The Sedona Springs Resort is a great place to stay if you are looking to get away from life for a few days. We booked a two story room for a week for four adults. When we checked in and walked into the room we were actually amazed with how awesome everything was. Our unit was not only beautiful with all of the decor but functional. We had 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 kitchens! My one gripe here is that the WiFi internet is pretty slow. In general, I don't really need too much from a hotel so this was more than perfect for me. Love it!

Wifi is now available throughout the resort! The weather is great! Fall is a good time to see the desert.

a bit of a ripoff at $15k to buyin, $800+ per year in maintenance/HOA and locked in to stay in one place, all for 7 nights' visit; with expedia, timeshare is a bit out of date. but if you like sedona, and you've got a big family, this is a bargain! sleeps 10, beautifully remodeled from the '80s mauves, taupes and turqoises to the '00s dark woods, chocolates and earthy colors. fully stocked kitchen, though if you're a gourmand you'll want to make a note to bring: --champagne glasses, martini glasses, snifters and espresso cups --martini pitcher and stirrer --ice scoop --cutting boards (theirs is a little 5x7" postcard) --proper knives (but you were bringing those anyway) --box up your kitchen drawers of utensils etc. all they've got is a can opener, spatula and vegetable peeler. (hint: put their stuff in the bottom drawer so you don't mix up theirs with yours) --spices, sugar, oils, vinegars, flour, rice and all the rest... yum... --standard or special light bulbs according to your preference. they use all fluorescent, and bright ones too! i forgot how bright those things can get! first thing you do on arrival is to start your icemaker in the freezer put all the gross wax and paper plants and kitchy decor in the closet check stock of all glassware and kitchen (paper form next to the stove) hint: your coffee tables in the seating areas lift up to form t.v. trays. redneck, couch-potato comfort for your remote-control-slash-clicker nirvana. just lift up on the edges. GREAT fitness center! panoramic windows and nice televisions and audio systems. stacker washer/dryers now in the units. jacuzzi bath in the upper level master suite. and shower "room" for 4, if that's your thing; otherwise just get your breakdance on!

This place is very nice. Love the kitchens so you can cook for yourself instead of having to eat out every meal in one of the most expensive places to eat out. Everything is clean and neat, and the furniture was very nice (but some footstools would be a great addition). While the rooms are beautiful and all the appliances are new, the beds are very uncomfortable. I wish they had spent a little more time picking a good quality mattress. We ended up leaving a day early just to get back home to our own beds. You can use the rec room in the complex next door, rent videos, play pool, swim, whatever. They even have a nice little shop that sells some souvenirs and the hotel line of bath products (smells great, but not very moisturizing). I was a bit disappointed in the check-in staff. We dealt with the same woman on multiple days and she was really not happy to be there and made sure every one knew it.

We stayed in a newly remodeled 1 upstairs bedroom. It was clean and modern. It had granite countertops in the kitchen, tile floor downstairs with carpeting upstairs. Rooms were spacious, both bedroom and living room had flat screen TVs. Upstairs master bath had shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom had balcony upstairs with a nice view. For a couple (like us) or a small family it is perfect. Slight limitation - downstairs bath has only a commode and sink. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and gave good recommendations about where to go and what to see. Property is located right off Hwy 89 with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is a pool, clubhouse and activities for families. Only negative is the Internet. It was slow to useless. Visited in June of 2011 and didn't realize that I had only posted into Trip Advisor, oops.
