Been here on a couple occasions, wife works not to far from here. I'll stop off and get her lunch! How nice of me!!!! Jack in the Box is alright. I do love their jalapeno poppers! Wife loves their tacos!!! Which I do to, I DON'T CARE IF IT CONTAINS MOSTLY OF SOY!!!! Daughter likes their teriyaki chicken bowl! Service is like most other fast food joints. Overall it's not a bad place to visit, you get what you want!

Food tasted horrible. Had breakfast burrito no flavor and mush inside. Hash brown was crispy on outside and mush inside. Will avoid this location.

Stopped in here early Sunday morning on my way to work. It made me remember why I avoid fast food. Went through the drive-thru, paid for my food, got my food, and the guy said "have a nice day." He never gave me my change. I didn't say anything because it was only 20 cents, but I'll never return and I don't encourage anyone else to eat here.

My husband loves Jack In The Box (I do not) and I stop here on a very frequent basis to pick him up food or snacks. I can guarantee almost every time they get it wrong and I have to go back through the drive thru or into the restaurant. Simple things like not adding bacon or cheese to their club sandwich, or putting on ketchup or tomatoes when I request it without, or just plain getting it wrong. Went to a movie with hubby and he wanted Jack In The Box on the way home. We pull in to a line of cars and after waiting to get to the speaker box I start to place my order. I find it very annoying that when I say I want a number 3 and start to say with no tomatoes or ketchup they interrupt me to ask if I want curly fries or regular and then what size and drink. After asking me all that and then I say I want no tomatoes or ketchup on the sandwich they back out the order and re-enter it and asked me again if I wanted curly fries and I said yes for the second time. Maybe if they would let the customers speak first they wouldn't have to do it that way! No doubt that is how my order was screwed up. So I get to the first window (they normally only use one) and they guy starts talking my ear off for a good 5 minutes before running my card and repeating my order. (He was being polite and it was fine but a little excessive if you ask me) He repeated it and said sourdough jack with no ketchup or tomatoes and "french fries". I assumed it meant the curly ones I ordered (and repeated back twice) so I said yes. Pull up to the next window and the lady immediately takes my card and hands me my husbands drink. Food was up pretty quick and I hand him the bag. He notices there are regular fries in the bag so I got the attention of the drive thru person and told her it was supposed to be curly fries. She goes around the corner and out comes another employee. She says you wanted curly fries, right? I said yes. She then rudely tells me that when the guy at the first window repeated my order I said it was correct. I stated I had asked for them twice already when I ordered. She leaves and comes back with an order of curly fries immediately and then proceeds to tell me that they didn't charge me for curly fries and she would have to charge me for them? Say what? You are going to charge me for an order that YOU screwed up? I don't think so! I looked at her like she was nuts and then she rudely told me fine, next time we have to charge you for these. How about next time you get the order right and I will happily pay for what I asked for....TWICE!! Then we get home and my husband said the fries were cold and soggy and in no way fresh. I knew with how fast she came back with them that there was no way they made a fresh order. Way to make it right! :( This location needs a serious lesson in customer service. This was just the last straw for me! The last few times the employees have been very curt and rude and if it wasn't for the convenience of the location and my husbands insane love of this food I wouldn't come back. EVER! I will drive a little farther next time to go to the other location. Glad to know that they have such great customer service over .40! Am I crazy for wanting a friendly greeting when I order and if it's a mistake an I'm sorry let us make it right?
