It's very disappointing to see a such a nice place turn bad. When the store opened last year prices for a single scoop were about 2.60 if I remember correctly now they are nearing $4 and portions are getting smaller. Seems as if the owner only cares about money, which is sad, to me there is no justification for the price increases. Staff is okay nothing extraordinary. Probably miserable because of their lousy owner. I hope the owner actually reads this and makes some changes. 2 stars because I love ice cream.

Welcome to Surprise, BR! Very clean and friendly! Although there are other ice cream, yogurt and custard places in town, we will make this our "go to" dessert choice now!

Baskin Robbins is my childhood ice cream! This location has a very friendly staff, especially the manager I talked to over there. Can't get enough, I'll be back soon.

Don't get me wrong I love Baskin Robibins and their products, but this visit to this new location was disappointing. I stopped by to pick up a cake for my mom's birthday and asked if I could get "Happy Birthday Mom" written on the cake, the worker told me that no one who was working was able to write, which I find hard to believe, there was like 5 employees, he didn't even bother asking or even offering to try. I wasn't looking for perfection. So I proceeded to just get the cake and some candles, but they didn't have candles. Then I asked for a bag to carry the cake in...and of course just my luck "no bag that is the cake size". The worker didn't even bother looking or showing bags. The i

Don't order a cake from them. And especially, don't call the home office if there is a problem as they just refer it to the owner. At least you get a case number. LOL The staff here is wonderful. The owner is awful. Doesn't return phone calls. Had to make two and only reason I talked to her was because she answered her phone, but was very hesitant and then tried to talk in a southern accent only she would forget and drop the accent. LOL I did not want a refund, but we threw away 1/2 cake (smallest one) because no one liked it ($30), but it would've been nice had she offered a free sundae, at least I would've felt she cared. Her attitude was, so what got your money. I notice they always have help wanted signs. We will be going to Culver's from now on. Too bad as we love Baskin Robbins, but won't give her any of my hard earned money again.

Let me start off by saying I would give zero stars if I could. I went there just 10 minutes ago with my boyfriend where we had to stand for probably 10-15 minutes while 4 employees avoided helping us. So finally when an employee began helping us I asked for a sample and he acted like it was a huge hassle. So once we were finished dealing with this miserable employee I began to each my ice cream which was in a waffle cone. It was one of those chocolate covered cones that cost extra. IT WAS STALE AND DISGUSTING. I'm so dissatisfied with my experience here. I will never go back and I will warn everyone I know about this place.

Delightful staff here at a childhood favorite that has popped up right in my neighborhood! Super clean facility, great ice cream, and can't go wrong with trick or treat oreo ice cream! YUM

Been here several times and I've seen it from quiet to busy. Every time the employees have been friendly and speedy and the place is always very clean. If I could change one thing, I wish they had some outdoor seating. There is room for a couple of small tables by the entrance.

Glad to have Baskin Robbins right across the street. It has brought a lot of families out in the afternoon for a walk, even seen people with their pets outside. Gets very busy in the summer. The ice cream is great. Hadn't been to one of their locations for many years until they opened one here is Surprise. Clean establishment and always a friendly staff, but $$$.
