Outstanding service and food! I could eat Mexican everyday and would pay every day to eat here. Great food, outstanding service. Looking forward to our next visit when back in town. This restaurant does not show up as serving great Mexican cuisine but they should. They serve many other good dishes but if you are looking for great Mexican food do not bypass.

this place serves pretty good Mexican food. The chorizo and eggs dish is a good amount to feed your inner fat girl. I give the customer service there two thumbs up.

Wow The best Mexican food that I have ever had! Great service too Try Miley's burrito. When the show 3 on the heat, they are correct. Great salsa with a little heat and great flavor. A small independent restaurant You should try it!

We visited Sedona last week and we stopped here for breakfast, and we loved it! We came back 2 more times during our stay. The restaurant is clean, personnel is friendly and attentive. We were asked constantly of everything was ok. The price is perfect for what you get. The food is delicious! The chorizo plates and burritos were so yummy also their homemade hot salsa yum! We are hoping to come back to Sedona next year and we will definitely come here for breakfast!

We were looking for good Mexican food in town, and the recommended place was closed. We ended up going to Miley's Cafe instead, and we have a new favorite restaurant in the Sedona area. Friendly staff, awesome food, and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be back.

Following yelp leads for lunch brought us to Miley's Cafe. Do not order the Fish Taco. I love a good fish taco, but these lacked everything. Fried tilapia, cabbage, grilled onions = tasteless. When I asked for Pico de gaello. .they served a tiny amount and charged $2 extra!

Great experience I'm not from around here but they made me feel welcome and the food was great!

  • Carol L.

Just had breakfast here ... and WOW! Ordered the huevos with chili verde. Eggs perfectly cooked, truly superior kick-ass chili, just enough beans. Staff is friendly and prompt, outside dog-friendly patio, nice southwestern decor inside (and the barstools are tractor seats). Man, I wish this place was in my home town. I love me some good breakfast!!!

Delicious American/Mexican food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and right near the entrance into Village of Oak Creek. I have been here for breakfast and lunch so far. Has nice selection of breakfast items. Can't wait to try them all.

After a 9 hour drive from San Diego, we were looking for something simple, convenient, and close by. This is near Bell Rock area. We were also on a budget, not looking for anything expensive and came across this place on Yelp. We ordered: -fried zucchini (under $10) - Hamburger with grilled mushroom and swiss with fruit on the side (under $10) - Cheese Quesadilla (under $10) Service was friendly, I think they close around 8:30.

The food was better than I expected! It was pretty authentic Mexican foot. I had the green chili enchiladas .. Nice and spicy! Free chips and salsa with you meal is also always a nice touch. Service was good (it was slow) but it was hard to convey changes we wanted to make to our order. Also it was expensive. But so is everything in Sedona. Don't go in expecting an inexpensive meal but the meal was served quickly.

  • Kari S.

The food is decent, but way overpriced for what you get. Though Staff was very attentive. If you are looking for a quick bite, this place works fine. But if you are looking for a great sit down meal, look elsewhere.

Best friend got married at the Hilton walking distance from Mileys. My friends and family ate there twice during our stay. Extensive menu made it easy for everyone to choose. From burgers to shrimp cocktail and very good mexican food as one of the main staples. I had the carne asada burro enchilada style. Prices were fair and local and rather than tourist trap rates. Definitely a stop in my next visit.

  • Jenny A.

Stopped here on our way up to Sedona because it had good reviews and vegetarian options. My sister and I split the nachos and my mom had a chicken taco. Her taco had no seasoning to it and our nachos were bland and dry. I don't know why this place is rated so high. I'd compare their Mexican food to Taco Bell

Stopped here to end our 4 day 3 night trip in Sedona. Great diner with Mex and American dishes. I had the "egg chiladas" (enchiladas that come out pancake style with two eggs). My BF had blueberry pancakes and a side of bacon. Orange juice and coffee were fresh. Everything was tasty. Service was good -coffee topped off a few times, two salsas made available for the Mex style food. Manager and servers kept eyes on tables. Definitely where many locals go. Tall bar stools take care of the individual diners. And if they don't have your breakfast item in a dish, their sides seem to cover you- back page of side items might be longer than the dishes on the menu. Typical diner but they don't let you forget you're in Sedona - great art covers walls, including some murals, photos etc of the gorgeous scenery. Think there's a patio in the back but we didn't check it out.

Excellent service and food. We had steak and eggs with coffee. Service was friendly and one can tell it's popular with the locals. Will come back ...

Awesome place. Had breakfast here and not only were they nice but the food was tasty and great. One of the best breakfast places on my list.

we were cruising around looking for a place for dinner and gave this place a shot. smaller, obviously family owned and our expectations weren't that high. we ordered the house special and the nachos supreme. Now we've been eating Mexican food all over North America and quite honesty this is the best we ever had. Service was outstanding too..all the servers help everyone so our experience was excellent. this will be our spot every time we're in town highly recommend.

Casual restaurant with very good Mexican food. Had the chicken enchiladas; chips and salsa were really good too. Authentic.

This is the best breakfast, lunch or dinner in Sedona, AZ I have been here a few times over the last year and I got to tell you I have never had a bad experience! The staff is friendly, you are greeted as soon as you walk in. While your seated you will be asked numerous times if you would liek a refill or if you need or want anything else. The food is very nice portions and Fresh, Hot and home cooking delicious

Pros Greeted as soon as we entered despite how busy they were Basic menu but everything looked and smelled amazing Quick service Very friendly and attentive staff Food was perfect! I got the Machaca & eggs , home fries are delicious , see menu I posted. Excellent food and service!! Husband got southwest eggs. Pretty decor. This is where the locals eat.

This will be a must stop, on our next trip to Sedona. My wife and I stopped there on the recommendation from Bell Rock Inn. The breakfast was filling and tasty. I loaded up on the salsa that they make. The restaurant is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the prices are good.

    (4)
  • Marcos M.

Went to Miley's and had the grande burrito. It is bacon, potato, cheese and egg covered in a tomatillo sauce. Amazing! My wife had the bacon avacado omellette and she loved it. If I lived in Sedona I would here at least once a week. Great prices and friendly employees too!

  • Heather N.

A group of friends and I stopped to have dinner here partially because of the name. It definitely caught our eye! I asked the cashier where they got the name of the restaurant from and he said that it's the name of the young daughter of the family who owns the restaurant, which is cute. My vegetarian friend was very happy with all of the vegetarian options offered here. I ordered the chicken taco salad and she had the vegetarian version which had refried beans instead of a meat. Overall, I liked the food served here. I ordered a side of rice which they brought out promptly. The waitress also ensured that my friend's Diet Coke was filled at all times. The portions are also pretty big for their prices. I definitely recommend ordering one of their Mexican dishes, since it seems to be their specialty. The staff is very courteous and I definitely appreciated the family atmosphere. The bathroom was very clean as well. I would definitely return here the next time I'm in Sedona.

    (4)
  • Muja B.

Food is good and service is great. Prices are reasonable as well. The Sedona sandwich was kind of bland but once I added the hot sauce to it, definitely tasted better.

  • S S.

We stopped here for lunch after the Bell Rock trail hike. Food was the level of a Dennys. I ordered a chicken enchiladas. The chicken was shredded with no spices or marinade and dry on top of that. The enchilada sauce had no flavor at all. Could have come from a Campbell soup can. The other person ordered a BLT with fries. It was good but nothing special. Maybe their breakfasts are better.

Food is great. Staff is always friendly. Great anytime of day. Breakfast omelettes are amazing. Can't miss sitting outside or in.

  • Ashley P.

I am pretty impressed with this place that is in the middle of a fancy shopping center, yet is quality, affordable, delicious Mexican food. I had the chicken fajitas and they were seasoned beautifully. My husband had the chicken burrito and it was great. Beans, rice and guacamole all very good. We got it to go, and they gave us water while we waited and extra salsa for the chips. I am glad we stopped here on our way into Sedona.

    (4)
  • Laura L.

My husband and I ate here 3 times during our Sedona stay. The food was great, the service was super speedy and friendly, the portions were generous and the prices were inexpensive.

    (5)
  • Julie C.

If you like Mexican food with a sauce that is based in Campbell's tomato soup, then this the place for you. The food was sub-par and quite a stark contrast when compared to other authentic Mexican cuisine in the area. I was skeptical about the reviews online, yet after eating there once, I wish I would have gone to Wendy's...and I'm vegan.

    (1)
  • Tina H.

Ordered a carne asada taco and they brought out a crumbled hamburger in a tortilla. Really pathetic.

  • Christa L.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town. I can't say there's anything particularly special about this place (other than that it's located in SEDONA). We ate a typical breakfast with eggs, pancakes, bacon, etc. The service was pretty good considering it was a busy Sunday morning. Definitely a place to visit if you're looking to load up on breakfast before starting your day.

    (3)
  • Anj B.

We went in the middle of the afternoon. It wasn't busy, and our server was excellent . This has an extensive Mexican menu, with burgers and sandwiches as well. The fajitas were pretty good, she brought a side of roasted jalapeño salsa that was excellent. I'm not a bog fan of retried beans and rice, those seemed typical of high volume Mexican restaurants. The cheeseburger was also good, and the french fries were better lol. We come to Sedona regularly, and we try different restaurants each time. We'd come back here, the service alone was well above average.

    (4)
  • Russell M.

I believe this is or was the sister diner to Cafe Jose in West Sedona. Nothing fancy although this place is a tad nicer and I think the food is slightly better. I've only had breakfast here a handful of times with a local model railroading club and they always manage to do an upstart job handling all the separate checks. They have a good breakfast menu so if you're visiting or staying in the Village of Oak Creek this is a reliable place that is reasonably priced. The servers are friendly and efficient and the food is quite good.

  • Bryan E.

This is a great little find. Service was very friendly, quick, and attentive. The chips and salsa are good too. I had the Chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I have had. Price is good, plenty of parking. Definitely worth a stop.

  • Daniel L.

First of all, I love Mexican food, and I love it even more when they have free chips & salsa. I think this place would be better for breakfast, but definitely stick to the Mexican food here...as they offer pretty much anything you can find in American diners.

  • Amos G.

I love this place! Went there several times during my week stay in Sedona good thing we were right above at the Oak creek Hilton. Would walk down for breakfast lunch or dinner. Plenty to select from menu, great staff! Great food great prices and portions are good! Variety of food from traditional sandwiches, salads and burgers, to Mexican food. The Mexican breakfast dishes are very good! Love this place and I will continue to return whenever I return to Sedona hopefully soon!!

Had breakfast, it was AWESOME! Soooo much food, I felt bad sending it to be thrown away. Locals love the place and most call and make reservations.

  • Kristen C.

Chilaqilles were a tasty mix of tortillas and red sauce (spiciness to your liking) refried beans and eggs any style on a plate and you can mix up as you wish. Grande breakfast burrito nice mix of eggs, potatoes, bacon and plenty of red sauce to mix in. Basic Ranch breakfast with eggs, hash browns, bacon was crispy as ordered. Biscuits and gravy was flavorful. Belgian waffle was light, sweet, and fluffy. Prices are reasonable. I would come here again.

  • Frank R.

Go in with low expectations and this is a steady go to. Possibly 3 stars, as maybe we just ordered the wrong thing (huge menu!). She had a chicken salad sandwich which came out just dripping with mayo on greasy toast. I had the black bean sandwich...which literally was a frozen bean patty cut in half and just dropped in 2 folded corn tortillas. Small side of diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

We had an hour to kill so we stopped in for coffee at 6:30 on a Sunday night. They brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me and my husband knowing that the coffee was the only thing we wanted... And even let us take it to go. Super friendly service! We didn't eat anything but the man eating pancakes at the counter inhaled them while we waited for the fresh coffee. They looked delicious and I suspect they tasted delicious as well.

While visiting Sedona with my family, we stopped in to the place on our way home. What a nice little surprise! It was late in the day so it was pretty quite. Sweet waitress! We were in the mood for sandwiches that day. Reuben was fabulous! Mom had a BLTC that was very yummy! I had chicken salad. It was very good too, but I really think their Mexican food is the best! We had a few apps that we loved! All the other reviews say the same. Mexican for breakfast and lunch! I would take that over the sandwiches! Pet friendly patio, cool decor and great service. Overall you can't go wrong! I posted pictures of the sandwiches and decor! :)

We were at a loss to find a place to accommodate 13 people. We wanted a burger and a beer on a Sunday after a long hike. We were recommended Miley's and what a treat. The service was outstanding never letting the drinks run dry. The food was amazing and very large portions. They serve a mix of Mexican and American food. I had the Mexi burger. It was very tasty. Others in the group had turkey enchiladas and they said they were outstanding. We went there again for breakfast the next day and found the same great service and tasty foods. They have a pet friendly patio area to make the experience all the more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Servers were nice, and my Chili Verde was beyond awesome! I finished it in 5 minutes!!

  • Tracet T.

Not impressed. The breakfast burrito was good, not great. there was a two dollar charge for splitting the order, and that got us an extra plate. We could've used a spatula. Both places when they charge for a split do it for you in the kitchen.

    (2)
  • Jennifer T.

Mileys cafe was a great place to go for breakfast. I got the grande burrito wet... It had potatoes, bacon, eggs and cheese inside. This burrito is big and it was so good! The tortilla tasted fresh too!

  • L L.

Well, we hit other places that have dozens or hundreds of reviews, so no need to add to those. We hit this place for a fast meal on the way home from Sedona to Phoenix. My husband ordered the philly cheesesteak. There wans't much meat, it was 80% veggies. I ordered a breakfast of ham and eggs. I asked for my eggs to be cooked with no runny whites. They came out fried crisp (too crisp) yet the whites were very runny! When I cook eggs at home, I thin out the whites around the yolk as they cook. No need to crisp an egg...why can't a cook get this simple technique right?? The toast was like fricken crackers. I never had such crispy toast in my life...not good. My ham barely touched the grill. It tasted boiled or just uncooked. I prefer some char grill on my ham. I'm being generous giving them 3 stars just to be nice.

    (3)
  • Jami S.

My husband and I went their for the first time today. The service and food was awesome. I had the bacon, cheese and avocado omelet, I had never had one and it was wonderful. They kept our coffee and tea filled at all times. I will go back to this place the next time we are in Sedona.

  • Owietus M.

I had the fish & chips, 3 fish fillets cooked well, reminded me of being in the UK. My friend enjoyed her fish tacos. excellent food with large portions at reasonable prices. server was considerate & prompt. atmosphere was perfect with the Sedona paintings and tables placed with privacy distance.... i loved the open feeling of the restaurant...no cramped quarters here. I will be back!

  • Margaret R.

We're locals and eat here quite often. Roberto, the owner, is a very nice man! The staff is always pleasant and service is fast. When u go in plz notice how clean the restaurant is, specifically take a look at the vents over the grill (it's an open kitchen) they are sparkling clean all the time. My husband and I were in the business for a long time and notice everything about a restaurant. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they need to improve their weekend only eggs Benedict. The english muffin wasn't toasted and the hollandaise was very bland. Otherwise I am happy to recommend Miley's. Great family owned and operated restaurant. Good job Miley's! Just work on improving your eggs Benedict.

  • Susan M.

We came here for lunch after a hike around Bell Mountain. We had the BLTCA(BLT with cheese and avocado ) and the chicken salad on sourdough. It comes with melted Swiss, avocado and spouts. Both sandwiches were fresh, yummy and fast. We will be back!

    (5)
  • Marc W.

We arrived and the outdoor table was covered with food from prior people. Eventually, after going inside they cleared the table. They eventually took our order after 20 minutes. Other people who arrived after us ordered first and were fed first. We had to ask for the check four times. My $10.99 fajita salad was a total rip off and served without tortillas. Service was terrible. I would not go back.

  • Greg J.

Nice place with a nice upscale diner feel. I had biscuits and gravy, I thought the gravy was too thin and bland. My wife had eggs and bacon which were good. Service was excellent. Overall Red Rock Cafe might be better.

Service with a smile, and great food! At home atmosphere. Chips and yummy salsa when we sat down. Thanks for a nice dinner!!

What a great place, the staff are all eager to help and very flexible to your vegetarian needs, the coffee was great and the Grande Burrito may be one of the best breakfasts I ever had!

We ate here twice while visiting Sedona once for dinner and once for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised the service excellent prices were very reasonable for the area and the food was very good. We will be coming here in the future when we visit Sedona. I definitely recomend Mileys.

We almost didn't stop here because the name made me think of that idiot, Miley Cyrus. That would have been a big mistake. We walked in at about 7.45 on Thursday night. We didn't realize that they closed at 8 pm until they switched off the "Open" light. You would never have known that they were probably like "oh, no!" when we came sauntering in a few minutes before closing. The two waitresses were warm and welcoming and smiling. Place is very clean with some really nice artwork from local artists. The bathroom was very clean! We were immediately served a basket of tortilla chips and salsa. Neither was anything special, but there was hot sauce on the table so we were able to amp the salsa up a bit. I ordered the fish and chips, which was supposed to be two strips of tilapia dipped in a secret recipe batter. I got THREE hefty pieces! And some nice hot, crispy fries. I think they were cut in house, but if they weren't, they got a good supplier of frozen goods. The slaw was really tasty. The tartar sauce came in those little plastic lidded cups, but it was really good too! So they might pre-dole it out, but they aren't buying the cheapest stuff off the shelf at Costco or GFS. My fish was very good, not greasy, and the batter was very light and crispy. DH got a Mexican combo platter that was the special, with carne asada beef. He ate every bit of it, except for the guac, which he doesn't like. (I ate that!) He even ate the refried beans, which are not his favorite. He said they had a great flavor. The food was quite good and reasonably priced. My meal was 9.99 and DH's was 10.99 and we were filled up for sure for the drive back to Cave Creek. But most commendable of all was the sheer niceness of the staff. If I lived in Sedona, I would make this a regular stop. But we are up here a lot, so we will definitely be back!

Excellent food! Great prices and the best service we've received in Sedona all week. We will be back.

  • Bon Miller M.

Simple, friendly and very attentive staff. As a local resident, this is my "go to" restaurant for some eggs florentine, spinach enchiladas, or some homemade soup. They have gluten free buckwheat pancakes, a good pie selection, and chips and salsa while waiting for your meal. The owners are very personal and always available.

  • Amanda W.

We shared the fajitas with and extra side of rice and it was delicious and the perfect portion. My only criticism is that it's not a super great atmosphere... When we walked in I turned to the others and said, "well I'm not sure but it had good reviews." The staff is very friendly and the prices are great too!

    (4)
  • Lauren Y.

Excellent service! The food was good diner/cafe food. Very casual environment. The best part was the staff. The prices were decent too.

    (4)
  • J B.

How does this place have almost 5 stars? It's average at best. Service was good and nice - and food came out very fast. It's diner food, so it was fine but not 5 star worthy. Decor and ambiance average and dated.

    (3)
  • Jess L.

I love this place. The staff was so nice and welcoming, right from the get go. Chico was awesome and he made sure we were always well taken care of with his uplifting and positive attitude. :) they made my omelette perfect and were nice enough to cook without any butter or cheese. I will be back for all my Sedona visits

  • Allyssa P.

ehh the food was whatever, but I'm questioning the freshness of it. while we we're waiting for our food, a woman walked in asking about their pies (which seemed to be a specialty because it was written on the board) and the waiter brought out a frozen pie that was in a box for her to make at home, so she just left without anything. anyways, when we got our food it seemed as if it had been previously frozen and microwaved/"grilled". despite this the service staff was friendly and accommodating

    (2)
  • Pat B.

This IS the BEST cafe, bar none. We used to go to their other location in Sedona, next to McDonalds and ever since they opened this location in the Village Of Oak Creek we have made it our ONLY place to stop and eat while visiting Sedona. The food, staff and service always deserves 5 stars. What we save in the prices, we give as a tip. Love this place, EVERYTIME we visit. Thanks to ALL the staff.

  • Minde S.

Incredible service, everyone is so friendly and courteous. Never ending supply of coffee. Breakfast was amazing. Great breakfast burrito with fresh salsa. Very reasonable prices. Would go again and again.

Gave them 3 star for watery coffee and leathery tastless bacon. Also was told they had homemade blueberry muffins It was clearly from jiffy box not homemade. Like white cake mix with blueberries....not fresh blueberries. Shredded potatoes bland no spices. Breakfast grande burrito was excellent. Get homemade salsa with this. My husband was very full it's a huge bkfst. Service was great very nice attentive. We had to stop on way home for real coffee at Firecreek coffee.

Drop by to order lunch to go before start our hike the day. Walk in n check out the menu. Since, is 10 am still breakfast time, the boss nice enough n let us order from lunch menu. Everyone is really nice n make sure we r care. Even serve us water while waiting. Foods came out quick n still taste good after couple hours. I would go back there if i have a chance.

We stayed at the Hilton Golf and Spa Resort and didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel so we found Miley's down the road. What a special place! There were six of us (4 adults, 2 children); the service was impeccable and the food was simply delicious! We will certainly recommend this restaurant to friends!

Came here for breakfast based on Yelp reviews. Everything was OK but that's about it. Service was adequate but nothing more. Food was OK but home fries were not that good and the "biscuit" that came with my meal was literally that - just one biscuit. Overall was mediocre. Had to track down server to pay even though the place wasn't very busy. Nothing was terrible but also nothing was above average.

  • MJ H.

I love Miley's Café. The staff is friendly and flexible when it comes to switch side orders. The food is fresh and quickly served. It's conveniently open 7 days a week. Sit inside or outside. Free refills. This is a 5-star place!

Very good restaurant . Mexican food was great and they also had a varied menu. They also serve breakfast all day. My wife had the bean burrito, and it was a good size with rice, beans, sour cream and lettuce. We'll be back.

Mileys is a great place with lots of choices. One of our party swears it was the best liver and onions they ever had in thier life. My grilled Turkey sandwich was excellent. Food quality on all dishes was excellent. Pescetarian/Vegetarian options were numerous. The service kept up with our thirst on water and ice tea. Prices was some of the best we have seen in Sedona area.

  • Kristen D.

I went into this place with very low expectations because I didn't know anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised! Their homemade chips and salsa were fantastic! I had the chicken enchilada and my husband had the bisteak, both were delicious, service here was excellent too and prices were very reasonable. We would definitely go back if we were ever in the area again!

Our party of 12 ate here twice on our vacation in Sedona. Casual non touristy atmosphere was nice for a big group with a lot of kids. Good value and Extensive menu. Everyone was happy with their food at both meals. A lot of good Mexican dishes. Breakfast is served all day and the kids were especially happy with the chocolate chip pancakes. Most importantly, the service is wonderful. Accommodating to our group, attentive, and prompt without rushing us.

We come to Sedona annually and always eat at Miley's at least once, sometimes mmore often. This is a great hometown cafe. Variety on menu is great and the foods is always more than you should eat. Service is fantastic and the backgound music can't be beat. Last of all, the prices are very reasonable.

Used to be called Cafe Jose. Same team, different name. This is one of the little known gems of the Sedona/Village of Oak Creek area. It's in the Tequa plaza, a short little strip as you come into the VOC up 179 from I-17. They have one of the best Mexican breakfasts available. IMHO. The green chile is legit, about as good as what you can find in New Mexico. My two favorite breakfasts are the Huevos Rancheros with green chile, and the Belgian waffle. Seriously. The waffle is just really really good. And waffles can tend to be so.. .. predictable, but this one is just the right crisp and flavor, even without butter or syrup. Check it out!

We were starving after driving from our PHX flight. Miley's is one of the first places you'll come across in Sedona (Village of Oak Creek) to eat. The food was great, the prices were reasonable, and service quick and friendly. Only ate lunch here, so cannot comment on breakfast or dinner. Should have gone back again - seems like one can count on the food and service being "consistent" which was not what we found with other restaurants in Sedona.

Great service, simple local great dishes, and a basic and comfortable dining area. The restroom was immaculate. We felt the value for the price here was perfect.

We're new to the area and were so glad to find this place. We've eaten there twice, and both times the food was excellent. On my first visit, I got the chimichanga, which was pretty much the best chimi I've had, especially after Don Ramon's in Irwindale closed years ago. The second time I wasn't quite as hungry, and so got cheese enchiladas. Everything tastes fresh, and their enchilada sauce is great (they make it from scratch). Great menu, too -- they have everything from Mexican specialties to burgers to salads to chicken and steak, so it's a good choice if you have a group of people with varied appetites. No liquor license, but since you can get food to go, that's not a deal-breaker for me.

First visit, had chili colorado and thought it was pretty tasty. Prices weren't too bad, will stop again and try breakfast before we leave. Didn't like the salsa they served at the table, asked for something hotter, and what they brought was much better.

Visit this place every time I'm in Sedona. Food is delicious, service is outstanding and atmosphere is nice and super clean. They serve authentic Mexican and American food. The chorizo is the best and the biscuits and gravy is home made and delicious .

A simple cafe but the service and the food were both above average. They were busy the night we went but the two waiters were working hard. I get the feeling that it is a family run place. The food was nothing particularly special but well prepared and worth the price. We had burgers which were good but nothing mind blowing. I would definitely return next time I am in Sedona.

This place is very delicious! I had the huevos rancheros and my husband had the breakfast burrito grande. Both meals tasted homemade and delicious. Highly recommended! The homemade hot salsa is very good as well. The price is great too we had two meals and two drinks for $20 bucks... Cannot beat that! Do stop in!

Went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning at about 945 AM. SOOO glad we found it! The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive to all of our needs. We were seated right away and immediately had someone take our order for coffee/water. Another server was by within a few minutes to get our order, and our food was up in less than 10 minutes. It was amazingly fast service. The servers came by several times to refill our coffee and make sure we got enough food. The Ranch Breakfast was great for my husband and me to share with the addition of a half order of biscuits and gravy. A man who I assume was a manager checked on us several times and conversed with us a bit about where we were from and how our visit was. I would recommend this place a million times over--it was the perfect final meal of our vacation!

No. 2 stars might be generous. Went with a large group (around 10 of us). The food was kind of gross - either bland or greasy, and more than one in the group felt unwell after. A family member eats here often, but now I will do whatever I can to avoid it.

We've lived in or near the village since 1983 and Miley's Cafe is easily our local favorite. Fresh food cooked to order. Breakfast served all day. The best and friendliest service in the area. Outstanding Mexican and American food. Family friendly and open from 7am to 8pm, seven days a week. It's family owned and they will go out of their way to accommodate their customers. PLUS, they have won an award from the Health Department for cleanliness. Truly a great value. I highly recommend it.

Chicken fried steak was simply fantastic. The desserts were meh which is why only 4 stars. Definitely a winner for burgers, American classics and Mexican dishes. Clean with prompt service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really great service . It's always clean here. The breakfast is excellent and Mexican dinners is delicious. Please try it.

Coming from a local patron...Please don't confuse Miley's Cafe (formerly Cafe Jose in the Village of Oak Creek) with Cafe Jose in West Sedona. Two different places and owners. Many locals were after the owner for some time to change from the old name so they wouldn't be confused with the place in W. Sedona. Miley's is owned by a lovely family and the food is homemade and wonderful. American and Mexican. Everything from great breakfast, sandwiches (great Reuben) to many entrees - even meatloaf (and it's good!) - Mexican dishes and specials. Casual, reasonable, friendly and very good!

  • Linda J.

Had lunch there last week while on vacation. Food was ok, and I ordered the pork caritas. It was hard to find the pork among all of the green chilies. Food ok, salsa great.

    (3)
  • Virginia R.

Oy, it wasn't so good. We ordered a french dip and a BLT. There was very little meat in either sandwich, and the au jus was flavorless. The BLT was made with unripe tomatoes. The place was empty but still seemed loud. It was our last meal in Sedona, and it was such a disappointment.

Horrible food horrible service. Enough said, go spend your money anywhere else.

  • Ned R.

Eat here. With so many tourist traps and theme restaurants around Miley's was a treat. The food was fresh/home cooked the service was nice and the beer (and mug) was cold. I had the chicken fajitas which were very good with a generous serving size. If you are looking for a "high end" dining experience - this isn't your place. If you are looking for wholesome nicely-priced food this is it.

Very nice people, good service, good prices and delicious food. We were so happy to find this place after a bad experience at Redstone Patio. And the staff really made sure that we enjoyed our meal!

We did take-out. My husband had the French dip and was very happy with it. I had the chorizo burrito and it was excellent. We'll go again during our week here probably.

We ordered take out for lunch and every order was wrong. Normally enjoy eating here until recently. the past few weeks we have had problems with every order, to go or dine in. Really hope they can get it together again but disappointed for now

They serve a combination of American and Mexican food. Everyone in my party had the mexican food. It was GREAT and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. The only draw back is they don't serve alcohol so if you like a margarita or Dos Equis with your mexican food then you may want to go somewhere else.

    (4)
  • Shannon C.

Our party had everything from pancakes to huevos rancheros for breakfast and it all was awesome! We are coming back for their lunch menu.

  • Erik H.

Fantastic, probably the best breakfast I've had in years! The service was great and the food was really memorable. I really enjoyed everything and feel like I'm picky as breakfast is a hard meal to do well. In my experience you'll eat 30 average breakfasts out for every great one, this is the great one. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly, eggs perfect, pancakes some of the best I've ever had, coffee, strong, hot and always full. Can't wait to go back, thanks!

  • Tamera W.

  • Sarah O.

Yelp steered me wrong on this one. Mediocre. Did not find this place to be kid friendly. My kids played with the silverware to buy the time between order and food arriving. Based on the quick serve time, I assume most of the items were already partially or completely made and just reheated?? We had the kids cheeseburgers, Miley's Burrito, and the shredded beef burrito. The burgers seemed fresh, and were the best part. Miley's Burrito best part was the tortilla, the meat was awkward in its texture and consistency.

this place serves pretty good Mexican food. The chorizo and eggs dish is a good amount to feed your inner fat girl. I give the customer service there two thumbs up.

  • Jann F.

Delicious American/Mexican food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and right near the entrance into Village of Oak Creek. I have been here for breakfast and lunch so far. Has nice selection of breakfast items. Can't wait to try them all.

  • Dave C.

Wow The best Mexican food that I have ever had! Great service too Try Miley's burrito. When the show 3 on the heat, they are correct. Great salsa with a little heat and great flavor. A small independent restaurant You should try it!

  • Bre K.

    (4)
  • Kari S.

The food is decent, but way overpriced for what you get. Though Staff was very attentive. If you are looking for a quick bite, this place works fine. But if you are looking for a great sit down meal, look elsewhere.

  • Roy H.

  • Sue C.

Will come back ...

we were cruising around looking for a place for dinner and gave this place a shot. smaller, obviously family owned and our expectations weren't that high. we ordered the house special and the nachos supreme. Now we've been eating Mexican food all over North America and quite honesty this is the best we ever had. Service was outstanding too..all the servers help everyone so our experience was excellent. this will be our spot every time we're in town highly recommend.

  • Tina H.

Ordered a carne asada taco and they brought out a crumbled hamburger in a tortilla. Really pathetic.

    (4)
  • Daniel L.

First of all, I love Mexican food, and I love it even more when they have free chips & salsa. I think this place would be better for breakfast, but definitely stick to the Mexican food here...as they offer pretty much anything you can find in American diners.

    (4)
  • Bryan E.

This is a great little find. Service was very friendly, quick, and attentive. The chips and salsa are good too. I had the Chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I have had. Price is good, plenty of parking. Definitely worth a stop.

  • Tracet T.

Not impressed. The breakfast burrito was good, not great. there was a two dollar charge for splitting the order, and that got us an extra plate. We could've used a spatula. Both places when they charge for a split do it for you in the kitchen.

  • Jennifer T.

Mileys cafe was a great place to go for breakfast. I got the grande burrito wet... It had potatoes, bacon, eggs and cheese inside. This burrito is big and it was so good! The tortilla tasted fresh too!

  • Jami S.

My husband and I went their for the first time today. The service and food was awesome. I had the bacon, cheese and avocado omelet, I had never had one and it was wonderful. They kept our coffee and tea filled at all times. I will go back to this place the next time we are in Sedona.

I love this place. The staff was so nice and welcoming, right from the get go. Chico was awesome and he made sure we were always well taken care of with his uplifting and positive attitude. :) they made my omelette perfect and were nice enough to cook without any butter or cheese. I will be back for all my Sedona visits

ehh the food was whatever, but I'm questioning the freshness of it. while we we're waiting for our food, a woman walked in asking about their pies (which seemed to be a specialty because it was written on the board) and the waiter brought out a frozen pie that was in a box for her to make at home, so she just left without anything. anyways, when we got our food it seemed as if it had been previously frozen and microwaved/"grilled". despite this the service staff was friendly and accommodating

We shared the fajitas with and extra side of rice and it was delicious and the perfect portion. My only criticism is that it's not a super great atmosphere... When we walked in I turned to the others and said, "well I'm not sure but it had good reviews." The staff is very friendly and the prices are great too!

How does this place have almost 5 stars? It's average at best. Service was good and nice - and food came out very fast. It's diner food, so it was fine but not 5 star worthy. Decor and ambiance average and dated.

Excellent service! The food was good diner/cafe food. Very casual environment. The best part was the staff. The prices were decent too.

Had lunch there last week while on vacation. Food was ok, and I ordered the pork caritas. It was hard to find the pork among all of the green chilies. Food ok, salsa great.
