Lovely well-appointed Craftsman home, no chintz and doily mania here, in a great historic neighborhood near the University...The desert garden is wonderful and our room, the Oak room, was huge. Paul and Mark are your helpful and friendly hosts who respect your privacy, too. Tuscon exceeded our expectations as did the Catalina Park Inn.

This is a great example of why I prefer a B&B over a hotel!! 2nd time there and I will return again! Find time to enjoy sitting on the patios or in the cactus gardens; so beautiful! They were warm, welcoming and really accommodating with dietary concerns. Breakfast was outstanding! It is in a great central location. The way the home is designed is creative and eclectically elegant...wish I could design like that!

Stayed here for the first time based on Yelp reviews. Spot on. Will definitely stay here again. Paul and Mark are great hosts, the breakfasts are delicious and the room was spacious, clean and very charmingly appointed. We would highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful place. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. The innkeepers, Mark and Paul, are wonderful hosts and make a delicious breakfast. Great attention to detail is very apparent in the rooms and common areas. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Tucson.

My wife and I have stayed here three times, and each time was wonderful. Genuinely nice proprietors, comfortable accommodations, great location, and delicious breakfasts.

Our first bed and breakfast experience, but not our last. I'm so glad we decided on this instead of a hotel/motel. The medium size room is beautiful with a classic southern feel. Private bathrooms, TV with cable, wood floors, ceiling fan in the bedroom, and large mirrors throughout the house. The location is also great, only a few blocks away from the University of Arizona. If you get to pick which room I would recommend getting the west wing. The west wing has the garden view. I would highly recommend this place if you want a home like look/feel. Way better than a hotel. Mark and Paul, the innkeepers are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is served between 8am-9am. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the weak shower. There must be some water restriction since it such a dry place.

We have stayed at the Catalina Park Inn twice, having just returned from UA graduation weekend. Each visit has been wonderful. Paul and Mark are friendly and gracious hosts, the rooms comfortable and homey with sharp attention to detail. Breakfast has always been outstanding -- one of the best we've had at a B&B. We visit Tucson regularly and plan to return again and again!
