I'll definitely visit this Cold Stone again.
