These are small cookies that are overpriced. It should be 3 cookies for a buck, not one cookie for 65 cents and one premium cookie for 70 cents. Apparently, the good ole shortbread cookie is now an upscale cookie because it contains more butter (this was the explanation from counter girl). Shortbread was never premium, it was always lower class than the chip cookies. The three other cookies I sampled were Menage et Trios, Double Trouble and PB and F. All were edible, but the cookies were too small to support all the ingregients and didn't cut the mustard. Place looks too corporate anyway with fancy mixing machines and people working in offices. Your selling cookies people, get dirty and spread the flour, just like I used to do growing up eating much better cookies from home.

My Sisser and I came in the other day to give this place a chance to "redeem" themselves from a bad experience the last time my Sis went in. It was completely different for her this time, the customer service was warm, attentive, and nice. The cookies and brownies my Sis ordered were good. I like the chocolaty fudge one, and the coconut brownie was pretty yummy. I was a little different texture than I prefer in a brownie, and I am not a fan or cold brownies or cookies... but they tasted pretty dang good...

Open at 8 am and smells delicious inside! Great service and my cookies were nice and fresh; crispy on the edges but chewy in the center perfect. These cookies are worth the price about .55 each when you purchase 18 for $10 if you desire fresh bakery style cookies.

Pretty good cookies... Verrrryyy worth the .65 pricing of the cookies. Am very surprised of the location, big and unexpected in such a large office building. The sugar cookie is delicious and so is is triple threat. Would recommend, but they should really move locations I feel.

The cookie monster would also approve of this fine Phoenix establishment...and so do I. I love cookies. I should tattoo a big C to my hand for getting it caught in the cookie jar so many times, but can you blame me for my love? Cookies From Home caters to my love very well. When working in that area, I first discovered Cookies From Home while driving back to work after lunch and craving something sweet. It's been sugar heaven ever since. The store itself is adorable. Not only do they have cookies (obviously), but they also house great little gifts and knick nacks. But let's get back to the cookies at hand. As you walk into the store, they offer you samples and when I say samples, I mean a full sized cookie. Thank you cookie queens! The cookies are delicious. They are small enough that you don't feel incredibly guilty consuming one and they melt in your mouth with each bite. I don't know how they do it but the cookies are moist and hard all in the right places. They sell all different flavors of cookies. These really are an ideal gift. You can purchase a small box for a reasonable price or you can purchase enough to feed a whole army of sugar lovers. Cookies From Home always top my list when searching for an eatable item in Phoenix and it also follows my goal to shop local! Now I'm just waiting for them to start offering a low cal cookie. A girl can dream right? Oh and you can also order them online.

After receiving a response from Cookies From Home, I was immediately impressed with their prompt reply and dedication to redeeming my previous experience. It took me a couple weeks but I decided to stop back in and give this place another try. I looked a mess and didn't even have shoes on, but the young lady working was very friendly and welcomed us with a smile. I went all out and tried several of their cookies (peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, and Menage a Trois) and two of their brownies (chocolate peanut butter and something with coconut), and................ I was VERY satisfied!!!! The cookies were phenomenal and the brownies were amazing! I am very happy that Corey reached out to me as I am now a fan. Thank you Cookies From Home!

This cookie shop used to located in Downtown Tempe and back when I was young around 3rd grade our teacher would take us on Field Trips, since my school was walking distant from Mill Ave, the class would go out and take a trip to Downtown. (Now and Days kids and schools arent even allowed to do that for security reasons) but anywho we would walk there and our teacher would get us each a cookie. The cookies are amazing like the shops name "cookies from home" they are fresh and all I can remember is yummy goodness in my belly. They later had moved their location down the street to University and Priest in a business plaza. Ive come here to puchase a few cookies when Im craving for sweets and Ive have bought a basket of cookies for a gift. But the prices can be a bit too much.

Certainly not the best cookies in the world but they do have gluten free cookies which for some people may be worth stopping for. The cookies are fairly small but also priced small as well. Lots of coffee drinks to choose from but then again it isn't as good as starbucks but also cheaper. Basically it is what it is, cheap cookies and coffee.

I have been coming here for over a year and absolutely love their cookies! They taste amazing and really are bites of heaven! The location is close to work and I find myself going here for cookies often. The ladies that work here are also very helpful! I love Cookies From Home!!!

My company (Business Partners 360, recruiting firm) recently selected Cookies From Home as our vendor for thank you gifts to our clients. They custom designed adorable crates for us with our logo, which they will store and ship to our clients as needed. Their customer service has been incredible - they provided several mock ups and the owner (Barry Brooks) called me to personally thank me for my business. It is so nice to see that true, personalized customer service still exists.

I ordered 100 cookies by phone for same day delivery in Tempe. I explained that it was important they were delivered that day as the recipient was leaving the next day. Despite clear instructions, and an assurance that the gift would be delivered by noon that day, the date was entered incorrectly for the following day. Long story short, the cookies never got delivered. They did refund my money. If they had, offered to send the cookies for free to a different address so the recipient could enjoy them I would have given them more stars.

Be wearing pajama jeans by year's end I'll be the Yelping Dutchess by my next check in!! Loving Cookies from Home they're my new best friend and Shakira Shakira!

Completely disgusted by their lack of customer service. Our business signed up for a pre-paid account to send cookies to our clients over the holidays. Our logos were messed up and their responses were slow. Even though I confirmed the order with several people several different times it was still sent out wrong. We thought they would do the right thing and refund the remainder of the money in our business account ( like they told us they would) but instead we received a curt email saying their accounting department did not "approve" the refund. They have not responded to an our emails since. I am really repulsed by their attitude with us and with how quick they just shoved us under the rug hoping we'd go away. I would not recommend dealing with them on any level.

The location itself is cute. Way cute, it's practically a gift shop, but with a tastier smell. They offer up some gluten free cookies, and such and I thought that was just fantastic. The cookies are just that cookies, they're not some fantastic magical tasting cookies, but they're not bad either. A typical cookie from Subway or any other place, but they do offer up some great tasting fudge.

Every time I try to order online, it doesn't go through and I have to call someone at the store to place the order. 90% of the time when I call, it loops me thru over and over to "continue holding" and after 5-10 minutes of looping, it finally tells me to leave a message. No one has EVER called me back. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I am SO DONE with the company!

Bad name...these are not cookies from home. Cookies from home are much, much better. These were dry and flavorless, and nothing special.

It was one of those days, I saw COOKIES painted on the window and I slammed on the brakes to move over 3 lanes and skidded into the parking lot. Inside was a cute little gift shop and cookie factory. They have a variety of different cookie packages in tins and baskets for special occasions or customized corporate gifts. (see pics) Lucky for me they also sold single cookies and had a small selection of coffees and other drinks. I ordered 3 , a chocolate chip, a peanut butter and a fudgie. I was offered to try a sample as well, I chose the cinnamon rolled sugar cookie, I ate that while I waited for my order, and it was really really tasty! Thin and chewy crisp, I loved it. After I got my bag of cookies I went to the car where any food addict would go to stuff face. BOO. These were not very good at all, I took one bite of each and tossed the bag, good thing it only cost me about $2 for 3 cookies. You can get better cookies anywhere else. 2 stars for a cute gift shop and a tasty sugar cookie

I am giving this place 4.2 stars because they now carry the delicious delectables that are Slade's confections. Truth be told, I did not try any cookies, so I can't dispute Sarah G's review. I can say that the muffins, cupcakes, caramels, toffees, and tartlets that now line pastry case are are stellar. The place is kitchy kichy and a little crowded with sparkly knick knacks, but the future of this business is to streamline that, add some tables (to go with the current free wifi), and make it less of a happen-to-fall-in and more of a destination. The customer service is fabulous. Always giving out free samples. I'm not sure if Cookies from Home is under new management or if they are just taking the place in a different direction, but keep your eyes on this one.

Their gluten free cookies are quite yummy! It is hard to find good gluten free sweets. I am happy to have this bakery in the valley!
