I brought my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it! Cold Stone has the BEST ice cream!!! The service was great and the store is always clean. This is our new favorite dessert place.

Had a small birthday celebration for my Mother-in-Law & picked up 2 small round cakes with candles. It was approximately $60-not cheap. The cakes are good with hand-mixed flavors of ice creams paired with cake flavors that include a red velvet. Not the best ever but they worked well in a pinch. The service was good with the associate offering to add a birthday message to the cake-which may seem standard but I was glad when she asked. It was very good of her. +Tip:Make sure you defrost ice cream cakes a little bit before you cut them. We put ours in the fridge for about an hour & a half & they were just right. If you try to eat them when they're frozen solid it's not very pleasant (in my opinion).

I was super excited to get a special treat tonight and while it was good, I could have ended up being just as satisfied by getting at store or dessert while at Olive Garden. The staff did not seemed overjoyed that I was there by any means and while they made what was requested it seemed more of a chore than a delight. Despite this I still topped them a dollar but didn't even get any kind of acknowledgement.

I thought I would be getting good service from smiling girls behind the counter, but I was wrong. The tall girl who served me was sully & didn't look like she wants to do extra work like scooping two flavors into a cup. Lazy girl!

Even though this place isn't cheap, I still love it. now, mind you I don't enjoy ice cream all that much, but my wife, coworkers, family have all convinced me that it can not be all bad... well its not, all bad that is.... they gave my wife and I healthy scoops of toppings and the sorbet is scrumcious. Word to the wise: Sorbet (is greater) Ice cream

Ok, Im pretty sure just about everyone has tried cold stone creamery by now, but I might as well do a review here for my own reference more than anything else. HEY YOU! YEAH YOU, GABRIEL. STOP GOING HERE! I dont get the craving for ice cream very often, but when I do, I want the full experience...the 3 scoop sundae with caramel and fudge, whipped cream and 2 cherries. Thats right...TWO cherries. Thats how I roll. I left my house wanting to go to baskin robbins...you know, somewhere you actually can GET a sundae, well all I can say is screw you google maps, for telling me there was a baskin robbins just down the road from my house when in reality its a vacant lot and an ex-baskin robbins sign that looks like its been out of business since the 50s. "Well, ive come this far already...where else can I get some decent ice cream" i said to myself. Plug in ice cream to my gps, and my options are now wendy's (and although i love me a good frostee, not quite what im looking for atm) and cold stone. Guess im going to cold stone. People there were nice. As im standing in line, im starting to remember why i havent been back in one in almost a year. THE PRICES! My lord these people are expensive. Some people may tell you that the price is about the service, that they mix and swirl your ice cream into a fantastic concoction. Oh, do they mean that period of time where whatever ice cream i chose is being slashed and beaten into submission by an angry man with metal spoons? I ordered vanilla ice cream with butterfinger fudge and caramel. What came out the other side was a light brown colored slop with random chunks of butterfinger bars in it that was about 25% liquid. i had them put mine in a waffe bowl. Look, the ice cream, and the inevitable ice cream sludge that ensues unless you eat in the Cold Stone freezers themselves, are all delicious but leave so much to be desired. Where's my sundae? Where's my two cherries? Wheres my fudge and caramel drizzled over my scoops of delicious ice cream? Oh that s right...thats the brown color in my vanilla now. Oh well. 2 love it sizes to go was about $15. I could get 6 times this much ice cream and with my 2 cherry topper at baskin robbins. So now I just have to find one....
