We were kicking around the idea of self-serve yogurt in Sedona, then these guys beat us to it. We should hate them, but they've done a great job. The kids at the counter probably wondered why we were grimacing at them while eating our first cup. Love the quality & taste of everything, and nice variety of flavors. BTW, get a box of those small hand sanitizer packets to remedy the bathroom issue.

While service and flavors were good, I found this place to be overpriced... But we were in the mood for FroYo and this was available.

Clean place, friendly server, good mix of flavors. A bit high priced but since there aren't many options in Sedona this met the need. $.45 per ounce.

NO BATHROOM, HIGH PRICES, AND if you want to wipe your hands with water, you'll have to buy it! Most places offer a jug of water with disposable cups that you can take and pour at will, not here. They have a jug of water in site with disposable cups but not for customers, just staff! We asked! Therefore do not take kids who may get sticky fingers because with no bathroom and no water being offered they'll surely stay sticky. Plus...here's the laugh....they have a tip jar out!!!! "SELF SERVE YOGURT, and NO you can't have water, but give us a tip!" hahaha The good news is that the tourist information center across the gas station had a water fountain, friendly staff, and clean bathrooms.

Awesome yogurts better than yogurt gaint Yogurtland. My favorite is Pomegranate Raspberry & the toppings are Popping Boba, fresh berries, pineapples! Highly recommend this establishment.

Good selection of both yogurts and extras. The add ons were kept clean and organized. The young man working was very outgoing and kind.

Definitely beats Cold Stone and Dairy Queen but not quite as good as the Black Cow Cafe. They offer about a dozen different flavors of frozen yogurt. Open late which in Sedona is hard to find. Convenient location in the same complex as the movie theater. I hope they stick around. Like that they have a loyalty card for the locals. Only negative is they are a bit pricey compared to other frozen yogurt joints. But after all...it is in Sedona.

I am absolutely hooked on this place! It's the best treat I've had in Sedona. Lots of great low-fat flavors that change regularly, plus tons of healthy (and not-so-healthy) toppings depending on your needs of the day!

Lots of flavor choices including 3 non dairy choices. Many toppings but none are labeled! No fresh fruit toppings. I thought I had chosen peanut butter chips but got butterscotch and peanut butter cups wound up being kit kat bars. 3 yogurts were more than $10. It would've been nice to get what we wanted.

Good for an after-hike treat. Otherwise, quite the standard Fro-yo place.

We stopped in after a hike in Boynton Canyon. No bathroom, but the shopkeeper gave us wet wipes. With big after-hike appetites four of us spent about $20. The prices ($0.48 per oz.) and quality seemed much better than the uptown competition. The nonfat pistachio was a favorite of our group; Nutella and dulce de leche were also good. There were vegan sorbet and no-sugar no-fat options. We'll be back!

Zainey's Frozen Yogurt is closest to where I live I decided to try this one today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered sample cups. This place is clean, organized and looks very appealing. They had numerous choices of flavors to choose from including Mint, green apple and tres leche I decided to try the Green Apple. OMG.. It was delicious I can't wait to go back and get more!

Over priced, $7.50 for a small tub of yogurt. But it's across the street from my house so I can't complain. I like the different options.

So the family and I were in the mood for FroYo. Where we are there are alot of choices. Zainey's was ok at best in flavor choices. They only have about a dozen or so choices. Most places in OK have at least double that. As far as the staff. Wow. Can we say entitled and stuck up, clear they were not happy to be there, and every question myself or other patrons had was a bother. It is apparent they hire high school kids in the evening shift. What attitude me an my family received this evening. Not to mention No Bathroom. What kind of food establishment has no bathroom.Unfortunately, there is no other choice in Sedona so by default they will get my business again. However, if a better FroYo place opens up I would not go here again. It was even comical the responses that the girl was given. A couple of other customers and myself were chuckling at the bad service.

Great variety of tasty flavors and ad-ins. Perfect for a treat after your hike. Sat outside and admired the sunset and beautiful red rock views. Had the coconut with yogurt chips and shredded coconut. Yummy!

Coming from San Diego and always going to Cool Craving, a self-serving ice cream place like this, we decided to go after a 2 hour hike in the morning. I loved how this place was a different type of ice cream place, you rarely find a place where you can choose your own amount of ice cream and toppings. The prices are really cheap and super good ice cream. The family that owns the place are super nice and are willing to give you sample cups too. The place is super modern and really amazing. My ice cream was only $4, and i had a vanilla ice cream with like a mountain of Reese's peanut butter cup. (:

Just your average fro-yo. Nothing to write home about, other than the fact it's the only game in town. And it's open later than most Sedona dessert spots which shutter up around 6pm in the winter. I think Zainey's is at least open until 8:30 or 9.

Driving by and saw this Froyo place and assumed it was good but did not have good selection and they only had large cups when someone else asked for smaller cups the girl rolled her eyes and on top of that when I asked for strawberries she said she would have to cut them up and didn't offer to cut them for her customers, bad customer service.

We love froyo, so we were thrilled to find the one and only in Sedona. Great flavors, place is clean as a whistle, and it's open very late for Sedona, which is perfect for our late dinner schedule. That's the good part. The downsides? Prices are higher than any other froyo place we've ever been to. There is no bathroom - if there isn't a law there sure ought to be! And like most fast-food places, they hire high school kids. On our first of our two visits, the girl who rang us up was a real space cadet. It was Sunday, and there was supposed to be a 10% discount if you buy two cups on Sunday. She didn't give us the discount, and had no clue that it was even Sunday or that this discount existed, even though it's on the store window! When we pointed it out, she said she couldn't void the transaction and give it to us. Not a big deal in terms of money, but definitely annoyed the shit out of us.

My family was so excited when this self-serve frozen yogurt place was about to open (it took forever!). We love frozen yogurt and will go out several times a week when we are in Phoenix. But Sedona didn't have any -- Now, finally, self-serve yogurt has come to Sedona. Unfortunately, when they came, they brought an "attitude" with them that you can charge whatever you like just because they have an exclusive. They charge 45¢ an ounce, when most places are 37¢ to 39¢ an ounce. And there's no difference -- it's not like these yogurts are more delicious, more healthy, etc. They are essentially the same products available in other locations, but at a premium price "because it is Sedona." Wow. Can't somebody open a business in this town which sees a million or more tourists a year and just consider making a normal profit margin? They need a "local's price" -- not a stupid "punch it and get one free eventually" card. The yogurt itself is tasty, the young kids that work there are friendly and they are willing to let you sample the yogurt first. But overall, it's no different than anywhere else except for their overblown opinion of how much people will pay for it. Will I still go there? Sure. But only once every week or two and not three times a week or more, that's for sure. EDIT OF REVIEW - Early 2014 update. Today, I went again to the Zainey's Frozen Yogurt shop in Sedona. Things have gone from bad to worse. The door was open, so I went in and got myself a yogurt, and when I went to pay for it, the young woman said in an accusing tone "I'm sorry, we're not open yet." (Hey, the door was open, I walked in -- am I to blame?). They wouldn't let me pay for the small cup (3 oz.) of yogurt I had in my cup - they preferred to take it from me and throw it away. The right move here if the cash register isn't working would be just "enjoy it sir with our compliments," or "How about we just make a flat $2 (or some other amount)." EDIT OF REVIEW - Mid 2014 update Last night, both of us tried the Euro Tart, our favorite flavor (from a selection that rarely changes and is really uninspired). It happened that last night, the plain white Euro Tart was pink, and it was filled with ice crystals. We complained to the nice girl at the counter and she did nothing . . . no replacement cups, no "Gee, I'm sorry" or anything! I wondered why these nice kids hadn't been taught better customer service, so we finished our far-below-average yogurt and left. This morning I called the owner, expecting to get an offer of a replacement. NOW, I know exactly why the counter girl didn't offer to replace the yogurt . . . instead of offering us anything for our trouble, the owner (who announced her name as a "Doctor") simply argued about it. When you argue with a customer, that says "We think you are a liar." Frankly, I've spoken to many people who live here in the Sedona area, and we are all waiting for this company to go to the next logical step . . . to go OUT of business. They can't succeed selling yogurt at a 35-40% higher price than anywhere else, and to top that off, providing no customer service. Good riddance will be what this family says.

We enjoyed trying out this place. Good service and great yogurt choices. Love the root beer flavor. Also lots of fruit toppings.

Zainey's Frozen Yogurt has a large selection of self serve frozen yogurt. You can get just one flavor or mix them. There is also a large selection op toppings from fruit to candy. The place is clean and the service is helpful for new people like me who come in for the first time. They weigh the cup of yogurt and you pay by the weight. My visit was fun and delicious.
