The usual. Caramel Macchiato with soy. It'll go good with my lunch. My bow tie noodles and homemade veggies sauce. Have a wonderful day. Peace. Oh the view can't be beat.

Loving this Starbucks location. Amazing views and comfy outdoor seating! I think I could've fell asleep out there. Haha. Staff was nice & friendly. Everything else is the same inside like any other starbucks locales. The only downfall is that they do not have WiFi. But with the stunning views who needs it right?

Very nice furniture . Not worn out . Great deck with great views . Coffee was good . It took a long time for my husband to get his drink .No WIFI ? Disorganized slow staff when it's not that busy . We met a really nice local woman who explained that they "want us to focus on the views and order more products instead of sticking our noses in our phones and IPads." No idea if that's true but WIFI is a commonplace service in coffee shops now . Honestly , Starbucks you aren't my mom so let me make the decision regarding electronic devices .If anyone employed there wishes to respond with a rationale for this gap in service I'd be interested to hear about it .

Beautiful view of the rocks. Who needs a tour when you can just chill with a Starbucks drink and relax on their patio. My drinks were made just right. Love coming back every morning here.

Not sure why this Starbucks received some negative reviews, but I personally had a pleasant experience here. It's located in Uptown Sedona and the only reason why I'm reviewing it is because of the beautiful view of the Red Rocks. Who doesn't enjoy sipping on coffee/tea with a view? I agree that it's a little small though.

Coffee with a view. This Starbucks has a great location in Sedona. For years upon years I wondered why Starbucks hadn't located a shop here. When they finally did they grabbed a great location in the newly constructed outdoor mall. One can only discuss or compare this Starbucks in regard to other Starbucks in different locations. Not To be mean but this one really lacks clear organization and/or employee development. You can wait a long time here even when there are only a few people in front if you. When it is crowded -- forget about it... But it is Starbucks and it is in Sedona. And it does have a nice view from their deck.

This might be the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The view is amazing and the outdoor and indoor seating are both comfy and clean. I wanted to try their new coconut milk option so I asked for a recommendation. Both baristas suggested the vanilla latte with coconut milk so i went for an iced one. Their recommendation was spot on and I think this drink is a new favorite of mine. Great spot and baristas who know whats good. The only problem you'll have with this starbucks is finding it. It's at the very end of the plaza so you might have to ask around.

I've never been to a Starbucks where I had to toast my own bagel, no WiFi, and no stars. I used my card and was not informed I wouldn't earn stars. It wasn't until I went to inquire about Wifi did I see the little sign that says no stars. The view is great but if I had known what I know now I'd go to the independent coffee shop down the street.

Very disappointing location. Don't have LaBoulange and not even a sandwich! My Chai tea didn't taste the same as it does at our favorite location in Tucson either. No outlets!!! And NO WIFI ... UGH!!! This is not a user friendly Starbucks at all. Won't be back. We can get our drinks at Safeway which is a lot closer to where we are staying. So disappointed :-( However, the scenery is to die for!!!

Nice and very clean even restroom. This Starbucks has an amazing view from outside patios. When I go to Sedona, I'll be there again.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Only two employees during the morning rush. They could not serve coffee, said their machine was broken, were giving Americana's at the same price. Probably stood in line for 20 minutes + and we were only three people back. The staff was nice but not well trained and the place was insufficiently staffed.

    (2)
  • Sam M.

I go here a lot, as it is close to work. Never had a bad experience. Only downside is no free wifi.

    (4)
  • Cherita A.

Impatient with us, but witnessed a customer being told they had 5 min to make a decision since they were closing @6:30! Come on! What happened to employees realizing if they close at 6:30 then you may work till 7:00! Grow up! Really tired of the lack of customer service at Starbucks! I prefer local coffee but much can be said about accessibility and a good cup of joe and Starbucks definitely has that covered. But sooner or later people will get tired of the lack of customer service!!

    (1)
  • Amanda S.

A clean, lovely location with super-friendly service. I'm always impressed by people who can be friendly at 6:30 in the morning. The store was busy even then but we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The views alone make it worth the stop.

  • Rebecca S.

This Starbucks is fine as far as coffee and service goes, but there is NO WIFI. I stopped by, planning to get a couple hours of work done while enjoying the amazing view, but that was not happening. I found a connection down the hallway at Wildflower Bread Company, and brought my coffee with me.

    (3)
  • CL K.

Coffee- tastes like Starbucks. You'll get what you paid for. However, what is with the incessantly long line....EVERY TIME I go on there? Get ready to wait for your coffee.

Rip off. Unable to redeem coupons and rewards. My little girl was really thirsty and she got small iced tea for she thought she could refill it for free because we are Goldstar members, but they would not honor it and now my little girl is still very thirsty. And this being on Father's Day...

  • John S.

No wifi. Snooty staff. Didn't have decaf so they offered "But we can make you a decaf Americano." They then tried to charge me for an Americano instead of the decaf I ordered. Every other Starbucks apologizes if they don't have decaf and if it'll take a few minutes to make you one and charges for a regular decaf. They also charge 50 cents for a packet of agave that's free at every other Starbucks.

My family has an obsession with Starbucks. Wherever we go on vacation, there is always research going on about where to find one in the area. Although we were only in Sedona for a week, we came here just about everyday. I was bummed that they didn't have wifi, so I could only check in twice from my campsite before I went there. Overall, best view I've ever had at a Starbucks (it overlooks Snoopy rock). The service was slow and not very good. I missed my chatty, smiley baristas from home. The coffee was ok though.

    (3)
  • Ivy L.

    Nice view!

  • Danielle B.

I love Starbucks and this is the only one I have found in Sedona. The nice thing about this Starbucks are the killer views. It is on a hilltop and a great place to just relax and enjoy the view.

    (5)
  • Lynn S.

I don't usually rate Starbucks but this was one of the cleanest and nicest Starbucks I ever visited. It is in a great location in the shopping center with plenty of seating all around.

    (4)
  • Joanne J.

Very clean and helpful staff. The coffee always yummy. The view on the deck extraordinary. The art in the vestibule is fun to look at too.

    (4)
  • Mike K.

As far as the coffee goes, I can't say that it is any better or worse than any other Starbucks. You'll get what you expect in that sense. Next, you really can't beat the view from this spot, outdoor seating here is awesome, and the cafe has nice views too, if it's a bit chilly out. I'm down rating it though, because of the lack of free wifi. Seriously? Gimme a break! You can piggyback off one of the other wifi networks available, but shouldn't have to. I know this location is run by the Hyatt on the same property, which really just adds to the corporate arrogance of no free wifi. Anyhow, if you're just coming to relax, sans wifi, it's pretty awesome, but that wifi thing really sticks in my craw! Also, the rewards benefits aren't honored the same way I don't think, which also sucks. They need to bring this stuff up to par and they'd get better ratings. There are a lot of cool independent coffee spots in Sedona, so you may want to check them out too.

    (3)
  • Nathaniel G.

This Starbucks is owned by Hyatt so you don't get full Starbucks card privileges. Refills $.55. You earn stars here but can't redeem awards. That aside, the view is spectacular and the quality of the staff and coffee were what I am used to from other Starbucks.

I had a hard time finding this Starbucks on Yelp and Google maps so I thought I would add it for everyone's benefit. This isn't a "real" Starbucks, although it is a stand alone retail location. It is owned and operated by the Hyatt Pinon Pointe Resort. The drinks are usually pretty good, but they are slow and not very friendly.

    (3)
  • Ali P.

This Starbucks has an amazing view of Sedona's red rocks and canyons from its outdoor patios. Plus, staff are really friendly here. However, my own experience is that the pace here is a little slower than at most other Starbucks locations. We came here twice for morning coffee and tea and waited a little longer than normal because of mistakes with other customers' orders and because the staff just didn't seem prepared to handle more than 3 or 4 people in line at a time. Again, they are very friendly but just be prepared to wait a little longer here if you are looking to grab your food and hit the trails. Overall, I would definitely come back here because of the fine views but I'll plan my time a little better in the future.

    (3)

Yup, Starbucks but I have to say if you're in Sedona, you have to stop and grab a chai tea latte and enjoy the beautiful views from this coffee shop. BEAUTIFUL!

I cannot believe that this Starbucks is part of the same chain that I frequent around the world. I drink Starbucks coffee all the time. The coffee tasted terrible and burned. The only creamer choice was half-and-half, no milk was offered. They do not have free Wi-Fi. I heard them training a new employee, and he stated that he had never brewed a cup of coffee in his life. It seems they are really dredging the bottom at this one. I should have gone to a local coffee shop. The only reason they even deserve one star, is because the girl working at the counter was nice.

    (1)
  • Sarah C.

Staff was unfriendly. Drink lid was not secure on my cup and my frappacino dripped all over me and my work uniform. Will not be back to this location- will stick with the Safeway grocery store location. Improve your customer service and act professionally. It's great to banter with your coworkers, but you are at work not at home- act like it!

    (2)
  • Lynn W.

Great view, great coffee, friendly staff. The real rub is a Starbucks without WiFi! The staff say the get complaints all day, but you can't blame them. Overall s great place for coffee in Sedona, unless you want to get a little work done the WiFi is an issue

Perfect location! Friendly staff and great drinks! My go-to Starbucks when I am in Sedona. I love the view of Snoopy Rock!

    (4)

GREAT customer service! The views are beautiful! Only downfall (for me since I was hoping to get some work done) is that they don't have WiFi. There was an open network but it was unreliable and went in and out. If you are looking for a place to get work done / study and need Internet, you might want to try Wildflower (in the same shopping center).

Sometimes I feel so silly writing a review for a place like Starbucks, but this location is really special. Located in a beautiful shopping center near uptown Sedona, the patio overlooks the beautiful, red rocks! They also sell a variation of coffee including a special Sedona blend. Be sure to stop by when you visit! I mean after all, who doesn't love Starbucks?!

    (5)

Kinda small but still more than enough seating room and a nice calm atmosphere, friendly staff and quick to deliver the order, they also were able to take my Teavana gift card with no problem so now I can relax and enjoy my brunch

One of the loveliest Starbucks views I've seen (and I've seen A LOT). Don't know why the bad rep - I'd probably be unhappy if I had to deal with bitchy tourists all day, but the baristas were lovely!

Its a Starbucks and on 3/22 I enjoyed my chocolate flavored coffee drink with a nice view. Our drinks were made right and tasted fine. Just wish they would use real chocolate sauce instead of high fructose chocolate flavored syrup.

Not a corporate owned Starbucks. You can't redeem free drinks here.
