I am only reviewing the ice cream parlor since that is all that we came in to check out. I was stumbling across old pictures of our trip to Tombstone back in February, so it reminded me that I never did write a review for this horrid ice cream shop. The surly old woman behind the counter gave us some of the worst service I have ever had in my life! The lady behind the counter went out of her way to ignore us. We were patient, but she made it clear that she wanted nothing to do with serving us. She even went out of her way to brew a fresh pot of coffee for some other patrons at the bar before moving onto some other tasks, all the while ignorning us. I could have waited had we even been acknowledged, but there is no way I am paying for overpriced ice cream in exchange for service like that. The other family who walked in after us was walking out empty handed as well shortly after we left. Do not go here!

Well the bar part is fine. However we stayed the night in the bed and breakfast since we'd had a little too much to drink and needed a place to crash til we were able to drive. So luckily the Silver Nugget had a room open, we were hoping for one with two beds but there was only a room with one bed. No problem, somebody could sleep on the floor. The lady who showed me up to the room showed me where extra pillows and blankets were since I told her somebody would probably need to sleep on the floor. It appeared to be a charming little B&B, all was okay. I brought my hubby and his cuz back after the bars closed. We all went to bed, but my husbands cousin Rob stumbled out of the room and did not return. When we met up with him by the car the next morning he told me some random guy started a fight with him up in the common area of the B&B and told him to get out! We don't know who this guy was-another guest? The owner? Don't know, never found out. Don't know why Rob didn't just tell whoever that guy was that he was with paying guests and had every right to be there. The other thing is, we left pretty early in the am, so I wasn't quite sure where to leave the room keys. I ended up just leaving them in the bedroom we stayed in, by the lamp. I was a little concerned about my credit card being charged again since we didn't officially sign out, although anyone could probably see it was pretty clear we had left. So, I tried calling the # for the Silver Nugget Bed & Breakfast multiple times throughout that next day and all we ever got was a busy signal. That was annoying but luckily my card was not charged again. So that was our experience. I'm sure under different circumstances it probably would've been a much more enjoyable stay.

To rich for our blood, for a family of three it would of been close to $20.00, plus tip for one scoop for each person. Very expensive Gelato, so my daughter & I just bought the Grand girl a single scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip. Could not enjoy sitting outside to take in the ambiance, too many flies. Walking the strip....flies totally bothersome, which made our visit a short one.

During our Tombstone visit , thought it would be fun to grab an ice cream at the quaint , sweet little ice cream parlor.... Too bad the unhappiest person in the world was working behind the counter! Yikes! Who can be sad while dipping cones, topping drinks with maraschino cherries and adding rainbow sprinkles to everything ... Well, the gal at this ice cream place! The desserts were great, although tasted of despair, broken hearts and unicorn tears. would I go back.. Sure! Ain't nobody gonna bring me down! She's not my huckleberry! I love me some Tombstone !

Tombstone's best kept secret bar. Well, maybe not anymore since I am writing this place's first review. But hey, that's alright. This place deserves some attention. Best drink prices ($2 domestic beers! $3 mixed drinks!), fun atmosphere, not touristy, drink with the locals and OK Corral performers, sing karaoke, blow into a breathalyzer, drink some more, have cheap eats, stay out late, stumble home, make bad decisions, regret your night at the Nugget! It's a blast! Do Tombstone the right way! You gotta go when in town!
